의약품은 약물을 생체에 적풋하기 위하여 유효성분의 효과가 언제나 일정하게 확보되고 사응에 편리하도록 만들어지는 것이므로 유효썽분 이외에 약효에 영향을 주지 않는 성분이 첨가되는 경운가 많다. 이 때 사용되는 용매들은 제피의 광택 및 건쪼시간의 단축 등을 위하여 휘발점이 낮을 용매들이 주로 사용되어진다. 본 연구는 의약품 필름코팅정제 중 잔류용매 4종(chlorofonr benzen, trichloro ethylen, 1,4-dioxane)에 대한 변형된 pirge & trap-GC 장치를 이용한 동시분석방법을 개발하였으며, 각 표준품의 RSD 값은 chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69% and 1,4-dioxane 3.41%였다. 또한 시중 유통중인 의약품 50종에 대하여 잔류웅매 양을 측정하였으며, 검출되는 잔류용매는 한 건도 없었다. This study nras carried out to develope the analytical method for the mixture of chlorefonn, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane simultaneously and determine the remainingorgauic solvents in coating tablets by Purge & Trap-GC. The results were as follouFs ; 1. Chloroform, benzen, trio:tloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane separated by tenax #5 trap by HP-624GC column by terrlperature programming. The peaks were separated completely at retentiontime of 6.88min for chloroform, 8.21min for benzen, 10.38miu for trichloroethylen and 11.95minfor 1,4-dioxane. 2. Standard RSD were individually chloroform 3.03%, benzen 3.17%, trichloroethylen 3.69%and 1,4-diorane 3.41%. 3. 60 samples were not detrcted chloroform, benzen, trichloroethylen and 1,4-dioxane.
매복 견치 및 저위교합 제 1대구치의 자가 이식에 의한 치험례

In orthodontic treatment of certain cases of tooth loss, aplasia, or ectopia, autotransplantation is sometimes valid treatment alternative often provides and improved result, compared to conventional orthodontic treatment, an apprporiate donor tooth is available and the anatomic circumstances permit it. Clinically, successful transplants must show a radiolucent space between the roots and surroundings bone. There must be no evidence of ankylosis, no permanent root resorption, and no inflammation. Histologically, the criterion of success is a normal and functional periodontal ligament between the root surfaces of transplants and the bone, or gingival connective tissues. The successful autotransplantation of a impacted maxillary canine and infraoccluded mandibular 1st molar is reported. In case Ⅰ, impacted canine with incompletely developed root apex was maintained pulp vitality due to appropriate root development and short extraoral time, atraumatic surgical procedure. In case Ⅱ, infraoccluded molar was started endodontic treatment after 3 weeks. Because of closed apex, possibility of revasculization is rare. Both case Ⅰ, Ⅱ did not ankylosis and the periodontal and periapical tissues appears to be normal after 3 months. In autotransplantation cases it is important to transplant the tooth as quickly and as atraumatically as possible to dimish the chance of ankylosis and root resorption. In all cases of transplantation, patient selection minimal operating time, and good oral hygine will increase the chance for a successful prognosis.

This study was carried out to investigate the optimal conditions for producing somatic cell hybrids of vegetables. The conditions investigated are enzyme concentrations and duration of treatment for isolation of protoplast, concentration of PEG 4000 for fusion of isolated protoplasts, and viability of isolated protoplasts and fused protoplasts. The results obtained are as follows: 1. The size of onion protoplasts which are isolated from white mesophyll tissue is 52.6μm. The size of welsh onion and nanking shallot protoplasts is almost uniform (about 45μm) but the size of tomato and potato protoplasts isolated from callus tissue is various(21 to 86μm). 2. The optimal conc. of enzyme for isolation of protoplasts in the mesophyll tissue of radish, chinese cabbage, welsh onionm, and nanking ahallot are 0.5% macerozyme and 1.0% cellulase. While the onion is 0.5% macerozyme and 1.5% cellulase. 3. The optimal duration of enzyme treatment for produced intact protoplasts were 4hr in chinese cabbage, 5hr in radish, 3hr in welsh onion, and 2hr in nanking shallot and onion respectively. 4. Isolated protoplasts from mesophyll tissus were fused easily and produced the hetero-karyon with 25-35% PEG 4000 in inter-or intraspecies, while protoplasts of tomato and potato derived from cell were not fused easily. 5. The isolated protoplasts were viable until 1-2 days duration of culture, after 3-4 days they were died. The fused protoplasts regenerate cell wall in 1-2 days, while cell division and morphological changes were not observed.

The goals of the research are for producing and optimizing the CD-ROM effective and practical Teaching-Learning method. It consists of Wearing Korean Tradition Costume for the First Grade of Middle School Students in Home Economics Teaching. This research's summarization in following. First, the multi- media material, CD-ROM making use of Powerpoint. Wearing Korean Traditional Costume is produced to help the students learn the difficult contents in terms of video and audio. Second, It is introduced the model of "Open Education for increasing the efficiency f class. Third, it is developed to proceed the class with the CD-ROM and small group study of place activity. Fourth, it helps students concentrate on the class with proper sound effect whenever the slide films are changed. And it helps to link the web sited related to Korean Traditional Costume. Finally, another kinds of suggestions are following. The effective verification of this software that is tested and applied at the field for a given period willbe necessary. And, it is necessary to upgrade for the CD-ROM and the supplementary teaching materials in Korean Traditional Costume education.
변위매복된 상악전치의 자가이식을 통한 자발적 맹출 유도

매복치아의 치료는 단순한 관찰에서 외과적 노출후 교정적 견인까지 매우 다양하며, 매복치의 위치 이상이 심한 경우에는 자가이식을 고려한다. 치아의 자가이식술은 맹출되었거나, 매복치아, 변위맹출된 치아 혹은 기능을 못하는 치아를 동일한 개체의 구강내에서 기존의 발치와나 외과적으로 형성한 수용부에 재위치시키는 술식을 의미한다. 자가이식할 치아는 치근장의 ½∼¾ 정도의 치근 발육시기가 치아가 쉽게 발거되고, 합병증이 적게 생기며, 치근의 최종길이가 충분하게 발육한다. 치근 미완성 치아 이식은 무조건 근관치료 하지 않고, 대부분 치수치유를 목표로 하게 된다. 본 증례는 구순열 부위의 과잉치와 함께 상악 우측 중절치의 맹출지연을 주소로 본원에 내원한 환아로, 방사선사진상 상악 우측 중절치와 측절치의 변위매복을 발견하였으며, 치은내 자가이식술을 시행하여 자발적 맹출을 유도, 정상적 치근발육 및 맹출 후 치열의 양호한 배열을 얻을 수 있었다. The treatment method of impacted tooth is various from simple observation to surgical exposure and orthodontic methods, autotransplantation is concerned to severe malposed impacted tooth Autotransplantation is the transplantation of embedded, impacted, of unerupted tooth, into extraction socket of surgically prepared in the safe individual Autotransplantation of tooth with ½∼¾ root development provldes a good chance of easily extracted, a littte complication, pulp survival, and complete root formation. Transplantation of uncompleted root apex tooth is aim to pulpal healing, not endodontic treatment. The case which were treated with autotransplantation is reported, and induced normal physiologic eruption and good dental alignment.

The effect of low-intensity ultrasonography on dislocation of the patella and fracture healing is controversial, and current management of that does not generally involve the use of ultrasound therapy. Nine patients with dislocation of the patella were treated with low-intensity ultrasonography(l5 mW/㎠, 1∼3.3 MHz) per 10-15 min/days, with an interval of 3 days during the last 3 weeks, at Family Animal Hospital(in Kunsan city). Ultrasound therapy may be beneficial to dislocation of the patella and healing. This finding is of considerable importance in that treatment with a low-intensity pulsed ultrasound signal may reduce healing time and could yield substantial cost savings and decreases in disability associated with delayed healing of dislocation of the patella.

<P>Electrode materials exploiting multielectron-transfer processes are essential components for large-scale energy storage systems. Organic-based electrode materials undergoing distinct molecular redox transformations can intrinsically circumvent the structural instability issue of conventional inorganic-based host materials associated with lattice volume expansion and pulverization. Yet, the fundamental mechanistic understanding of metal-organic coordination polymers toward the reversible electrochemical processes is still lacking. Herein, we demonstrate that metal-dependent spatial proximity and binding affinity play a critical role in the reversible redox processes, as verified by combined <SUP>13</SUP>C solid-state NMR, X-ray absorption spectroscopy, and transmission electron microscopy. During the electrochemical lithiation, in situ generated metallic nanoparticles dispersed in the organic matrix generate electrically conductive paths, synergistically aiding subsequent multielectron transfer to π-conjugated ligands. Comprehensive screening on 3d-metal-organic coordination polymers leads to a high-capacity electrode material, cobalt-2,5-thiophenedicarboxylate, which delivers a stable specific capacity of ∼1100 mA h g<SUP>-1</SUP> after 100 cycles.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>
