        제헌헌법과 제2차 개정헌법의 경제조항에 대한 고찰

        The purpose of this article is to examine the meaning, main contents of economic article in the Foundation of Constitution and the second amendment of Constitution. It is necessary to analyze the ideological basis in the Economic Constitution that our founding fathers established in the first time and in the second amendment after the korean war. This examination of economic article includes a historical view of the Korean Economic Constitution. Our founding fathers had established the first Economic Constitution for the achievement of economic equality, social justice, the balanced improvement of the national economic in the capital system, and had strong inclination to maintain the capital of state on harmony of the capital system. But, the pursue of social justice, economic equality had the limit because of the poor national economic, the korean war, pressure of U.S.A. Eventually, the second amendment of the Constitution caused the change of the economic order in the first step to enforce market economic by elimination of the article about the capital of state and so on. Since then, the second amendment of the Economic Constitution led to the existing Constitution.

      • IPv6망에서의 멀티캐스트를 지원하는 화이트보드 설계 및 구현

        IPv6은 IPv4가 업그레이드 된 것으로서 기하급수적으로 늘어나는 인터넷 주소를 감당하고, IPv4의 단점을 보안하는 새로운 인터넷 프로토콜이다. IPv6은 plug-and-plug방식으로 이웃 발견 프로토콜을 사용하여 현재 네트워크의 위상 및 링크의 상태를 측정하여 스스로 주소를 자동 설정 할 수 있다. 또한 IPv4와는 달리 멀티캐스팅 기능을 기본으로 제공하고 있으며 이를 지원 하는 응용을 필요로 하기 때문에 본 논문에서는 멀티케스트에서 가장 널리 사용되는 화이트 보드를 IPv6에서 동작하도록 설계 구현 한다.

        UPLC-PDA를 이용한 창포류의 분류 및 함량 분석

        A quantitative method using ultra performance liquid chromatography with a photodiode array detector (UPLCPDA) was established for the analysis of 2 major plant metabolites: β-asarone and α-asarone from Acorus gramineus, A. tatarinowii, A. calamus and Anemone altaica, and their contents are compared with other herbs of Acorus species. The method was validated according to the International Conference on harmonization (ICH) guideline for validation of analytical procedures with respect to precision, accuracy, and linearity. The average content of β-asarone in Acorus gramineus was significantly higher than that in others, with the second highest concentration observed in A. tatarinowii, and only a trace amounts found in A. calamus and Anemone altaica. In contrast, the average content of α-asarone in A. calamus was the highest, followed by that in Acorus gramineus and A. tatarinowii. principle component analysis (PCA) confirmed that β-asarone and α-asarone content differed among the species. These results suggest that this UPLC-PDA method can be considered as good quality control criteria for Acorus gramineus.

        교사의 무용 교수행동유형이 학생의 학습참여유형에 미치는 영향

        The objectivity of this study is to provide basic materials for improving the quality of dance performance after comparative analysis of suitable teaching behavior types in order to boost the effect of student’s dance learning. We drew conclusions like below. 1. In the analysis result of the differences for learning participation types depending on teaching behavior types, serious type, obligation type and avoiding type were shown to be high as this order for the training and order behavior type, democratic behavior type, social behavior type and positive reward behavior type. 2. For the despotic teaching type, it is shown to be high in the order of obligation type, avoiding type and serious type.

        협력, 경쟁, 집중 수준에 따른 시선 분석

        가상공간의 발달로 인해 비즈니스 환경의 변화도 가속화되고 있다. 이러한 환경에서의 커뮤니케이션은 의미전달 뿐 아니라 감성을 교류하는 감성 커뮤니케이션을 목표로 하고 있다. 그러나 사용자가 필요로 하는 감성에 관한 연구는 부족하다. 본 연구의 목적은 비즈니스 시나리오 기반으로 감성 어휘 모델링을 도출한 후, 해당 감성의 시선 요소를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 417개의 관련 감성 어휘를 수집하여 적합성 검증 후 16개의 대표 어휘를 도출하였고, 다차원척도분석을 통해 2차원 공간에 맵핑하였다. 그 후, FGD를 통해 X축은 협력, 경쟁, Y축은 낮은 몰입, 높은 몰입으로 차원을 정의하였다. 52명의 피험자를 대상으로 해당 감성을 유발하는 자극을 제시하였고 시선 움직임 데이터를 수집하였다. 분석 프로그램을 통해 상대방의 얼굴, 오른쪽 눈, 왼쪽 눈, 코, 입을 관심영역으로 설정한 후, 평균 시간, 비율, 고정점, 다시 돌아오는 횟수의 데이터를 추출하였다. 독립 t-검정 결과, 협력일 때는 경쟁보다 얼굴, 눈, 코 영역에서 시선 요소가 증가하였고, 낮은 집중의 경우 높은 집중보다 오른쪽 얼굴, 코 영역에서 시선요소가 증가한 것을 확인하였다. 이는 가상공간에서의 비즈니스 환경에서 필요한 감성을 평가하는 데 기초 연구로써 활용가능 할 것으로 기대된다. Emotional interaction in virtual reality is necessary of social communication. However, social emotion has been tried to be less recognized quantitatively. This study was to determined social gaze of emotion in business domain. 417 emotion words were collected and 16 emotion words were selected to Goodness of Fit. Emotion word were mapped into 2 dimensional space through multidimensional scaling analysis. Then, X axis defined dimensions of cooperation, competition, and Y axis of low focus and high focus through the FGD. 52 subjects were presented to stimuli for emotion and gaze movement data were collected. Independent t-test results showed that the gaze factor increased in the face, eye, and nose areas at cooperation, and the gaze factor increased in the right face and nose areas at the low focus. It is expected that this will be used as a basic research to evaluate emotions needed in business environment in virtual space.

        건조방법과 감마선 조사에 따른 포도가공부산물의 색상 변화 및 항산화활성

        본 연구는 폐자원인 포도가공부산물을 활용한 기능성 소재 개발의 기초 자료 마련을 위해, 열풍 및 동결건조한 뒤 1~20 kGy의 감마선 조사를 실시한 포도가공 부산물의 품질 특성 및 항산화활성의 변화를 관찰하였다. 색도는 열풍건조시료의 경우 3 kGy에서 가장 높은 L값과 a값을 나타낸 후 조사선량 증가에 따른 감소를 나타내었고, 동결건조시료의 경우 가장 높은 조사선량인 20 kGy에서 가장 높은 L값과 b값을 나타내어 열풍건조라는 고온의 전처리를 통한 색소의 파괴가 미리 진행되어 감마선 조사에 따른 영향을 나타내지 않았으며, 3 kGy의 감마선 조사는 열풍건조한 포도가공 부산물 시료의 색택에 좋은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 총 페놀화합물의 함량을 측정한 결과, 열풍건조시료 메탄올 추출물에서는 3 kGy 조사구에서 가장 높은 함량을 나타내었고 조사선량 증가에 따른 감소를 나타내었으나, 비조사구보다는 조사구에서 더 높은 페놀화합물 함량을 나타냈다. 동결건조시료 메탄올추출물의 경우, 비조사구에서 가장 높은 함량을 나타내었으나 조사구에서는 3 kGy 조사구가 가장 높은 페놀화합물 함량을 나타내었다. DPPH 및 ABTS를 이용한 라디칼 소거능의 측정 결과 역시 페놀화합물 함량의 측정결과와 마찬가지로 열풍건조시료의 메탄올추출물에서 3 kGy 조사구가 가장 높은 라디칼 소거능을 나타내었다. 환원력은 시료를 1~5 ㎎/mL의 농도로 희석하여 실험하였으며, 그 결과 열풍과 동결건조시료 모두 3 kGy 조사구에서 가장 높은 활성을 나타내었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 3 kGy의 감마선 조사는 포도 가공 부산물의 색택 및 항산화능을 향상시킴을 알 수 있었다. 하지만 가공부산물 활용의 측면에서 볼 때, 감마선 조사에 따른 포도부산물의 항산화 활성 증가는 미약하거나 없는 것으로 나타나 큰 의미를 갖지 못했다. This study was carried out to examine the changes of the quality feature and antioxidant activity of grape by-products. This experiment was to arrange the basic data for developing a functional material using grape by-products which were useless resources. Hot-air and freeze drying were followed by the gamma irradiation of 1~20 kGy. Hunter's color value, in case of hot-air drying, showed the highest L and a value in the 3 kGy, and it decreased according to the increase of the exposure dose. In the case of freeze drying it showed the highest L and b value at the highest exposure, 20 kGy. It was considered that the breakdown of the pigment through high temperature processing was launched and the influence according to the gamma irradiation was not shown. The gamma irradiation of 3 kGy appeared to have a good influence on the color of the grape by-products which went through hot-air drying. The contents of the total phenolic compounds, in case of hot-air drying, showed the highest total polyphenol contents in the 3 kGy irradiation and it decreased according to the increase of the exposure dose; in contrast, the higher phenolic contents showed in the irradiated group than in the control. In case of freeze drying, the highest phenolic contents appeared in the control but 3 kGy showed the highest one in the irradiated group. Results of radical scavenging activity using DPPH and ABTS indicated that 3 kGy showed the highest radical scavenging activity in hot-air and freeze drying. Therefore, it was found that gamma irradiation of 3 kGy could improve the color and antioxidant activity of grape by-products, but an antioxidant activity of grape by-product due to the gamma irradiation was a little affected in the aspects of by-product utilization.

        This research has searched the comparison and analysis of the husband and wife about the facts how these factors, social population, personal, interaction of couples, child bringing can influence the marriage satisfaction of couples. The research have been gathered from surveys of the subjects by couples who have a first child who is under 36 months. The results is that a marriage satisfaction is influenced by various factors and have differences from wives and husbands in each couples. To improve marriage satisfaction, couples need 10 understand their basic differences, respect, asking each request or avoiding each other, and try to share their lives and bringing.

        개정 형사소송법 제312조 제1항 시행에 대한 경과규정 부재와 그로 인한 실무상 혼란

        After the enactment of the Criminal Procedure Act, if the defendant acknowledges the authenticity of protocol concerning interrogation of criminal suspect prepared by prosecutor, admissibility of evidence of the protocol has been recognized. However, Article 312 (1) of the amended Criminal Procedure Act will be enforced, adding contents admission as a requirement for granting admissibility of evidence to the protocol prepared by the prosecutor after Jan. 1st, 2022. Legislators amended the Criminal Procedure Act on Feb. 4th, 2020 and took measures to prevent confusion in practice by allowing it to take effect in case of Article 312 (1) from Jan. 1st, 2022 with a grace period. However, Article 312 (1) of the amended Criminal Procedure Act shall apply immediately to the current accused cases after Jan. 1st, 2022, so that the amended article shall apply the cases prosecuted before the enforcement date. In this case, it may take several trial dates for examination of evidence to be completed, the article before amendment can be applied even if the case is prosecuted on the same day. In consequence, it is expected that the defendant may overissue objections or appeal related to examination of evidence to be subject to the amended Criminal Procedure Act in favor of themselves. Any unconditional application of a new statute from a certain time when it is enacted or amended to change the law and order can cause a number of problems and considerable confusion. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures to ensure that the transition to a new law and order is carried out smoothly without different interpretations or confusion, such as interim measure and applicable example . Finally, the possible confusion in practice resulting from the enforcement of Article 312 (1) of the amended Criminal Procedure Act is due to the absence of interim measure or applicable example. Thus, it is necessary to prepare interim measure or applicable example as soon as possible before the enforcement date.

        HPLC-PDA를 이용한 반하, 호장남성, 수반하의 분류 및 함량분석

        Objectives: A quantitative method using high performance liquid chromatography with a photodiode array detector(HPLC-PDA) was established for the quantitative analysis of the four main compound and pattern analysis to classification Piiellia ternate, P. pedatisecta and Typhonium flagelliforme. Methods: The analytical procedure for the determination of P. ternata, together with the known main compounds uracil, uridine, guanosine and adenosine was established. Optimum HPLC-PDA separation of these P. ternata was possible on Luna C18(2) column material, using water and acetonitrile as mobile phase. The method was validated according to regulatory guidelines. In addition, this assay method were analyzed for the content of four main compound in P. ternata, P. pedatisecta and T. flagelliforme and by data obtained from the HPLC-PDA analysis was performed principal component analysis(PCA). Results: Validation results indicated that the HPLC method is well suited for the determination of the roots of P. ternata with a good linearity (r2> 0.999), precision and recovery rates. Analysis of HPLC-PDA, the average content of uracil, uridine, guanosine and adenosine was significantly higher in P. ternate>P. pedatisecta> T. flagelliforme order. The application of PCA to main compound data by HPLC-PDA permitted the effective discrimination among the three species. Conclusions: Analysis of both HPLC-PDA and PCA confirmed the fact that four main compound and pattern profiles of P. ternata, P. pedatisecta and T. flagelliforme were different from each other.
