서울 지역 고등학교 특수학급 학생의 수업과 학교생활 실태: 고등학교 통합교육 내실화를 향한 문제 정의

The purpose of this study is to investigate the instructional practices for students with special education needs enrolled in special education classes in high schools located in Seoul. This study was conducted by surveying special education teachers in high schools. A descriptive statistical analysis on the 181 questionnaires returned from 69 high schools was conducted. The issues analyzed are as follows: first, on the back ground information of the high school special education classes and teachers; second, on the special teachers’ view of inclusive education in high schools; third, on the instructional practices implemented in high school special education classes and inclusive classes; fourth, on the conditions of extracurricular activities and other school life of special education students. This study intended to define some issues and problems identified with the survey results and suggest some directions to improve the instructional practices implemented for special education students in special and inclusive classes. This study delineates issues and implications for the betterment of high school inclusive education and call for an urgent attention on the various problems and difficulties related with inclusive education practices at high schools in South Korea. 본 연구의 목적은 서울 지역 고등학교 특수학급 학생의 수업과 학교생활의 실태를 특수학급 교사들 대상으로 질문지로 조사하여 우리나라 ‘고등학교 통합교육 실제’의 문제를 진단하고 정의하는 것이다. 2015년 11월 기준 서울 지역 고등학교 특수학급 설치교의 전부인 84개교의 특수학급 교사 244명 모두를 전수 조사하여 회수된 69개교의 181부 응답 자료에 대해 기술통계로 분석하였다. 응답 결과, 특수학급의 학생 수는 법정 인원인 7명을 초과한 경우가 33.70%였고, 일반교사와 비장애학생은 특수교육대상 학생을 대체로 수용하였다. 전일제 특수학급 배치 결정에 가장 큰 영향을 미친 요인은 학생의 문제행동과 학부모의 요구였다. 특수학급에서 가장 많이 하는 수업 내용은 ‘진로와 직업’이었다. 주지교과 수업에는 교사가 제작한 학습지를 가장 빈번하게 사용하였고 특수학급 수업에 대한 평가내용을 NEIS에 입력하지 않는 교사가 과반수가 넘었다. 일반교사와 특수교사 간 협력 영역은 주로 생활지도 및 행동문제이며 학업 및 교과지도는 최하위에 속했다. 통합 점심시간은 학생들의 사회적 통합을 위해 유효하나 충분히 활용되지 못하였으며, 일반학급 조회나 종례시간에의 참여나 통합동아리 활동은 비교적 잘 이루어졌고, 특수학급 학생이 참여하지 않은 통합수업 교과들의 중간 및 기말 고사에 참여하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 고등학교 특수학급 수업 실태와 통합수업 및 그 외 학교생활 실태에 대한 종합적 자료를 처음으로 제공하면서 우리나라 고등학교 통합교육 실제의 개선 대책 마련을 위한 문제들을 판별하고 정의한 의의를 지닌다.

맥문동(Liriope platyphylla W. T.) 스테로이드 사포닌의 항암활성

맥문동 괴근을 80% MeOH 수용액으로 추출하고, 얻어진 추출물을 EtOAc, n-BuOH 및 $H_2O$로 용매 분획하였다. 암세포 A549, SK-OV-3, SK-Mel-2, XF-498 및 HCT-15에 대한 각 분획물의 생장억제활성을 SRB 법으로 측정한 결과 n-BuOH 분획에서 암세포 생장억제활성이 높게 나타났다. n-BuOH 분획으로부터 Amberlite XAD-II 및 silica gel column chromatography를 반복하여 2종의 사포닌을 분리하였고, NMR, IR 데이터의 해석과 가수분해반응을 이용하여 spicatoside A와 B로 동정하였다. Spicatoside A가 암세포에 대한 생장억제활성을 보여 A549, SK-OV-3, SK-Mel-2, XF-498 및 HCT-15에 대한 $IC_{50}$ 값이 각각 17.3, 21.7, 14.9, 18.8 및 $15.6\;{\mu}g/ml$를 나타내었다. The tuber of Liriope platyphylla was extracted with 80% aqueous MeOH and solvent-fractionated with EtOAc, n-BuOH and $H_2O$. Evaluation of growth inhibitory activity of each fractions on various carcinoma cells, A549, SK-OV-3, SK-Mel-2, XF-498 and HCT-15, indicated the n-BuOH fraction to be the highest in the activity. From the fraction, two saponin compounds were isolated through Amberlite XAD-II and silica gel column chromatographies, repeatedly, and their chemical structures were elucidated as spicatoside A and B by interpretation of spectral data, NMR and IR, and adaptation of acid hydrolysis. Spicatoside A showed growth inhibitory activity on carcinoma cells, and the $IC_{50}$ values against A549, SK-OV-3, SK-Mel-2, XF-498 and HCT-15 cells were determined to be 17.3, 21.7, 14.9, 18.8 and $15.6\;{\mu}g/ml$, respectively.

M-Commerce에서 안전한 서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 보안 기능을 갖춘 결제 솔루션이 필수적이다. M-Commerce를 이용하기 위한 사용자의 이동 단말기는 핸드폰, PDA, 스마트폰 등으로 다양화 되어가고 있으며, 이 중에서도 PDA의 인터페이스와 이동 접속은 기존 핸드폰의 유선 인터넷의 정보 의존도가 높은 단점을 극복할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 타원곡선 암호를 이용하여 PDA 기반의 신용카드 결제 시스템을 설계하였다. 제안된 시스템의 SECURE CARD모듈은 PDA 단말기 자체에 개인정보, 배송정보, 카드정보를 암호화하여 안전하게 저장함으로써 단말기의 정보입력시에 필요한 불편함을 제거하였다. 또한 프로토콜은 M-Commerce에서 인증, 기밀성, 무결성, 부인봉쇄 서비스 등의 보안기능을 제공하도록 설계되었다.

NDIS Driver 개발을 통한 Virtual Private Network 구축

VPN을 구성하기 위해서는 각각의 단말기(PC)에 VPN장치를 장착하거나, 공중망으로 연결하는 라우터에 VPN장치를 장착해야만 한다. 본 논문은 VPN 장비 없이, NDIS Driver를 개발하여 장비 없이 언제 어디서든 VPN을 구성하여, 보안성과 이동성, 효율성을 높여 해킹으로부터 안전한 네트워크를 구축하는 것이 목표이다.

M-Commerce에서 Secure Card 기반의 결제 프로토콜 설계

In order to provide a reliable M-Commerce, a payment solution with security functions should be required. User's mobile terminals used in M-Commerce services are diversifying to cellular phone, PDA, Smart phone etc. Among them, integration of PDA's interface and mobile connection overcomes the weak point of existing cellular phone depending on information via the internet. In this paper, the Secure Card based protocol for a credit card transaction on PDA using ECC is presented. Secure Card module on this protocol encrypts user's information such as private information, delivery information and credit card information and stores it on PDA in order to free from inputting information whenever it is used. This scheme also offers security services on M-Commerce including authentication, confidentiality, integration, non-repudiation and so on.

Tracheostomy is a surgical procedure that is commonly used to treat upper airway obstruction. In particular, patients with head and neck cancer may require elective or emergency tracheostomy because of airway obstruction due to massive bleeding of the intraoral tumor mass and rapid growth of the tumor mass in the neck area. Here, we report four cases of tracheostomy in patients with head and neck cancer with narrowed airway space and difficulty in breathing. Based on these cases and a literature review, we recommend that oral and maxillofacial surgeons and dental anesthesiologists should cooperate closely and determine the appropriate timing to perform definitive airway management for such patients during palliative treatment, along with continuous evaluation of tumor location, risk of recurrence, and airway involvement.
