Porter의 경쟁구조분석, PLC 분석, 시장창출 메카니즘 분석, 그리고 시장 기회 및 위협요인 분석을 통하여 국내 키토산 산업을 조망하였다. 경쟁구조에서 특징적인 부분은 원료공급 비즈니스가 수산업에 해당되기 때문에, 원료수급이 매우 불안정하다는 점과, 주요 응용분야인 건강보조식품 분야의 PLC가 3~4년을 넘기기 어렵기 때문에 대체위협이 항상 존재한다는 점이다. 또한, 다양한 기회요인과 위협요인이 대두되고 있으나, 현 상황에서는 위협요인이 크게 부각되고 있는 상황이며, 기술적 성숙이전에 bubble 시장이 과도하게 형성되어, 이후에, 기술적 제약요인(constraints)으로 해결되지 못할 경우 급격한 시장규모의 감소현상으로 이어질 소지가 있다. 이에 따라, 고품질의 키토산 유도체 등의 개발 및 용도 확대가 향후 키토산 시장의 지속적 성장을 가능하게 하는 중요한 요소로 작용할 것이다. Chitosan industry was analyzed through Porter's 5P's, PLC, formation mechanism, drivers and constraints of the market. 5P's analysis reveals that unstability in supplying raw material and strong power of substitutes exist. Short PLC of 3-4 years, in functional food market, is also played as one of the severe market constraints. In addition, the Korean chitosan market was sensationally expended despite lace of technological breakthrough, so, to achieve sustainable market growth, the development of derivatives and new application fields are needed.

시장규모, 업체동향, 가격동향, 향후 수요예측 등을 중심으로 국내외 키토산 시장에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 일본은 이 분야의 지속적이고 집중적인 R&D 결과를 바탕으로 세계시장의 리더로 자리잡고 있으며, 현재 세계 키틴 · 키토산 시장의 대부분을 잠식하고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 국내에서는 거의 대부분이 건강보조식품으로 이용되고 있어, 매우 편협한 시장구조를 가지고 있다. 국내 키토산 건강보조식품의 시장을 예측해 본 결과 향후 34년간은 현 규모(약 1700억원 규모)를 그대로 유지할 가능성이 큰 것으로 분석되었으나, 이는 전체 건강보조식품의 높은 성장률과 비교해 보면 지속적으로 점유율이 감소한다는 의미로 해석할 수 있다. 건강보조식품 이외의 키토산 1,2차 제품의 향후 수요는 예측이 매우 어려운 상황이기는 하나, 수용성 키토산 및 섬유, 농업비료 분야가 점진적으로 성장할 것으로 전망된다. This study deals with chitosan market analysis which composed of revenue, competitive structure. price trend, and demand forecasting. Japan is world leader in this field, and market revenues reached ¥ 20.7 bil. in 2000. As a result of domestic market forecasting, we can find out that market revenues are projected to maintain ¥ 170 bil. for the time being which means continuous decline in terms of it's functional food market share. So, to achieve sustainable market growth, the development of new application fields are needed.
랫드에서 인체 재조합 적혈구 조혈인자, rHuEPO의 13주 정맥투여 아만성독성에 관한 연구

A recombinant human erythropoietin (rHuEPO) was administered intravenously at dosage levels of 0, 100, 500, and 2500 IU/㎏/day for a period of 13 weeks. There were no observed clinical signs and deaths related to treatment in all groups tested. Decreases in body weight gain and food consumption were observed only in males of 2,500 IU/㎏ group after 2 weeks. In hematological parameters, erythrocyte content, hematocrit values and hemoglobin concentration were dose-dependently increased in rHuEPO treated groups. The ratio between kidney weight and whole body weight was significantly increased in females of 500 and 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. The spleen weight was also increased in both sexes of 500 and 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. However, the absolute weight change of other organs was not observed. In histopathological examinations, the renal tubular basophilia was observed only in males and females of 2,500 IU/㎏ groups. From these results, it is concluded that the no-observed adverse effect level(NOAEL) of rHuEPO is 100 IU/㎏ in rats in the present study.

The purpose of this study was to propose a competency model after exploring the major competencies that must be equipped by students participating in the LINC of K- University and then undergoing expert consultation. The research method relates to categorize the major procedures of competency development according to Lucia and Lepsinger’s (1999) categories and the major procedures and techniques integrated several preceding studies and cases to reconstruct a competency model development procedure. The results showed the four core competencies of the LINC of K-University as ‘intellectual inquiry and self-development’, ‘field experience’, ‘creativity’, and ‘global competitiveness’. The final competencies determined were named as the ‘SMART Core Competency Model’ with the purpose of branding, by connection to the Smart CC of the specialized human resource training program of the LINC at K-University. The results will be used as basic data for the development of an educational platform and the composition of a curriculum based on K-University core competencies.
원격화상 영농기술지도 시스템을 이용한 농민교육과 효율적 시스템 구축 방향

ABSTRACT The purposes of this study were to investigate the structure, use and condition of the agricultural distance learning technology system, to identify the barriers in use, and finally to put forward some implications for future system construction. In order to achieve the purposes, two methodologies were adopted. One was review of literature, and the other was simulation test using alternative conferencing systems constructed by the researchers. It was revealed from the results of the study that ISDN was inappropriate network for the future and lack of multimedia database was the problem for current use. In terms of future system development and construction, three implications were made. The first was a conversion from site-built system to desktop system. Secondly, various network systems should be used. Lastly, the distance learning technology system should be constructed based on Internet platform as the trend of conferencing system is integrated in the Internet environment.
