This paper describes the effect of new recognition unit, a unit based on semi-syllable, and its post processing method. A recognition unit based on semi-syllable expresses Korean connected digit's coarticulation effect. An existing method using semi-syllable limits next models, derived from current recognized models, to make complete connected digit sequence. However, this paper uses a new method to make complete connected digit sequence. The new post-processing method recognizes isolated digit words which include digits sequence from the digit combinations being able to occur from current recognized semi-syllable sequence. This method gives an improved accuracy rate than that of existing method. This new post processing provides two advantages. 1) It corrects current rnis-recognized semi-syllable unit. 2) When people say each digit, they say it without regard to saying duration.

This paper deals with the analysis of interior noise and low frequency noise characteristic for the Busan citizens to use public transport, Busan Metro Line 3. The interior noise evaluation index, articulation index(AI) is evaluated the lower value about average 22 % in a whole range, this is difficult to have a conversation. Also, noise criteria(NC) curve is partially evaluated as NC-65 below 2000 Hz, space type is evaluated as factories. Another of interior noise evaluation index, preferred speech interference level(PSIL) is evaluated the upper value about average 66 dB(A) in a whole range, this is evaluated to be interrupted. In the case of low frequency noise(20~200 Hz), the measurement of low frequency noise is assessed largely beyond noise criteria of ISO 226. The low frequency noise should be reduced because low frequency noise affects on psychological stress and displeasure although low frequency noise is not recognized by auditory sense. The low frequency noise criteria and guideline will be enacted from now on in Korea.
공진회피를 위한 철도차량의 고유진동수 해석 및 측정에 관한 연구

This paper deals with the natural frequency analysis and two experiments to evaluate first twisting and bending natural frequency of railway vehicle. The KS R 9228 testing method is generally performed as pseudo FRF(frequency response function) which is widely used by two accelerometers. The exciting method is utilized using the load weight(1 ton release). The modal testing is used to verify KS R 9228 testing result and the natural frequency analysis result. The first twisting and bending natural frequency should be above 10 Hz by resonance which is mostly generated between bogie and vehicle frame exciting low frequency. The first twisting and bending natural frequency of railway vehicle are successfully verified between analysis and test.
