문화예술교육사 양성 교육과정 실행연구를 통한 현장실습 개선 방안 고찰

본 연구는 <문화예술교육 현장의 이해와 실습> 교과목에 대한 실행연구를 통해서 교육과정 운영상의 개선 방안을 고찰하는데 연구의 목적을 둔다. 지금까지 문화예술교육사 양성 교육과정에 대한 선행연구가 다수 이루어졌으나 실행연구는 미흡한 실정으로 이에 대한 연구의 필요성이 도출되었다. 본 연구를 위해서 교수자이자 연구자로서 교수·학습 실행을 통해서 가지게 되는 성찰과 기록, 학습자들의 실습 경험을 성찰한 실습일지와 결과보고서, 실습 경험에 대한 질문지 답변, 결과 발표에 대한 질의·응답 내용, 실습 기관 교육담당자와의 심층 면담 등을 활용하여 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 교수·학습 실행을 통해서 도출된 연구 결과를 토대로 개선 방안을 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기관의 교육 담당자와 교수자는 실습생에 대한 면밀한 이해가 필요하며 이를 위해서 사전 수요조사 등을 통해 실습생에 대한 이해도를 높일 필요가 있다. 둘째, 실습 시간의 확대 및 유연한 운영이 이루어져야 할 것이다. 셋째, 현장실습의 질적 개선을 위해서는 무엇보다 교수자와 기관의 교육 담당자가 지속적으로 소통할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 학생들이 원하는 업무에 대한 일목요연한 제시를 위해서 현장의 변화를 반영한 매뉴얼을 배부하고 이를 공유 채널을 통해 사전에 공유하는 방안을 제안할 수 있다. 다섯째, 실습기관의 다양화를 위해서 교육기관 차원에서는 실습 기관과의 협약 체결을 통해 안정적인 실습 운영이 이루어질 수 있도록 돕고 정책적 차원에서 지원의 규모를 확대할 필요가 있다.

국내 수유부로부터 수집한 모유의 항산화 및 항용혈 효과

To confirm the antioxidant and anti-hemolytic activity in human breast milk (HBM), evaluated DPPH radical scavenging and anti-hemolytic activities against hemolytic strains. As a result of measuring the pH of HBM according to the days after childbirth, the pH of the HBM less than 10 days after childbirth was 6.63±0.26, the longer the lactation period, the lower the pH of breast milk. As a result of measuring the pH of HBM according to the days after childbirth, the pH of HBM less than 10 days after childbirth was 6.63±0.26 and over 30 days after childbirth was 6.45±0.15. These results indicated that the pH of HBM decreases as the days after childbirth increases. In contrast DPPH radical scavenging activity was the highest in HBM of over 30 days after childbirth (63.72±12.24%), that is presumed to be due to the fatty acid content in HBM. As a result of confirming hemolysis of HBM, weak hemolysis was observed in some HBM samples, that are caused to be hemolysis by bacteria produced the hemolysin in HBM. Therefore, result of analyzing the anti-hemolytic effect of HBM against the hemolytic bacteria, the effect of breast milk against the gram-positive S. aureus CCARM 3855 was 66.37±21.36%, gram-negative P. aeruginosa CCARM 0223 was 29.74±9.31%. In addition, HBM samples of the less than 10 days after childbirth showed highest each anti-hemolytic activity against hemolytic strain. Thus, this study can be suggested that it will be basic study for preventing hemolytic disease in newborns

한국적이미지를 이용한 타로디자인에 관한 연구

서울시 관리형 주거환경개선사업 공동이용시설의 장소특성 연구 - 49개 주민공동이용시설 및 거점시설을 중심으로 -

(연구배경 및 목적) 최근 도시의 모습은 대규모 재개발, 재건축 등을 통한 경제개발계획 중심의 양적 팽창을 지양함과 동시에 자발적 주민참여를 촉진하고 사회적·문화적 유대감을 형성하여 삶의 질적 향상을 추구하는 방향으로 변모하고 있다. 이 중 특히 주민공동체와 장소 사이의 관계는 매우 밀접하며 주민공동체와 장소 간 상호 정체성을 강화하는 특성이 있다. 이에 본 연구는 주민공동체 공유공간의 물리적 환경과 특정한 장소에서 이루어지는 공통의미를 형성하는 활동 및 운영양상을 장소특성 관점을 바탕으로 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 서울시 관리형 주거환경개선사업을 통해 조성된 공동이용시설을 장소특성 관점에서 검토 및 분석하고 주민공동체 중심의 커뮤니티 공간 조성을 위한 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다. (연구방법) 이 연구는 첫째, 이론적 고찰을 통한 장소특성의 개념을 살펴본다. 둘째, 선행연구를 검토하여 장소 정체성 구성 요소를 중심으로 공동이용시설의 장소 특성 주요 요소를 도출한다. 셋째, 연구 대상지로 선정한 서울시 관리형 주거환경개선사업 49개 주민공동이용시설 및 거점시설 현황 등을 직접조사 및 구득 데이터 가공을 통해 앞서 도출된 장소특성 분류에 따라 분석 및 측정기준을 설정한다. 넷째, 3점 척도법 적용을 통해 장소특성을 시설별로 도출하여 이를 분석한다. (결과) 장소특성을 이루는 물리적·행태적·의미적 요소가 균형적인 마을(구역)내 시설의 경우 비교적 최근에 준공된 3층 규모로 생활가로에 인접한 특징을 가짐과 동시에 높은 임원진 비율, 다양한 프로그램 운영, 운영회계 흑자 양상을 보인다. 또한 커뮤니티 활동과 지역에서 요구되는 프로그램을 적극 발굴하여 그 가치와 의미를 마을 아이덴티티 및 브랜딩에 활용하고 있었다. 그리고 시설 수익구조 및 조직 결속력이 높은 시설을 운영하는 주민공동체운영회의 경우 사회적협동조합 등 마을기업화로의 운영고도화를 진행하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 하위 그룹으로 판단된 시설의 경우 시설 조성의 물리적 한계가 있음에도 불구하고 문화시설로써 지속성 및 지역성을 부각시키는 등 의미적 요소에 있어 강점을 보였으며, 향후 역량강화 및 운영지속방안 제시를 통해 물리적 요소 및 행태적 요소 간 균형을 고려할 필요가 있다. (결론) 첫째, 주민공동이용시설 및 거점시설 장소특성은 각 구성요소가 개별적으로 작동하기 보다는 상호 연관성을 통해 해당 마을 특징과 개성을 표현할 수 있으며, 세 요소가 유기적으로 연결되고 소통이 이루어져야 균형 있는 주거지 발전을 기대할 수 있다. 둘째, 관리자 측면에서 시설 조성계획 및 위치 선정 시 지역 역사와 문화를 반영할 수 있는 물리적 요소의 신중한 검토가 요구되며, 운영자 측면에서 시설을 이용하는 주민을 위한 다양한 프로그램 발굴 등 지속적인 운영 역량을 강화할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 시설 장소 특성은 외부 전문가가 아닌 주민공동체를 비롯한 마을주민을 통해 자발적으로 발굴되어야 더욱 강화될 수 있고 이를 통한 공동체의식과 가치 공유는 장소에 대한 애착과 공통의 정서 형성 기반이 될 수 있다.

사회기술향상 프로그램이 ADHD 아동의 사회기술과 ADHD 주요증상 변화에 미치는 효과

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of Social Skills improvement program on the improvement of social skills and the change of ADHD symptoms(inattention, impursivity, and hyperactivity) of ADHD children. Subjects were 6 third-fifth-grade children who diagnosed as ADHD from psychiatric of OO University hospital. They participated in the Social Skills Improvement Program that based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The program was consisted of the twelve sessions(fifty minutes per session), that include five phases which are building an rapport, cognition of oneself, making friends skills, problem solving, and reorienting/reeducating. "Social Skills Test"(SSRS, MESSY) were used as the pre-post-follow up test instrument and participant's session impressions were used content analysis Conclusion of this study is first, the Social Skills Improvement Program has significant consequences for improving of participants' Social Skills. Second, the Social Skills Improvemen Program has significant effects on consequences for reducing of participants' ADHD symptoms.

Treatment of radiation-induced cystitis and vulvodynia via a ganglion impar block using a lateral approach under computed tomography guidance -a case report-

Adjuvant radiation therapy (RT) after colorectal cancer surgery can prevent local recurrence, but has several side effects. Precise injection of drugs into the affected areas is complicated by radiation-induced fibrosis of soft or connective tissue. A 48-year-old woman experienced severe intractable perineal pain, dysuria, urinary urgency, and frequent urination after rectal cancer surgery and adjuvant RT, and was diagnosed with radiation-induced cystitis and vulvodynia. Her symptoms persisted despite two fluoroscopy-guided ganglion impar blocks. Fluoroscopy revealed atypical needle tip positioning and radiolucent dye distribution, presumably due to radiation-induced fibrosis in the target region. We performed two computed tomography (CT)-guided ganglion impar blocks by using a lateral approach, which allowed more accurate positioning of the needle tip. Her pain visual analog score decreased from 9 to 3, and she recently resumed sexual intimacy. CT guidance is a viable alternative to fluoroscopy guidance when performing ganglion impar blocks in fibrotic areas.
