        에스테틱매거진의 콘텐츠 품질이 구독자의 정보수용태도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향

        This study attempted to investigate the effects of contents quality factors on the information acceptance attitude and Behavioral Intention of Subscribers. For this, A questionnaire survey was conducted on subscribers who have experiences in online services of aesthetic magazine. Among a total of 465 questionnaires distributed, 480 copies excluding 15 poorly answered ones were used for final analysis, and the results of the study are as follows: First, It was found that the higher the aesthetic magazine's information quality, system quality and service quality, the higher the subscriber's information acceptance attitude. Second, It was found that the higher the aesthetic magazine's information quality, system quality and service quality, the higher the subscriber's information availability intention and relationship maintenance intention. Based on the results of this study, We hope that It will further be utilized as a basic data to help produce specialized beauty contents of aesthetic magazine and establish strategies for operating the online system environment based on subscriber's needs.

        PCK에 근거한 초등학교 교사의 과학영재수업과 발명영재수업 구성과 실천의 특징 비교

        This study analyzed and compared the characteristics in plan and practice of elementary school teachers’ science-gifted classes and invention-gifted classes based on pedagogical content knowledge (PCK). To do this, we selected eight elementary school teachers with experience in conducting elementary science-gifted classes and/or invention-gifted classes were selected at the gifted education institutes in Seoul and conducted individual in-depth interviews. The analysis of the results reveal that the teachers tended to organize the science-gifted classes with a focus on the exploration of causes and application activities for scientific phenomena, but tended to organize the invention-gifted classes with a focus on producing creative output based on methodology. They were all emphasizing the enhancement of creativity in planning and practicing both science-gifted classes and invention-gifted classes. However, there were also some differences in the elements of creativity required by each class. They tended to select subjects for science-gifted classes based on regular science curriculum, while selecting subjects for invention-gifted classes focused on creative design rather than considering the practical art curriculum related to invention-gifted education. They tended to pursue and practice STEAM education in both science-gifted classes and invention-gifted classes. In a way that conforms to these class goals and points, they were using experiments and practices, providing feedback to students, and conducting evaluations. However, some shortcomings were also revealed in the processes. Educational implications of these findings are discussed.

        전문대학생이 지각하는 자율성지지, 자기결정성동기, 자기조절학습능력, 학습몰입 간의 구조적 관계

        The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relations among autonomy support, self-determination motivation, self-regulated learning ability, and learning flow as perceived by junior college students. In addition, it was to verify that self-determination motivation and self-regulated learning ability mediate the relations between autonomy support and learning flow. Subjects consisted of 640 freshmen and sophomore students from four junior colleges located in a metropolitan city and a province. Results were as follows. First, there was significant direct relationships among autonomy support, self-determination motivation, self-regulated learning ability and learning flow as perceived by junior college students. Second, self-determination motivation and self-regulated learning ability served as mediators in the relation between the autonomy support and learning flow. These results imply that self-determination motivation and self-regulated learning ability, along with an autonomy support of instructors and parents, can increase junior college students’ learning flow. Therefore, an autonomy support environment may be the most important variable among the three variables in influencing junior college students’ learning flow. The results imply that the improvement of junior college students’ learning flow should be approached in multidimensional ways by creating integrated models of autonomy support, self-determination motivation and self-regulated learning ability. 본 연구는 전문대학생이 지각하는 자율성지지, 자기결정성동기, 자기조절학습능 력, 학습몰입 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하고, 자율성지지와 학습몰입 간의 관계에서 자기결정성동기와 자기조절학습능력의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 D 광역시, K 도에 소재한 4개 전문대학에 재학 중인 1∼2학년, 전문대학생 640명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0 프로그램을 사용하여 구조 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전문 대학생이 지각하는 자율성지지, 자기결정성동기, 자기조절학습능력, 학습몰입 간에 직접적 관계는 모두 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전문대학생이 지각하는 자율 성지지는 자기결정성동기와 자기조절학습능력을 매개로 하여 학습몰입에 간접효 과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과는 전문대학생의 학습몰입을 높이기 위해서 교수자와 부모의 자율성지지 환경이 선행되어야 하며, 또한 전문대학생의 자기결정성동기와 자기조절학습능력을 동시에 높일 수 있는 다차원적인 교육적 접근이 필요함을 시사한다.

        청소년의 인권존중과 학교적응의 융합적 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과

        The purpose of the study was to examine the mediating effect of self-esteem on the convergent relationship between respect for human rights and school adjustment of adolescents. Data came from the Korean Survey on the rights of Children and Youth in 2016 and a total of 2,366 of the 2nd grade students in middle school were employed. Structural equation modeling approach was utilized to test the goodness of research model fit and especially the mediating effect was tested by bootstrapping method. Results showed that goodness of model fit was acceptable and self-esteem mediated the convergent relationship between respect for human rights and school adjustment of adolescents. This indicates that the more experiences in respect for human rights and the higher their self-esteem students have, the better school adjustment they acquire. The results of the study imply that it is necessary to expand the human rights education for teachers and develop a new educational program that links between respect for human rights and self-esteem. 본 논문은 청소년의 인권존중과 학교적응의 융합적 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 목적이 있다. 분석자료는 2016년 한국아동·청소년인권실태조사의 중학교 2학년 2,366명의 자료를 활용하였다. 구조방정식모형을 적용하여 모형 적합도를 검증하고, 부트스트랩을 적용하여 매개효과를 검증하였다. 분석결과, 연구모형의 적합도가 적합하였으며, 청소년의 인권존중과 학교적응의 융합적 관계를 자아존중감이 유의미하게 매개하였다. 즉, 청소년들이 인권존중 경험이 많을수록 자아존중감이 높고, 자아존중감이 높을수록 학교적응을 잘하고 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구 결과는 청소년의 학교적응도를 높이기 위해 교사에 대한 인권교육 강화, 인권존중과 자아존중감을 접목한 교육프로그램 개발 및 운영이 필요함을 시사한다.
