        랫드 전암 간세포의 증식성과 c-myc, ras의 발현에 관한 연구

        This study was carried out to examine proliferative activity and expression of c-myc oncoprotein and p2lras in normal and preneoplastic rat livers induced by an in vivo mid-term chemical carcinogenesis assay. Sixty, six-week-old male specific pathogen free Sprague-Dawley male rats were randomly divided into five groups. Group I was received a single intraperitoneal(IP) dose(200mg/kg) of diethylnitrosamine(DEN). Group 2(10 rats) was operated partial hepatectomy(PH) and Group 3 was received IP(200mg/kg) DEN, fed two weeks later with 500ppm of phenobarbital(PB). Group 4 was received IP(200mg/kg) DEN, fed two weeks later 500ppm(PB) and PH at week 3 after the onset of experiment. While group 5(20 rats) was not treated and used as a control group. All the rats were sacrificed at age 14 weeks except 10 rats from group 5 were sacrificed at the onset of experiment. Livers of all rats were examined for 5-bromo-2'-deoxyuridine(BrdU) incoporation, proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA), silver-binding nucleolar organizer regions(AgNORs) counts per nucleus and expression of c-myc oncoprotein and p21ras. Both the number and area of the preneoplastic lesions were significantly(p<0.01) compared to other groups. A significant(p<0.01) increase in immunoreactive cells were detected in preneoplastic hepatocytes in Groups 3 and 4 by PCNA and BrdU immunohistochemical stain. The number of the positive cells were significantly(p<0.05) lower in normal 14-week-old rats than those of 6-week-old rats. The results showed that proliferative activity of the hepatocytes was increased by treatment with DEN, PH and PB. Meanwhile, AgNORs counts per nucleus were significantly(p<0.05) increased in the preneoplastic hepatocytes of rats in both groups 3 and 4. The expression of c-myc oncoprotein and p21ras were more readily localized within the hepatic preneoplastic lesions such as hyperplastic nodules. Especially, group 4 showed significantly (p<0.05) overexpressed levels compared to groups 1 and 3. These findings suggest that PCNA, BrdU and AgNORs are significantly increased and c-myc oncoprotein and p21ras are significantly overexpressed in hepatic preneoplastic lesions induced by mid-term carcinogenesis. So these parameters can be an effective markers for hepatic prencoplastic lesions.

        시험 가축 매몰지 토양 및 침출수 내에서의 구제역 바이러스 검출

        Foot and mouth disease (FMD) is highly infectious disease of cloven-hoofed animals, particularly cattle, sheep, pigs and goats. Last outbreak reported in November, 2010 induced the enormous social and eco-nomical impacts. Culling of infected animals, movement control, and vaccination are the major control measures of FMD. The aim of this study was to detection foot-and-mouth disease virus (FMDV) in the soil and leachate from modeling burial for pig carcass as measured by real-time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). FMDV and Coxsakievirus B1 (CVB1) were detected in soil by week 16 and Coxsakievirus B1 (CVB1) by weeks 12, respectively. FMDV and CVB1 also detected by weeks 8 in the leachate. Results from this study provides an evidence that FMDV could be inactivated for safe of pig carcasses infected with FMDV within 4 month in the carcass burial site.

        패류 건제품의 저장 중 지질산화

        In this study, oxidative deterioration of dried sea mussel and baby clam stored at 4±2℃ and 25±2℃ were investigated Acid value of samples were higher at 25℃ than those at 4℃ throughput the storage period And it was higher in dried baby clam than in sea mussel regardless of storage temperatures. Peroxide value of dried sea mussel and baby clam stored at 25℃ tended to decrease after 30 and 60 days, respectively. Thiobarbituric acid and carbonyl value of samples stored at 4℃ were higher than those stored at 25℃ throughout the storage period. In case of sea mussel however they were lower stored at 4℃ than at 25℃ in 30 days. Amino nitrogen increased until 60 days and then decreased in all samples. Fluorescence intensity associated with interaction between carbonyl compound and amino compound was increased with storage temperature and time but it decreased slowly after 60 days.

        어육의 배소에 의한 지질산화에 관한 연구 3 . 적색육어의 배소 및 재가열에 의한 heme 화합물의 변화

        In order to elucidate the effect of heme compounds on lipid oxidation in roasted and/or reheated mackerel and pacific saury, changes in myoglobin, metmyoglobin, total iron, nonheme iron and heme iron content were measured. Throughout the steps of roasting, heating and reheating, myoglobin content was decreased more rapidly roasted at 180℃ for 20 min in fillet samples than those roasted at 200℃ for 15min or 220℃ for 10min. When the skinless samples were roasted at 180℃ for 20 min, about 38% of myoglobin in raw meat were remained, The skinless fillet roasted at the lower temperature resulted the higher level of metmyoglobin due to the reduced myoglobin. Regardless of roasted temperature and time, total iron content was retained the level of raw meat throughout processing, 2 times of nonheme iron content was noted in the skinless fillet samples roasted at 180℃ for 20 min. All samples, heme iron content was decreased much lower by roasted temperature and in absence of skin on fillet. It was decreased about 33% when roasted at 180℃ for 20 min in the skinless fillet in case of pacific saucy.

        액상결정성장에 의한 InGaAsP / InP MQW - LD 제작에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 수직형 LPE장치를 이용하여 InGaAsP/InP MQW-DG웨이퍼를 성장하고 10 ㎛ stripe MQW-LD를 제작하였다. 공진기 길이 470 ㎛ LD의 경우 이득스펙트럼 중심파장은 1.32㎛였다. 발진 파장은 1.302 ㎛로써 양자우물두께 300 Å의 이득중심에 해당한다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. In this study, InGaAsP/InP MQW-DH wafer was grown by a vertical type LPE system and 10 ㎛ stripe MQW-LD was fabricated with the wafer. The threshold current was about 200 ㎃ and when the cavity length of the LD was 470 ㎛ the central wavelength of gain spectra was 1.32 ㎛ the lasing wavelength was 1.302 ㎛ which corresponded to the gain center of the quantum well thickness of 300 Å.

      • 효율적 자원 배치를 위한 이동객체의 최적 이동패턴 추출

        본 논문은 Fog/Edge Computing(FEC) 환경에서 애플리케이션 서비스의 사용자 근접성을 지원하는 컴퓨팅 리소스의 최적 할당 및 지연시간 감소를 위한 이동에이전트 기반 오프로딩의 효율성을 제고하기 위한 선행연구로써, 이동객체들의 방대한 시공간 이동 이력데이터 집합으로부터 복합적인 시공간 제약을 적용한 최적 이동패턴 추출 시 수행시간 및 소요 메모리양을 효과적으로 감소시키는 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안 알고리즘은 빈발도 기반의 최적경로 추출을 통하여 향후 FEC 환경에서 계산 오프로딩을 위한 컴퓨팅 리소스의 분배 및 배치에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. This paper is a prior study to improve the efficiency of offloading based on mobile agents to optimize allocation of computing resources and reduce latency that support user proximity of application services in a Fog/Edge Computing (FEC) environment. We propose an algorithm that effectively reduces the execution time and the amount of memory required when extracting optimal moving patterns from the vast set of spatio-temporal movement history data of moving objects. The proposed algorithm can be useful for the distribution and deployment of computing resources for computation offloading in future FEC environments through frequency-based optimal path extraction.

        어육의 배소에 의한 지질산화에 관한 연구 4 . 백색육어의 배소 및 재가열에 의한 heme 화합물의 변화

        백색육어틀 배소한 경우와 배소한 시료를 저온에 저장 후, 단계적으로 가열처리했을 때 일어나는 산화에 의한 heme 화합물의 변화를 조사하였다. Heme 화합물 중 myoglobin 함량은 각시가자미나 조기 모두 180℃에서 20분간 어피 제거육의 상태로 배소한 것이 상대적으로 감소폭이 컸으며 가열, 재가열에 의해서도 감소하는 경향이었다. Myoglobin의 감소 추세에 따라 metmyoglobin 함량은 역으로 점차 증가하는 경향이었으며, 배소온도가 낮을수록 또한 어피를 제거함으로써 생성된 metmyoglobin의 함량이 높았다. 총철 함량은 배소온도와 시간을 달리하여 처리하여도 두 어종 모두 생시료와는 함량 차이가 거의 없었다 비 heme 철은 각시가자미의 경우 생시료에는 총철 함량에 대해 약 20% 정도 함유되어 있었으나, 180℃에서 20분간 어피 제거육의 상태로 배소했을 경우 생시료에 비해 약 2배 정도 증가하였다. 조기는 생시료에는 건물당으로 약 0.8㎎/100g 함유되어 있었으나 배소, 가열 및 재가열과 같은 반복되는 가열과정에 의해 증가하였다. Heme 철 함량은 각시가자미와 조기 모두 비 heme 철의 증가에 반비례해서 감소하였으며 또한 배소시간이 길수록 그리고 어피 잔존육보다는 어피 제거육의 감소폭이 더 컸다. To determine changes of heme compounds on lipid oxidation during repeat heating in white muscled fish (yellowfin sole and yellow croaker), myoglobin, metmyoglobin, total iron, nonheme iron and heme iron contents were analysed. Myoglobin content was decreased in the step of repeat heating. Especially, it was decreased the most rapidly roasted at 180℃ for 20 min in fillet samples. The skinless fillet roasted at the lower temperature resulted in the higher level of metmyoglobin associated with the reduced myoglobin. Regardless of roasted temperature and time, total iron content was not change in contrast of raw meat throughout processing. Nonheme iron content was increased, but heme iron content was decreased during roasted, heated and reheated.
