        수동조절형 제트환기장치(Manujet)의 개발 및 임상적용 : 전향적 연구

        Background and Objectives : Previous jet ventilation is not becoming more common because of high price, making loud noise, and causing a movement of the vocal cords due to the jet stream. So we designed a new type of manually controlled jet ventilation using previous laryngoscope and introduced it's clinical application. Materials and Method : A prospective study involved 20 patients all having undergone surgical intervention under new type of manually controlled jet ventilation from June 2009 to January 2011. The prospective study was to assess the vital sign and operative and postoperative complications. Results : The Manually Controlled Jet Ventilation were performed in 20 patients. 50% of the patients have Post-located laryngeal lesion, 20% with tracheal stenosis, 20% with glottic cancer biopsy and laser cordectomy, 10% with postglottic stenosis. Conclusion : Manually Controlled Jet Ventilation (Manujet) can be used for airway surgery.

        불법 스포츠도박, 왜 빠져 드는가?: 학원 엘리트스포츠 선수들을 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 학원 엘리트스포츠 선수들이 왜 불법 스포츠도박에 빠져들게 되는지 불법 스포츠도박 사이트의 운영방식을 살펴보고, 또 그들이 이에 대한 경각심을 갖지 못하도록 만드는 사회구조적 요인이 무엇인지 파악하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 사례연구를 실시하였다. 연구참여자는 과거 학원 엘리트스포츠 선수로, 불법 스포츠도박에 참여한 경험이 있는 선수 8명을 선정하였다. 자료는 심층면담과 관련 자료수집을 통해 수집되었다. 수집된 자료에 대해서 텍스트분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 연구과정을 거쳐 도출된 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학원 엘리트스포츠 선수들은 인증없는 가입절차와 포인트제, 그리고 검은 거래의 손길로 인해 불법 스포츠도박 사이트에 빠져들고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 학원 엘리트스포츠 선수들이 불법 스포츠도박에 대한 경각심을 갖지 못하도록 만드는 사회구조적 요인으로는 처벌의 미약, 선수들에 대한 지도자의 무관심, 범법행위로서의 인식부재로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to examined why Korean school elite sports athletes indulge in illegal sports gambling in terms of the operating system of illegal sports gambling sites, and to understand what socio-cultural environmental factors are preventing them from becoming aware of this. The study used a set of case studies. This study chose 8 Korean school elites sports athletes who have the experience of illegal sport gambling as a research participants. Data was collected by In-depth Interview, collecting related documents. The collected data was analyzed through textual-analysis. The results through this study are as follows: First, the factors that make elite sports players indulging in illegal sports gambling sites were the unauthorized sign-up process, the point system, and the hand of black transaction. Second, the socio-cultural environmental factors that prevented school elite sports players from being alert to illegal sports gambling were the week punishment, the leader’s indifference to athletes, and the lack of recognition as criminal acts.

        Micro actuators are essential for micro electromechanical system s of movable components. Optimization of their dynamic properties is conducted using the Intellisuite. Actuator s for driving micro mirrors are classified into those using electrostatic fore e s and using thermal expansion effects. Electrostatic actuator s are designed adapting torsional springs to avoid plastic deformation during the actuation wi th large tilting angles. If externally imposed voltage s increases greater than a critical P oint, a local plastic deform ati on occurs. Thermal actuator s of length, 200 ㎛ and thickness, 2㎛, with a 40㎛ long flexure and a 15㎛ wi de col d arm deflect up to 13㎛ at the tip around 10V.

        레크리에이션 지도자들의 감정노동이 직무소진 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the emotional labor on Job Burnout and turnover intention for recreation leaders. A total of 204 questionnaires were distributed to recreation leaders and the results analyzed with frequency analysis, factorial analysis, reliability, correlation, multiple regression analysis using SPSS(Window ver. 14.0). The results were as follow. First, as a result of analyzing the effect of the emotional labor on Job Burnout, It has been found that surface acting has a positive impact on the emotional exhaustion and depersonalization, while it has a negative impact on a decrease in a sense of accomplishment. And it was found that deep acting has a positive impact on a decrease in a sense of accomplishment. Second, in the effect of the emotional labor on turnover intention, it has been found that surface acting has a positive impact on it and sincerely acting has a negative impact. Third, in the effect of Job Burnout on turnover intention, it has been found that depersonalization can influence on turnover intention positively.

        IPA기법을 통한 외국 이주노동자의 스포츠클럽 활성화방안

        The purpose of this study was to survey participation status of foreign migrant worker`s sports activity and seek the way to revitalize sport club by identifing the recognition of sport club using IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). The results were as follows. The quadrant Ⅰ is “the keep up the good work” part. And the quadrant Ⅰ includes “health Promotion”, “improvement in exercise ability”, “communication with the other sport club”, “communication with sport club operator and director”, “contracture of sport club promotion and information system” and “network correlated between organization and corporation”. The quadrant Ⅱ is “the concentrate here” part. And the quadrant Ⅱ includes “regional community”, “accessible sports facilities”, “sport club program management” and “financial inducement for sport club”. The quadrant Ⅲ is “the low priority” part. And the quadrant Ⅲ includes “worthy leisure”, “sport facility surroundings”, “the regulations and the procedure about sport club join”, “accident insurance”, “tax benefit” and “communication between members”. The quadrant Ⅳ is “the possible overkill” part. And the quadrant Ⅳ includes “sport facility scale”, “sport club dues”. The revitalization of sport club for foreign migrant worker was “communication with the other korean sport club”, “sports club registration system implementation”, “sports club facilities secured”.

        보육교사의 전문성 향상을 위한 학과제 방식의 보육교사 양성체계 도입 방안 연구

        이 연구는 국내외 관련 문헌 조사, 국내 보육교사 자격 취득 관련 통계 자료 분석, 보육교사 양성기관 및 보육현장 전문가 대상 FGI 실시 결과를 토대로 보육교사의 전문성 향상을 위한 학과제 방식의 보육교사 양성체계 도입을 위한 단계별 추진 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 보육교사 양성기관 전문가를 대상으로 반구조화된 질문을 통해 FGI를 실시한 결과, 보육교사 양성기관별 이해관계에 따라 다양한 입장이 존재했다. 둘째, 현 보육교사 양성기관이 순차적으로 준비할 수 있도록 학과제 도입 방안을 학과명 기준, 보육관련 교과목 개설 기준, 교원 기준, 대면교육 운영 기준, 보육실습 관리 기준, 보육교사 소양 교과목 이수 기준, 졸업자격 검정 기준에 따라 단기, 중장기 방안으로 제안하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구에서는 보육교사의 전문성 향상을 위해 추가적으로 필요한 제도적 개선방안을 함께 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to derive an introduction plan of an accredited department-oriented childcare teacher training system to enhance the professionalism of childcare teachers. In order to derive a reasonable introduction plan, a review of previous studies, a focus group interview(FGI) survey, and a statistical review of the status of childcare teacher qualifications were conducted. The results are as follows. First, various positions existed on the introduction of an accredited department-oriented childcare training system according to the interests of each childcare teacher training institute, which is a result of conducting the FGI through semi-structured questions. Second, in order to introduce the accredited department system, short-term and mid-to-long-term standards and measures were proposed for department names, childcare-related subjects, professors, face-to-face course operation, childcare practice management, teaching liberal arts course completion, and graduation standards. Third, additional necessary institutional plans were proposed to enhance the professionalism of childcare teachers.

        노인체육지도자들의 코로나에 대한 인식과 경험에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 노인체육지도자들의 COVID-19에 대한 인식에 대해 알아보고, 변화된 지도환경에서 어떠한 어려움을 겪고 있는지 그 경험을 탐색하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 현상학 연구를 실시하였다. 연구참여자는 유목적 표집법을 이용하여 D광역시 L, A구체육회, H 및 J제공기관, N노인회, K복지관의 소속 지도자들 12명을 선정하였다. 자료는 참여관찰, 심층면담, 관련 자료 수집을 통해 수집하였다. 이러한 자료를 토대로 분석한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 노인체육지도자들이 정부가 단계적 일상회복을 위해 폐쇄되었던 체육시설을 개방하게 되면서 지도현장으로 다시 돌아오게 되었지만, COVID-19가 종식되지 않은 상황에서 COVID-19는 감염에 대한 불안감과 죽음을 가져오는 공포의 대상이었다. 이러한 인식은 백신만이 COVID-19를 종식시킬 수 있다고 믿고 백신을 접종함으로 COVID-19에 대한 안도하는 마음을 갖게 되면서 변화되었다. 그러나 COVID-19가 장기화되면서 공포의 대상이 아닌 함께 공존하는 대상으로 인식하게 되었다. 둘째, 노인체육지도자들은 COVID-19 발생 초기 한명의 확진자만 발생해도 감염 확산의 위험으로 시설이 폐쇄되는 상황을 겪어야 했기 때문에, 감염에 대한 불안한 마음으로 긴장된 삶을 살아가는 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 또 사회적 거리두기와 마스크 착용으로 수업을 지도하는데 소통의 어려움을 겪었으며, COVID-19에 대한 방역과 관리하는 등 지도자로서의 역할이 가중됨으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study is to find out the perception of COVID-19 at the time of occurrence and the perception of elderly sports leaders about COVID-19 in the current situation that two years have passed, and to explore with in-depth experience of what kind of difficulties they are experiencing in the changed guidance environment. For this, an ethnography study was conducted. The participants were selected using a purposeful sampling to collect 12 leaders from L and A district sports associations, H and J provider organizations, N elderly associations, and K. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and related data collection. The results are as follows. First, it was brought back to the guidance environment as the government opened the sports facilities that had been closed for a step-by-step recovery of daily life, but in a situation where COVID-19 has not ended, COVID-19 has been the subject of anxiety about infection and the fear of death. This perception has changed as they believe that only a vaccine can end COVID-19, and that giving them a vaccine gives them relief for COVID-19. However, as COVID-19 continues for a long time, it has come to be recognized as an object of coexistence rather than an object of fear. Second, in the early stages of the COVID-19 outbreak, even if there was only one confirmed patient, the facility had to be closed due to the risk of spreading the infection, so it was difficult to live a tense life with an anxious mind about the infection. Also, social distancing and wearing a mask made it difficult to communicate while teaching classes. They were experiencing difficulties as their role as a leader increased, such as quarantine and information collection for COVID-19.

        유아 전통문화교육에 대한 유아교사의 인식 연구

        연구목적: 본 연구는 유아기 전통문화교육의 중요성에 주목하여, 유아교사가 지각하는 전통문화교육에 대한 필요성과 관심도, 지식 정도, 전통문화교육의 문제점과 활성화 방안을 파악함으로써 유아기 전통문화교육의 방향성을 모색하고자 하는 목적에서 이루어졌다. 연구방법: 이를 위해 전국 7개 지역의 유치원 6곳과 어린이집 7곳을 선정하여 이곳에 재직 중인 누리과정 담당 유아교사 228명을 대상으로 유아교사가 지각하는 전통문화교육에 대한 인식과 문제점, 활성화 방안에 관한 설문 조사를 실시한 후, 수집 자료를 PASW 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 및 결론: 첫째, 유아교사들은 유아기 전통문화교육의 필요성을 높은 수준으로 인식하고 있는 반면, 유아기 전통문화교육에 대한 관심도는 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사들은 자신들의 전통문화교육에 대한 지식 정도를 보통 수준보다 약간 높은 수준으로 지각했으며, 경력이 많은 유아교사일수록 지식수준이 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 유아교사들은 유아기 전통문화교육의 가장 큰 문제점으로 전통문화교육 계획 시에는 ‘교사의 전문성 부족’을 들었고, 전통문화교육 운영 시에는 ‘전통문화교육에 대한 중요성 및 이해 부족’을 들었다. 넷째, 유아교사들은 유아기 전통문화교육의 활성화 방안으로 ‘전통문화교육 프로그램 개발’, ‘전통문화교육 운영 지침서 및 교재교구 개발’, ‘전통문화교육 연수 및 교육 강화’ 등의 순으로 필요하다고 지적하였다. Purpose: This study aimed to seek direction of traditional culture education for young children by identifying early childhood teachers’ need, interest, degree of knowledge, problems and activating methods of traditional culture education. Method: From 7 cities and provinces in Korea, 6 kindergartens and 7 daycare centers were selected. The questionnaires were administered to 228 early childhood teachers. The collected data were analyzed using the PASW 18.0 program. Results: First, early childhood teachers perceived the necessity of traditional culture education as a high level, but the interests of traditional culture education for young children were at low level. Second, early childhood teachers perceived their level of knowledge about traditional culture education to be slightly higher than median, and knowledge level was higher in teachers with longer work experience. Third, early childhood teachers felt that the lack of professionalism of teachers in the planning of traditional culture education and ‘the lack of understanding and importance of traditional culture education in the education operation. Fourth, early childhood teachers pointed out that development of traditional culture education program , development of instruction manual and teaching materials , and training of traditional culture education’ are needed to facilitate of traditional culture education. Conclusion: In order to substantialize and revitalize the traditional culture education for early childhood, it is necessary to expand the professional education and training opportunities. With this, it is necessary to develop and distribute traditional cultural education programs, operating guidelines and teaching materials, which can be easily used by the early childhood teachers.

        유아의 정서적·인지적 공감 및 또래 유능성이 행동문제에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of affective and cognitive empathy, and peer competence on behavioral problems among young children. Methods: The participants were 224 4- to 5-year-olds attending daycare centers in Gyeonggi-do. Childrens empathy, peer competence, and behavioral problems were reported by their teachers. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression and three-step hierarchical multiple regression analyses. Results: The results showed that children who exhibited low affective empathy scored higher on peer acceptance and behavioral problems than children who had high affective empathy. This pattern of results was similarly found with cognitive empathy. Additionally, the effect of children’s affective empathy on behavioral problems was fully mediated by peer competence, whereas the effect of children’s cognitive empathy on behavioral problems was partially mediated by peer competence. Conclusion: These results suggest the need for peer-competence training based on affective empathy and training for both peer competence and cognitive empathy in reducing behavioral problems among young children.
