      • 제7차 초등학교 과학과 교육목표의 분석

        The research aims to be a helpful material for declaring a systematic, consistent educational objective when establishing the next national school curriculum, by analyzing the 7th Elementary science educational objective of 3, 4, 5th grade. The result is as follows: 1. the total agreement of educational objectives were analyzed as 0.651. it was able to confirm that the agreement was lacking, and that too much of it were emphasized in some educational objective areas. 2. the agreement of 3rd grade was analyzed as the lowest, which in fact should be the highest, because of low recognition level. 4th grade was the highest, marking 0.696. 5th grade was 0.637, showing very inclusive educational objective declarations. 3. the consistency between the unit objective and school year objective was analyzed as 0.63. the educational objective declared in the school year objective must also be stated in the unit objective. By this point of view, the consistency above was very deficient. 4. the consistency between class objective and unit objective was analyzed as 0.73. Examinations by grade showed the consistency of 3rd grade as 0.79, marking the highest. The next was 4th grade with 0.73, and 5th grade was 0.67. The consistency decreases as the grade gets higher. 5. as for the composition rate of the educational objective according to different areas, the educational objective of cognitive domain was at 51%, science·methodological domain at 38%, affective domain at 8%, and science technology society domain at 3%. 6. the composition rate depending on content area showed the educational objective of cognitive domain at 52%, science·methodological domain at 39%, affective domain at 7%, and science technology society domain at 3%. In conclusion, the agreement was lowly analyzed due to indefinite educational objective declarations and the consistency between unit objective and school year objective was seriously deficient. Also, it was able to discover that the general objective declaration was not made due to serious deviation of the rates in different domains.

      • 배지의 무기염류와 sucrose 농도가 감자의 기내 shoot 증식과 기내경 삽목묘의 생존율에 미치는 영향

        감자의 virus-free 기내경 삽목묘의 효율적인 대량 생산 체계의 확립을 위하여 생장점 배양으로 얻어진 감자의 기내경의 증식과 기내경의 순화삽목을 실시한 결과는 다음과 같다. 초대배양에서는 염류농도와 sucrose 농도가 높을수록 양호하였다. 즉, MS나 2MS에 sucrose를 6% 첨가한 배지에서 튼튼한 기내경이 생산되었다. 계대배양에서는 sucrose 농도가 높을수록 줄기의 길이는 단축되고 굵기는 커졌으며 생체중은 염류농도와 관계없이 3%의 sucrose가 첨가된 배지에서 무거웠다. 이들 유식물체의 경절을 삽목한 결과 계대배양 배지의 sucrose농도가 6%인 배지에서 생존율이 높은 경향이었다. In order to establish a mass propagation system of potato planting material, in vitro multiplication of virus-free shoot originated from meristem culture and sucrose concentrations on survival of cutting of the in vitro stem tried with various media containing different levels of MS salts(0.5x, 1x and 2x) and sucrose(1.0, 3.0, 6.0%), and the effects of MS salts elements were evaluated. Higher level of sucrose in the initial culture media favored the shoot growth, that is, both of 1MS and 2MS media containing 6.0% sugar produced stouter shoots. Higher level of sucrose in the subculture media also favored the development of compact stout shoots, but biomass production in terms of fresh weight was high on the media containing 3.0%sucrose, regardless of MS salts concentration. The survival rate of cuttings made of the in vitro stem segments tended to be higher in those obtained from subculture media containg 6.0%sucrose.

      • Urea 박테리아 전극에 관한 연구

        Proteus vulgaris 를 ammonia와 carbon dioxide gas-sensor에 고정시켜 감응도와 재현성이 우수한 요소에 대한 박테리아 전극을 직접 제조하여 pH, 온도, 완충용액, 박테리아의 양, 여러 가지 아미노산 및 무기염류에 대한 영향과 전극의 수명 등에 관하여 조사하였다. 먼저 ammonia-박테리아 전극은 25℃에서 pH 7.4인 0.05M phosphate 완충용액을 사용하였을 때가 최적이었으며, 7.0 ×10 exp (-4) -3.0 ×10 exp (-2)M 내에서 직선을 나타내었고, 이때 감응도는 116.7mV/decade였다. 한편, carbon dioxide-박테리아 전극은 30℃, pH7.0, 0.1M phosphate 완충용액에서 가장 우수한 감응을 보였다. 이 경우는 7.0 ×10 exp (-4) - 5.0 ×10 exp (-2)M 내에서 45.4 - 45.7mV/decade를 나타내었다. 이들 두 전극중에서 carbon deoxide-박테리아 전극을 이용하여 요소를 정량한다면 방해물질들의 방해가 최소화되었다. 실제 임상적 응용에서 분광 광도법과 비교한 결과 실험과정이 간단하고 편리하여 신속하게 많은 양의 시료분석이 가능하다. Bio-electrodes for urea have been constructed by immobilizing the Proteus vulgaris on ammonia and carbon dioxide gas-sensors. The bacteria containing urease convert each molecule of urea into two molecules of ammonia and one molecule of carbon dioxide gas. Ammonia-bacterial electrode based on ammonia gas-sensor has linearity in the range of 7.0 ×10 exp (-4) - 3.0 ×10 exp (-2)M urea in pH 7.4, 0.05M phosphate buffer solution at 25℃. While carbon dioxide-bacterial electrode based on carbon dioxide gas-sensor has linearity in the range of 7.0 ×10 exp (-4) - 5,0 ×10 exp (-2)M urea in pH 7.0, 0.1M phosphate buffer solution at 30℃. These electrodes were investigated for the effects of pH, temperature, buffer solutions, bacterial amounts and interferences, and life time. As the clinical applications, urea in urine was determined by these devices and was compared with spectrophotometric method. As the results, those methods were by far more simple and rapid than these method.

      • 물과 Micelle 용액에서 Benzaldehyde의 전기화학적 환원에 대한 연구

        The electrochemical reduction of benzaldehyde in 10% ethanol-water solution contained surfactants has been studied by direct current (DC) differential pulse (DP) polarography, cyclic voltammetry (CV) and controlled potential coulometry (CPC). A totally irreversible electrode reaction processes of benzaldehyde reduction proceeded by one electron transfer to form anion radical which undergoes both protonation and a second one electron reduction to give benzyl alcohol as a major product. The cathodic reduction wave was seperated by inhibition of sodium lauryl sulfate due to selectivity and effect of anionic charged micelle. The possible reduction mechanism with controlled pH range was suggested.

      • 웨이브렛 변환과 사면체 분할을 이용한 볼륨 데이저 모델링

        Volume data modeling is concerned with finding a mathematical function which represents the relationship implied by the 3D data. Modeling a volume data geometrically can visualize a volume data using surface graphic without voxelization. It has many merits in that it is fast and requires little memory. We proposes, a method based on wavelet transformation and tetrahedrization. We implemented a prototype system based on the proposed method. Last, we evaluated the proposed method comparing it with marching cube algorithm. The evaluation results show that though the proposed method uses only 13% of the volume data, the images generated is as good as the images generated by the marching cubes algorithm.

        이 시스템은 미래 혁신 기술로 각광받고 있는 블록체인 기술의 특징을 이용하여 사용자들의 거래 내역을 블록화 하여 보안성을 강화하고 결재정보나 개인정보를 보호해서 안정성을 추구하며 블록체인에서 구현하기 어려운 결제의 불완전성을 극복하려는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시스템을 설계한 과정 중에 일부분인 블록체인의 유효성검사, 블록 저장한 화면들을 보여주고 설명하고 있다.

        Modern literature was one of the newly emerging cultural forms, so it produced many youthful literary enthusiasts in the period of Japanese colonial rule of Korea. The fever of modern literature in that time was so hot that the society and educational institutes, which had to encourage the fever in ordinary time, however, had to cool it down. The fever of literature was so universal that it was useless to differentiate literary enthusiasts from ordinary students: almost all the students were absorbed in reading literary works and wrote them, not satisfied in passive reader, as to passing a night without sleeping. They organized literary coteries and published literary coterie magazines. Those activities was processed voluntarily by students which were eager to read and write literary works. It was true that literary education was imparted partially in formal education; in the course of Japanese, Korean, English etc. But most of literary education was imparted in fields of noninstitutional literary education such as reading, literary coteries, literary coterie magazines, mentors, public literary lectures, literary contests which were organized by newspapers and magazines etc. This thesis reconstituted diverse aspects of the noninstitutional literary education in the period of Japanese colonial rule of Korea through analyzing reminiscences on the days of learning literature of writers and poets in that time.
