      • 1996년과 1999년 경기지역 초등학교 학생들에서 유행성이하선염에 대한 면역도 조사

        Background : Although massive use of live attenuated mumps virus vaccines successfully reduced the incidence of mumps virus infection worldwide, mumps outbreaks have not been completely eliminated, even in vaccinated populations. In recent years, the incidence of mumps has been remarkably increased in Korea. This study was designed to evaluate the recent seroprevalence rate of mumps IgG among children in Kyonggi province at 1996 and 1999. Methods : Study population included students from 8 elementary schools in Kyonggi province. Serum samples were collected twice at 1996 and 1999 and tested for mumps-specific antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). We also conducted a questionnaire survey on the parents and collected the records including history of vaccination and mumps infection. Results : The seropositive rates against mumps were 89.47% and 89.74% at 1996 and 1999, respectively, and they were not significantly different when compared to age, sex, and region. Although the first vaccination rates were 92.17% and 92.25% at 1996 and 1999, respectively, the second vaccination rates were only 37.89% and 38.03% at 1996 and 1999, respectively. Infection rate showed no significant difference between vaccinated groups and nonvaccinated gropus. Seropositive rate of infected group was higher than that of noninfected group but it was not significantly different between the vaccinated and the nonvaccinated. Conclusions : This study showed the seropositive rate and vaccination against mumps in children. There were no significant relationships between vaccination and infection. Therefore, it seems likely that the vaccination is not fully protective against mumps infection. This study will be helpful for the establishment of guideline for prevention and treatment of mumps in Korea. (Korean J Infect Dis 33: 157∼164, 2001)

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between attract to arena and Spectator' s Statisfaction for professional Sports. Data were abtained from 659 Spectator' s professional soccer in 4 arena and professional baseball in 4 arena. Data were analysied by the multiple regression analysis and one-way ANOVA and frequency analysis. Result are as follows ; First, there were difference in gender and frequency of attendance; no difference was found in age, Result were discussed. Second, competitive only nave an affect on the satisfaction of spectators. It is noted that facility, status of club, and service do not influencr on the satisfation spectators.

        키토산의 시장동향 분석

        시장규모, 업체동향, 가격동향, 향후 수요예측 등을 중심으로 국내외 키토산 시장에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 일본은 이 분야의 지속적이고 집중적인 R&D 결과를 바탕으로 세계시장의 리더로 자리잡고 있으며, 현재 세계 키틴 · 키토산 시장의 대부분을 잠식하고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 국내에서는 거의 대부분이 건강보조식품으로 이용되고 있어, 매우 편협한 시장구조를 가지고 있다. 국내 키토산 건강보조식품의 시장을 예측해 본 결과 향후 3­4년간은 현 규모(약 1700억원 규모)를 그대로 유지할 가능성이 큰 것으로 분석되었으나, 이는 전체 건강보조식품의 높은 성장률과 비교해 보면 지속적으로 점유율이 감소한다는 의미로 해석할 수 있다. 건강보조식품 이외의 키토산 1,2차 제품의 향후 수요는 예측이 매우 어려운 상황이기는 하나, 수용성 키토산 및 섬유, 농업비료 분야가 점진적으로 성장할 것으로 전망된다. This study deals with chitosan market analysis which composed of revenue, competitive structure. price trend, and demand forecasting. Japan is world leader in this field, and market revenues reached ¥ 20.7 bil. in 2000. As a result of domestic market forecasting, we can find out that market revenues are projected to maintain ¥ 170 bil. for the time being which means continuous decline in terms of it's functional food market share. So, to achieve sustainable market growth, the development of new application fields are needed.

        키토산의 산업분석 : Chitosan

        Porter의 경쟁구조분석, PLC 분석, 시장창출 메카니즘 분석, 그리고 시장 기회 및 위협요인 분석을 통하여 국내 키토산 산업을 조망하였다. 경쟁구조에서 특징적인 부분은 원료공급 비즈니스가 수산업에 해당되기 때문에, 원료수급이 매우 불안정하다는 점과, 주요 응용분야인 건강보조식품 분야의 PLC가 3~4년을 넘기기 어렵기 때문에 대체위협이 항상 존재한다는 점이다. 또한, 다양한 기회요인과 위협요인이 대두되고 있으나, 현 상황에서는 위협요인이 크게 부각되고 있는 상황이며, 기술적 성숙이전에 bubble 시장이 과도하게 형성되어, 이후에, 기술적 제약요인(constraints)으로 해결되지 못할 경우 급격한 시장규모의 감소현상으로 이어질 소지가 있다. 이에 따라, 고품질의 키토산 유도체 등의 개발 및 용도 확대가 향후 키토산 시장의 지속적 성장을 가능하게 하는 중요한 요소로 작용할 것이다. Chitosan industry was analyzed through Porter's 5P's, PLC, formation mechanism, drivers and constraints of the market. 5P's analysis reveals that unstability in supplying raw material and strong power of substitutes exist. Short PLC of 3-4 years, in functional food market, is also played as one of the severe market constraints. In addition, the Korean chitosan market was sensationally expended despite lace of technological breakthrough, so, to achieve sustainable market growth, the development of derivatives and new application fields are needed.

In General, most developed system monitored and saved all region including background and target region. But we can only obtain target region effectively, not through background and object region. And also, in order to recognize the monitoring target correctly, we need several target region image which have various poses and directions.

      • STEP 표현 2차원 조형층 정밀도 향상에 관한 연구

        Nowadays, there are several different CAD softwares that can create product geometries with different applications. Similarly, most recent RP processes have quite different capabilities, and most are not even isotropic, so that machine-dependent information such as part orientation, position, and size during the fabrication process becomes a crucial issue in integrating a heterogeneous environment of CAD and RP processes using the data exchange standard. Current method using the de facto industry standard STL have at times resulted in problems such as accuracy, redundancy, and integrity in its representing CAD models. STEP is the upcoming standard. Many major companies are already working with it. This is one of the biggest reason why STEP can be a useful way of exchanging CAD-SFF data. This research project proposes a method of slicing and editing STEP-based RP models for the next generation data transfer paradigm between CAD systems and RP systems using STEP. As an approach for the purpose, this proposes a method for acquiring improved accuracy of 2D sliced layers in STEP with a tentative schema of SFF process features. The new data exchange standard must be compatible with, but independent of, process fabrication features. A software implementation of visualizing, editing, and slicing CAD model based on STEP information model for a complete data exchange is also proposed. As for future works, various optimal slicing algorithm will help acquire accurate RP parts.

      • 전류측정에 의한 AC서보모터의 언밸런스 고장검출

        Using current measurement, the analytic method for the unbalance fault detection of 3Φ induction servomotor was proposed. The fault detection of the load unbalance has been studied by means of the measure of vibration. In the conventional method, the additional vibration sensors are set up to measure the vibration properly, but the method introduced in this paper, a current sensor for motor control is used for measuring the load current, so there is no need for additional sensors. After measuring the current caused by unbalance load, the FFT spectrum of the measared current were analyzed and compared with the spectrum pattern of the balanced load. Varying the motor speed by 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 rpm, some characteristic frequency for detecting the unbalance fault were found. These experimental results show that the proposed current measuring method is more simple, easy, and effective than the conventional vibration measuring method.

      • 랫드에서 인체 재조합 적혈구 조혈인자, rHuEPO의 13주 정맥투여 아만성독성에 관한 연구

        A recombinant human erythropoietin (rHuEPO) was administered intravenously at dosage levels of 0, 100, 500, and 2500 IU/㎏/day for a period of 13 weeks. There were no observed clinical signs and deaths related to treatment in all groups tested. Decreases in body weight gain and food consumption were observed only in males of 2,500 IU/㎏ group after 2 weeks. In hematological parameters, erythrocyte content, hematocrit values and hemoglobin concentration were dose-dependently increased in rHuEPO treated groups. The ratio between kidney weight and whole body weight was significantly increased in females of 500 and 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. The spleen weight was also increased in both sexes of 500 and 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. However, the absolute weight change of other organs was not observed. In histopathological examinations, the renal tubular basophilia was observed only in males and females of 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. From these results, it is concluded that the no-observed adverse effect level(NOAEL) of rHuEPO is 100 IU/㎏ in rats in the present study.
