        양성평등 관점에서 본 중학교 「기술⋅가정」 교과서의 남녀 삽화 연구

        This study reviewed the Technology & Home Economics Education textbooks to examine if their illustrations would be appropriate for students’ balanced view of gender. To this end, the textbooks of ‘Technology & Home Economics Education 1 and 2’ from 12 publishers (24 books in total) were analyzed focusing on the formative and content characteristics of illustrations in the textbooks. The results of this study is as follows. There were areas in the textbooks that may not be considered gender-equal. Although the textbooks have been improved to some extent from the previous versions, they still show gender stereotypes biased towards men. If students are constantly exposed to the prescriptive characteristics that are in favor of certain gender, they would find it difficult to develop their personality strengths, due to the gender role pressures. In order to help students cultivate sensitivity and activism toward the gender equality issues, it is important that the textbooks are gender-equal. To summarize, in order to suggest to students a balanced image of society with male and female cooperating with each other in diverse domains, it is deemed necessary to constantly examine and revise the textbooks for their gender stereotypic contents, and thereby, improve them for gender equality. 성 고정관념에서 오는 성별 불평등의 해결을 위해서는 여성과 남성 즉 젠더적 민감성과 더불어 젠더에 대한 올바른 인식이선행되어야 한다. 이러한 점을 인지하고 개선 및 보안하고자 가정 교과에서는 교과서를 중심으로 한 양성평등에 대한 연구가꾸준히 진행되어 왔다. 반면 2015 교육과정 개편이 새로이 있었으나 성 평등적 관점에 기초한 교과서 분석은 충분하지 못한실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 양성평등 관점에 기반을 두고 기술 가정 교과서를 분석하였다. 본 논문의 목적은 「기술⋅가정」 교과서 내 삽화가 학생들에게 균형적인 사회상을 제시한다는 교과서로서의 책임을 다 하고 있는지 알아보는 것이다. 이를 위하여12개 출판사에서 발행한 검정교과서 「기술⋅가정 1」과 기술⋅가정 2」를 기준으로 총 24권을 분석 대상으로 선정하였고 삽화의외형적 특징과 내용적 특징을 분석범주로 삼아 진행하였다. 연구결과를 종합해 판단해보자면 우리 교과서가 모든 면에서 성 평등적이라고 평가하기는 어려운 것으로 보인다. 부분적으로는 많은 개선이 있었지만 여전히 특정 성별에 편중되어 성 정형성이 잔재하고 있었으며 개선이 필요한 점으로 보였다. 따라서학생들이 자발적이며 능동적인 태도를 갖추고 비판의식을 함양한다는 성 평등교육의 목적을 이루기위해서는 여성과 남성이다양한 분야에서 서로 협력하며 활약하는 균형적인 사회상을 학생들에게 제시하는 것이 필요하다. 이를 위해 교과서 편집 시성별의 처방적 고정관념이 존재하는 것은 아닌지 주의하고 편견 요소를 축소하여 양성평등 한 교육과정을 실현하기 위한 지속적인 점검 및 검토를 진행하는 방안이 필요함을 알 수 있다.

      • 자기 성장 프로그램이 아동의 자아 존중감 및 사회성 향상에 미치는 영향

        This study is designed to understand that group counseling for self-development has effects on improving self-esteem and sociality of elementary school children. To achieve the purpose of the study, it is established subjects of study as follows. First, does the group counseling program for self-development has influences on improvement of self-esteem of children? Second, is it possible to effects on improvement of sociality of children? With 40 children of 3rd grade in an elementary school located in Pochen-gun, Kyeungki-do, it is divided into experimental group of 20 subjects(boy11, girl 9) and control group of the rest 20(boy 11, girl 9). It perormed total 12 sessions of 60-90minutes, by doing it 1-2time a week with experimental group, based on the self-development program making up for a self-development program that is developed by Lee, Hyung-Duik(1998). In control group, it is done only preliminary and post examination. As a examination tool to verify hypotheses of the study, it is used sociality examintion tool by Lee, Sung-Hyun(1997). It consists of items for sociality measurements that is selected boty out self-esteem examination developed by Choi, Bo-Ga and Jeon, Gui-Yeon(1993) based on the studies such as those of Coopersmith(1967), McChale, and Chaighed(1988), etc. and character inventory for elementary school by Jeong, Bum,-Mo(1971). For dealing with the results, it makes average of scores resulting from preliminary and post examination in terms of self-esteem and sociality with experimental group, and compares increase rate ot the average with each group. It summarizes the findings as follows; First, in terms of improvement of self-esteem, experimental group(+12.75) that received group counseling program for self-development has 9.47 increase of average higher than that of control group(+3.28). Considering difference in average increase of subordinate fields vetween experimental group and control group, it is highly improved general self-esteem(+1.74), social self-esteem(+5.45), and school self-esteem(+3.43) in experimental group. In contrast, there is no disteinguished improvement in home self-esteem, showing the average increase such as experimental group(+0.59) and control group(+0.12). Second, it shows that group counseling program for self-development has effects on improvement of sociality, resulting in 16.85 increase of average of experimental group(+18.30), which is higher than that of control group(+1.45). Looking at the subordinate fields, experimental group shows more even inprovement throughout al the field of cooperation(+4.64), obeyance of the law(+4.41), and social activity(+3.70) and self-reliance(+3.03) than control group does. Based on the above findings, it leads to conclusions that group counseling rpogram of self-development has posivive effects on self-esteem and sociality of delementary school children.

        칼빈의 칭의와 성화의 관계에 대한 개핀(Gaffin)과 페스코(Fesko) 논쟁

        There was a heated discussion among 2 groups of scholars with Gaffin and Fesco as the central figures for 10 years regarding the relationship between sanctification and justification, which are duplex gratia granted through unio mystica cum Christo, as stated in the third book of Institutes of the Christian Religion. In this discussion, Gaffin admitted the priority of justification to the progressive sanctification in terms of logic and timing. After then he argued the simultaneity of justification and definitive sanctification. However, Fesco denied Gaffin's argument of definitive sanctification, and argued the logical priority of justification to sanctification. In the course of this controversy, Gaffin's scholars have well established that the dualistic grace of justification and sanctification is received at the same time in association with Christ by faith through the work of the Holy Spirit in Reformed Salvation Theology. Calvin sought to overcome the criticism of Roman Catholicism that there is no precedent in justification and the problem of Luther's soteriology which perceives the relationship between justification and sanctification causally by insisting on the inseparability of justification and sanctification. However, there remain expressions of causal relations of them in Calvin's writings, and Fesco focuses on those expressions and interprets Calvin to bring him closer to Luther who understands justification and sanctification as causal. But such a position of Fesco seems to be centered around partial expressions Calvin, however, explicitly acknowledges the logical priority relationship between justification and sanctification even though it speaks of the simultaneity of them. He said that he received the dual grace of justification and sanctification in his union with Christ, and he explicitly accepted Luther's justification that the certainty of our salvation is based on justification for the forgiveness of sin and the imputation of Christ's righteousness, It was said to be a returning hinge. 지난 10년 동안 개핀과 페스코를 중심인물로 하는 두 개의 그룹 사이에 칼빈의 『기독교강요』 3권에 서술된 그리스도의 신비적 연합을 통해 받는 이중적 은혜인 칭의와 성화 사이의 관계에 대하여 열띤 토론이 있었다. 이러한 논의 과정에서 개핀은 논리와 시간의 관점에서 점진적 성화에 대한 칭의의 우선성을 인정하였다. 그 후에 그는 칭의와 결정적인 성화의 동시성을 주장하였다. 그러나 페스코는 개핀의 결정적인 성화론을 부정하였고, 성화에 대한 칭의의 논리적인 우선성을 주장하였다. 이러한 논쟁 과정에서 개핀을 중심한 학자들은 개혁주의 구원론 신학에서 성령의 역사를 통한 믿음으로 그리스도와 연합하여 칭의와 성화의 이중적인 은혜를 동시적으로 받는다는 점을 잘 정립시켜 주었다. 칼빈은 칭의와 성화의 불가분리성을 주장하여 칭의에 선행이 없다는 로마가톨릭의 비판과 칭의와 성화의 관계를 인과적으로 인식하는 루터의 구원론의 문제점을 극복하고자 하였다. 그렇지만 칼빈 안에 인과적인 관계를 나타내는 표현들도 남아 있어, 페스코는 그러한 표현들을 주목하여 칼빈을 칭의와 성화를 인과관계로 이해하는 루터와 근접시키려고 해석하고 있다. 그렇지만 페스코의 그러한 입장은 칼빈의 전체적인 논의 가운데 부분적인 표현들을 중심으로 전개되는 것으로 보인다. 그러나 칼빈은 칭의와 성화의 동시성을 말하면서도 양자 사이의 논리적인 선후관계는 명확하게 인정하고 있다. 그는 그리스도와의 연합으로 칭의와 성화의 이중적인 은혜를 받는다고 말하면서도 우리의 구원의 확실성이 죄의 용서와 그리스도의 의의 전가를 받는 칭의에 근거한다는 루터의 칭의론을 분명하게 수용하였고 그래서 칭의가 종교가 돌아가는 돌쩌귀라고 하였다.

        시몬느 베이유의 영성과 지식교육

        This is the study on the spirituality of Simone Weil and its implication for the intellectual education of our time. As a French woman philosopher of the 2nd world war period, she developed a special perspective on the Christianity and the educational role of religion. She participated actively in the life of poor workers, farmers and religious seekers. Her important philosophical notion 'attentiveness' indicates how our intellectual study can be and has to be transformed into a spiritual activity. Hore she indicates the proper way of our intellectual learning. While we see her life as an remarkable example of the unity o1 knowledge and action, we point out the implications and meanings of her thoughts to cure our illness of being powerless in ethical action in spite of our long lasting and heavyintellectual studies. Her concept of God is very holistic and panentheistic. With that religious conception she could understand the whole world of life as holy, and for her there is no qualitive differences between intellectual studies and religious seeking and between secular activities and holy ones. So she emphasizes the learning as the prayer and physical activities as a necessary way to the wakening of our spirit. Here I see the lesson of her thoughts. It is important and meaningful for our contemporary intellectual education to rediscover this religious and ethical character of education.

        수술이동경로 동영상이 이비인후과 수술환자의 불안에 미치는 효과

        This study aimed to investigate the effects of surgical pathway video on preoperative anxiety in otolaryngology patients under general anesthesia surgery. A surgical pathway video was developed, and the video program was produced from the perspective of the patient looking at the moving bed from the pre-operation ward to returning to the hospital room through the operating room and recovery room. The narration about the indirect experience of the surgical pathway was composed with music. The study used the nonequivalent control group time difference design. Sampling and measurement of the control group participants (n=26) was completed first. Later, participants in the experimental group (n=26) were sampled, intervened surgical pathway video, and measured. The anxiety was measured with the State-Anxiety Inventory developed by Spielberger (1975), and modified by Kim & Shin (1978). Data were analyzed by χ2-test and t-test using SPSS version 24.0 program. The results of the study showed that the patient's anxiety and pulse before surgery were lower in the experimental group than in the control group. As a result, it has been confirmed that the experience of the surgical pathway using pre-operative video is effective in reducing patient's anxiety. 본 연구의 목적은 전신마취 수술환자 중 이비인후과 환자를 대상으로 수술이동경로 동영상이 수술 전 불안에 미치는 효과를 파악하기 위한 것이다. 본 연구는 수술이동경로 동영상이 개발되었고, 동영상 프로그램은 환자가 수술 전 병동에서 출발하여 수술실, 회복실을 경유하여 다시 병실로 돌아오기까지의 경로를 환자가 이동침대에서 바라보는 시각에서 제작되었다. 수술이동경로에 대한 간접경험에 대한 나레이션은 음악과 함께 구성되었다. 본 연구는 비동등성 대조군 시차설계의 유사 실험연구이며, 대조군(n=26)을 먼저 선정하여 자료를 수집하였고 실험군(n=26)은 수술이동경로 동영상으로 중재하고 자료를 측정하였다. 연구도구는 Spielberger(1975)의 상태불안 측정도구(State -Anxiety Inventory)를 김과 신(1978)이 번안한 도구를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS version 24.0 program를 이용하여 χ2-test와 t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 수술 전 환자의 불안과 맥박이 대조군에 비해 실험군이 낮았다. 결과적으로 수술 전 동영상을 이용한 수술이동경로 체험이 환자의 불안을 감소시키는데 효과적인 것으로 확인되었다.

        13-18세 청소년의 비만이 치아우식에 미치는 영향

        Objectives: This study investigated the relationship between obesity and dental caries of Korean adolescents. Methods: Data from the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (KNHNES Ⅵ) (2013 to 2015) were used and targeted adolescents aged 13 to 18 years. For statistical analysis, the SPSS 18.0 program was used, and the significance level was set at 0.05. Results: For the general and health-related characteristics, female students (p=0.001) showed higher decayed, missing, and filled teeth (DMFT) index than male students. Furthermore, DMFT showed higher tendency, as age was higher (p<0.001). Smoking (p=0.011) and drinking experience (p=0.027) revealed higher DMFT. The dental caries experience was significantly different among students who were female (p=0.033), older (p=0.001), and overweight or underweight (p=0.022). In the BMI for the general and health-related characteristics, male students had higher obesity rate than female students (p=0.003), and obese subjects had higher dental checkup in the last year (p=0.013). In multiple linear regression analysis of obesity and DMFT, the unadjusted model showed that the obesity group’s DMFT was about 0.8 higher than that of the normal group (p=0.024). However, statistical significance was not shown in the adjusted models. In the logistic regression analysis of obesity and dental caries experience, the unadjusted model 1 (1.93 times), the adjusted model 2 (1.79 times), and model 3 (1.76 times) showed significantly higher dental caries experience. Conclusions: Both obesity and dental caries are related to diet habits and lifestyles and have a negative impact on adult health. Therefore, it is necessary to create a healthy social environment around the adolescent, and proper intervention through education is required to form healthy habits.
