초등학교 골프선수들의 지속적 참여를 위한 재미요인과 스트레스요인 분석

본 연구의 목적은 초등학교 골프선수들에게서 보이는 재미요인과 스트레스요인이 지속의도 및 참여권유에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 골프선수들의 지속적인 참여와 참여권유를 촉진하기 위한 교육적 방법을 제안하고자 한다. 본 연 구에서는 초등학교 골프선수 92명의 자료를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 평균타수가 90타 이상인 골프선수들의 지속의도가 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 초등학교 골프선수들의 기록향상 및 자기개발 관련 재 미요인과 신체적 및 심리적 스트레스요인은 지속의도에 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 초등학교 골프 선수들의 기록향상, 자기개발, 사회적인정에 관련한 재미요인과 심리적 및 대인관련 스트레스요인은 참여권유에 높 은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로, 초등학교 골프선수들의 지속참여를 촉진하기 위해서는 선수들에게 적절한 수행목표 제안과 더불어 루틴 및 지시적 자화를 실천할 수 있도록 지도해야 하고, 지속참여에 부정적으로 영향을 미치는 신체적 스트레스요인에 대한 대처 방안으로 선수들이 지구력 향상과 충분한 영양섭취를 도모할 수 있도록 지도해야 할 것이다. 또한, 참여권유에 부정적으로 작용하는 사회적인정 요인의 영향을 감소시키 기 위해서 선수들이 주변 타인의 평가에 너무 신경 쓰지 않도록 지도하는 것이 바람직할 것으로 사료된다. This study was aimed at investigating the impact of interest and stress factors in elementary school golf players on the constant participation in the golf and recommendation for and suggesting the educational strategies to the golf coaches for sustaining and promoting constant participation and participation recommendation of golf players. In this study, the data of 92 elementary school golf players were analyzed and the following results were obtained. First, golf players with an average of more than 90 strokes had relatively low intention to continue, and participation recommendation to male golf players was higher than that to female golf players. Second, interest factors related to record improvement and self-development of elementary school golf players and stress factors related to physical and psychological element had a strong influence on the continuous intention. Third, interest factors related to record improvement, self-development and social recognition, and stress factors related to psychological element and personal relationship in golf player of the elementary school had a strong influence on participation recommendation. As a result, it is important for golf players in elementary school to suggest appropriate performance goals, to guide practicing routines and instructional self-talks, and to instruct strengthening players’s basic and professional physical strength through sufficient rest and fitness training as a countermeasure to stress factors related to physical elements negatively affecting the constant participation. Also, it is desirable to instruct players not to seriously focus on the evaluation of others around them to reduce the influence of social recognition factors negatively affecting the participation recommendation.

중·고등학교 여학생의 월경 전후기 불편감에 따른 월경태도 및 성 역할 고정관념의 관계

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to provide the basis for program helping adolescent girls to form correct attitude toward menstruation and gender role stereotype by identifying the relationship among menstrual distress, attitudes toward menstruation and gender role stereotype. Method: The 392 participants of this study were selected among students of 5 middle schools and 3 high schools located in Seoul and Gyeong-gi province. Data were collected from 16 September to 23 September, 2013. The students were asked to answer the questionnaires consisting of MDQ(Menstrual Distress Questionnaire), KGES-A(Korean Gender Egalitarianism Scales for Adolescents), and menstrual attitude measurement scale developed by Min in 2003. Descriptive statistics, independent t-test and One way ANOVA were used to analyze the data with SPSS 21.0. Results: The results of this study were as follows: 1. High school students were more vulnerable to pre and post menstrual discomfort and tend to accept menstruation statically than middle school students(p=.009). 2. Students who did not receive regular sexuality education had private attitudes toward menstruation(p=.002), were emotionally more sensitive(p=.002) than the other group. 3. Students, who had higher menstrual discomfort, were more emotionally sensitive toward menstruation(p<.001), had variety of menstrual symptoms(p<.001), actively managing menstrual symptoms(p<.001), and accepted menstruation statically(p=.002) than the lower group. 4. There was no statistically significant relationship between gender role stereotype and pre and post menstrual discomfort. Conclusion: It was suggested that effective education program should be developed and implemented periodically in order to help adolescent school girls to understand pre and post menstrual discomfort and manage menstrual symptoms by themselves. Also, professional and systematic studies should follow up with larger population and more specific general characteristics.

본 논문은 개인의 니즈를 반영하기 위해 기존의 의류 관리기에 원하는 향을 입히는 기능을 추가한 스마트 의류 관리기를 제안한다. 의류 관리기는 시간 단축과 의류 상태 보존을 위해 세탁기 대용으로서 이용되는데 기존의 의류 관리기의 경우 먼지와 악취 제거만을 중점적으로 수행한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 개인의 취향에 맞는 향 제조를 도울 뿐만이 아니라 날씨, 계절, 그리고 사용자의 기분을 반영하여 향을 추천해준다. 애플리케이션에서는 작동 시간과 의류 및 작동 상태, 향 순위 등의 정보를 제공하여 제품의 효율성과 사용자의 편의성을 증가시킨다. 또한, openCV와 만족도 평가를 이용하여 사용자에게 알맞은 향기, 분사량을 찾을 수 있도록 피드백 과정을 거치게 된다. 이를 통해 본 논문은 개인에게 초점이 맞춰진 맞춤형 시장의 활성화 및 사용자의 편의성 증대를 목표로 한다.
