        인삼이 칼륨결핍랫트 장점막의 Na+,K+-ATPase 활성에 미치는 영향

        We have studied the effect of fasting on Na+,K+-ATPase activities in the rat intestinal mucosa. Rats were fasted for 18-48 hr. Intestinal microsomal fraction was prepared by the method of Robinson and ATPase activities were determined by the modified method of Fiske and Subbarow. Na+,K+-ATPase activity was not changed after fasting for 18 and 24 hr but significantly decreased after fasting for 48 hr. Fasting over 18 to 48 hr period had no effect on the Mg++-ATPase. Thus, it may be concluded that 48 hr fasting has inhibitory effect on rat intestinal absorptive capabilities. In order to study the effect of Ginseng on the Na+,K+-ATPase activities of the small intestine in chronic K+-depleted rats, rats were fed K+-depleted diets for 3 weeks and Ginseng ethanol extracts were administered orally for 3 weeks concomitantly. ATPase activity was measured by the same method as fasting group. Na+,K+-ATPase activity in the K+-depleted diet group was increased and Ginseng ethanol extracts inhibited the increase of enzyme activity induced by K+-depleted diet. Thus, it may be suggested that increase in the intestinal Na+,K+-ATPase activity of chronic K+-depleted group may be due to the compensatory mechanism and administration of Ginseng with K+-depleted diet may be associated with inhibition of increase in the enzyme activity of the K+-depleted group due to the prevention of the K+ loss in the K+-depletion.

        의사소통 보조공학기기 지원과 관세정책에 관한 연구

        This study was conducted to investigate the support of communication technology and tariff system, focused on the condition and needs about the communication of the people with cerebral palsy. For this, this study examined the condition and needs of communication about the people with cerebral palsy. And literature research was done about communication technology and tariff system. The results of this study were summarized as follows: Individuals with good communication is a little, they want communication support, almost of them do not know augmentative and alternative communication, they have the difficulties of communication in their social lives, they need communication technology support system. Based on research findings, this study suggested that the methods of support increase for communication technology for people with cerebral palsy, and that reduction of tariff system and the increase of export for communication technologies developmented by korean.

        인삼사포닌의 계면활성 및 생체분자와의 작용 ( 1 ) 수삼의 주사포닌의 분리와 계면활성

        Saponins of fresh ginseng roots were purified by repeated silicic acid column and thin-layer chromatographies from butanolextractable fraction of the roots. Surface activities of the purified saponins were characterized by measuring surface tensions of their aqueous solutions employing capillary-rise method. It was observed that surface tension cf water was lowered down to ca. 50 erg/㎠ at room temperature by these saponins and reached almost minima at the concentrations ranging from 0.05 to 0.2% saponins. Critical micellar concentrations approximated from the reflection points on the surface tension curves were 0.05, 0.05, 0.2, and 0.2% respectively, which correspond to 0.5, 0.5, 2 and 2mM if the molecular weights of the saponins were assumed to be 1,000. It was also proved that butanol-extractable fraction obtained from fresh ginseng in this study could be served as a desirable saponin mixture with little impurities and as a good source for saponin purifications. Fresh ginseng roots were found to contain four major saponins in their butanol extract.

        한국산 수삼의 부탄올 가용성 분획으로부터 규산을 흡착제로 사용한 column 및 thin-layer 크로마토그라피에 의하여 4종의 주성분 사포닌을 분리정제하고 모세관상승법으로 그들 수용액의 표면장력을 측정함으로써 그들의 계면활성의 면모를 평가하였다. 물의 표면장력은 이들 정세사포닌에 의하여 실온에서 약 50 erg/$cm^2$까지 내려가며, 사포닌의 종류에 따라 0.05 내지 0.2%에서 최소치를 기록하였다. 임계미셀농도는 농도-표면장력 곡선의 꺾임점으로부터 추정하였는데, 각각 0.05, 0.05, 0.2 및 0.2% 이었다. 이 값은 사포닌의 분자량을 1,000으로 보았을 때 0.5, 0.5, 2 및 2mM에 해당한다. 상기한 부탄올 가용성 분획은 사포닌 외의 물질이 거의 함유되지 아니하여 총사포닌 분획으로서 바람직하며, 개개의 사포닌을 정제함에 유용한 것으로 사료된다.       • 출토 인골의 유전자분석-나주 복암리 3호분 옹관 인골을 중심으로

        We have analyzed the allele and genotype frequencies from 10 fractions of ancient human skeleton in 3 pieces of Jar coffin excavated from Naju Bokamni3rd tumulus by PCR amplification, high resolution polyacrylamide gelelectorphoresis and silver staining. We could isolate human genomic DNA from 3 bone fractions but the rest of them could not be used as materials due to being decayed. We could detect sex determination as male and 3 genotypes of STR system, HUMTHO1, HUMTPOX and HUMC5F1PO from the bone fraction of left side in Jar coffin 3 and see the slightly reaction suggesting the sex as male from the bone fraction of the left side in Jar coffin 2 and female from the right side in Jar coffin 3.We have also analyzed the genotype frequencies of mitochondria from the bone fractions of the left side and the right side in jar coffin 3, respectively. From the result of indetifiying at nucletide position between 16018 and 16378of the base of hyper variable region(HV1) in the control region, We can presume that the both bones have the same maternal inheritance.

        확산적 사고를 촉진하는 교사의 발문이 만 5세 유아의 창의성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 확산적 사고를 격려하는 교사의 발문이 만 5세 유아의 창의성과 관련이 있는지 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 연구 대상은 경기도에 위치한 B사립유치원에 재원하고 있으면서 사전 발달 검사 결 과 전반적 발달에 차이가 없는 만 5세 유아 44명이었다. 연구 대상 유치원에 근무하는 만 5세 유아의 담임교사 2명이 공유하여 활용하는 교육계획안 중 실험집단의 교사에게는 확산적 사고를 격려하는 발 문을 통해 유아와 상호작용을 하도록 교육을 실시하였다. 반면 통제집단의 교사는 원래의 교육계획안 을 그대로 적용하게 하였다. 실험집단 교사의 발문교육은 4월 첫 주부터 5주 동안 주 5~6개 활동을 통 해 이루어졌다. 실험집단과 통제집단 유아의 창의성 차이를 검증하기 위하여 t 검정을 실시한 결과, 실 험집단 유아들의 창의성 점수가 통제집단 유아들에 비해 유창성, 독창성, 상상력의 척도별 창의성과 언 어 및 신체의 영역별 창의성 점수에서 유의하게 높았다. 이러한 결과를 통해 유아의 확산적 사고를 격 려하는 교사의 발문이 유아의 창의성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다는 사실이 밝혀졌다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of teacher’s use of divergently challenging inquiry on 5 years old children’s creativity development. In this study, forty-four 5-year-olds and two teachers participated. The teacher of the experimental group received the training related to promote divergently challenging inquiry and children’s creativity development when they were engaged in group activities. The findings of this studies were as follows. The teacher of the experimental group showed more use of questions that encouraged the children’s creative thinking. The children in the experimental group demonstrated the statistically higher scores on the level of creativity development and division of creativity.

      • 도.토기의 과학적 분석 및 분류-전남 완도군 장도 청해진 유적을 중심으로

        This study has proved if there are homogeneities in crystal structures, firing temperaures and element compositions of 69 specimens for potteries and soils from Changdo, Kangjin-gun, Jinjuk-Ri in Korea and Yaezhou inChina and obtained the following results.1. XRD analyses showed that soft potteries seemed to contain ($\alpha$)quartz, feldspar, while hard potteries seemed to contain ($\alpha$-)quartz, mullite, tridymite, feldspar. Jinjuk-Ri soils consisted of clays such as Kiolinite, Montmorillonite, Muscovite, Illite and, mica and feldspar etc.2. It was estimated that the firing temperatures which are determined by crystals using XRD, ranged from $550^{\circ}C$ to $870^{\circ}C$ for soft potteries and $870^{\circ}C$ to $975^{\circ}C$ for hard potteries.3. The firing temperatures for 4-pieces of Changdo pottery were measured by using TG-DTA, and it was found that specimen No. 10 was fired at temperatures below $600^{\circ}C$, while specimens No. 14, No. 23 and No. 29 were fired at temperatures above $1000^{\circ}C$.4. It was found that the specimems for potteries and porcelains from Changdo, Kangjin-gun, Jinjuk-Ri in Korea and Yaezhou in China were apparently classified into 4 clusters. This suggests that there are no correlations between the raw materials used in each 4 regions. Among the porcelains from Changdo, there were many typologically similar ones to those from Yaezhou in China in the 9th centry, but the analyses of porcelains only from Changdo, Kangjin in Korea and Yaezhouin China showed that they were classified into 3 clusters. This suggest that there are no correlations between the raw materials used for making porcelains in Changdo, Kangjin-gun, Jinjuk-Ri in Korea and Yaezhou in China.

        Among pigment used at work of Dan-Chung, Emerald Green is specific illuminating fluorescent light of green. It is very difficult to change other organic or inorganic pigment. All of the internal high class pigment has rare light. But Emerald Green is superior to fresh color and stability out of industrial chemical products. It forms over 50% of quantity and importance of a pattern painting. Emerald Green prohibited to produce because of its toxicpollutants, so required to changing pigment development. It is characterized to excellent color, convenient work, economical, against-sunlight, against-air pollutant and durability. The result of a test is follows; 1. We are investigated into producing internal natural Emerald Green, import external pigment and industrial synthesis method etc. but unable to buy because of its toxic pollutant. 2. We are made six samples by yellowish and green is hpigment mixing. We tested on against sunlight and air pollutant. The best mixing ratio is follows. Titanium Dioxide R760 : 18g- Chalk, White Wash : 10g- Permanent Yellow : 7g- Cyanine Green : 8g- Chrome Yellow : 3g- Resin(Vehicle) : Acryl Emulsion(Styrene + 2-Ethyl HexylAcrylate + Methyl Meth Acrylate) 8%
