The investigation was made to deetermine whether there are personaliy differences between Pupils of Girls' Middle Sohool Swimmers and non swimmers and to determine the relationship between personality traits and Swimming progress among non Swimmers experiencing a subzect. These were compared on the basis of Swimming performances personality tests, biographical data forms and academic data forms Comparisons revealed significant differance botween Swimmers and non Swimmers. The data indicated a need to investigate methads of teaching fearful non Swimmers based on indications of per tinant personality tirats first and experiences in the water.

Frost looks with the eye of a literate New England farmer at his natural surroundings, and from the objects and experiences of ordering rural life he created extraordinary beauty. He turns the natural vision of the human eye into the wisdom of the heart and mind. The farmer is always the center character, and usually appears with a beloved woman, his wife. Men in the poetry of Robert Frost is alienated from the indifference of man and the natural forces. Man is suffering from the indifference of his neighbors and acquaintances. Especially, a wife is neglected by her husband and cursed by her growing madness. This alienation leads her to death. On the other hand, man is also ignored by the nature and threatened by his deep desolation and despair from nature. The protagonists in his poems are continually struggling against conflict between the failures of human relationship and the natural forces. As he accepts all his conflict, man always tires to flee from his natural death for eternal living. Frost clearly celebrates the necessity of conflict. He shows us that man must struggle as though life itself depended upon it and man must also accept the ultimate limitation of the human condition because man's capacities are firmly limited that he must sometimes accept what is. What Frost accepts is a human condition in which the necessity for conflict is a constant. The real success for man remains the confrontations itself. Through the voices of alienation, Frost insists that man must take the risk of his own discriminations, accept the responsibility for the consequences, and cope with whatever the consequences-which is to begin all over the cycle of judgement and risk and acceptance and then again. Frost implies that nature is not sustaining, but offers hints of a great spiritual reality, and shows us that the greateast success for man is achieved on the side of the greateast risk. He believes in the possibilities of man, who can widen and deepen the horizon of his thoughts and knowledge despite his sense of alienation and limitation of competence.

본 연구는 고등학생의 주관적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 이들의 인구사회경제학적 요인, 학교 요인, 그리고 문제행동 요 인을 통해 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 2012년 질병관리본부에서 시행한 제 8차 청소년 건강행태 온라인조사 자료 중 고등 학생 36,889명의 응답치를 분석에 활용하였다. 본 연구는 첫째, 고등학생의 주관적 안녕감, 인구사회경제학적 요인, 학교 요인, 문 제행동 요인 관련 변수에 대한 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차 등의 기술통계치를 측정하였으며, 둘째, 각 독립변인에 따른 주관적 안녕감의 차이를 t-검증과 F- 검증을 통해 분석하였으며, 셋째, 각 독립변수들이 고등학생의 주관적 안녕감에 미치는 영향을 다중 회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 통합회귀분석에 의해 정리하면, 첫째, 인구사회경제학적 요인 중에서는 남학생의 경우 에, 어머니의 학력이 높은 경우에, 부모와 동거하는 경우에, 가계의 경제적 수준이 높은 경우에 통계학적으로 유의한 수준에서 주 관적 안녕감이 더 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학교요인 중에서는 일반계 고등학생인 경우에, 성적이 우수할수록 주관적 안녕 감이 더 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 문제행동 요인 중에서는 문제음주, 흡연, 약물 사용을 하지 않는 경우에 통계학적으로 유 의한 수준에서 주관적 안녕감이 더 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 기초로 고등학생의 주관적 안녕감 증진을 위한 실천적 제언 및 정책적 제언을 전달하였다. This study aimed to examine the effects of socioeconomic factor, school factor and problem behavior factor on the subjective well-being of senior high school students in Korea. The data of 36,889 high school students was drawn from the 8th Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey in 2012, collected by the Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, for a secondary data analysis. It conducted frequency analysis, t-test, F-test and multiple regression analysis. As results, male students, students who were living with their parents, who were from higher-income households, who were from general high schools, who had a higher grade, who were non-problem drinkers, non-smokers and non-drug users enjoyed better level of subjective well-being. Based on these results, this study delivered practical implications for improving subjective well-being of senior high school students in Korea.

The proposed amendment to the administrative appeal act to improve the standing act was made and given notice 1egis1a at the National Assembly on June 26, 2007. Looking around about the above, the one was much improved than the other There is a lot of improvement such as the administrative appeal`s objects ad the special administrative appeal relations are clarified, the rules on related the administrative judgement officer are made up for, the administrative appeal committee members are increased and the appointment standard is diversified, the judgement entrants right is strengthened, and the semi-complaint system, the provisional disposition system, the judgement and rejection system of the administrative appeal`s bill, the on line administrative appeal system axe institutionalized. The proposed amendment to the administrative appeal act leaves much to be desired such as the spread of administrative appeal`s object through the spread of administrative act concept and the amendment of nonperformance concept et, and the spread of the administrative appears eligibility through the spread from the benefit of law to the due benefit, though. The reason the proposed amendment to the administrative appeal act doesn`t accept all the tentative plans is to lake the unity of legal system with the proposed amendment to the administrative litigation act However, the particularity of the administrative appeal is needed take into account b revise the act in the future.

Spontaneous intracranial hypotension (SIH) is a well-known disorder improving with conservative treatment or epidural blood patch in the majority of cases. However, SIH may develop neurological complications such as cranial nerve palsy, subdural hematoma, and altered consciousness. Subdural hematoma in SIH is usually found during intracranial hypotension state and delayed subdural hematoma is rarely reported. We report a case of delayed subdural hematoma and oculomotor nerve palsy after improving spontaneous intracranial hypotension.
