Alum Directly Modulates Murine B Lymphocytes to Produce IgG1 Isotype

Aluminum hydroxide (alum) is the most widely used adjuvant in human vaccines. Nevertheless, it is virtually unknown whether alum acts on B cells. In the present study, we explored the direct effect of alum on Ig expression by murine B cells in vitro. LPS-activated mouse spleen B cells were cultured with alum, and the level of isotype-specific Ig secretion,IgG1 secreting cell numbers, and Ig germ-line transcripts (GLT) were measured using ELISA, ELISPOT, and RT-PCR,respectively. Alum consistently enhanced total IgG1 production,numbers of IgG1 secreting cells, and GLTγ1expression. These results demonstrate that alum can directly cause IgG1 isotype switching leading to IgG1 production.

지방자치단체의 온라인 관광홍보정책에 대한 탐색적 연구: SNS 관광서포터즈를 중심으로

Recently, many local governments are aware of the power and impact of SNS and operate SNS tourism supporters away from one-sided public relations. The aim of this study is to analyze the present situation and problems about SNS tourism supporters and suggest policy directions. The literature review covered the concepts about online local tourism public relations policy, SNS tourism supporters and previous researches. In the analysis, it analyzed SNS tourism supporters' operation status, operating organization and related ordinance, support contents. As a result of the analysis, SNS tourism supporters are a tourism volunteer. And this online public relations policy was pointed out that the lack of ordinance for operating SNS tourism supporters, unclear of status about SNS tourism supporters, absent of systematic manual, lack of expertise of the person in charge. In order to improve the situation, local governments should plan about tourist volunteer manpower plan, set up a location for SNS tourism supporters, set up regulations on the results of public relations activities, and put on public servant with expertise in SNS and online public relations.

뇌거짓종양 단독으로 발현한 수막암종증

A 46-year-old man presented with a progressive headache lasting for 2 weeks. Initial lumbar puncture revealed a pressure of 31 cm H20 and 30 white cells. His symptoms had worsened despite the treatment of intracranial hypertension. Visual field exam showed marked peripheral constriction and the fundus showed marked papilledema. Cytological analysis of cerebrospinal fluid demonstrated positive for metastatic carcinoma. We report a case of a patient with meningeal carcinomatosis who developed isolated intracranial hypertension with papilledema.

데이터 큐레이션 구현을 위한 통합적 가이드라인 연구

Data curation is discussed as one of the methods for efficiently processing the rapid increase of research data. This research encourages the further establishment of further data curation policy, and also analyzes and systemizes components to consider when the policy is established. The research was conducted by analyzing previous research and related outstanding cases. Specifically, in regard to operators, we analyzed the roles and relations of curators, producers, and users. And then we specifically examined the contents of executive tasks according to the data’s Life-cycle. Also, we classified the cases of data curation policy inside and outside of Korea, then summarized essential components to check when establishing the process. Based on the essential factors extracted as above, I examined the role of the operator as charted on life cycle. As a result, the roles commonly found with the three operators include evaluating and screening objects of collection, data documentation, creating collection checklist, allowing reuse of metadata, data backup, data evaluation and screening, setting data retention period, method of sharing, and creating sharing checklist. 연구데이터가 급증하면서, 효율적인 데이터처리행위의 방법의 하나로 데이터 큐레이션이 논의되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 향후 데이터 큐레이션의 정책을 수립하고 이를 구축할 때 고려되어야 할 구성요소를 분석하고 체계화하고자 하였다. 연구는 선행연구 및 관련 우수 사례를 분석하는 방법으로 진행되었다. 구체적으로 운영주체의 측면에서 큐레이터, 생산자, 이용자의 역할과 관계를 분석하고, 다음으로 데이터의 Life-cycle에 따른 실행 업무의 내용을 구체적으로 살펴보았다. 또한, 국내외의 데이터 큐레이션 정책 사례를 정리하여 구축과정에서 점검해야 할 필수요소를 정리하였다. 위에서 추출된 필수요소를 토대로 생애주기에 따른 운영주체의 역할을 살펴보았다. 그 결과, 세 운영주체의 공통 역할은 수집대상 평가 및 선별, 데이터 문서화, 수집 체크리스트 작성, 메타데이터 재사용 허가, 데이터 백업, 데이터 평가 및 선별, 데이터 보존기간 선정, 공유방법 그리고 공유 체크리스트 수립 및 작성으로 정리되었다. 본 연구결과는 효율적인 데이터 큐레이션 활동이 이루어질 수 있도록 정책 구축 시 기초데이터로 활용될 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

통합환경에서 의도된 갈등상황을 포함한 또래협력 소집단놀이가 발달지체유아의 사회적 상호작용에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of peer cooperation small-group play including intentional conflict situations on the social interaction of children with developmental delays. The subjects of this study were three children with developmental delays who were enrolled in kindergarten of D elementary school in Gyeonggi-do. The design of the study was based on a multiple baseline design across subjects. The data were analyzed by filming the child's behaviors with a camcorder for 10 minutes during free choice activity time after intervention. The results of the study are as follows. First, peer cooperative small-group play, including the intended conflict situation, positively influenced the increase of social initiative behaviors of children with developmental delays. Second, peer cooperation small-group play including the intended conflict situation affected the increase of the social reaction behavior incidence of children with developmental delays. Third, social initiative behaviors and social reaction behaviors of the subjects were maintained after the intervention of peer cooperation small-group play including the intended conflict situation. Social interaction of children with developmental delays is positively affected by peer cooperative small-group play programs involving intentional conflict situations. And suggesting that it can be used as a meaningful teaching-learning method for promoting the social development of children with developmental delays. 본 연구는 통합 환경에서 의도된 갈등상황을 포함한 또래협력 소집단놀이가 발달지체유아의 사회적 상호작용에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 경기도 Y시에 D초등학교 병설유치원에 재원중인 발달지체유아 3명을 대상으로 하였으며, 연구 설계는 대상자간 중다 기초선 설계를 사용하였다. 자료는 중재 후 자유선택활동 시간에 유아의 행동을 캠코더로 10분 동안 촬영하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 의도된 갈등상황을 포함한 또래협력 소집단놀이는 발달지체유아의 사회적 시작행동 증가에 긍정적인 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 의도된 갈등상황을 포함한 또래협력 소집단놀이는 발달지체유아의 사회적 반응행동 발생률 증가에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 의도된 갈등상황을 포함한 또래협력 소집단놀이 중재 종료 후 연구대상의 사회적 시작행동과 사회적 반응행동은 유지되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 의도된 갈등상황을 포함한 또래협력 소집단놀이 프로그램은 발달지체유아의 사회적 상호작용 긍정적인 변화를 주며, 발달지체유아의 사회성 발달 촉진을 위한 의미있는 교수-학습 방법으로 활용될 수 있음을 시사한다.

지역관광이벤트 자원봉사자의 참여동기, 자기효능감, 활동몰입, 활동만족의 관계구조 분석

This study analyzed structural relations among volunteer motivation, self-efficacy, commitment and satisfaction of volunteers for a regional tourism event. The literature review covered concepts of those major variables and subsequent research hypotheses were established. A research model was then proposed based on an extended structural model covering the intervening variables of self-efficacy and volunteer commitment. Survey data were collected from volunteers participating in the 2016 ‘Suwon Hwaseong visit year’ event. The results indicated the following: 1) Egoistic volunteer motivation had a significant influence on self-efficacy and that altruistic volunteer motivation had significant influence on commitment respectively. 2) Self- efficacy had a significant influence on commitment. 3) Self-efficacy and volunteer commitment in combination had a significant influence on volunteer satisfaction. In conclusion, this study confirmed that self-efficacy and volunteer commitment play important roles in the relation between volunteer motivation and satisfaction. 본 연구는 지역관광이벤트에 참여하는 자원봉사자의 참여동기, 자기효능감, 활동몰입, 활동만족 간의 관계를 구조적으로 분석하는데 목적을 두었다. 이론적 고찰에서 주요 개념들에 대한 정의를 제시하였으며, 관련이론 및 선행연구를 바탕으로 관련변수들 간의 영향관계에 대한 연구가설을 설정하였다. 연구모형으로는 지역관광이벤트 자원봉사자의 참여동기와 활동만족 간의 관계를 기본모형으로 설정하고 중개변수인 자기효능감과 활동몰입을 포함하는 확장된 구조적 관계모형을 제시하였다. 연구방법으로 설문조사방법을 적용하였으며, ‘2016년 수원 화성 방문의 해’에 참여하는 자원봉사자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과, 참여동기 중 이기적 동기가 자기효능감에, 이타적 동기가 활동몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 자기효능감이 활동몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기효능감과 활동몰입이 활동만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로, 본 연구에서는 지역관광이벤트 자원봉사자의 참여동기와 활동만족의 영향관계에서 자기효능감과 활동몰입이 중요한 중개역할을 하는 것을 확인하였다.

화훼시장 경매에 대한 행위자-연결망 이론적 접근

Built upon ethnographic method such as participant observation and in-depth interview, this study analyzes the material culture of electronic flower auctions at Yangjae Flower Market. From the viewpoint of Actor-Network Theory(ANT), this research examines how human actors like dealers and auctioneers interact with nonhuman actors such as market devices and these interactions form networks called "agencement." This research is focused on three main objectives: first, to study how the performance of auctions – i.e. the interactions between auctioneers and dealers - change in the wake of new market devices in the auctions; secondly, to look into what changes artifacts bring to the social relationships between auctioneers and dealers; lastly, to analyze the influence of new market devices on auction price in the market. The results of this research are as follows. First, the appearance of new market devices generates changes in the performance of auctions, which means the change of 'agencement' of flower auctions. Direct interactions between auctioneers and dealers turned into indirect interactions through new market devices. Moreover, the changes in the agencement brought changes to the identity of auctioneers and dealers. Secondly, the new agencement caused by the inflow of new market devices formed the trust between the devices and human actors, which gave rise to the trust in electronic auction and in counterpart actors as well. In addition, new market devices lowered direct interactions between auctioneers and dealers and thus made more equal relationships between the two than before. Lastly, market devices like trading screen reduced the leverage of auctioneers by providing dealers with bidding information previously possessed by auctioneers much openly and dealers were able to decide auction prices in more reasonable and dispassionate manner. Economic agency, power, trust, price, and information in the market is material and sensory. 이 연구는 참여관찰과 심층인터뷰 등 문화기술지 연구방법을 통하여 양재화훼시장에서 이루어지는 전자경매거래의 물질문화를 분석하였다. 행위자-연결망 이론에 기초하여 중도매인 그리고 경매사와 같은 인간행위자와 시장기기(market devices)와 같은 인공물 간의 감각적, 물질적 상호작용이 어떻게 일어나며, 이를 통하여 그들 간의 네트워크, 즉 아장스망(agencement)이 어떻게 형성되는 지에 대해 분석하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 전자경매에 따른 새로운 시장기기의 출현으로 인하여 경매 퍼포먼스의 변화가 일어났다. 중도매인과 경매사 간 직접적인 상호작용은 축소되고 시장기기를 통한 간접적인 상호작용은 증가되면서 아장스망이 새롭게 형성되었다. 이러한 아장스망의 변화로 인하여 첫째, 젊은 중도매인 혹은 여성 중도매인의 경매 참여가 과거에 비해 보다 더 용이해졌다. 두 번째, 시장기기에 대한 경매참여자의 신뢰가 상대편 행위자에 대한 신뢰를 가져오고 결국 전자경매에 대한 신뢰로 이어진다. 나아가 시장기기는 중도매인과 경매사간의 직접적인 상호작용을 줄임으로써 계층적이었던 중도매인과 경매사 간의 관계를 보다 동등한 관계로 변화시켰다. 마지막으로 거래 전광판은 경매사가 독점했던 거래현황정보를 중도매인들에게도제공함으로써, 경매가격에 대한 경매사의 영향력은 보다 감소시켰고, 경매 라운드간 낙찰가격의 상관관계는 보다 증가되었다. 결국 시장 참여자들의 행위력, 권력, 신뢰 그리고 가격및 정보들은 물질적이며 감각적이다.
