Objective: This clinical study aims to report the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment in a patient with Parkinson's disease. Methods: The patient was treated with acupuncture totally eight times, which was applied at LU8, LR4, HT3, LR2, GV20, and GB20 and moxibustion at CV12, CV4. The effect of treatment was evaluated using the Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale (UPDRS). Results: After treatment the patient's UPDRS scores improved from 78 to 29 points after 28 days, and the patient's symptoms of tremor also improved. Conclusions: The Korean medicine treatment of acupuncture might be effective for Parkinson's disease.
고속 반도체 소자에서 배선 간의 Crosstalk에 의한 Coupling Capacitance 변화 분석

In this paper, novel test patterns and on-chip data are presented to indicate that the variation of coupling capacitance, ${\Delta}Cc$ by crosstalk can be larger than static coupling capacitance, Cc. It is also shown that ${\Delta}Cc$ is strongly dependent on the phase of aggressive lines. for anti-phase crosstalk ${\Delta}Cc$ is always larger than Cc while for in-phase crosstalk ${\Delta}Cc$ is smaller than Cc. HSPICE simulation shows good agreement with the measurement data. 본 논문에서는 Crosstalk에 의한 coupling capacitance의 변화량, ${\Delta}Cc$이 기본값인 Cc보다 더 커질 수 있음을 제안한 테스트 회로를 이용하여 실험적으로 증명하였다. 또한 ${\Delta}Cc$가 Aggressive line의 위상에 매우 의존함을 보였으며 위상이 같은 경우보다 반대인 경우에 ${\Delta}Cc$가 크게 됨을 보였다. 실험 결과의 타당성을 검증을 위해 HSPICE 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 실험치와 잘 맞음을 나타내었다.

Object : This clinical study is to report the effects of Chengsimyeonjatang-gamibang on tremors. Methods : Two patients was treated with Chengsimyeonjatang-gamibang and acupuncture that was applied at LU8, LR4, HT3, LR2, GV20, GB20. The effect of treatment was evaluated by Visual Analog Scale(VAS) and Motor examination of Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRSIII). Results : After Korean medicine treatment, the patients' VAS and UPDRSIII scores were decreased and conditions were improved. Conclusions : The Korean medicine treatment of Chengsimyeonjatang-gamibang and acupuncture might be effective for the tremors.

In this paper, in order to acquire optimized control gains for Near Constant Force Suspension(NCFS) strategy of active suspension, we use Autodesign toolkit which is included in Recurdyn software. Wheeled vehicle is modelled using Recurdyn software as a test vehicle, and NCFS control algorithm is implemented using Matlab/Simulink package. Furthermore, these two softwares are connected, which makes a co-simulation platform. Some control gains are defined as a design value in Autodesign toolkit, and vertical displacement, speed, and acceleration of the vehicle are used as a performance evaluation required to calculate the optimum values of the control gains. By selecting the method of design of experiment and meta-model, we can proceed the optimization process easily using this Autodesign toolkit, which results in a good design results which show us better control results compared with the results with manually tuned gains.

본 논문에서는 각각 다른 캐리어 방향성을 가지는 strained-silicon PMOSFET에서 소자의 디지털 및 아날로그 성능을 비교 평가 하였다. 캐리어 방향이 〈100〉을 갖는 소자의 경우 이동도 향상에 의해서 〈110〉방향의 소자 보다 우수한 드레인 구동 전류 및 출력저항 특성을 보이지만, NBTI 신뢰성과 소자의 matching 특성은 반대로 다소 열화 됨을 확인 하였다. 따라서 나노미터급 CMOSFET에서 캐리어 방향성을 이용한 이동도 향상 기술의 적용을 위해서는 DC 성능을 비롯한 신뢰성 및 아날로 그 특성을 모두 고려하는 것이 반드시 필요하다고 할 수 있다. In this paper, comparative analysis of digital and analog performances of strained-silicon PMOSFETs with different carrier direction were performed. ID.SAT vs. ID.OFF and output resistance, Rout performances of devices with 〈100〉 carrier direction were better than those of 〈110〉 direction due to the greater carrier mobility of 〈100〉 channel direction. However, on the contrary, NBTI reliability and device matching characteristics of device with 〈100〉 carrier direction were worse than those with 〈110〉 carrier direction. Therefore, simultaneous consideration of analog and reliability characteristics as well as DC device performance is highly necessary when developing mobility enhancement technology using the different carrier direction for nano-scale CMOSFETs.

Objectives: To evaluate the evidence supporting the effectiveness of Chuna manual therapy for rheumatoid arthritis. Methods: We conducted a search across 9 electronic databases to find all randomized controlled clinical trials (RCTs) that used Chuna manual therapy as a treatment for rheumatoid arthritis. The methodological quality of each RCT was assessed using the Cochrane risk of bias tool. Results: Our inclusion criteria were met by 5 RCTs. The meta-analysis showed positive results for the use of Chuna manual therapy combined with oriental usual care (UC) in terms of the efficacy rate, pain, and duration of morning stiffness when compared to western UC. Positive results were also obtained in terms of the efficacy rate, when Chuna manual therapy combined with medication was compared to medication treatments alone. Conclusions: Our systematic review found encouraging, but limited evidence of Chuna manual therapy for rheumatoid arthritis. However, to obtain stronger evidence without the drawbacks of trial design and the quality of studies, we recommend a comparative research to test the effectiveness of Chuna manual therapy.
림프부종에 대한 추나요법의 효과: 체계적 문헌고찰과 메타분석

Objectives Purpose of our study is to investigate the preventive and therapeutic effect of Chuna manual therapy (CMT) for lymphedema. Methods A study search of 10 databases was performed. We included the randomized controlled trials (RCTs) which performed CMT for lymphedema in this study. The keywords used were ‘chuna’ or ‘tuina’ and ‘lymphedema’. Two independent authors rated study quality and risk of bias using the Cochrane risk of bias tool. Results 9 appropriate RCTs were remained after screening. The therapeutic effects of the experimental group was statistically higher than that of the control group with functional exercise or taking western medicine. Subjective symptom score was also lower in the CMT group. Conclusions These results suggests that CMT has sufficient evidence that it is more effective in prevent or alleviating symptoms of lymphedema than conventional treating methods. However, due to the high risk of bias of included studies, further researches are needed with higher quality of evidence. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2021;31(2):15-24)
