        적정기술을 활용한 초등학교 녹색기술교육프로그램의 적용 및 효과

        이 연구는 최지연(2012b)의 초등학교 실과와 융합된 적정기술을 적용한 녹색기술교육프로그램을 학교 현장에 적용하고 효과를 검증하기 위한 목적에서 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 이루기 위해 첫째, 설문조사의 정량적 분석을 통한 프로그램의 효과 검증, 둘째, 자유기술형 응답, 면담의 정성적 분석을 통한 효과 검증이라는 연구 내용을 설정하였다. 프로그램 적용의 효과는 선행연구와 전문가 검토를 거쳐 구안된 설문조사 문항지와 인터뷰 가이드를 통해 확보한 자료를 정량적, 정성적 방법으로 분석하여 검증하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 초등학교 실과와 융합된 적정기술을 적용한 녹색기술교육 프로그램을 충북의 W 초등학교 6학년 남, 녀학생 24명을 대상으로 7주 동안 적용하여 효과를 검증하였다. 둘째, 설문조사를 통한 정량적 분석 결과 적정기술에 대한 인식과 지속가능한 삶에 관한 태도에서 학생들은 대부분 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 셋째, 자유기술형 응답과 면담의 정성적 분석 결과 적정기술에 대한 이해와 생각, 지속가능한 삶에 관련된 태도 등에서 학생들은 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 이를 통해 적정기술을 적용한 녹색기술교육 프로그램이 단기간의 교육 프로그램이라는 한계에도 불구하고 적정기술에 관한 인식과 지속가능한 삶에 대한 태도에서 긍정적인 효과를 가져왔음을 알 수 있었다.

        실과 수행 평가 모형 개발

        The purpose of this study was to develop the performance assessment model of practical arts education. The st'udy was carried out through review of literature on evaluation theory, performance theory, and practical arts education. The performance assessment model for Practical Arts were established three levels; planning level, instruction & assessment level, and practical application level. The Planning level included planning of instruction and assessment, examining of the curriculum, establishment for assessment aims, and diagnosis of individual's difference. The second level, instruction & assesment level enclosed instruction that is varied and is technical, development of instrument. The third, practical application level included marking, analysis for the results. Based on this conclusions , the further researches for applying of performance assessment model in practical arts education should be continually.

        Ubiquitous시대 학교생활 변화에 따른 실과 교육의 방향

        The purpose of this study was to suggest directions of practical arts education according to the change of school life in the ubiquitous age. Literature review in Ubiquitous computing technology and u-learning, as research methods, were utilized to achieve the purpose of this study. In this study, the effect of ubiquitous computing technology on school life was reviewed in the two view points. One is the view of change and another is the view of constancy. In the view of change, school life had new educational environment new method, new social needs or expect. So, students' learning pace and achievement were managed automatically, and students had individual, customized learning experience. In the view of constancy, school life kept up educational goal as human resources development, acceptance of the change, and face-to-face interaction as characteristics of education. The major suggestions of this study on the new practical arts education's direction were as follows: (1) reforming educational goal such as process centered goal, developing higher order thinking, (2) refining subject matter such as integrated learning content based hands-on activities, and (3) transformation of instructional strategies and assessment such as experiment or practice and criterion referenced assessment.

        공산품 인증제도에 대한 기업의 인식, 평가 및인증제도의 개선 방향

        In this study, we examined the market and certification system of industrial products in detail. In addition, we also examined the recognition of corporate employees related to certification and the requirements and status of improvement of certification system for corporate employees responding to changes in the certification market. Finally, based on the opinions of the enterprise workers on the certification, I proposed the direction of the certification market and the direction of certification system. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, it is necessary to strengthen the role of system cooperation and cooperation between related organizations in order to upgrade the certification of industrial products. In addition to efforts by certification bodies to improve the certification system, improvement of quality of certification examiners, strengthening of after-certification of certified products such as marketing research, improvement and awareness of consumers and corporate employees about certification, and education on certification for consumers and company workers need. Specifically, it is necessary to shorten the KS certification follow-up cycle and to conduct the examination more strictly in order to maintain the quality recognized not only in domestic market but also overseas market and to improve the reliability of KS certification. In addition, it is necessary to examine the measures to reinforce after-sales management in order to spread the employment continuity and quality control technology of the quality control person in the enterprise. Second, it is important to operate a certification system that can meet complex and diverse market, society, and consumer needs. It should be changed to a KS certification policy that reflects technology and industry trends such as sustainable certification system that reflects diversity of society members, certification system that reflects technological advancement and change of consumption market, and increase of fusion combined industry. In the end, it is essential that information exchange related to domestic and overseas certification, information accumulation, related experts, and organic cooperation with stakeholders are essential. Thirdly, it should be a win - win certification system that focuses on corporate and consumer trust and benefits. In particular, it is necessary to pay attention to the fact that the duplicate certification items between the statutory certifications increase and duplicate tests on the same items double the burden of time and cost. The test results should be mutually recognized for the duplicated items between the certifications, and the efficient certification system should reflect the requirements and satisfaction of the certification system of the corporation. 본 연구에서는 공산품 인증시장과 인증제도에 대해 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 또한, 인증관련 기업 근로자의 인식, 인증시장 변화에 대응하는 기업 근로자의 인증제도 개선에 대한 요구 및 현황을 살펴보았다. 끝으로 인증에 대한 기업 근로자들의 의견을 토대로 공산품 인증 시장의 방향 및 인증제도의 방향에 대해 제언하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 정리․종합하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공산품 인증의 경쟁력 강화를 위해 여러 정부기관들의 공조와 협력은 필수적 조건이라고 하겠다. 인증제도 개선을 위한 인증심사원의 능력과 자질 함양, 시판품조사 등 인증제품 사후관리 강화, 인증에 대한 소비자와 기업 근로자의 인식개선 및 홍보, 소비자 및 기업근로자 대상 인증 관련 교육 등이 필요하다. 구체적으로 국내 시장 뿐만이 아닌 해외시장에서도 인정받는 품질을 유지하고 KS 인증의 신뢰성을 향상시키기 위해 KS 인증 사후관리 주기를 단축하고 심사를 보다 엄격히 수행할 필요가 있다. 또한 기업 내부적으로도 품질관리 담당자의 고용 연속성, 품질관리기술의 보급․확산을 위하여 사후관리 강화 방안의 검토가 필요하다. 둘째, 복잡하고 다양해져가는 시장과 사회 및 소비자의 요구를 충족시킬 수 있는 인증제도 운영이 중요하다. 사회구성원의 다양성을 반영하는 지속가능한 인증제도, 기술고도화 및 소비시장의 변화를 반영하는 인증제도, 융복합 산업의 증가와 같은 기술 및 산업 트렌드를 반영하는 KS인증정책으로 변화해야 한다. 결국 국내외 인증관련 정보교류 및 정보축적, 관련 전문가, 이해당사자들과의 유기적 협력이 필수적이라고 하겠다. 셋째, 공산품 인증기관의 인증목표가 기업과 소비자 신뢰와 혜택에 초점을 두는 상생적 인증제도가 되어야 겠다. 특히 법정 인증간 중복인증 품목이 증가하고 동일품목에 대한 중복시험으로 기업은 시간과 비용을 이중으로 부담하고 있는 것에 주목할 필요가 있다. 인증 간 중복되는 품목에 대해 시험결과가 상호 인정, 효율적인 인증제도 운영 등으로 기업의 인증제도에 대한 요구 및 만족도를 반영해야 한다.

        초등 실과 생명과학 영역 수업 자료 개발 방안

        The purpose of this study was to suggest the strategy of instructional materials development and to provide the concrete exemplification of the life science area in elementary practical arts. Research methods of the study were review of the previous studies on the materials of the life science area, interview of the actual condition of materials' utilization, and development the desirable instructional materials. The result of interview and review was two implications for the instructional materials development. First, teachers wanted to give direct experience to their students and the materials should be available in the classroom. Second, Alternative instructional materials were developed for solving problems of direct experience in the life science area. For the direct experience in the classroom, this study proposed two types of materials: one was "Planting a Benjamin tree cutting", and the other was "Making a topiary". The Example of alternative instructional materials was "Making documentary about the bird: the title was The Life in 1g"

        초등학교 실과 '우리 생활과 목제품' 단원수업의 조직 및 교사와 학생의 상호작용

        This study was performed to describe and understand the practice of instruction in practical arts. Instructional organization and teacher-student interaction were investigated in the study to attain the purpose. For the observation of instructional organization and interaction between teacher and students, three schools were selected. Observation and interview were the main sources of this study. Observation was conducted for 10 hours of the instruction' of the unit, 'Our Life and Wood Products' for six grader taught by four teachers respectively. The observation focussed on the teaching behavior, instructional organization and interaction between teacher and students. To establish trustworthiness, multiple data collection were conducted through triangulation of observation, interviews and videotaping. Findings of the study were as follows: First of all, the 16 categories of teaching behavior were observed in the 'Our Life and Wood Products' unit. Second, organization of practical arts instruction could be divided into time-centered sequential organization and logic-centered hierarchical organization. Third, interaction between teacher and student observed in the study performed in order to provide information and to direct processes under the teacher's supervision in practical arts education. Linguistic no answer, and physical feedback were outstanding features of the interactions.

        초등학교 실과 교과서의 개발 방향

        The purpose of this study was to suggest the directions of new textbook development in elementary practical arts. Research methods of the study were review of the previous studies on the textbook of the practical arts, interview of the actual condition of textbook's utilization, and observation of the practical arts classroom. The result of the reviews, interviews and observation was organized two stories, one was quantitative, another was qualitative approach on the textbook study. The stories revealed three implications for the new textbook development. First, developing a new practical arts textbook should reflect the philosophy and goal of the subject. Practical arts education emphasized combination minds-on activity with hands-on activity in the problem context. And the goal of practical arts gave weight to acquire problem solving or design capability. Second, a new practical arts textbook should make up direct experience to the students and the materials should be available in the classroom. And third, a new practical arts textbook should include substantial and rich resource or links.

      • 위암 환자의 말초혈액 조혈모세포로부터 수지상세포로의 분화 유도

        Background Throughout the body. Dendritic Cells (DCs) capture the antigens, migrate to draining lymphoid organs and mature to present the processed antigens to naive T cells to generate the effector cytotoxic T cells (CTLs) or helper T cells. The granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) cooperate in vitro generation of DCs from Periperal Blood Stem Cells(PBSCs). Interleukin-4 (IL-4) is an another important factor in promoting DCs outgrowth and expression of CD1a with costimulatory molecules and in blocking monocytic differentiation. The aim of this study was induction of differentiation and maturation of dendritic cells from PBSCs in patient with stomach cancer. Methods The CD34+ PBSCs were obtained from the patients with stomach cancer and divided the samples into 6 groups. Flt-3 Ligand (FL) (F group), GM-CSF (G group), IL-4 (I group), TNF-α(T group), GM-CSF and IL-4(GI group), FL, GM-CSF, IL-4 and TNF-α(FGIT group) were added to X-VIVO culturing media. The cells were cultured for 2 weeks, then. examined the morphology of and functions the cells with phase contrast and fluorescence microscopes. Results The generated cells with FL, GM-CSF, IL-4 and TNF-α showed typical morphology of DCs including multiple dendrites and profuse cytoplasm. The cells stained positively with CD1a, CD83 and CD86, FL, GM-CSF, IL-4 and TNF-α. Conclusion Large quantities of mature DCs from PBSCs in a patient with stomach cancer was possible using FL, GM-CSF, IL-4 and TNF-α. Further studies are needed with various types of diseases and culture environments.

        초등 예비교사의 PCK 수준 및 형성 과정 : 실과 ‘우리 생활과 전기 전자’ 단원을 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the levels and constructing process of pedagogical content knowledge(PCK) of elementary pre-service teachers. It was centered at 'Our life and electric & electronics' unit in practical arts. Research methods of the study were review of the previous studies on the PCK, the survey was performed to the elementary pre-service teachers' teaching experiences, capabilities of their PCK(limited to subject matter knowledge) about electric and electronics. The collected data was relatively and analyzed in the process. As a result, I found the followings: First, PCK of elementary pre-service teachers about electric and electronics is different depending on the grades. Second, PCK of elementary pre-service teachers were constructing more expended electric and electronics knowledge through the major subjects.
