기지국간 동기오차를 고려한 TD-CDMA 시스템 성능 분석

IMT-2000에서 TDD 모드를 지원하도록 제안되어 있는 TD-CDMA 시스템은 CDMA 뿐 아니라 TDMA, TDD 등을 융합한 기술을 이용하고 있다. TD-CDMA 시스템 성능 분석을 위해서는 CDMA 기술에서 고려해야 하는 간섭 뿐 아니라 T7MA와 TDD 기술에서 발생할 수 있는 간섭에 대한 모델링이 필수적이다. 특히 TDD 모드에서는 FDD 모드와는 달리 기지국간 간섭과 이동국간 간섭이 발생하는 특징을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 TD-CDMA 시스템 성능 분석을 위한 간섭 모델링을 제시하고 프레임 내 슬롯 할당 방법에 따른 성능 분석을 수행하였다. 또한 기지국간의 동기오차를 고려할 수 있도록 간섭 모델링을 확장하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 인접 기지국간에 동기오차가 적고 유사한 슬롯 구조를 가질수록 성능이 향상됨을 확인하였다. TD-CDMA is based on a combination of CDMA, TDMA, and TDD technologies, and it is proposed to support TDD mode for IMT-2000 service. To analyze the performance of TD-CDMA, we have to establish a modeling technique that takes into account the interference that can occur in each scheme. There is special interference in TDD mode, e.g. interference from base station to base station and from mobile to mobile. In this paper, we present an interference model for analyzing the performance of TD-CDMA systems and the slot allocation strategies. This model includes the cell synchronization error. As a result, this paper shows that almost equal slot allocation and low cell synchronization error guarantee desirable performance in TD-CDMA.
비음처리에 따른 먼나무의 광합성, 엽록소 함량 및 엽 특성

Two-year-old seedlings of Ilex rotunda were grown under control (full sunlight) and three different shading condition. Those conditions were full sunlight (PPFD 1600μmol m-2 s-1), 30% (PPFD 400μmol m-2 s-1), 50% (PPFD 250μ mol m-2 s-1) and 70% treatment (PPFD 100μmol m-2 s-1). Total chlorophyll contents were inverse proportion to light intensity. Seedlings under full sunlight showed the highest photosynthetic activity such as photosynthetic rate, intercellular CO2 concentration and water use efficiency. Photosynthetic activity trend was increased at the higher light intensity than the lower treatment over PPFD 500μmol m-2 s-1. Especially, seedlings under 70% treatment showed the worst photosynthetic activity at high light intensity. That result was regular for adapted plant in low intensity environment. Leaf area was also inverse proportion to light intensity, while dry weight per leaf area was shown the opposite trend.

Excessive daytime sleepiness(EDS) has recognized consequences such as road traffic accidents, impaired psychological functioning and reduced work performance. EDS can result from multiple causes such as sleep deprivation, sleep fragmentation, neurological, psychiatric and circadian rhythm disorders. Treating the underlying causes of EDS remains the mainstay of therapy but in those who continue to be excessively sleepy, further treatment may be warranted. Traditionally, the amphetamine derivatives, methylphenidate and pemoline(collectively sympathomimetic) psychostimulants were the commonest form of therapy for EDS, particularly in conditions such as narcolepsy. More recently, the advent of modafinil has broadened the range of therapeutic options. Modafinil has a safer side effect profile and as a result, interest in this drug for the management of EDS in other disorders, as well as narcolepsy, has increased considerably. There is a growing school of thought that modafinil may have a role to play in other indications such as obstructive sleep apnea/hypopnea syndrome already treated by nasal continuous positive airway pressure but persisting EDS, shift work sleep disorders, neurological causes of sleepiness, and healthy adults performing sustained operations, particularly those in the military. However, until adequately powered randomized-controlled trials confirm long-term efficacy and safety, the recommendation of wakefulness promoters in healthy adults cannot be justified.
Catalytic Synthesis of p-HPGM with Zeolite

p-HPGM(hydroxy-phenylglycine methyl ester) is an important intermediate production of amoxicillin. Amoxicillin had been prepared by biosynthesis method and recently it is synthesized with strong acid. With increasing demand of environmental regulations a use of strong acid often involves a control of hazardous substances throughout production, treatment of waste streams and emissions. Fisher-esterification which uses for production of p-HPGM is favored with a large excess of alcohol in the presence of a strong acid such as sulfuric acid and tosylic acid. Zeolites can help reduce a use of strong acid. Reaction of Fisher esterification is carried out over different ratios of Al/Si of HZSM-5 and HZSM-11 and compared. Synthesized zeolites were characterized with XRD, BET, EDX, FT-IR, Pyridine-TPD, UV-Vis.
