사회적 소수인으로서 여성결혼이민자의 미디어 접근과 이용에 대한 탐색적 연구

본 연구는 다문화 사회의 소수인으로서 여성결혼이민자의 소셜 미디어에 대한 인식 및 이용 동기, 접근 및 이용현황, 지원책 및 제도적 요구사항 등에 대한 조사를 통해 외국인 이주민의 SNS 소통활성화를 위한 실천적 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 여성결혼이민자는 소셜 미디어를 다양하게 이용하지 못하고 있었으며 그나마도 거의 대부분 데스크탑을 통해 이용하고 있었고, 소셜 미디어의 가입과 이용에 있어서도 많은 제약이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 소셜 미디어를 통한 인적 교류가 매우 한정되어 모국인 이외에는 인적 소통이 거의 없었고, 스마트폰 가입과 이용에도 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 무엇보다 여성결혼이민자의 소셜미디어에 대한 접근성을 높이기 위하여 가입절차를 간소화하고 가입 시 필요한 정보를 최소한으로 하는 정책적 노력이 필요하다. 가입안내 및 방법에 대한 내용을 한국어 이외에 최소한 영어 버전으로도 제공해야 할 필요성도 있다. 또한 컴퓨터 활용 능력이 현저히 떨어지거나 인터넷 이용이 익숙하지 않은 외국인 이주민들을 위해 정부차원의 단계별 교육 지원 프로그램의 지속적인 실시가 필요하다. 더불어 이들의 커뮤니티 운영에 대한 제도적, 기술적인 지원이 필요하다고 본다. The objective of this study is to propose the effective and practical policy and plans for Korean government through this research about foreign residents` recognition, motivation of use, utilization, supports and requirements to social media as a minority in multicultural society. According to the results, foreign residents were not use variously social media, most foreign residents were use social media by desktop computer and had many constraints in admission and use of social media. And foreign residents` personal exchange through social media were limited, have not personal communication with others except their own countrymen. They have a variety of difficulties in admission and use of smart phone. Therefore, political efforts are needed that simplification of registration process and minimax of personal information to join for foreign residents. Guidance to join and method of using by English version is needed and government`s computer and internet education program for foreign residents is needed consistently. Most of all, institutional and technical supports are required to manage and operate foreign residents` internet or SNS community.

누가, 어떻게 소셜 커뮤니티를 운영하는가?

본 연구는 외국인 이주민이 한국사회에 적응하기 위한 수단이자, 한국사회와 소통을 위한 유용한 커뮤니케이션 채널로서 소셜 커뮤니티에 주목하여, 이들이 한국사회에서 정착과 소통 측면에서 외국인 이주민 소셜 커뮤니티를 어떻게 운영하고 있으며, 운영상의 어려움이나 문제점은 없는지 구체적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 외국인 이주민의 커뮤니티 운영자를 대상으로 FGI를 실시하였으며, 국적별 혹은 이주형태별로 대표성을 지닌 외국인 이주민의 소셜 커뮤니티를 대상으로 하여 내용분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 외국인 이주민이 우리 사회 구성원으로서 활발히 소통하고 정착하기 위해서는, 전시행정이 아닌 외국인 이주민들의 현실적인 상황(한국어 수준, 근무시간, PC 소유 여부 등)을 고려한 단계별 컴퓨터(기본적인 프로그램 활용 방법, 인터넷 이용 방법, 소셜미디어 활용 방법 등) 교육 프로그램이 필요하며, 특히 운영자들에 대한 전문적인 기술교육 및 커뮤니티 운영지원 정책이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 한국사회에서 외국인 이주민에 대한 문제 발생 시 온라인상에서 관련 부처의 신속한 대응 및 지속적인 관리도 중요한 것으로 보인다. 한국형 포털 사이트의 경우 복잡한 가입절차 방식도 시급히 해결되어야 할 문제라고 본다. 외국인 이주민들의 소셜 미디어 활용에 앞서 근본적으로 접근 자체를 불가능하게 만드는 일차적 요인이기도 하기 때문이다. 현재 다문화 지원 관련 부처에서 제공하고 있는 커뮤니티 서비스 방식도 동영상 등 대용량 자료를 올리기에는 적합하지 않아 실제 필요한 형식(동영상을 비롯한 각종 영상자료 등)의 서비스를 사용할 만큼의 용량 제공 문제 등의 개선이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. The objective of this study is to propose the effective and practical policy and plans for Korean government through research(FGI for social community operator & case study on social community) about foreign residents’ social media community. According to the results, it is very important that step-by-step computer education program(utilization for internet & social media) by foreign residents’ various condition(level of Korean, job, computer skill etc.) for foreign residents put down roots in society as member of Korean. In specially, education of specialized skills and policy about operational support for social community operator is needed. And rapid maneuver and maintaining management of Korean government, to solve several problem about foreign residents’, is very important, too. Additionally, procedure for joining in Korean portal sites must be simplified. It is first reason to make impossible foreign residents’ social media access. In last, institutional and technical supports like service capacity, mode, and method are required to manage and operate foreign residents’ social media community.

In films, eyeball makeup has the effect of maximizing the overall film by overwhelming the emotion and atmosphere. Injection type eyeball special effect makeup is a device that injects artificial blood into the eye for directing effective scenes in movies such as disease, war, and action, and can maximize the realism of a character suited to the situation settings. Insertion type eyeball special effect makeup is a unique effect on the pupil of the character image through the insertion of contact lens and can be seen in movies of drama and comedy genre. Special effect lens insertion makeup is mainly used in such movies as science fiction, fantasy, horror, and disaster. Cover type(attaching) eyeball makeup is mainly used for eyeball special effect makeup in the films such as science fiction and fantasy, and for making various characters including upright walking aliens, robots, etc. Digital eyeball makeup is made by computer graphic to suit the features of characters in a film that is produced in front of a blue or green screen. As for the eyeball special effect makeup, eyeball special effect makeup artists need to make stable eyeball special effect makeup by knowing the performance and safety of the products as a specialized eyeball makeup professional in the fields of artificial blood injection, lens insertion, lens removal, special effect lens and artificial eye design. In addition, this study hopes that the systematic and detailed activities of professional eyeball makeup artists in the film industry will be promoted.

소셜 미디어의 이용행태 및 소셜 디바이드 현황 분석

본 연구는 최근 급속도로 보급된 소셜 미디어를 이용자들이 얼마나, 어떻게 이용하고 있는지 그 이용행태와 소셜 디바이드를 소셜 미디어 접근과 이용 관점에서 분석하였다. 분석결과, 20대가 소셜 미디어 이용량이 가장 많은 것으로 나타났다. 소셜 미디어 접근과 관련해서는 65.1%가 소셜 미디어 필요시 접근이 가능하다고 응답했으나 18.45%는 여전히 소셜 미디어 접근이 어렵다고 응답해, 아직까지도 상당수가 소셜 미디어 접근에 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 파악되었다. 연령대별로는 20~30대에 비해서 40대 이상이 접근에 어려움을 느끼고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 응답자들은 소셜 미디어 이용격차해소를 위한 정책의 필요성을 높게 인식하고 있었다. 특히, 응답자들은 장애인을 위한 소셜 미디어 교육이 필요하다고 판단하고 있었다. 또, 저소득층, 농어민, 소외집단을 위한 지원사업에 대해서도 필요성을 인식하고 있었는데, 소득이 적은 집단이 많은 집단보다 이러한 인식이 높게 나타났다. 응답자들은 사회적 약자에 대한 배려 차원에서 대표적인 소셜 미디어가 된 스마트폰 보급에 대한 지원이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었다. Information gap by use of social media as smart phone shine in Korea is broken, this information gap will develop to social divide. Thus this social divide is very serious and important problem. The aim of this research is to discover problems according to social divide spread. We will survey 10~40"s aged respondents to grasp fully current condition of social divide. We performed a survey to understand social media usage for 1,500 (include 900 teenagers) respondents. Collected were their reason to use social media, frequency of utilization, points of satisfaction/dissatisfaction, and their opinion about social divide (cause and solving method). respondents have realized that there is a deviation in access and use about social media and is need consideration (social media access and education) to social minority. And there are majority opinion that is need information ethics and application on curriculum for revitalization of education using social media.

본 논문은 기계번역의 효율을 향상시키기 위해서 한국어 구문분석을 위한 새로운 테이블 파싱 알고리듬 및 기계 번역 처리 과정에 있어서 시제와 서법을 고려치 않고 번역하므로써 발생하는 오류를 해결하기 위한 활용어 어미 테이블을 구성하여 시제와 서법처리의 효율적인 알고리듬을 제안한다. 입력된 문장은 형태소 분석부를 거쳐 출력된 각 리스트의 속성값이 두개의 큐와 스택에 저장되며, 문법규칙 테이블을 이용하여 규칙에 맞는 패턴으로 파싱한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 알고리듬은 문장분류의 정확성을 높이고 문장성분테이블과 각 어미테이블에 의미정보를 두어 구문구조 규칙만으로 해결 할 수 없었던 다의성 및 애매성을 해결한다.

주세페 아르침볼도의 회화작품을 모티브로한 헤어작품 연구

오늘날 많은 현대인들이 환경오염과 기계문명으로 인한 인간성의 피폐를 경험하면서 자연에 회복하고자 하는 열망이 확대되고 있다. 자연을 소재로한 다양한 작품들은 인간에게 무한한 가능성과 예술적 영감을 제공한다. 자연주의 헤어디자인은 사람들의 감성을 자극하고 만족을 이끌어내는 작품을 창작하는 분야이므로 자연을 중요한 소재로 작용 할 수 있다. 미술작품은 디자인분야의 모티브로 자주 이용되며 헤어디자인 분야도 예외는 아니다. 본연구는 자연주의 작가인 아르침볼도의 회화작품을 모티브로 하여 헤어디자인을 창작하였다. 첫째 작품은 봄의 꽃들과 산록을 악세사리로 활용하여 봄의 화사함과 산뜻함을 롤기법과 하위양감으로 표현하였고 둘째 작품은 여름의 싱그러움과 활동성을 초록잎과 열매를 악세사리로 활용하고 표현하고자 하였으며 비대칭구조의 롤기법으로 작품을 구성하였다. 셋째 작품은 가을의 풍요로움을 포도와 호박을 이용하여 탐스럽게 표현하고자 하였으며 바구니땋기 기법으로 작품을 완성하였다. 넷째 작품은 겨울의 쓸쓸함과 거친 느낌을 고목을 소재로 하여 표현하고 브레이드 기법중 언더 브레이드 기법으로 땋기를 연출하고 가닥가닥 빼기로 거칠게 표현하였다. 자연은 인간에게 무한한 가능성과 예술적 영감을 제고하는 창조적인 모티브를 제공하는 근원이 될 수 있으며 자연의 꽃, 식물, 과일등의 결과물이 헤어조형작품의 소재로 사용될시 풍요로운, 고독등의 화사함 싱그러움 연출에 부족함이 없었으며 독창적인 디자인을 연출할 수 있다. 따라서 미술회화작품을 재해석하여 헤어 디자인을 재창조하는 할 수 있는 가능성을 있다. 본 연구는 자연주의 작가의 회화작품을 모티브로 하여 헤어디자인의 영역의 확대를 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 한다. Natural hair design is an area where people can create a masterpiece that stimulates people’s emotions and createntment, which can serve as an important element. If art works frequently as a motif in the design, it is not an exception to hair design.The study featured a motif of areuchimboldo, a painting by naturalism, a naturalistic writer. The first piece of artwork features the spring flower and the sallok of spring as accessories and hawi to express the freshness and freshnessof sprind, and the second piece f work is to express the freshness and artistry of the spring and the yeolmae, and the works of art are composed of rol and hwaldong. The third piece of artwork was to express the richness of the autumn with the grapes and pumpkins, and finished the work with the basket. The fourth piece was expressed by the expression of the gadakkadak and rough feelings of the winter, and the braid was expressed as a braid of braid during the braid technique.The study aims to utilize the works of naturalism as a base material for expanding the scope of hair design.
