        파킨슨병 관련 실험 연구에서 육계의 신경 보호효과에 대한 고찰

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of cinnamon on the treatment of Parkinson's disease (PD) and to introduce its use in Korea. Method: We searched the experimental studies in electronic databases (PubMed, CNKI, Wanfang, CiNii, J-STAGE, Science ON, and OASIS) using the key search terms “cinnamic acid", “cinnamon", “cinnamomum", “Parkinson's disease", “Parkinson disease", “Parkinsonism", and “dopamine". This study only involved experimental studies (in vivo and in vitro) that adopted cinnamon as a single administration and measured indicators relating to Parkinson's disease, including parkin, tyrosine hydroxylase (TH), and dopamine. Results: A Total of 11 literature studies were selected, and they all showed that treatment with cinnamon has a neuroprotective effect. Cinnamon activated neuroprotective factors and restored neurotransmitters and it reduced the rate of oxidative stress and inflammation in neurons. As a result, cell viability was upregulated, while cell apoptosis and neurodegeneration were downregulated. Five in vivo studies, through behavioral tests, also confirmed that cinnamon recovers locomotor function in PD models. Conclusion: We identified that cinnamon is an effective neural protector and improves motor performance in behavioral testing in the experimental PD studies.

        ■Objectives This case study is to report the effects of Korean medicine on parkinsonism patient's Gait Disturbance. ■Methods During 12 days of hospitalization, the patient was treated by acupuncture, pharmaco-acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal medicine, especially Cheongsimyeonjatang-gamibang. In order to assess the change of symptoms, we used a 3-Dimensional(3D) gait analysis system, Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS), analysis of gait video and self-evaluation of discomfort. ■Results After treatment, The improvements of walking pattern were observed in both objective analysis results of gait analysis system and subjective video analysis. And the UPDRS score decreased, especially Part III score decreased more than minimal clinically important difference(MCID). In addition, There was improvement in self assessment of the patient. ■Conclusion This study suggests that Korean medical treatment might be effective in motor disorder of parkinsonism patient.

        ■Objectives This case study is to report the effectiveness of Korean medicine in Parkinsonism patient's treatment. ■Methods We used the acupuncture, electro-acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping therapy, herbal medicine, especially Palmulgunja-tang to the Parkinsonism patient with motor disorder such as Postural Instability and Gait Difficulty(PIGD) and aphonia. Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS), analysis of gait pattern, voice dB and self-evaluation of speed and volume were used to assess the change of symptoms. ■Results ‌After treatment, the UPDRS score decreased in overall category and the walking pattern has improved. In addition, the improvement was observed in voice volume and in self assessment of the patient. ■Conclusion This case suggests the effect of Korean medical treatment on motor disorder and aphonia in Parkinsonism.

        중학생의 학업참여가 학업성취도에 미치는 혼합회귀 잠재집단 분류와 영향요인 분석

        본 연구는 혼합회귀분석을 적용하여 중학생의 학업성취도에 대한 학업참여 잠재집단을 분류하고 개인적 요인과 관계적 요인의 영향을 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 한국아동․청소년 패널조사 2018의 중1 패널자료로, 중학교 3학년 시기의 남학생 1,278명, 여학생 1,106명으로 총 2,384명이다. 연구결과, 중학교 3학년 시기 학업성취도에 대한 학업참여 잠재집단은 4개의 집단으로 분류되는 것으로 나타나 효능감과 헌신형 성취중상집단, 효능감형 성취상집단, 효능감형 성취중집단, 높은 참여형 성취하집단으로 명명하였다. 잠재집단에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 개인적 요인인 학업무기력, 삶의 만족도, 관계적 요인인 친구관계, 교사관계를 설정하였으며, 혼합회귀 잠재집단에 미치는 독립변인의 영향력을 살펴본 결과 학업무기력과 친구관계가 중요한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 중학교 3학년 시기의 학업성취도에 대한 학업참여 잠재집단을 분류하고 잠재집단에 영향을 미치는 개인적 및 관계적 요인들을 구체적으로 살펴보았다는 데 의의가 있다고 본다. This study aims to classify the latent groups for academic engagement on the achievement of middle school students using a mixture regression model and investigating the latent group’s personal and relational factors. The subjects of this study were middle school panel data of the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2018 with 2,384 students in their third year of middle school (1,278 male and 1,106 female students). The latent groups for academic engagement on achievement in the third year of middle school were classified into four groups and named (1) middle and high achievement group with self-efficacy and dedication, (2) high achievement group with self-efficacy, (3) average achievement group with self-efficacy (4) low achievement group with high engagement. Personal factors such as academic helplessness and life satisfaction, and relational factors such as friend and teacher relationships appeared as influencing factors. This study is meaningful as it categorizes the latent groups for academic engagement on achievement in the third year of middle school and examines the personal and relational factors affecting the latent groups.

        Covid-19 감염 이후 상열감을 호소하는 환자에 대한 한의 치험 1례

        This study reported a case of hot flashes in a patient after coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19) infection. The patient in this case was hospitalized for eight days and improved after the administration of Korean medicine, mainly Yangkyuksanwha-tang. We evaluated the patient’s subjective discomfort daily, and the patient kept a diary of hot flashes every day. After treatment, the degree and frequency of hot flashes were greatly improved and continued two weeks after discharge. In addition, the accompanying hyperhidrosis improved from Grade 2 to Grade 0. This study suggests that Korean medicine might be effective in combating the hot flashes of soyangin-type patients.

        학업상황에서 지루함: 개념, 특성, 교육적 시사점

        본 연구는 학업상황에서 학생들이 느끼는 정서인 지루함에 대해서 개념, 특성, 교육적 시사점을 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 그동안 일반적 지루함과 학업상황에서 지루함이 혼재되어 연구되어 온 부분이 있어, 학업상황에서 지루함의 개념들을 명확하게 구분하고 학업상황에서 지루함 개념과 이를 구성하는 요인들이 어떻게 발달해 왔는가를 살펴보았다. 학업상황에서 지루함은 상황적 특성, 과제특성, 학습자 특성으로 나누어 살펴보았다. 상황적 특성은 수업, 학습, 시험상황으로 구분하여 살펴보았고, 과제특성에서는 과제의 반복과 단조로움, 요구와 능력의 불일치, 제약된 상황과 자율성 부족, 의미와 가치의 부족 측면에서 살펴보았다. 학습자 특성에서는 불쾌함, 높은 각성과 낮은 각성, 왜곡된 시간지각, 지루함 성향의 측면에서 살펴보았다. 학업상황에서 지루함의 교육적 시사점으로는 학습자의 상태에 대한 포괄적인 이해 가능, 학업상황에서 지루함을 낮추기 위한 학습자의 정서조절, 학업상황에서 지루함과 관련한 교사의 역할, 학생의 수준에 맞는 교육과정 필요, 학업상황에서 지루함 연구의 중요성 탐구를 제시하였다. 본 연구는 학생들의 학업상황에서 중요한 정서이지만 아직 연구되고 있지 않은 지루함에 대해서 문헌들을 검토하고 분석함으로써 학문적인 고찰을 하였다는 데 의의가 있다고 본다. 본 연구를 통해 앞으로 학업상황에서 지루함 연구가 활발하게 이루어져 학생들의 학습을 이해하는 데 도움이 되기를 기대한다. The purpose of this study was to identify the concepts, characteristics, and educational implications of boredom in academic context. Boredom in academic context has been studied in a mixture of general boredom. For this study, literature analyses were conducted focusing on identifying boredom and researching how boredom concepts have developed in academic context. The structures of boredom in academic context were proposed as three dimensions: situational, task, and learner characteristics. Situational characteristics dimension involves class, learning, and test. Task characteristics dimension involves repetition and monotony of the task, inconsistency in demand and ability, constrained situation and lack of autonomy, and lack of meaning and value. Learner characteristics involves discomfort, high and low arousal, distorted time perception, and boredom tendency. The educational implications of boredom in academic context were comprehensive understanding of the learner’s conditions, learner’s emotional control to reduce boredom in academic context, teacher’s role related to boredom in academic context, the need for a curriculum suitable to the student’s level, and the importance of boredom research in academic context. Through this study, it is expected that boredom in academic context research will be actively conducted in the future, helping students understand their learning.

        사범대학생들의 지루함 대처전략 잠재집단 유형과 자기조절학습, 자기결정성 동기, 일반적 지루함, 성취도 및 주관적 안녕감의 관계

        본 연구는 사범대학생들의 지루함 대처전략의 잠재집단 유형과 자기조절학습, 자기결정성 동기, 일반적 지루함, 성취도 및 주관적 안녕감의 관계를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 G대학교의 사범대학 학생들을 대상으로 하였으며 남학생은 119명, 여학생은 250명 전체 369명이다. 측정도구는 지루함 대처전략, 자기조절학습, 자기결정성 동기, 일반적 지루함, 직전학기 GPA, 주관적 안녕감 척도이다. 연구결과 지루함 대처전략의 잠재집단 유형은 3개가 적합한 것으로 나타나 잠재집단 1은 낮은 접근전략과 회피중심형, 잠재집단 2는 적극적 대처전략형, 잠재집단 3은 높은 인지접근과 낮은 회피전략형으로 명명하였다. 잠재집단 2인 적극적 대처전략형은 잠재집단 1인 낮은 접근전략과 회피중심형에 비해서 동기조절, 행동조절, 내적동기가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 잠재집단 3인 높은 인지접근과 낮은 회피전략형은 잠재집단 1인 낮은 접근전략과 회피중심형에 비해서 행동조절, 내적동기, 낮은 지루함, 낮은 정적 안녕감을 보이고 있었다. 잠재집단 2인 적극적 대처전략형은 잠재집단 3인 높은 인지접근과 낮은 회피전략형에 비해서 동기조절이 높고 확인된 동기가 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 사범대학생들의 지루함 대처전략의 유형은 어떠한지, 지루함 대처전략 유형별로 변인들 간의 관계는 어떠한가를 구체적으로 살펴보았다는 데 연구의 의의가 있다고 본다. The purpose of the study is to examine latent groups of students who attend a college of education and to analyze their relationship with self-regulated learning, self-determination, general boredom, academic achievement, and subjective well-being. The subjects of this study were 119 male students and 250 female students at G University. The instruments used in the study were boredom coping strategies, self-regulated learning, self-determination motivation, general boredom, GPA of previous semester, and subjective well-being. In the analysis, three latent groups came out as appropriate in the boredom coping strategy types. Latent group 1 was named as the low approach strategy and avoidance group, latent group 2 was named as the positive coping group, and latent group 3 was named as the high cognitive approach and low avoidance group. Latent group 2 showed high motivation regulation, behavior regulation, and internal motivation compared to latent group 1. Latent group 3 showed high behavioral regulation, internal motivation, low positive well-being, and general boredom compared to latent group 1. Latent group 2 showed high motivation regulation and low identified motivation compared to latent group 3. The study has implications to examine the latent groups of boredom coping strategies of college of education students, and how these groups are different in relation to the variables.

        당 침지액 농도에 따른 건조 둥근 마의 품질 특성 및 항산화 효과

        This study was investigated the quality characteristics and antioxidant of dried Dioscorea bulbifera with various pre-soaking concentrations of oligosaccharide. Dioscorea bulbifera are prepared by additions of 0, 4, 6, 8 and 10% oligosaccharide solution, and dried at 50℃. The effects of pre-soaking percent of Dioscorea bulbifera slices were evaluated by the moisture, soluble solid, pH, titratable acidity, color, browning degree, texture, antioxidant activities and sensory test. According to the percent of pre-soaking oligosaccharide solution was increased, the moisture was increased but soluble solids and titratable acidity were decreased. With respect to the result of colors, Dioscorea bulbifera slices that underwent the 10% pre-soaked process (85.86%) were lighter than control (73.88%). However, the redness and yellowness scores were the lowest than control. The springiness and cohesiveness of texture showed no significant differences among all groups. Gumminess and chewiness of texture results were increased according to per-soaking concentration increase. Also the polyphenol, flavonoid and DPPH (α, α-diphenyl-β-picrylhydrazyl) and ABTS [2,2’-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)] radical scavenging activities were significantly increased with increasing immersion concentration. The Dioscorea bulbifera slices supplemented with 6% pre-soaking oligosaccharide solution treatment showed the highest total sensory score. The results of our study indicated that when pre-soaking oligosaccharide solution is used to immerse the Dioscorea bulbifera slice, it has browning inhibition and antioxidant effect.
