        저항운동이 CNTF 유전자 다형성에 따른 하지의 운동단위 동원능력, 근기능 및 운동수행능력에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of resistance exercise on motor unit recruitment, muscularstrength, muscular endurance, and exercise performance acording to CNTF gene polymorphism. Thesubjects of this study covered 8 normal homozygote GG group and 10 mutation heterozygote and homozygoteGA/AA group according to CNTF gene polymorphism. They performed resistance exercise during 8weeks. Comparative analysis of the results following conclusions were obtained by measuring body compositionand muscular function variables. Muscle mass(p<.001), fat free mass(p<.001), and body fat(p<.001)significantly improved in the GG and GA/AA groups. SUMP area o fvastus medialis during isokinetic exerciseof 180°/sec(p<.05), peak torque per body weight of knee joint extensor durin gisokinetic exercise of60°/sec(p<.001), peak torque per body weight of knee joint extensor during isokinetic exercise of 180°/sec(p<.001), reaction rate(p<.01), vertical jump(p<.001), side step(p<.001), 50m running time(p<.01), significantlyimproved in the GG and GA/AA groups. The changes opf eak torque per body weight of knee join textensor during isokinetic exercise of 60°/sec(p<.05) in the GA/AA group were significant higher than in th eGG group. In summary, resistance exercise had positive effect on motor unit recruitment, muscular endurance,and exercise performance regardless of CNTF gene polymorphism.H owever, muscle strength showed thedifference according to CNTF gene polymorphism.

        경기에어로빅 여자선수의 비만이 최대심폐능력, 운동 중 심혈관반응, 피로도 및 근활성도에 미치는 영향

        [INTRODUCTION] The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of obesity on maximal exercise capacity, cardiovascular responses, fatigue and muscle activation in female sports aerobic athletes during graded exercise test. [METHOD] The subjects of this study were 14 female athletes in sport aerobic athletes(4.29±1.14 year) were assigned to two groups: normal weight group(N=7, BMI: 20±1.32 , Body Fat: 20.37±2%) and obesity group(N=7, BMI: 25.09±2.5, Body Fat: 30.19±4.49%). Maximal cardiorespiratory fitness(VO2max, HRmax, VEmax), cardiovascular responses(HR, SV, Q, TRP, BP), fatigue(RPE, LA), muscle activation(RF, VMO, VLO, BF, TA, MG, LG, SO)were measured and estimated. [RESULT] According to the results of measuring maximal cardiorespiratory fitness, cardiovascular responses(HR, SV, Q, TRP, BP), fatigue(PRE, LA) and muscle activation except for RF and VMO during graded exercise test, the significant differences were not shown between two groups(p>.05). [CONCLUSION] The results indicated that no differences were founded in maximal cardiorespiratory fitness, cardiovascular responses, fatigue and muscle activation during graded exercise test between normal weight and obesity group because of ongoing training of obese aerobic athletes. Consequently, obesity is not a factor of maximal cardiorespiratory fitness, cardiovascular responses, fatigue, and muscle activation in aerobic athletes. [서론] 이 연구는 여자에어로빅 선수를 대상으로 점증적운동부하검사를 실시하여 비만이 최대심폐능력, 운동 중 심혈관반응, 피로도 및 근활성도에 어떠한 영향을 주는가에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. [방법] 에어로빅 선수경력이 3년 이상(4.29±1.14년)인 여자선수(20.71±2.4세) 14명을 BMI, Body Fat(%)를 기준으로 비만군(n=7)과 정상체중군(n=7)으로 분류하였으며, 점증적운동부하검사를 실시하여 최대심폐능력, 운동 중 심혈관반응, 피로도 및 근활성도를 확인하였다. [결과] 측정결과 최대심폐능력에서 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았으며(p>.05), 운동 중 심혈관 반응으로 측정된 혈압, 심박수, 1회 박출량, 심박출량 및 말초혈관저항에서도 집단 간 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 피로도 반응과 하지의 근활성도는 대퇴직근과 내측광근을 제외하고는 모두 집단 간 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다(p>.05). [결론] 비만군에서 일반체중군과의 최대심폐능력 및 운동 중 심혈관 반응의 차이가 나타나지 않은 것은 비만군의 지속적인 에어로빅 훈련을 통한 것으로 사료되며, 이는 규칙적으로 운동을 하는 에어로빅 선수의 경우에는 비만이 최대심폐능력과 운동 중 심혈관계 스트레스 반응 및 근활성도에는 영향을 주지 않는 것을 나타낸 결과로 사료된다.

        남성의 연령 증가에 따른 하지 근기능 변화가 균형능력에 미치는 영향

        [INTRODUCTION] This study was to the effects of changes of lower muscle function on balance ability of men according age. [METHOD] Healthy 235 men were recruited for this study. Measurements were mead of balance ability, lower muscle strength and muscle endurance. We analyzed the data using one-way ANOVA. Scheffe post hoc tests were conducted to assess the difference among the variables. The Pearson correlation was used to examine the relationship among balance ability, lower muscle strength, and muscle endurance. [RESULT] Dynamic balance ability, which there was a differences in age, in 20s and 30s were higher than in 50s. Static balance ability, which there was a differences in age, in 20s and 30s were higher than in 50s and 60s. The lower extensor muscle strength showed a significant difference in ages, except in flexor muscle strength, in from 20s to 40s were higher than in 50s and 60s. The lower muscle endurance showed a significant difference in ages, in 20s was higher than in other age groups, and 30s and 40s were higher than in 50s and 60s. The dynamic balance ability had a negative correlation with muscle strength and the static balance ability had a negative correlation with muscle endurance. [CONCLUSION] The change of lower muscles endurance was earlier than muscle strength. Therefore we suggested that promoting physical activity plan should be established with age increasing, especially from the early 30s. [서론] 이 연구는 연령에 따른 균형능력의 변화를 살펴보고, 연령에 따른 하지 근력 및 근지구력의 변화와 어떠한 관계를 있는지를 분석하고자 하였다. [방법] 지역광고를 통하여 자발적으로 참여에 동의한 지원자 남성 235명을 대상으로 균형능력과 하지 근력 및 근지구력을 측정하였다. 측정 항목에 대하여 일원변량분석과 사후검정으로 Scheffe를 실시하였으며, 하지근력과 균형능력의 상관관계 분석을 위하여 Pearson correlations을 이용하여 상관계수를 산출하였다. [결과] 균형능력은 연령이 증가함에 따라 감소하는 것으로 나타났으며, 동적균형능력은 50대 이후부터 유의한 감소가 나타났고, 정적균형능력은 60대 이후부터 유의한 감소가 나타났다. 하지의 근력의 굴근력의 경우 연령에 따른 유의한 차이가 없었으며, 신근력은 50~60대에 유의한 감소가 나타났다. 근지구력은 굴근력과 신근력 모두 20대에 비하여 30대 이후부터 유의한 감소가 나타났으며, 30~40대에 비하여 50~60대에 유의한 감소가 나타났다. 균형능력과 하지 근기능의 관련성은 동적균형능력은 근력과 유의한 음의 상관관계를 나타내고, 정적균형능력은 근지구력과 유의한 부적 상관관계를 나타내었다. [결론] 근력보다 근지구력의 감소가 30대부터 나타나므로 근지구력의 감소를 방지하기 위한 운동프로그램이 성인초기부터 시작되어야 할 것으로 제시하는 바이다.

        견갑골 안정화 운동이 야구선수의 견갑골 관절가동범위, 근력 및근 활성도에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research was to study the effect of scapular stability exercise training on scapular position and scapular muscle activity in baseball player with scapular dyskinesis. The scapular stability exercise was equally applied on both dominant and non-dominant arms of subjects for 8 weeks. Shoulder Range of Motion, adduction and internal/external rotation in both dominant and non-dominant arm showed significant increases after scapular stability exercise training. Muscle strength showed significant differences among internal/external rotation, adduction and grip strength after scapular stability exercise training. Moreover, internal rotation and grip strength showed a significant interaction effect between time and group. Additionally, the muscle activity of upper trapezius muscle showed significant difference in dynamic hug, push up plus, push-up on the ball, and press-up with scapular retraction during scapular stability exercise before and after 8 weeks training. Lower trapezius muscle showed significant differences in push up plus, push-up on the ball motion, and press-up with scapular retraction movements. The muscle activity of serratus anterior muscle showed significant differences in dynamic hug and push up plus movements. Therefore, these data show that scapular stability exercise training has improved the shoulder range of motion, shoulder strength and grip strength in amateur baseball players with scapular dyskinesis despite the relatively short rehabilitation period. Especially, dynamic hug and press-up with scapular retraction were a effective movement for anterior serratus and push-up on the ball motion is a effective movement for lower trapezius.

        보행속도와 신발형태에 따른 하지의 근 활성도, 에너지 소비량 및 피로도 비교

        The purpose of this study was to compare energy expenditure, muscle activity and fatigue on gate speed and shoes type. Eight subjects who have no known musculoskeletal disorders performed treadmill walking at the 3.5mph and 5.5mph for each 5minutes, 0 degree with 3 types shoes(sneakers, flat shoes, and high-heeled shoes). Energy expenditure, heart rate(HR), Rating of Perceived Exertion(RPE), lactic acid, averaged IEMG and peak IEMG of eight muscles were measured during treadmill walking. The energy expenditure and HR showed significant difference in gate speed, but there did not show any significant difference in shoes type. RPE showed significant difference in shoes type. Walking with flat shoes showed higher value of RPE than with sneakers and high-heeled shoes. Lactic acid did not show any difference in gate speed and shoes types. Muscle activity showed significant difference in gate speed and were higher in 5.5mph walking. Biceps femoris in IDLS phase and vastus lateralis in TDLS and TSLS phase in flat shoes walking highly activated than in sneakers and high-heeled shoes walking. Gastrocnemius medialis in ISLS phase in sneakers and flat shoes walking highly activated than in high-heeled shoes walking. These results showed that RPE and muscle activity in flat shoes walking produced higher value than that in sneakers and high-heeled walking. Therefore, walking with flat shoes had effect on the fatigue.
