        제주지역 해수, 수족관물, 유통수산물에서 분리된 장염비브리오균의 분자생물학적 특성

        V. parahaemolyticus causes waterborne and foodborne disease such as acute diarrhea. In this study, V. parahaemolyticus isolates from seawater, fish tanks, and distributed fishery products in Jeju were investigated for potential toxin or species-specific genes (tdh, trh, tlh, and toxR) using RT-PCR and their genetic characteristics were analyzed using Pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). Overall, V. parahaemolyticus of 90 strains (36.7%), including 33 strains from seawater, 8 strains from fish tanks, and 50 strains from fishery products, were isolated from 245 samples. All V. parahaemolyticus strains did not detect the tdh gene, whereas all strains detected tlh or toxR genes. In addition, trh genes were detected in 3 strains from seawater and 1 strain from fishery products. Monthly quantitative testing of seawater revealed that V. parahaemolyticus was positively correlated with water temperature. The 90 strains of V. parahemolyticus obtained in this study showed by gene homology between types, ranging from 64.0-97.3%. Among these, thirteen types showed 100% homology between genes. These results indicate that continuous monitoring is needed to facilitate food poisoning epidemiological investigations because some isolated V. parahaemolyticus strains harbored toxin genes and V. parahaemolyticus strains isolated from seawater, fish tanks, and distributed fishery products showed genetic similarity.

        Quality Characteristics of Tarts Made with Molecular Press Dehydrated Purple Sweet Potatoes during Storage

        목적: 본 연구에서는 탈수방법 중 분자압축탈수법을 이용하여 탈수한 자색고구마로 제조한 타르트의 저장 중 품질특성을 조사하였다. 연구방법: 자색고구마타르트의 수분함량, 수분활성도, 총페놀함량, 안토시아닌함량, DPPH 자유라디칼 소거능, 색도 및 관능평가를 45일 동안 실시하였다. 결과: 탈수제인 말토덱스트린 20%, 40%, 60%, 80%로 분자압축탈수 후 제조한 자색고구마타르트 크러스트의 수분함량은 45일 저장 후 8.47%, 7.95%, 6.96%, 6.24%로 분자압축탈수하지 않은 자색고구마로 제조한 타르트 크러스트의 수분함량인 11.99%에 비하여 낮았다 (p<0.05). 하지만 총페놀함량, 안토시아닌 함량과 DPPH 자유라디칼 소거능이 분자압축탈수한 자색고구마타르트가 그렇지 않은 타르트에 비해 낮게 나타났다(p<0.05). 결론: 분자압축탈수 후 제조한 자색고구마타르트는 수분함량을 효율적으로 낮춰주어 저장 동안 타르트 크러스트의 바삭함을 유지할 수 있었으나 총페놀 및 안토시아닌 함량, DPPH 자유라디칼 소거능, 색도 및 관능평가 결과가 감소하였다. Purpose: Molecular press dehydration is one of the dehydration methods. The purpose of this study was to investigate the quality characteristics of tarts made with dehydrated purple sweet potatoes during the storage period. Methods: Quality characteristics of purple sweet potato tarts were evaluated by analyzing moisture content, water activity, total phenolics, anthocyanins, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical scavenging activity, color, and sensory evaluation for 45 days of storage. Results: Moisture content of tart crust made with molecular press dehydration treated purple sweet potatoes with concentrations of 20%, 40%, 60%, and 80% maltodextrin as a dehydrating agent for 45 days was 8.47%, 7.95%, 6.96%, and 6.24% respectively; however, the moisture content of non-treated tart crust was 11.99% (p<0.05). Total phenolics, anthocyanins, and DPPH free radical scavenging activity of dehydrated purple sweet potato tarts were lowered than those of non-treated tart (p<0.05). Conclusion: These results indicated that tarts made with molecular press dehydrated purple sweet potatoes had effectively controlled moisture content and water activity during storage although total phenolics, anthocyanins, DPPH free radical scavenging activity, color, and sensory evaluation were decreased.

        Effect of the Dextrose Equivalent of Maltodextrin on the Quality Characteristics of Jeju Purple Sweet Potato (Ipomoea batatas L.) during Molecular Press Dehydration

        Purple sweet potatoes were dehydrated with maltodextrin with different dextrose equivalent (DE) values of 4-7, 13-17, 16.5-19.5, and 17-20. Maltodextrin was used as a molecular press dehydrating agent. The molecular dehydration rate of the purple sweet potatoes increased over time. As the DE of maltodextrin increased, the moisture content after 12 h of dehydration decreased from 65.7% to 40.8, 36.1, 34.9, and 28.6% for DE values of 4-7, 13-17, 16.5-17.5, and 17-20, respectively. Additionally, total phenolic content, anthocyanin, and 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging activities decreased as the DE value of maltodextrin increased. While maltodextrins with DE values of 16.5-19.5 and 17-20 effectively dehydrated the purple sweet potatoes, total phenolic, anthocyanin, and DPPH radical scavenging activities were lowered during dehydration. The DPPH radical scavenging activities correlated to both the total phenolic content ($r^2=0.96$) and anthocyanin contents ($r^2=0.95$) of the purple sweet potatoes. These results indicate that the purple sweet potatoes were effectively dehydrated with maltodextrin whose DE values ranged 16.5-20, although there were losses in the total phenolic and anthocyanin contents.

        비 작업지향 챗봇 모델의 실험적 비교 연구

        Recently, there have been active research efforts on chatbots. Chatbots can be divided into task-oriented and non-task-oriented chatbots. Non-task-oriented chatbots, which can converse with humans on various topics, are mainly based on Sequence-to-Sequence models. In this paper, we apply various Sequence-to-Sequence models to non-task-oriented chatbots and conduct an empirical comparison study. Experimental results using a movie dialogue dataset show that the Transformer model is the best one in quantitative and qualitative evaluation. We also discovered that applying clustering to the train data increases the BLEU score, but decreases the diversity score. 최근 챗봇에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 챗봇은 작업지향 챗봇과 비 작업지향 챗봇으로 나눌 수있다. 사람과 다양한 주제의 대화를 나눌 수 있는 비 작업지향 챗봇은 주로 시퀀스 투 시퀀스(Sequence-to-Sequence) 모델을 기반으로 한다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 시퀀스 투 시퀀스 기반 모델을 비 작업지향 챗봇에 적용해보고 그 성능을 실험적으로 비교한다. 영화 대사 데이터 집합을 사용하여 실험한 결과, 트랜스포머 모델이 정량 및 정성평가에서 가장 우수한 성능을 보였다. 또한, 학습 데이터에 군집화를 적용하면 BLEU 점수가 향상되는 반면 다양성 점수는 저하되는 것을 발견하였다.

        Effects of rendering and a-tocopherol addition on the oxidative stability of horse fat

        Oxidative stability of horse fat rendered at 70 C, - 0.1 MPa under vacuum and 110 C, 0.1 MPa from horse fatty tissues was investigated after the addition of a-tocopherol at 0, 30, 60, and 150 mg/kg during storage at 60 C in the dark. Peroxide values of initial horse fat rendered at 70 C under vacuum ranged from 6.10 to 7.40 meq/kg. After 14 days, those of horse fat with a-tocopherol at 0, 30, 60, and 150 mg/kg increased to 142.40, 34.10, 39.37, and 58.23 meq/kg, respectively. Acid values and thiobarbituric acid values of horse fat rendered at 70 C were lower than those of horse fat at 110 C. Unsaturated fatty acids contents of horse fat rendered at 70 C and 110 C were 58.04 and 57.15%, respectively. These results indicate that rendering at 70 C under vacuum improved the oxidative stability of horse fat and the addition of a-tocopherol helped to prevent lipid oxidation.

        This paper presents an object recognition improvement of an autonomous mobile robot using sensor fusion with passive RFID tags and range sensors. Ultra-sonic sensor modules were used to aware the indoor environments. To compensate the inaccuracy of the sensing information, we propose a sensor fusion method. This solution can provide more accurate information about object position and size to the mobile robot using RFID tags. Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed methods can yield improved performance for object recognition.

      • GPS연계 열차진동감지장치 개발에 관한 연구 (Study on the Development of Train Transverse Vibrations data Recording System with GPS)

        There are increasing customer’s needs for safe operation and comfort of trains for the passengers as trains are getting fast and developed with advanced components. To meet the needs we developed the system which is able to prevent possible risk elements by transverse vibrations during the train operation. System records the amplitude data of trains vibration and location data from GPS antenna in real time. The system is composed of 5 different functioning modules as following GCPU, GGWD, GIFD, GAID and GPSD. GAID module is detecting amplitude value of vibration which is sensed by bogie hunting sensor’s. GFID gets location information where vibration data is detected with GPS Antenna. Once those data is prepared, GCPU testify it’s amplitude and decides whether it send those data. When it sends those recorded data, those data are sent to control unit by MVB communication. we expect that this information will help operation and maintenance engineers improve the safety train services. This paper explains train transverse Vibrations data recording system and its major functions which can measure the amplitude of trains’s data during the operation and introduces the configuration for the system setup.

        합류식 하수관거내 퇴적물에 의한 오염물질 발생특성

        The sewer sediment vary widely in character and composition: some are essentially inorganic, while others have significant organic content. The objective of this study is to estimate the effect of the solids and to analyse such characteristics as concentration and particle size distribution of the pollutants emanating from sediments in the combined sewer network in the study area. The concentrations observed are 3 to 25 times higher than those of dry weather conditions. The concentrations of the pollutant from the sediments are similar to those of the combined sewer overflows(CSOs) in an initial phase. The particle size observation has shown that more pollutant load is likely from the smaller particles of the sediment than from the larger particles. This is generally expected since small the particle more chances for resuspension and more organics are in the smaller particle range.
