        입대전 자원봉사활동 만족도와 사회적지지 군생활 적응의 관계 -자아존중감의 매개효과-

        본 연구의 목적은 ○○교육단 훈련병 531명을 대상으로 입대전 자원봉사활동 만족도, 사회적 지지가 군생활 적응에 미치는 영향과 자아존중감의 매개효과를 분석하고자 함에 있다. 입대전 자원봉사활동의 만족도, 사회적지지, 자아존중감의 영향력을 밝히기 위해 구조방정식모형분석을 사용하였다. 연구의 결과, 첫째 입대전 자원봉사활동이 군생활 적응에 정(+)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지와 군생활 적응은 직접적으로 영향을 미치지 못하지만, 자아존중감을 매개로 군생활적응을 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자원봉사활동 만족도는 직접적으로 군생활 적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 뿐만 아니라 자아존중감을 매개로 하여 군생활 적응에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 군생활의 적응을 높이기 위해 초·중·고 재학시절부터 군입대후까지 지속적으로 이어지는 자원봉사활동과 자아존중감이 중요함을 시사하는 데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the mediation effect of volunteer activity satisfaction, social support on military adaptation, and self-esteem for 531 trainees. Structural equation model analysis was used to clarify the impact of satisfaction, social support and self-esteem. As a result of the study, first, volunteer activities before enlistment had a positive effect on military life adaptation. Second, social support and military life adaptation did not directly affect the military life adaptation through self-esteem. Third, the satisfaction of volunteer activity not only directly affects military life adaptation but also positively affects military life adaptation through mediating self-esteem. The purpose of this study is to suggest the importance of volunteer activities and self-esteem that continue from the elementary, middle, and high school ages to the military service.

        지역아동센터 종사자의 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향 -직무열의의 매개효과-

        본 연구는 지역아동센터 종사자들이 지각하는 직무스트레스가 직무만족에 미치는 영향력과 직무열의의 매개효과를 검정하고자 하였다. 연구방법은 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모형 분석을 사용하였다. 결과를 요약하면, 첫째, 직무스트레스가 높을수록 직무만족도가 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직무스트레스가 많을수록 직무열의는 낮아지는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직무열의에서 직무만족에 이르는 경로는 직접효과로만 구성되어 있으며 직무열의는 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향으로 분석되어, 직무열의는 직무스트레스를 완화하여 직무만족을 높이는 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 연구의 실천적 시사점은 첫째, 지역아동센터 종사자들이 직무스트레스를 줄이고 직무열의를 높일 수 있는 환경을 개선하기 위한 지지적 체계에 대한 사회적, 정책적 관심이 필요하다. 둘째, 지역아동센터 종사자들의 직무스트레스는 직무만족에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 있으며, 종사자들이 직무스트레스를 관리할 수 있는 힐링문화센터 등 정책적 지원시스템이 필요하다. 지역아동센터 종사자들의 직무열의는 직무만족을 높여주고 결국, 지역아동센터 아동들의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of job stress perceived by local child care workers on job satisfaction and the mediating effect of job enthusiasm. The research method used confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model analysis. First, the higher the job stress, the lower the job satisfaction. Second, the more job stress, the lower the job enthusiasm. Third, the path from job enthusiasm to job satisfaction consisted only of direct effect. Job enthusiasm was analyzed as having a positive effect on job satisfaction, and job enthusiasm was analyzed as a partial mediation to improve job satisfaction by alleviating job stress. The practical implications of this study are as follows: First, social and policy attention should be paid to the supportive system to improve the environment in which the local child center workers reduce job stress and job enthusiasm. Second, job stress of local child care center workers has a negative effect on job satisfaction, and a policy support system such as Healing Cultural Center where workers can manage job stress is needed. Job enthusiasm of local child care workers will increase job satisfaction and eventually improve the quality of life of children in local child care centers.

        한우 거세 1<SUP>+</SUP>등급육의 대·소분할 부위별 일반성분, 무기질 및 비타민 조성

        본 연구의 목적은 한우고기 거세 1<SUP>+</SUP>등급육의 10개 대분할과 37개 소분할 부위에 대한 칼로리, 일반성분, 비타민 및 무기질 조성을 조사하여 소비자들에게 부위별 기초 영양정보를 제공하고자 수행하였다. 10개 대분할육 간 비교에서 등심, 채끝, 양지와 갈비는 에너지 함량(288.17~336.41 kcal) 및 지방 함량(23.61~29.36%)이 다른 부위들보다 유의적으로 높았다(P<0.05). 단백질 함량은 우둔육(22.14%)이 가장 높았고 갈비(16.05%)가 가장 낮았다(P<0.05). 10개 대분할육에 포함된 각 소분할육 간의 특성 비교는 다음과 같았다. 대분할 등심육 내 살치살은 에너지, 지방, 콜레스테롤 함량이 유의적으로 가장 높았다(P<0.05). 대분할 우둔육과 설도육 내에서 단백질 함량은 보섭살과 설깃살이 다른 소분할 부위 보다 유의적으로 높았고, 지방 함량은 설깃머리살과 삼각살이 유의적으로 높았다(P<0.05). 대분할 갈비육 내에서 제비추리는 수분, 단백질, 회분 함량이 가장 높았고, 지방과 콜레스테롤 함량은 가장 낮았다(P<0.05). 철은 우둔(우둔살 2.64 mg), 설도(보섭살 2.87; 설깃머리살 2.75; 도가니살 2.86 mg), 양지(양지머리살 2.40; 업진안살 2.44; 치마살 2.46; 앞치마살 2.31 mg), 갈비(토시살 3.38; 안창살 3.25 mg)가 높았다(P<0.05). 티아민 함량은 설도육 0.062 mg으로 가장 많았고 리보플라빈 함량은 안심육이 0.231 mg으로 가장 많았다(P<0.05). 판토텐산 함량은 사태육이 2.89 mg으로 가장 높았다. 이러한 한우고기의 부위별 영양성분 분석 결과는 소비자들이 한우고기 섭취를 위한 부위 선택 시 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. The objective of this study was to compare the nutritional composition (e.g., calories, vitamins, and minerals) of 10 primal cuts and 37 retail cuts of 1<SUP>+</SUP> grade Hanwoo beef. Out of 10 primal cuts, loin, striploin, brisket, and rib cuts had the highest energy (288.17∼336.41 kcal) and fat (23.61∼29.36%) content. Significantly lower and higher protein content was found in the ribs (16.05%) and top round (22.14%), respectively, compared to the other cuts in the 10 primal cuts studied. An analysis of the retail cuts in each primal cut showed that the chuck flap had significantly higher energy, fat, and cholesterol than the loin cut. While studying the top round and bottom round cuts, no significant variations were observed among the retail cuts in terms of the energy and cholesterol content but higher protein content was found in the rump (21.82%) and the outside round (21.50%) and higher fat content in the outside round head (13.81%) and the tri-tip (13.74%). In the rib cuts, the neck chain was higher in protein (21.13%) and lower in fat and cholesterol than the other retail cuts. Among the primal cuts studied, the top round (top inside round, 2.64 mg), bottom round (rump, 2.87; outside round head, 2.75; knuckle, 2.86 mg) and ribs (hanging tender, 3.38; outside skirt, 3.25 mg) had significantly higher iron content than the other retail cuts in the same primal cuts. A study of the vitamin content showed that the highest thiamin, riboflavin, and pantothenic acid levels were found in the bottom round (0.062 mg), tenderloin (0.231 mg), and shank (2.89 mg) among 10 primal cuts, respectively. These results would be helpful in selecting retail cuts of Hanwoo beef based on nutritional information.

        요양병원 노인의 죽음불안과 자기효능감이 자아통합감에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 죽음불안, 자기효능감, 자아통합감의 관계를 살펴보고, 죽음불안과 자아통합감의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 알아보았다. 이를 위해 P, K, Y시의 요양병원에 입원한 65세 이상 노인을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 분석은 SPSS 21.0을 이용하여 매개효과를 살펴본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 죽음불안은 자아통합감에 부(-)적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 죽음불안은 자기효능감에 부(-)적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 죽음불안과 자아통합감과의 관계에서 자기효능감이 완전매개효과를 보였다. 이러한 연구결과는 노인의 성공적인 노화와 노년기의 과업을 성취하기 위해 노인의 죽음불안은 낮추고, 자기효능감과 자아통합감을 높이기 위한 효과적인 개입방법의 이론적 기반이 될 것으로 사료된다. This study examined the relationship between death anxiety, self-efficacy, and self-integration, and examined the mediating effect of self-efficacy in the relationship between death anxiety and self-integration. For this study, a survey was conducted on the elderly aged 65 or older who were admitted to nursing hospitals in P, K, and Y cities. The results of the study examining the mediating effect using SPSS 21.0 are as follows. First, it was found that death anxiety had a negative (-) effect on self-integration. Second, it was found that death anxiety had a negative (-) effect on self-efficacy. Third, in the relationship between death anxiety and self-integration, self-efficacy showed a complete mediating effect. These findings are believed to be the theoretical basis for effective intervention methods to reduce death anxiety and increase self-efficacy and self-integration of the elderly in order to achieve successful aging of presbyopia and tasks in old age.

      • 고온고압 처리에 따른 인진쑥(Artemisia capillaris Thunberg)과 쑥갓(Chrysanthemum coronarium L.) 내 Caffeoylquinic Acid 유도체의 변화

        Capillary wormwood (Artemisia capillaris Thunberg) and crown daisy (Chrysanthemum coronarium L.) belonging to Family Asteraceae have been regarded as traditional medicinal herbs for preventive effects against chronic diseases including vascular disease, diabetes mellitus, and obesity. These plants are known for major resource of diverse caffeoylquinic acid (CQA) derivatives and flavonoid glycosides. Thus, objective of this study was to observe effects on high thermal and pressure processing to their CQA derivatives from capillary wormwood and crown daisy. A total of twenty-six hydroxycinnamoylquinic acid (HCQA) derivatives including p-coumaroylquinic acids (21), CQAs (3), and feruloylquinic acids (2) were separated and identified using UPLC-DAD-QToF/MS. Among them, a total twelve of HCQA derivatives was newly reported. Capillary wormwood and crown daisy were presented great majority of 5-O-caffeoylquinic acid (chlorogenic acid) and 3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid (isochlorogenic acid A). In addition, 3,5-di-O-caffeoyl-4-O-succinylquinic acid was predominant compound in crown daisy. The total contents of HCQA derivatives were tended to decrease slightly during high thermal and pressure processing. Especially, the CQA derivatives which were esterified at 5- position of quinic acid moiety including chlorogenic acid and isochlorogenic acid A were tended to convert 3- and 4- position of CQA derivatives during processing. Therefore, proper high thermal and pressure processing is possible to enhance active ingredients. Furthermore, it can give valuable information for future research of functional foods and drugs.

      • UPLC-DAD-QToF/MS를 이용한 벚나무 속 과일의 페놀산 특성 비교

        Phenolic acids are widely distributed in plants. Especially, fruits may play a important role in preventing several diseases as phenolics rich source. In this study, phenolic composition and concentration of the Prunus genus were evaluated using ultra performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection and quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometric system (UPLC-DAD-QToF/MS). In positive ion mode, a total of 18 hydroxycinnamic acid derivatives (HCAs) and 1 hydroxybenzoic acid derivative were also identified and quantified from Prunus fruits. Among them, 15 phenolic acids were newly identified in the fruits of Prunus genus. One feruloyl acetylsucorse was also newly named from apricot: 3-O-feruloyl (2'-O-acetyl)sucrose (armenose A). Japanese apricot, apricot and cherry showed the highest amounts of HCAs. Overall, 3-O-caffeoylquinic acid was major phenolic acid in Prunus fruits. Various types of feruloyl acetylsucrose and p-coumaroyl acetylsucrose were identified in apricot and Japanese apricot, respectively. With previous studies, the catechin content was increased while flavonol content was reduced during the ripening stage of Japanese apricot, as harvest time late. It was also identified that HCAs content was also reduced from this research. It was considered that phenolic acids and flavonols were used for biosynthesis of catechins in maturing. On the basis of phenolic information, PLS-DA model showed different patterns by cluster in various genus and ripening stages.

      • 커피나무 부위별 페놀산 유도체의 특성 분석

        In the present study, 19 commercially popular green and roasted coffee bean samples, and the beans, leaves, cascaras, cherries, flower pods, and stems part of the coffee tree cultivated in Korea using greenhouse were analyzed for their hydroxycinammoyl derivatives, methyl xanthine, and polyphenolic contents by ultra-performance liquid chromatography coupled with diode array detector and quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry. A total of 59 phenolic acids including nine methyl esters of mono-, di-caffeoylquinic acid, and feruloylquinic acid were identified. The methyl hydroxycinnamoyl quinates are reported for the first time from Coffea arabica and Coffea robusta. The total phenolic content ranged from 5628.3 ± 227.2 to 8581.7± 109.1 mg/100 g dry weight (DW) in green, and 790 ± 63.4 to 1890.6 ± 37.4 mg/100 g DW roasted beans. Significant levels of flavan-3-ols (catechin and epicatechin), flavonol glycosides and C-glucosyl-xanthones (mangiferin and isomangiferin) were detected in all coffee tree parts except beans. Anthocyanin (delphinidin 3,5-O-diglucoside) and proanthocyanidins (trimers and tetramers) were identified predominantly in the leaves, cherries and flower pods. From methyl xanthine class, higher level of caffeine was determined together with trigonelline and theobromine. The results suggested that considering the utilization of other parts of coffee tree apart from beans can provide a divers health benefiting polyphenolic compounds.

      • Visual-FlaMap: PLS-DA 통계기법을 이용한 플라보노이드 프로파일의 웹기반 시각화 도구

        Databases related to polyphenols have been constructed and expressed on the website. These databases were provided valuable information such as phenolic compounds and their contents from food materials. Visual-FlaMap, a web-based application tool that visualized 3205 flavonoid contents from 268 of agro-foods was developed. The visualization of flavonoid profile was constructed as follow; 1) the metadata for systematic identification of flavonoids was collected from literatures 2) actual analytical data was produced by UPLC-DAD-QTOF/MS 3) the database was designed by Oracle software 4) both data were uploaded in the database using NutriManager. Results of this tool were expressed as a scatter plot using D3 chart, the PLS-DA algorithm designed using 'R' software for discriminant analysis on the basis of RDA flavonoids database. The designed algorithm clustered the sample set in to three primary groups; food type of ten classes (cereals, potatoes and starches, pules, nuts and seeds, vegetables, mushrooms, fruits, teas, wines, seasonings, and others), flavonoids type of seven classes (flavones, flavonols, flavanones, isoflavones, flavanols, chacones, and xanthones), and four levels of contents. Visual-FlaMap expected to be a powerful tool to provide considerable information on the distribution of flavonoids in diverse agro-food materials, to promote the utilization of these resources in food industry, and to support in developing competitive market.
