풀림방지 Curved-Nut 설계 및 성능 시험

현재 진동이 심한 산업현장에서 많은 종류의 풀림방지 너트가 사용되고 있다. 왜냐하면 진동의 풀림은 큰 사고를 유발할 수 있기 때문이다. 하지만 대부분의 풀림방지너트는 복잡한 가공과정을 거치기 때문에 가격 경쟁력에서 불리하다. 때문에 본 연구에서는 가공이 쉬운 새로운 유형의 커브드 너트를 개발 하고자 한다. 탄성에너지와 너트의 풀림메커니즘 사이의 탄성에너지를 연구하고 분석한 뒤, 나사의 풀림테스트를 한다. 커브드 너트는 기존너트에 밀링 공구를 이용하여 수직으로 한번 또는 두 번 너트의 밑면을 가공한다. 결과적으로 너트의 탄성에너지가 클수록 너트의 풀림을 막게 된다. 본 연구에서는 NAS3350의 진동테스트 장비를 이용하여 시험을 하고 결과를 분석한다. Many types of locking nut are commercializing in the various industries where has heavy vibration. Because nut"s loosing causes a serious accident. But the most locking nuts are too expensive as the complicate manufacturing process. In this study, we design the new type of locking nut, "Curved-Nut" that is relatively simple making process. We study a relation between the elastic energy and the nut loosing mechanism. So it is analysed, the elastic energy of Curved-Nut comparing with the locking test. The Curved-Nut was manufactured on the commercial nut using a milling tool with horizontal cutting, one or two time under the nut. As the result, the more elastic energy the more prevent the loosing of the nut. We verified the performance of the loosing nut using the vibration testing equipment (NAS3350).

초등 체육 교과서 집필 과정에 대한 내러티브 탐구

본 연구는 초등 체육 교과서 집필자들의 집필 경험에 대한에 내러티브를 분석하고 그 의미를 탐구함으로써 초등 체육 교과서 집필 과정의 메커니즘을 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2007 개정 교육과정 체육과 3,4학년 교과용 도서 집필자 3명을 대상으로 2008년 3월부터 2009년 3월까지 1년 동안 내러티브 탐구 절차에 따라 연구를 실시하였다. 자료 수집은 집필진 회의를 통해 생산된 문서와 녹음된 회의 내용에 대해, 회의 직후 연구 참여자들과 이야기를 함으로써 이루어졌다. 필요시 유선, 채팅, 카페의 게시판 작성 등 비대면적 방법을 사용하여 추가 자료를 수집하였다. 이렇게 수집된 자료는 Spradly(1980)가 제시한 자료의 ’영역분석(domain anaysis)’과 ‘분류분석(taxonomic analysis)’ 방법으로 분석되었다. 분석된 자료는 연구 참여자들과 협의를 통해 연구 텍스트로 구성하였다. 이상의 방법으로 연구 한 결과 초등 체육 교과서 집필의 경험은 이론과 경험의 줄다리기, 신체활동지식의 질적 전환 과정, 이상 추구와 현실적 대안의 조율 과정으로서의 의미를 지니는 것으로 논의되었다. This study has the purpose of exploring the process of the elementary physical education textbook by means of analyzing the writers` empirical narrative; that is, doing research on meaning of the writers experiences while they were writing the textbook. To achieve this, I studied for one year, from March 2008 to March 2009, following three of the authors of the third and fourth grade textbooks as they contributed to the 7th Educational Curriculum Revision. My primary source of data was the materials and documents produced by the authors themselves, as they held their regular meetings to discuss the writing process of the textbook. I also analyzed recordings of these meetings. In addition, I gathered data by interviews and internet messenger conversation, as well as through the bulletin boards on their home pages. These data were analyzed with `domain analysis` and `taxonomic analysis` techniques, according to Spradley`s(1980) methods. And I made up the text of research with these analyzed through the discussion with writers. This study shows that three important considerations in the writing of the elementary physical education textbook. First is the problem of how the writers` belief are related to the curriculum, second is the qualitative conversion process of physical activity knowledge, and the last is how to balance the ideal objectives and the realistic alternatives.

Convolution Kernel 크기 변경을 통한 Neural Networks Corruption Robustness 향상

This paper presents a simple yet effective modification of an object detection network to improve corruption robustness. We utilize the retinanet as a base network and PCB dataset as our reference dataset. To improve corruption robustness, our design change the convolution kernel size of lateral convolutions which are placed in between the backbone and the neck of the retinanet. We proceed the experiment with the kernel size 3x3, 5x5, 7x7 and achieve the best result with 5x5 convolution kernel. The results show that the modified network achieves 6% increase in mAP for defocus blur and slight increase in several blur type corruptions while maintaining the mAP of baseline.

창의ㆍ인성 교육 관점에서 경쟁활동 영역수업전략의 교육적 의미 탐색

본 연구는 창의ㆍ인성 교육 관점에서 초등학교 체육과의 경쟁활동 영역의 수업에 적용된 수업전략을 분석하고 그 교육적 의미를 해석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 초등학교 체육과 경쟁활동 영역의 수업을 대상으로 참여 관찰과 심층 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였으며, 경기장과 학습 집단 구성 및 체육교구의 활용 상의 수업전략이 어떠한 교육적 의미를 갖는지를 영역분석과 분류분석에 의거해 주제어로 도출하였다. 연구결과, 경기장 구성은 학습 효과를 높이기 위한 의도적 변형과 학생 주도의 구성 양상으로 나타났으며 '참여를 유도하는 시각적 도화선', '함께 참여하는 활동의 장', '게임에 대한 안목 형성의 채널 확대'라는 교육적 의미로 해석되었다. 학습 집단 구성은 참여 동기 확대와 다자간 대결의 집단 구성의 형태로 나타났고 '참여 동기와 자존감 형성', '경기 수행력에 대한 인식 변화', '지나친 경쟁 구도의 완화 장치'로 해석되었다. 마지막으로 체육교구의 활용은 대안적 자료의 활용 및 개발 형태로 나타났으며 '책임감 발현의 기회 제공'과 '새로움과 전통적 규약의 줄다리기'로 해석되었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 창의ㆍ인성 교육을 위한 경쟁활동 영역수업은 게임 수행을 중심으로 실시하되 학생의 주도적 참여를 유도하고 통합적인 관점에서 이루어져야 함을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to interpret the educational meanings of teaching strategies that applied in the competition activity instruction in physical education from the perspective of creativeness & character education. Data were collected through participant observation and in-depth interviews of four elementary school students, and then categorized by the domain analysis and taxonomic analysis. Teaching strategies mainly focused on the strategies of making up game filed, grouping students, and utilizing teaching tools. The results are like followings. First, the strategy of making up game filed showed two patterns as intentional variations to increase the learning effect and constructing game field by students. The educational meanings of this strategy was categorized as visual fuse leading participation, activity space with all participation, and expanding the channel forming the eye for games. Second, the strategies of grouping students also showed two shapes like expanding participating motivations and grouping for the multilateral game. The educational meanings of this strategy was categorized as forming motives and self-esteem, change of perception about game performance, and relaxation of exaggerative competition structure. Lastly, the strategies of utilizing teaching tools revealed two patterns as use of alternative materials and development of new materials. The educational meanings of this strategy was categorized as chance of revelation of responsibility and struggling between new and traditional norm. Based on the results, the discussion about the direction of competition activity class was presented.

체육과 교육과정에 대한 비판적 담론 분석

The purpose of this study is to reveal the trend of discourses that is constructed by the texts with analyzing the curriculum in physical education. The national curriculum document in physical education were studied with the critical discourse analysis method(microscopic analysis of the text, type of discourse and genre analysis). The results of this study are as follows. The first result is that the curriculum texts represents the idea of the discipline based curriculum and the rationalism even though the texts is ostensibly reveals the holistic education. This means that the curriculum texts reflect the position of the sports pedagogy. Second result is that the producing process of curriculum texts is a deal between authors and the government. Also the consuming process of curriculum texts is a opportunity for physical education to acquire justification as subject matter education through expressing the effect of physical education transformed by the revised curriculum to school, academia and society. The last result is that the attempt to give physical education the justification as subject matter education through the curriculum text that represents the idea of the discipline based curriculum and the rationalism limit the autonomous right of teacher and students in physical education.

코로나19 시기 초등교사의 대면 체육수업 경험에 관한 내러티브 탐구

본 연구는 코로나19 상황에서 초등교사의 대면 체육 수업 경험에 관한 내러티브를 중심으로 코로나 이후 실시되는대면 체육 수업의 과정과 양상의 단면을 드러내고 그 교육적 의미를 분석하여 포스트코로나 시대에 체육 수업의 방향을 제시는 목적으로 이루어졌다. 서울 소재 초등학교 5학년 담임을 맡고 있는 남교사 A를 연구 참여자로 초대하여 7회의 정기 면담과 수시 면담을 병행하여 현장 텍스트를 수집하였다. 내러티브의 연구 절차에 따라 대면 체육수업 경험에 관한 내러티브를 작성하였으며, 분류 분석과 범주 분석을 통해 내러티브 패턴(pattern)과 줄거리(thread), 주제(theme)를 도출하여 연구 텍스트를 구성하였다. 또한 구성된 연구 텍스트의 진정성 확보를 위해 연구 참여자와 다시 이야기하기를 수행하였다. 그 결과 코로나19 시기 초등교사의 대면 체육 수업 경험은 순항 - 착오 - 전환 - 성숙의 과정으로 이야기되었다. 각 내러티브는 비대면과 대면 체육 수업의 루틴을 구성하는 계획단계와 실천을 통해 드러난 교육적 가능성 발견과 시행착오, 그리고 반성과 새로운 시도를 통한 극복의 과정을 포함한다. 분류분석과 범주 분속을 통해 주제화한 내러티브가 갖는 교육적 의미는 다시이야기 하기를 통해 교사의 실천적 지식 형성의 계기, 행을 통한 앎의 가능성 확인, 교육 격차 해소의 핵심 열쇠 측면에서 논의하였다. The purpose of this study was to present the direction of physical education classes in the post-COVID-19 era by revealing the process and pattern of face-to-face physical education classes different from before COVID-19 and analyzing their educational meaning. Teacher A, who is a 5th grade elementary classroom teacher in Seoul, was invited as a research participant to talk about face-to-face physical education class experiences according to the research procedure of the narrative. The narrative includes the planning steps and practices that constitute the routine of non-face-to-face physical education classes, educational possibilities and limitations revealed through practice, and the process of overcoming them. Meanwhile, the educational meaning shown in the narrative of Teacher A s face-to-face physical education class experiences were re-telled in terms of the teacher s opportunity to develop practical knowledge, confirm the possibility of knowing through practice, and bridge the educational gap.

초등학교 예비교사의 체육 수업 실습 경험에 관한 내러티브 탐구

이 연구의 목적은 초등 예비 교사들의 체육 수업 실습 양상과 그에 관여하는 다양한 상황 및 경험적 특성 요인에 관한 교육적 이해와 차후 교육 실습 시 체육 수업의 편성·운영에 관한 실천적 자료를 제공하는 것이다. 이에 초등 예비 교사들의 체육 수업에 관한 실천적 경험을 실습 과정의 맥락 속에서 분석하고 그 경험이 갖는 교육적 의미와 시사점을 도출하였다. 내러티브 탐구를 활용한 연구 결과 초등 예비 교사의 체육 수업 실습 경험은. ‘주어진 수업’, ‘수치로 치환된 학생들’, ‘새로움과 즐거움으로 포장하기’, ‘과정안이라는 바이블’, ‘공감으로 강화된 자신감’, 수업을 위한 수업‘으로 이야기 되었다. 또한 그 경험의 교육적 의미는 ’수업의 탈맥락화‘, ’평가 대상으로서의 수업 전개‘, ’회피와 정당성 사이에 놓인 즐거움‘의 관점에서 다시 이야기 되었다. 이를 바탕으로 이 연구는 초등체육교육의 실습에 있어 반성적 성찰로의 인식전환을 강조하고 실습 기간의 확대, 초등 체육 전문가의 조력, 철학적 성찰의 기회 제공, 표준 실습안 구안 등을 제언하였다. The purpose of this study is to understand the physical education practice patterns of elementary school preservice teachers, which is related the various situations and empirical characteristics,and to provide practical data on the organization and operation of physical education classes in future educational practice. For this purpose, the practical experiences of physical education classes of elementary school preservice teachers were analyzed in the context of the practice process, and the educational meaning and implications of the experiences were derived. The results of research using narrative inquiry show that elementary school preservice teachers s education practice experience in physical education class was spoken of as given lessons , substituted students with quantity , packing with newness and fun , bible called lesson plan , confidence strengthened by empathy , and class for itself . The educational meaning of the experience was re-telled in terms of decontextualization of classes , lesson development as evaluation subjects , and the joy that lies between avoidance and justification . On the basis of this, this study emphasized the shift of cognition to reflective teaching and learning in the practice of elementary school physical education and suggested the extension of the period of practice, the assistance of elementary school physical education specialists, the opportunity of philosophical reflection, and the designing of standard practice plans.
