        자발형성된 양극산화 알루미늄 나노구조를 이용한 나노패턴 SiNx박막 제작

        A nano-pattern compatible with mass production was fabricated by using porous anodic aluminum oxide (AAO). By changing the anodizing conditions, we were able to control the periodicity, pore size, and thickness of the AAO. As a result, we could fabricate uniform hexagonal nano-patterns with periodicities between 100 and 200 nm. Nano-patterned SiN$_x$ thin films on GaAs substrates were made by utilizing AAO membranes as etch masks. Reactive ion etching with good etch directionality resulted in produced uniform transfer of nano-patterns without the changes in the pore diameter. 알루미늄 양극산화를 통해 형성된 다공성 Anodic Aluminum Oxide (AAO)을 이용하여 대량생산이 가능한 top-down 방식의 나노패턴 제작공정을 연구하였다. 양극산화 공정조건을 조절하여 AAO 막의 두께, 구멍의 크기와 패턴간격을 제어하였고, 그 결과 100-200 nm 주기의 균일한 육방격자구조의 나노패턴을 형성할 수 있었다. 또한 AAO 막을 식각 마스크로 사용하여 GaAs 기판위에 성장된 SiNx 박막에 나노패턴을 제작하였다. 방향성이 우수한 식각특성을 갖는 reactive ion etching을 이용하여 구멍크기의 변화 없이 나노패턴을 전사할 수 있었다.

        형식 및 질적요소 체계분석을 통한 공동주택 하자감정서의 개선방안

        The main issue of defect dispute is consulting, reviewing, and finally judging as an arbiter. A defect consulting isrepresented a defect consulting report, but a business custom and a standard of judgment are different each consultants,and have many problems. This study reviews literature studies and institutional researches, set up a research structure. it has 7 indexes that 5 indexes are formal indexes, and the other are qualitative indexed. As a result of case study,formal indexes are respect on the whole. However, each appraiser has different ideas, and, is expected to delay on fixinga construction lawsuit practice. This study suggests to improve a defect consulting report, it is followed. In formal part,suggested to change configuration is adjusted and integrated similar items. In qualitative part, an evaluation system forappraiser and an education program for engineers is suggested. 공동주택의 하자감정과 관련된 다양한 문제점에 대한개선을 하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 선행연구와 관련기준등을 분석하여 하자감정서의 분석체계를 마련하였다. 이를 활용하여 하자감정서 24건을 분석하였고 형식 요소와질적 요소를 검토한 결과, 형식 요소의 경우 구성을 다소변경하는 수준으로 손쉬운 대안을 제안하였다. 질적 요소를 분석한 결과, 감정인에 대한 평가제도와 참여기술자에대한 전문교육제도의 마련을 통해 하자감정의 내실화를강화할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

        상가 재개발시 권리금의 보상에 관한 연구

        Current law or the Supreme Court precedent doesn’t recognize goodwill in retail store as a legal right. Accordingly, when tenants transfer the right of lease, the goodwill, which was paid to the former tenants, is not the right for the compensation. When the retail store is under redevelopment, the issue is if the tenants have any right for compensation in the goodwill. Firstly, the goodwill decided by location factor reflects effects accidently accrued by external factors and it is not the benefit or right that is free to be disposed. Accordingly, it is not the object of compensation when the retail building is under redevelopment. Secondly, the goodwill decided by facility factor can be compensated by appraisal and assessment of existing and new facility when tenants have newly invested something on facilities. Accordingly, there is no room for raising any issue of compensation when retail building is under redevelopment. Thirdly, the goodwill decided by business factor could be the object of compensation as tenants’ business rights only when the tenants have generated supplementary benefit with their own investment and trial. To provide specific compensation, the legal basis specified in the clause 3 of article 23 in the Constitution should be provided in advance. In addition, it is necessary to consider carefully the introduction of compensation for removal enforced in U.K. and France with the recognition of tenants’ legal right for business right. In case of introducing the compensation for removal, compensation law needs to be revised in such a way that compensation conforming with the compensation for removal is to be provided to tenants of retail building.

      • UBC 검사의 이상결과에 대한 연구

        Purpose: As UBC IRMA is being tested, patients out of the reference value are reacting within the value again a few days later the urine collection tested, which causes the reliability of the test to decrease as a result. In this study, we can assume that the physiological changes in the factors would affect the results. The purpose of the study is to find out whether hematuria and proteinuria in the sample as well as the interval time (3 hours or more recommended) have affected the results. As a result, we could discover the changes in factors and increase the reliability of the test. Materials and Methods: 468 people (female: 249, male: 219) who came for the check-up were presented herein for medical examination from 2013.3.15 to 2013.1.2. Some people out of 468 who have reacted onto the reference value were divided into group low titer zone, ow-middle titer zone, and middle-high titer zone and tested for hematuria and proteinuria. During that period, 48 outpatients were asked to fill in a questionnaire regarding the urination interval time. The reagents used were (IDL Biotech AB, Sweden) and UBC IRMA. Results: Of the patients that are formed in the reference value of ($0.1-34.0{\mu}g/L$) turn out to be 52.7 years average age in their low concentration, ($mean{\pm}SD$) of the value of $0.10{\pm}0.02{\mu}g/L$. Among 80 people (50.8%, female: 49.2%), 16 patients (20%) have shown reaction to microscopic hematuria and 10 patients (12.5%) responded to proteinuria. In the average low concentration under 52.5 years of average age, 43 people (53%) have shown reaction to microscopic hematuria and 21 people (26.3%) are proteinuric patients out of 80 patients (male: 50.8%, female: 51.3%). In the middle high concentration of $11.8{\pm}4.82{\mu}g/L$ under the average age 51.7 years, 35 patients (53%) have responded to the microscopic hematuria and proteinuric patients are 26 people (39.3%) out of 66 people (men: 44%, women: 56%). In addition, in the concentration of $51.7{\pm}43.5{\mu}g/L$, some patients who get out of the reference value are observed as the average age of 52.0. 11 patients (78.6%) out of 14 (male: 35.7%, female: 64.3%) react to the microscopic hematuria. There show 6 people (42.8%) who turn out to be as proteinuric patients. As for the interval time, $1.67{\pm}3.71{\mu}g/L$ was the average value among 48 patients (female: 45.8%, male: 54.2%). Conclusion: We cannot see if proteinuria and hematuria directly affect abnormal results of inspection of 8,18 cytokeratin; however, we can find out that they statistically have an influence on highly generating UBC among several mechanisms. Also, although urination interval time was various every 15 minutes, we it does not affect these results.

        바이스펙트럼 분석 기반의 뇌파 Artifact 제거 프로세스 구현

        In this study, bispectrum analysis method introduced to reduce variability of SEF(spectral edge frequency) and MF(median frequency), which are the anesthetic depth indexes extracted by EEG spectral analysis. Bispectrum analysis is an analytical method that can confirm the nonlinearity of EEG. Signal measurement and analysis in the surgical environment should take into consideration various external artifact factors. Bispectrum analysis can confirm the presence of externally introduced artifacts, thereby effectively eliminating artifacts that affect the EEG signal. By applying bispectrum parameters, real-time variability of the anesthetic depth parameters SEF, MF could be reduced. Elimination of variability makes it possible to use SEF, MF as a real-time index during surgery 본 연구에서는 뇌파의 스펙트럼 분석에 의해 추출되는 마취심도 지표인 SEF(spectral edge freqency), MF(median frequency)의 가변성 감소를 위하여 뇌파의 비선형성에 근거하여 바이스펙트럼 분석기법을 도입하고자 한다. 수술환경에서 뇌파 의 계측과 분석은 다양한 외부 아티팩트 요소를 감안하여야 한다. 바이스펙트럼 분석은 비선형적 신호의 특성을 추출하는 분석 법으로 외부 유입 아티팩트의 유무를 확인 할 수 있어 뇌파에 인입되어 분석에 영향을 끼치는 아티팩트를 효과적으로 제거하는 데 기여한다. 이러한 과정을 통해 SEF, MF와 같은 마취심도 파라미터의 실시간 가변성을 감소시킬 수 있었다. 이러한 가변성 감 소는 수술현장에서 실시간 활용 가능한 임상 지표서 SEF, MF의 유용성을 제고시켜 줄 수 있을 것이다

        농촌주거지역의 실태조사를 통한 공동이용건축물의 재생방안

        A demand of public using building in rural residential area changes over times. With the changes, the function andthe scale of the public using building are also changed, the building is more influences on people in rural area. However, the most of facilities have been focused on the agricultural productions, and thus the facilities of health care,culture, and daylife supporting were not enough comparing to the facilities in urban area. This study surveys thefacility and grasps the current status and problem of 37 rural residential area. In addition, three different revitalizingplans of public using building as a current availability and plan for use are suggested. A new community center whereis expected that the public usage is increased should be managed intensively regarding an air conditioning, andwaterproofing work, while an old community center and the warehouse where are expected that the public usage isdecreased, but have locational advantage should be used as a rural life experience facilities and a accommodations withremodeling unless the safety matter A parking lots are considered that the availability is gradually increased and neededfor public while it is difficult to get a new available site because of the ownership. Therefore, it is national decision tosecure the site by removing the discarded facilities. 농촌의 공동이용건축물은 시대에 따라 그 수요가 변화해왔고, 그에 따라 기능과 규모 등도 바뀌고 있지만, 농촌지역에 반드시 필요한 시설이라는 점에서 중요하다. 하지만,주로 농업생산기반시설에 초점이 맞춰져 있어, 도시지역에비해 의료, 보건, 문화, 교육 등의 건축물은 턱없이 부족하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 농촌주거지역 내의 다양한 공동이용건축물을 조사하여 현황을 파악하였으며, 추가 검토를통해 문제점을 구체화하였다. 그리고 건축물 별 상황에 따라 재생방안을 제시하였다.

        Reliability Assessment of Geotechnical Structures on Soils improved by Deep Mixing Method I: Data Collection and Problem Setting

        Construction of geotechnical structures on marine soils improved by deep mixing method (DMM) is recent trend in Korea. Since there are many uncertainties involved in the design of structures on DMM foundation, introducing reliability methods to deal with uncertainties of DMM foundation has been discussed in the engineering society. This two-paper set addresses the reliability assessment applied to the design of the structures on DMM improved soil. In the first paper, the compressive strength data collected from the sites of DMM improved soil were analyzed and their Coefficient of Variation (COV) and probability distribution were decided. COV of compressive strength data obtained from the sites of DMM improved soil was 0.34, which was relatively smaller than the values obtained from other countries, because domestic use of the types of mixing equipment and material are not diversified. The probability distribution of the compressive strength data fit both to normal and lognormal distributions. Six limit state functions were formulated corresponding to both the external and internal stabilities of the structures on DMM improved soil. The companion paper addressed the implementation of the reliability analyses and proposed the target reliability index for the geotechnical structures on DMM improved soil.

        고밀도의 나노패턴을 가지는 다공성 양극산화 알루미늄 제작공정

        Anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) has been studied actively because of its advantages, such as simple control of the pore distance and compatibility to mass production. Though AAO nano-patterns with periodicities between 50-500 nm have already been made, AAO patterns with small periodicity and high density are still required for more advanced applications, like a template for the growth of quantum dots. In this paper, we report the fabrication of an AAO nano-pattern with a very high density of more than 10$^{11}$/cm$^2$. AAO nano-patterns were made with various electrolytes composed of H$_2$SO$_4$, H$_3$PO$_4$, and CrO$_3$ and the pattern periodicity and quality were monitored. With increasing H$_2$SO$_4$, the pattern periodicity decreased, and a more aligned pattern was obtained. A smaller pattern was realized with a reduced anodizing voltage, and it was applied to high-density patterns. As a result, we fabricated a nano-pattern with a periodicity of 37 nm on a GaAs substrate. 양극산화알루미늄 (Anodic Aluminum Oxide, AAO) 공정은 나노패턴의 밀도의 크기를 쉽게 조절할 수 있으며, 반도체 기판 위에 용이하게 생성할 수 있다는 장점으로 인해 활발하게 연구되고 있다. AAO를 이용하여 50-500 nm 주기의 다공성 패턴을 쉽게 구현할 수 있지만, 이를 양자점 제작의 주형 (template)으로 사용하기 위해서는 더 작은 주기의 패턴이 요구된다. 본 실험에서는 고밀도 양자점 제작을 위해 10$^{11}$/cm$^2$ 이상의 패턴밀도를 갖는 정렬된 나노구조를 제작하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 다양한 배합의 H$_2$SO$_4$, H$_3$PO$_4$, CrO$_3$ 혼합전해액에서 AAO를 제작하고, 주기 및 정렬도의 변화를 조사하였다. H$_2$SO$_4$ 비율이 증가함에 따라 AAO 패턴의 주기가 감소하고, 정렬도가 향상됨을 관측하였다. 또한 양극산화 전압의 감소에 따라 패턴의 주기가 감소하여 고밀도패턴을 구현할 수 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 GaAs 기판 위에 37 nm 주기로 나노패턴이 형성된 SiO$_2$ 박막을 제작하였다.
