      • 유역인자 분석에서 DTED의 효용성 분석

        A watershed terrain factor is known to the very important in studies of a stream and a watershed. We have obtained the terrain factor in map directly or we have generated it in a digitalized map. In this study, DTED (Digital Terrian Elevation Data) offering in DMA(Defense Mapping Agency) was used to create a stream and a watershed and to extract the terrain factor. As comparison of the factors gererated in digitalized map the terrain factors extracted in DTED, DTED could be used to extract a terrain factor for a watershed management.

        디스크형 산화구리 촉매담지 세라믹필터의 제조와 물성

        A catalyst with CuO ceramic filter for simultaneous treatment of dust and HAP was prepared and characterized. Catalytic ceramic tilter can not only potentially achieve the substantial savings in energy but provide with effective optimization and integration of process for simultaneous removal of S0₂ㆍ NOx and particulates from flue gases. Catalytic ceramic filters remove simultaneously particulates on exterior surface of filters and reduce NO to N₂and H₂O by SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) process. Preparation of catalyst impregnated ceramic filter with disk shape (Ψ50) follow the processing of alumino-silicate ceramic filter, support impregnation and catalyst impregnation(copper oxide). Preparation routes of alumino-silicate catalyst carrier suitable for production of catalytic filters practically were studied and developed using the sol-gel and colloidal processing, homogeneous precipitation and impregnation method. Characterization of the catalyst, catalyst carrier catalytic filter materials have been performed the using various techniques such as BET, XRD, TGA, SEM. Combination of the sol-gel and colloidal processing and impregnation method is recommended to prepare catalyst carriers economically for catalytic filter applications.

        산화구리 촉매담지 세라믹 캔들필터를 이용한 NO 제거

        The CuO/3Al₂O₃ㆍ2Si0₂ catalyst impregnated ceramic candle filters for nitrogen oxides removal were prepared by porous mullite(3Al₂O₃ㆍ2Si0₂) support and CuO catalyst deposited on this support to achieve uniformly dispersed CuO deposition, which arc impregnated into the pores of available alumino-silicate ceramic candle filter. The CuO/3Al₂O₃ㆍ2Si0₂ catalyst impregnated ceramic candle filters were characterized by XRD, BET, air permeability, pore size, SEM and catalytic tests in the reduction of NOx by NH₃. The observed effects of CuO/3Al₂O₃ㆍ2Si0₂ impregnated ceramic candle tilters in SCR reaction arc as follows: (1) when the content of CuO catalyst increased further, activity of NO increased. (2) NO conversion at first increased with temperature and then decreased at high temperatures (above 400℃), possibly due to the occurrence of the ammonia oxidation reaction. (3) In pilot plant test for 3 months, NO conversion was greater than 90%.

        질소산화물 제거를 위한 디스크형 바나디아 촉매담지 세라믹필터의 특성

        The performance of disk-type catalytic fillers impregnated by TiO₂ or TiO₂-3Al₂O₃ㆍ2SiO₂ supports and V₂O_(5), catalyst was evaluated for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO with ammonia as a reductant. XRD, FT-IR, BET and SEM were used to characterize the catalytic filters prepared in this work. Optimal V₂O_(5) loading and reaction temperature for V₂O_(5)/TiO₂ catalytic filters were 3~6wt.% and 350~400℃ at GHSV 14.300hr-¹ in the presence of oxygen, respectively. With increasing the V₂O_(5) loading from 0.5 to 6 wt.%, NO conversion increased from 24 to 96% at 400℃ and 14.300 hr-¹, and maintained at 80% over in the V₂O_(5) loading range of 3~6 wt.% and then dropped at V₂O_(5) loading of 7wt.% over. In comparing V₂O_(5)/TiO₂ and V₂O_(5)/TiO₂-3Al₂O₃ㆍ2SiO₂ catalytic fillers, which have same 3 wt.% V₂O_(5) loading, the V₂O_(5)/TiO₂-3Al₂O₃ㆍ2SiO₂ catalytic filter showed higher activity than V₂O_(5)/TiO₂ catalytic filter, but higher differential pressure drops owing to its low air permeability.

      • 느타리버섯의 갈반병 원인균에 대한 길항세균 선발에 관한 연구

        갈반병이 이병된 느타리 버섯과 버섯 재배장 주변 토양으로부터 채집한 균주로부터 갈반병 원인 균주 4개와 갈반병 길항 균주 3개를 선발 하였다. 선발된 균주를 API 20E kit에 의해 동정한 결과 갈반병 원인 균주 P-24, P-28은 P. putida로 P-27, P-33은 lane 1: PCR marker lane 2: P.fluorescens P. tolaasii로 동정 되었으며, 길항 균주중 A-11, A-20은 P. fluorescence로 A-29는 Pseudomonas sp.로 동정 되었으나, RAPD PCR 방법에 의한 유전적 유사성은 모든 균주가 다른 양상을 보였다(Fig. 5). 이는 생화학적 방법에 의한 Pseudomonas 계통의 균주 동정의 기술이 확립되지 않은 점도 있으며, 유전적 유사성은 달라도 같은 속의 균주가 많은 것으로 사료 된다. 길항성은 갈반병 원인 균주 대 길항 균주가 1:1의 농도로 길항성이 양호하여 Nair등(1972)의 보고 보다 우수한 길항성을 보였다. Screening experiments were carried out in order to select bacteria causing brown blotch disease on the mushroom. especially, Pleurotus ostreatus. Four brown blotch disease causing bacteria were isolated from the Pleurotus ostreatus and the soil around mushroom farm. Three other strains, A-11, A-20, A-29 showing antagonism against four brown blotch causing bacteria through pitting test and cross checking and found to be identified as Pseudomonas fluorescence for A-11 and A-20, and Pseudomonas sp. for A-29, respectively. Colony morphology test also showed that A-11 and A-29 were appeared as transparent gel with green color and A-20 colony showed opaque gel with light green color.

        호중구감소증 환자에서의 기관-기관지 아스페르길루스증 1예

        저자들은 급성 림프구성 백혈병 환자에서 항암치료 후 호중구감소증이 지속되는 상태에서 침습성 아스페르길루스증의 드문 형태인 치명적인 아스페르길루스 기관기관지염을 경험하고 문헌고찰과 함께 증례를 보고하는 바이다. Tracheobronchial aspergillosis is an uncommon clinical form of invasive aspergillosis, particularly found in patients with AIDS and in lung transplant recipients than in other immunocompromised patients. The rapidity of the disease progression can result in fatal airway obstruction in a short period of time that the patient may need emergency tracheostomy without knowing the cause of the obstruction. We describe a case of fatal tracheobronchial aspergillosis which developed in a 43-year-old female patient with acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Dyspnea and stridor developed on the 20th day after 2nd consolidation chemotherapy, which was during the prolonged neutropenic period. Airway narrowing was observed on the computed tomograph scan of neck and emergency tracheostomy was performed. Infiltration with aspergillus hyphae was found in the tracheal ring and bronchial mucosa. Despite the use of amphotericin B, the patient died of bleeding and airway obstruction.

      • 원외부 전대뇌 동맥 동맥류의 외과적 치료

        1982년 1월부터 1991년 12월까지 인제대학교 부산백병원 신경외과에서 총 809례의 뇌동맥에 대한 수술을 경험하였으며, 이 중 비교적 드물다고 알려진 원위부 전대뇌 동맥 동맥류 26례에 대한 임상적 특징 및 수술에 있어서의 문제점 등을 연구 분석하고 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다. Of eight-hundreds and nine patients with intracranial aneurysms who underwent operation at Inje University Pusan Paik Hospital between Jan. 1982 and Dec. 1992, twenty-six had aneurysms of distal anterior cerebral artery(DACA). Of these twenty-six patients, twenty-one had only ruptured DACA aneurysm. But, five had multiple aneurysms, and DACA aneurysms were responsible for subarachnoid hemorrhage in three. There were two incidental DACA aneurysms associated with ruptured aneurysms at other locations. All patient underwent direct surgery under the surgical microscope, if possibly within 48hrs after the last subarachnoid hemorrhage. This paper deals with clinical features, surgical techniques and problems in direct approach, and the results in our cases.

        In order to investigate the degree of changes in quality of fryingoils to be used at snack corners and street stalls in Taegu area,color density, acid value(AV), peroxide value(POV), carbonyl value(COV), and TBA Value were measured. 95 samples in summer and 91 samples in winter were collectedfrom oils fried for fish cake, hatdogs, chicken, vegetable and doug-hnuts. The mean value of color density, AV, POV and COV on thefrying oils collected In summer were higher than those in winter,while TBA value of oils in summer was similar to that in winter.According to the kinds of fried food, the degree of the change inquality of frying oil was high in order of fish cake, hotdog·, chicken,vegetable and doughnuts.

        To predict accurately an antenna radiation pattern is very important for determining of a service area, base-station location, cell design. In this paper, we have calculated a propagation prediction data of Hata, Egri, Carey, Free Space Loss model by a computer simulation in Kwang-ju downtown, and the data is compared with field test data. As a results, Hata and Egri model are approached to field test data, but considerable errors are detected.Conclusively, we believe that the most accurate prediction model must propose to improve the radio propagation environments for the specified region. For resolve these problems, we are proposed a mew experimental radio wave propagation predict model.
