        傷寒論에 대한 精神醫學的 硏究

        This study was aimed to get the course which is caused by Neuropsychiatric symptoms in Sang-Han. Therefore this study is based on 『Euhak-Ipmun. Sang-Han』(『醫學入門.傷寒』) classfied mainly by symptoms. The results were summerized as follows: 1. Neuropsychiatric symptoms in 『Euhak-Ipmun. Sang-Han』(『醫學入門. 傷寒』) are explained as Pal-Gang(八綱), which shows those are settled down to a systematic oriental medical theory. 2. Pal-Bup (八法) used in the cure of symptomatische psychose in 『Euhak-Ipmun. Sang-Han』(『醫學入門. 傷寒』), which is intended to boost the effect of cure, choosing the respondent cure method about various causes. 3. Pal-Gang(八綱) and Pal-Bup(八法) in『Euhak-Ipmun. Sang-Han』(『醫學入門·傷寒』) are improved by Lee-Chun(李 ) who added Jang-gi(張機)'s Sang Han theory and new medical thought in the ages of Geum. Won. 4. Lee-Chun(李 ) believed that Neuropsychiatric symptoms which appeared in Sang Hang is caused by the "Unbalance(不平)". So he wanted to reach harmony of "Jeong(精), QI(氣), Shin(神), Hyul(血)" after improving the status of "Unbalance(『不平』)" toward the status of "Balance(平)".

        The Ameliorative Effects of Korean Bean‐Leaves on Inflammation and Liver Injury in Obese Rat Model

        Obesity may cause metabolic syndrome and adult diseases. This study was undertaken to investigate the ameliorative or useful effects of beanleaves on inflammation and liver damage in obese rat models. Rats were divided into three groups: a control group (normal diet, n=6), a fat diet group (45%?fat diet, n=7), and a bean leaf group (45%?fat+Korean bean leaves diet, n=7). Body weights in the bean leaf group were lower than those of the fat group (P<0.05). Serum tumor necrosis factor?α (TNF?α) and prostaglandin E₂ (PGE₂) concentrations were lower in both the control and bean leaf groups than in the fat group (P<0.001). TNF?α concentrations in the bean leaf group were slightly higher than in the control group but statistically significant (P<0.05). The bean leaf group histologically exhibited lower fatty degeneration, spotty necrosis, and leukocyte infiltrations in hepatic tissues than those of the fat group. In the homogenized liver tissues, the cyclooxygenase?2 (COX?2) gene was only expressed in the fat group. The gene expression levels of hepatic TNF?α, inducible nitric?oxide synthase, peroxiome proliferator?activated receptor?α (PPAR?α), poly (ADP?ribose) polymerase (PARP), and transforming growth factor?β1 (TGF?β1) were weaker in the bean leaf group than in the fat group. These results suggest that adding bean?leaves to the diet may ameliorate obesity?induced systemic inflammation and liver damage and that bean leaves may be a useful food for preventing obesity and thereby metabolic syndrome and adult diseases

        Operational Characteristics of the FCL Using the Mechanical Contact in the Power System

        These days, SFCLs are being developed in order to limit fault current. However, the superconducting elements that limit the fault current have such problems as capacity increase and require auxiliary devices including cooling device. If devices that comprise the current power network can withstand fault current for at least one cycle, it is possible to limit the fault current with current limiting elements by bypassing it on the fault line. In this study, the fault current limiter was configured with current transformer, vacuum interrupter, and current limiting element. Through the experience, it was confirmed that the fault current was limited within one cycle. The superconducting element, as a current limiting element, limited the fault current by 80 % within one cycle from fault occurrence, and the passive element limited it more than 95 %. Also, through the comparison between resistance curve and power consumption curve, it was confirmed that the current limiting element using a passive element was more stable than the superconducting element that required capacity increase and other auxiliary devices. It was considered that the FCL proposed in this study could limit fault current stably within one cycle from fault occurrence by using the existing power technologies such as fault current detection and solenoid valve operating circuit.

        Transient Characteristics of a Transformer Type SFCL Applying the Superconductor and the Normal-conductor into the Secondary Winding

        This paper proposed the structure that applied superconductors to the neutral line of a transformer and applied the normal conductors to the third line. The superconductor applied to the neutral line of a transformer limited the peak value of initial fault current, while the normal conductor finally limited the fault current. In order to secure the operating reliability of transformer type Superconducting Fault Current Limiter (SFCL) of previously proposed structure, we analyzed the operating characteristics according to the fault types. We tested a line-to-ground fault and a line-to-line fault. As a result of the experiment, all the faults showed that the superconductor stably limited the peak-value of initial fault current. Also, the normal conductor finally limited the fault current. Based on this research results, We thought that if the structure of inserting superconductor into the neutral line is applied to the real system, it could improve the reliability and stability of the power system.

        The devices have an ITO-Y_2O_3-ZnS : Mn-Y_2O_3-Al structure with Y_2O_3 double insulating layers. The dependence of the emission characteristics and crystallinity of ZnS : Mn upon the fabrication parameters such as the Mn concentrations and substrate temperatures during the evaporation has been investigated. The highest brightness with 30fL at frequency of 1KHz and a pulse height of 200V was obtained. And then the peak of spectrun of PL and EL are 5850Å.

      • 들잔디 성숙종자로부터 캘러스배양 및 식물체 재분화에 미치는 몇 가지 요인의 영향

        In an effort to optimize tissue culture responses of zoysiagrass (Zoysia japonica Steud.) for genetic transformation, factors affecting callus induction and plant regeneration were investigated. MS medium containing 3 ㎎/L 2,4-D was optimal for embryogenic callus induction from mature seed. The plant regeneration frequency of 73.3% was observed when embryogenic calli induced in this medium were transferred to N6 medium supplemented with 0.1 ㎎/L 2,4-D and 5 ㎎/L BA. Among several basic media, MS and N6 medium were optimal for callus induction and plant regeneration, respectively. Regenerated plants were grown normally when shoots transplanted to the soil. A rapid and efficient plant regeneration system established in this study will be useful for molecular breeding of turfgrass through genetic transformation.

      • 청주시 도심재생을 위한 도로망 개발 기본구상

        This study deals with the road network development to solve CBD's traffic problems in Cheongju. The goals are to analyze the level of traffic delay according to the closure of Musimchun Ha-sang road and implementation of urban regeneration projects, and to suggest the schematic plans to overcome the revealed problems. In pursuing the above, this study gives particular attentions to the population growths by project, 4-stage demand forecasting, policy scenarios for problem solving, analysis of scenarios, etc. The main results are as follows. First, the closure of Ha-sang road was analyzed to make the large negative impacts to the LOS oh surrounding reads. Second, among three scenarios developed in this study, scenario 3, which was combined with both the construction of new road(scenario 1) and the improvement of existing road(scenario 2), were evaluated to be the most effective alternative in term of travel speed and average traffic volume.

        As mentioned above, I have acquired some valuable results about medical treatments with acupuncture for "Trigeminal neuralgia" after studying oriental medical books. 1.The course of medical treatments with acupuncture was, first of all, applying general ones, and then, assisting ones based on occuring area of pain and the cause. 2.For general treatments, "Chok-yangmyong-Wi-Kyong", disributed widely on the face, was used in great numbers. The order, according to the number of using times, of spots for acupuncture was Ha-kwan(11 times), Hap-kok(10), Chan-juk(7), Hyop-geo, Tae-yang, Sa-baek(individually 6). 3.For assisting treatments based on occuring area of the pain, spots of the Kyong-rak, passing through occuring area of the pain, and Kyoung-woe-ki-hyol were used in great numbers. 4.The order was O-je, Chan-juk, Yang-baek(individually 8), Tae-yang(5) for the pain of first branch of the trigeminal nerve; Sa-baek(12), Kwan-ryo(6), Go-ryo(5) for the pain of second one; and Hyop-geo. Ha-kwan(individually 6), Dae-young, Hyop-seung-jang(individually 5). Seung-jang(4). 5.for assisting treatments based on the cause, "One-hyol(原穴)", "Rak-hyol(絡穴)" and "5-soohyol(五輸穴)" were used in great numbers. 6.The order was Pung-ji(10), Hap-kok(9), Woe-kwan(5) for "Woe-Kam(外感)"; Nae-jong(12), Tae-chung(10), Chok-sam-ri(7) for "Kan-Wi-Sang-Seung(肝胃火升)"; Tae-gue(7), Sam-um-kyo, Pung-ji(individually 2) for "Ho-Hwa-Sang-Seung(虛火上升)"; Pung-ryung(4) for "Pung Dam-Jo-R ak (風痰阻絡)"; Kyok-su (2) for "Ki-Che-Hyol-Ho(氣濟血虛)".

        Poisson-Type 기동표적이 시스템 모델링 오류에 대한 추적 필터의 성능 해석

        근래에 Poisson 형의 점프 프로세스를 이용하여 표적의 기동 운동을 모델링하고 이것을 이용한 반복형 최소분산 선형 필터가 제안되었다. 이 필터에서는 기동 표적의 모델링에 사용한 점프의 상태천이 파라미터가 미리부터 필터에 알려져 있다고 가정하였는데 실제는 이것을 모르는 경우가 많다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 기동 추적 과정에 수반되는 모델링 오류가 제안된 추적필터의 성능에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 고려한다. 정상적인 분석을 위해서 상태천이 파라미터를 실제와 다른 값을 사용하고, Monte-Carlo 시뮬레이션을 통해 필터의 성능을 해석한다. Recently Lim has proposed a linear, recursive, unbiased minimum variance filter for a maneuvering target based on the maneuver dynamics modeled as a jump process of Poisson-type. In the proposed filter it was assumed that the state transition parameters of the jump used for target maneuver modeling are a priori known to the filter. However, in most cases they are not known in practice. In this paper, we consider the influence of system (target) modeling error on the performance of the proposed tracking filter arising from the maneuver tracking. For qualitative analysis Monte-Carlo simulations are carried out against employing the maneuver model with different state transition parameters from the actual values.

        하지 수술을 위한 경막외 마취시 Ropivacaine 과 Bupivacaine 의 비교

        Comparison of Epidural Ropivacaine and Bupivacaine in Patients Undergoing Lower Extremity Surgery Chul-Jun Mun, M.D., Sang-Gon Lee, M.D., Jong-Suk Ban, M.D. and Byung-Woo Min, M.D. Department of Anesthesiology, Fatima Hospital, Daegu, Korea Background: Ropivacaine is an amide local anesthetic structurally related to bupivacaine. A ran-domized, double-blind study was performed to compare the clinical effectiveness of ropivacaine and bupivacaine in patients undergoing lower-extremity surgery. Methods: Forty-nine patients (ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ) were randomized to receive 15 ml of 0.5% ropivacaine or bupivacaine. Twenty patients received 15 ml of ropivacaine and 20 patients received 15 ml of bupiva-caine at the L3,4 or L4,5 interspace. Parameters measured were the onset time, duration and spread of sensory block, the onset time, duration and degree of motor block, the quality of anesthesia and the heart rate and blood pressure profile during the block onset. Results: Demographic characteristics were similar among the groups. Seven patients were excluded from the study due to technical failure of the block, two patients were excluded due to insufficient data. The onset and duration of analgesia at T10 dermatome (mean ?? SD) was 18.9 ?? 7.0 minutes and 187.5 ?? 34.6 minutes respectively for ropivacaine, and was 15.2 ?? 8.8 minutes and 187.8 ?? 40.0 minutes respectively for bupivacaine. Maximum block height (mean ?? SD) was T6.5 ?? 2.0 for ropivacaine and T6.4 ?? 2.0 for bupivacaine. The incidence of complete motor block (Bromage scale 3) was low in the ropivacaine group, being 3/20 for ropivacaine and 12.20 for bupivacaine. Conclusions: The sensory blockade profile of ropivacaine, administered epidurally, is similar to that obtained with an equal dose of bupivacaine. However motor blockade with ropivacaine is less intense, less frequent, and of shorter duration than with bupivacaine. (Korean J Anesthesiol 2001; 41: 434~438)
