■Objectives This case study is to report the effects of Korean medicine on parkinsonism patient's Gait Disturbance. ■Methods During 12 days of hospitalization, the patient was treated by acupuncture, pharmaco-acupuncture, moxibustion, herbal medicine, especially Cheongsimyeonjatang-gamibang. In order to assess the change of symptoms, we used a 3-Dimensional(3D) gait analysis system, Unified Parkinson's Disease Rating Scale(UPDRS), analysis of gait video and self-evaluation of discomfort. ■Results After treatment, The improvements of walking pattern were observed in both objective analysis results of gait analysis system and subjective video analysis. And the UPDRS score decreased, especially Part III score decreased more than minimal clinically important difference(MCID). In addition, There was improvement in self assessment of the patient. ■Conclusion This study suggests that Korean medical treatment might be effective in motor disorder of parkinsonism patient.

<▼1><P>A simple strategy to enhance the tumor-targeting efficiency of PEGylated nanocarriers is demonstrated.</P></▼1><▼2><P>Achieving accurate and efficacious tumor targeting with minimal off-target effects is of paramount importance in designing diagnostic and therapeutic agents for cancer. In this respect, nanocarriers have gained enormous popularity because of their attainable multifunctional features, as well as tumor-targeting potential by extravasation. However, once administered into the bloodstream, nanocarriers face various <I>in vivo</I> obstacles that may significantly impair their performance needed for clinical translation. Herein, we demonstrate a strategy to enhance tumor-targeting efficiency by embedding functionalities in the interior region of partially PEGylated nanocarriers (<I>ca.</I> 10 nm in diameter), intended for active or passive targeting. The cooperative impact of these topologically inner functional groups (IFGs) was marked: enhancements of >100-fold in IC<SUB>50</SUB><I>in vitro</I> (<I>e.g.</I>, a high-avidity ligand with cationic IFGs) and >2-fold in tumor accumulation at 2 h post-injection <I>in vivo</I> (<I>e.g.</I>, a high-avidity ligand with anionic IFGs), both against the fully PEGylated counterpart. Analogous to allosteric modulators, properly employed IFGs may substantially improve the process of effectively directing nanocarriers to tumors, which is otherwise solely dependent on avidity or extravasation.</P></▼2>

Existing school facilities becomes unsuitable for the future education environment with the advent of the 4th industrial revolution. In order to overcome these problems, the school space innovation project based on user participation design has prevailed since 2019. This study aims to analyze the project application of 13 national affiliated schools and analyze the users requirements for the school space innovation project to understand the problems of the current school space and the types and characteristics of the improvement requirements. This study has finally discovered that the need for school space innovation was raised due to the limitation of the learning space that is not suitable for the changed curriculum, and space restructuring is an urgent task to solve the problems of lack of learning space, reduced space utilization, and uniform space. was understood as fter the improvement, the ratio of area to users required space showed a different trend depending on the teaching method in elementary, middle, and high schools. The increase or decrease of a specific space when changing the use of a room showed a change in the demand for space according to the change of the educational environment. As a result of analyzing detailed user requirements, restructuring of space, improvement of facilities, and improvement of functions for each space were required in a complex manner. Therefore the direction of school space innovation should be restructured to fit the educational environment of the 4th industrial age and converted into a comprehensive design system that considers all environments and functions.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the user"s needs that appear in the project application form of 13 schools selected for the school space innovation of the National Subsidiary School. The trends and characteristics were identified based on the analysis of the space, improvement plan, and spatial specialization plan listed in the application form. As a result, it can be seen that there is a difference in the target space required by elementary schools and middle and high schools. In addition, the use of space required is changing as the educational environment changes, and the demand for space of various sizes and forms is high. Accordingly, it is considered a matter to be realized in future school design.

Anisotropic bonded magnet is composed of magnetic powder and organic binder. organic binder in bonded magnet, serves to orientation of the powder. organic binder is composed of polymer resin, lubricant, hardener and coupling agent, etc. in this study, selection of the various components to producing an organic binder and by adjusting the composition ratio and concentrate, apply to bonded magnet for producing an organic binder that suitable for magnetic powder. so evaluation of magnetic properties and mechanical properties, the organic binder ratio and component was confirmed to suitable for bonded magnet.
원발성 고혈압에 대한 추나요법의 효과 : 체계적 문헌 고찰

Objectives : To determine the evidence of effectiveness and safety of Chuna manual therapy(CMT) for essential hypertension Methods : We searched 11 electronic databases(Pubmed, Web of Science, EMBASE, Cochrane Library, CAJ, KISTI, KISS, NDSL, KMBASE, RISS, DBpia) and related 2 journals up to April 2017. We included randomized controlled trials(RCTs) of testing Chuna manual therapy for hypertension patients. Results : Twenty one RCTs were eligible in our inclusion criteria. The meta-analysis of eighteen studies showed positive results for the using Chuna manual therapy for essential hypertension. Conclusions : There is favorable evidence of Chuna manual therapy for treating essential hypertension with meta-analysis. However, our systematic review has limited evidence to support Chuna manual therapy for essential hypertension because of low quality of original articles and further well-designed RCTs should be encouraged.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the methodologies of 119 offices of education and propose the improvement alternatives in enrolling freshmen at middle schools. Each investigation office has own inherent method and there are many different allocation ways and processes. However, complaints due to distant and non-preferred school assignments have continued, it is not easy to change the student assignment method as it is with the change of school group. Though Each education office should respond temporarily to complaints by reassigning or adjusting the number of classes and students per class, it should be revised and supplemented through a close analysis of the middle school assignment method from a mid- to long-term perspective. This paper proposes (1)a short-range allocation that minimizes allocation, (2)balanced student placement between regions and schools, (3)transparency and fairness in the allocation method and process, and (4)a smart allocation method using Big Data and AI technology.
