        산사태 취약지에서의 토지피복상태 변화 추적

        강원도 지역은 산지지형이 많고 여름철 장마나 이상기후에 의한 국지적인 집중호우에 의해서 산사태가 발생하기 쉬운 조건을 가지고 있으며, 최근 수년간 계속되고 있는 대형 산불들로 인하여 지표상태가 변화되어 강우사상에 의해 쉽게 산사태가 일어나고 있다. 또한 앞서 발표된 연구논문에 의하면 우리나라의 경우 강우조건을 제외하고는 토지피복상태가 산사태 취약성 평가에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 산사태 취약지를 선정하고 산사태 취약A등급지에 대해서 4개의 서로 다른 시기에 촬영된 인공위성 영상(Landsat ETM)으로부터 토지피복도를 추출하여 그 분포변화를 분석하였다. 또한 정규식생지수를 추출하고 식생활력도의 분포변화를 분석하여 지표상태의 변화가 산사태에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 그 결과 산사태 취약지에서 산림과 식생지수가 감소하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. Kangwondo area is mountainous and landslide is easily happened easily during the rainy period in summer time. Especially, when there is torrential downpour caused by the unusual weather change, there will be greater possibility to see landslide. Another reason behind landslide is the continuous forest fire in these several years. Since the surface of the earth has been changed by the fire, when rainfall comes, landslide just happens easily. Also, it is reported that landcover condition, excepted rainfall condition, is the most effect for determining landslide susceptibility area. In this study, it is determined a landslide vulnerable area and landcover information is extracted from four satellite image(Landsat TM), about the landslide vulnerable area, which is pictured for each year. And which distribution change is analyzed. also, NDVI picture is made and distribution change of vegetation vitality is analyzed to study that change of landcover have a effect on landslide. As a result, could know that forest and NDVI are decreasing in landslide vulnerable area.

        A watershed terrain factor is known to the very important in studies of a stream and a watershed. We have obtained the terrain factor in map directly or we have generated it in a digitalized map. In this study, DTED (Digital Terrian Elevation Data) offering in DMA(Defense Mapping Agency) was used to create a stream and a watershed and to extract the terrain factor. As comparison of the factors gererated in digitalized map the terrain factors extracted in DTED, DTED could be used to extract a terrain factor for a watershed management.

      • 노인장기요양시설종사자의 이직의도 관리방안 연구 -역할갈등과 역할과다를 중심으로-

        초고령사회 진입을 앞두고 전문적 노인돌봄에 대한 사회적 수요가 급증하는 상황에서 요양보호사의 높은 이직은 사회적 문제가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 요양보호사의 이직의도가 장기요양기관서비스 질에 미치는 문제를 대응하기 위하여, 요양보호사의 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 직접효과를 연구하고, 직무스트레스와 이직의도의 영향관계에서 존재하는 소명의식의 매개효과 검증을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구자료는 경기도 노인의료복지시설에 종사하는 요양보호사들을 대상으로 설문지법을 적용하여 확보하였으며, 총 340명에게 배부한 후 유효설문지 300부를 확보하여 통계프로그램 SPSS Statistics 21.0으로 처리하였다. 자료분석은 기술통계와 정규성 분석, 상관분석을 실시하였고, 직접효과와 매개효과 관련 가설은 위계적 회귀분석으로 검증하였다. 분석결과 요양보호사 직무스트레스는 이직의도와 소명의식에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 요양보호사의 소명의식은 역할갈등과 이직의도 사이에서 매개효과를 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. 이를 바탕으로 요양보호사의 이직관리를 위한 방안으로 구체적으로 논의하였으며, 요양보호사의 소명의식의 매개효과를 활용하여 요양보호사의 이직의도를 감소시키는 전략을 논의하였다. In a situation where social demand for professional elderly care is rapidly increasing ahead of entering a super-aged society, high turnover of nursing care workers is becoming a social problem. In order to study the problem that high turnover of caregivers affects the quality of long-term care institutions, this study studies the direct effect of caregivers' job stress on turnover intention, and examines the relationship between job stress and turnover intention. It was conducted with the purpose of verifying the mediating effect of the sense of calling. For research data, the questionnaire method was applied to caregivers working in elderly medical welfare facilities in Gyeonggi-do, distributed to a total of 340 people, and 300 effective questionnaires were secured and processed using the statistical program SPSS Statistics 21.0. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, normality analysis, and correlation analysis were conducted, and hypotheses related to direct and mediating effects were verified by hierarchical regression analysis. As a result of the analysis, the caregiver's job stress had a significant effect on turnover intention and calling, and the caregiver's calling was analyzed to have a mediating effect between role conflict and turnover intention. Based on this, it was discussed in detail as a plan for caregiver's turnover management, and a strategy to reduce the caregiver's turnover intention by utilizing the mediating effect of the caregiver's sense of calling was discussed.

      • 산사태 취약성 평가를 위한 GIS와 AHP법의 적용

        The goal of this study is to generate a landslide potential map using GIS(Geographic Information System) based method. A simple and efficient algorithm is proposed to generate a landslide potentialities map from DEM(Digital Elevation Model) and existing maps. The categories of controlling factors for landslides, aspect of slope, soil, vegetation are defined. The weight value for landslide potentialities is calculated from AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method. Slope and Slope-direction is extracted from DEM, and soil information is extracted from digital soil map. Also, vegetation information is extracted from digital vegetation map. Finally, as overlaying, landslide potentialities map is made out, and it is compared with landslide place.

        Population concentration phenomenon of city needs large-scale nde, and It is important elements that develop the circumference but, it is difficult to evaluate effects that ride gets land utilization change. Therefore, this research evaluates change and effect of land utilization as political to subway station that is main ride of Seoul City, and chose standard and position for night place arrangement of electric railway station. Research contents analyzed subway station effect area interior and external land utilization change taking advantage of GIs's buffer function and RS's classification technique, and decide precedence at subway station establishment and chose position of subway station for effect area outside area.

In this research, It is presented and implemented an FMS(Facility Management System) for efficient management of the ground and underground facilities on a campus. This studies is computerized the drawings, protocols. and ledgers. It is used a GIS(Geographic Information System) to get the geographical information of facilities The data more efficiently could be search and update on this system . The decision making process understanding the present facility condition, and analyzing the condition of location could be performed easily by the GUI(Graphic User Interface) of the system

        LANDFORM 분류를 위한 수치기복모형의 적용

        In the last few years the automatic classification of morpholgical landforms using GSIS and DEM was investigated. Particular emphasis has been put on the morphological point attribute approaches and the extraction of drainage basin variables from digital elevation models. The automated derivation of landforms has become a neccessity for quantitative analysis in geomorphology. Furthermore, the application of GSIS technologies has become an important tool for data management and numerical data analysis for purpose of geomorphological mapping. A process developed by Dikau et al, which automates Hanmond's manual process, was applied to the pyoung chang of the kangwon. Although it produced a classification that has good resemblance to the landforms in the area, it had some problems. For example, it produced a progressive zonation when landform changes from plains to mountains, it does not distinguish open valleys from a plains mountain interface, and it was affected by micro relief. Although automating existing quantitative manual processes is an important step in the evolution automation, definition may need to be calibrated since the attributes are oftem measured differently. A new process is presented that partly solves these problems.

        GIS를 이용한 강우조건에 따른 산사태 취약지 평가

        강원도 지역은 산지지형이 많고 여름철 장마나 이상기후에 의한 국지적인 집중호우에 의해서 산사태가 발생하기 쉬운 자연조건을 가지고 있는데, 특히 강우는 산사태를 유발하는 직접적인 원인이 되는 요소이다. 산사태 발생면적과 4개월간의 누적강우량과의 관련성을 분석해 보면, 3개월간의 강우량이 1,100㎜ 이상이 되는 지역에서는 극심한 산사태 피해가 발생하게 되고 누적강우량이 많을수록 산사태의 규모도 커진다. 이러한 분석결과는 산사태 취약지역에서 강우에 의해 산사태가 발생할 가능성이 있다는 것을 의미함과 동시에 일정이상의 강우가 발생하면 취약성이 낮은 지역에서도 산사태가 발생할 가능성이 충분히 존재함을 의미한다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 강원도 남부지역을 대상으로 산사태 유발인자들에 대한 GIS DB를 구축하고 산사태 취약성을 평가한 자료를 이용하여, 강우조건을 달리하면서 산사태 취약지의 분포 변화를 모의 실험하였다. 그 결과 강우량이 200㎜이상 발생하였을 때 산사태 발생가능성이 생성되는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. Most areas in Kangwon Province are mountainous and vulnerable to landslide due to the rainy season in summer and the localized torrential downpour triggered by abnormal climate. In particular, the rainfall is one of direct reasons for landslide. In accordance with the analysis of the relevance between the landslide areas and the accumulated rainfall for four months, there are severe damages of landslide to the areas having more than 1,100 ㎜ of rainfall during three(3) months. Further, it indicates that the more the accumulated rainfall is the greater the size of landslide. These analyses show that the rainfall causes the possible and potential landslide in the vulnerable areas. And also, it means that there exist strong possibilities of landslide even in the areas of lower vulnerability if tbe amount of rainfall is above certain standard level. Accordingly, in tills study we stored the GIS database on the causes and factors of landslide in the southern parts of Kangwon province and conducted simulations on the change of distribution of vulnerable areas by varying the rainfall conditions and by using the evaluation data of landslide vulnerability. As such a result, we found that the landslide could potentially occur if the amount of rainfall is 200 ㎜ and more.
