        수리모형을 이용한 요격확률 및 비용 기반의 다층 방어 요격미사일 운용방법 연구

        It is important to operate a limited number of interceptors effectively to counter ballistic missile threats. The existing interceptor operating method determines the number of interceptors according to the level of TBM (Theater Ballistic Missile) engagement effectiveness applied to a defended asset. It can cause either excessive interceptor waste compared to the intercept probability or the intercept probability decrease. Thus, interceptor operating method must be decided considering the number of ballistic missiles, intercept probability and cost. This study proposes a mathematical model to improve the existing interceptor operating method. In addition, the efficiency indicator is proposed for trade-off between intercept probability and cost. As a result of the simulations, the mathematical model-based interceptor operating method can achieve better results than the existing interceptor operating method. 탄도미사일 위협에 대응하기 위해 제한된 수량의 요격미사일을 효율적으로 운용하는 것은 중요하다. 기존 요격미사일 운용방법은 방호목표에 적용하는 교전효과수준에 따라 요격미사일 수를 결정한다. 이는 요격확률에 비해 과도한 요격미사일 소모 또는 요격확률 감소를 초래할 수 있다. 따라서 탄도미사일 수와 요격확률 및 비용을 고려하여 요격미사일 운용방법을 결정해야한다. 본 연구는 요격미사일 운용방법을 개선하기 위한 수리모형을 제안한다. 또한, 요격확률과 비용의 절충을 위해 효율성 지표를 제시하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과 수리모형 기반 요격미사일 운용방법이 기존 요격미사일 운용방법에 비해 우수한 결과를 달성할 수 있었다.

        This essay focused on direct investigation of content of Seosarok by Lee, SangRyong. His awareness on Korea history was based on Manchuria Centered cognition. Therefore, he realized a stemma as legitimated from Dangun Chosun pass throughNorthern Buyeo, Eastern Buyeo, Jolbon Buyeo pass through Goguryeo to Balhae,even though existing historical awareness was based on another line from DangunChosun pass through Gija Chosun pass through Three Kingdoms of Korea to Shilla. Furthermore, he had defined Yodong as a historical stage of Chinese lineage andstrongly distinguished from ‘Korea Histroy’ based on Manchuria and Korea peninsularegion. He had adapted history cognition of Daejonggyo partially by closerelationship with members of the religion. As a result, he had set Dangun as centerof history and then sublimated this viewpoint into nationalism. His effort to figurewide domain of ancient nation in Manchuria was linked to the point of view. 이 글은 이상룡의 서사록 의 내용을 직접 검토하는 데 역점을 두었다. 그는 종래역사가들이 단군조선 → 기자조선 → 삼국시대 → 신라의 한국사 계보를 인식했던 데 비해, 만주 중심의 역사 인식을 가져 단군조선 → 북부여, 동부여, 졸본부여 → 고구려 → 발해 한국사의 정통으로 삼았다. 그리고 요동을 중국계의 역사 무대로 설정하고, 만주와 한반도를 역사무대로 삼았던 ‘우리나라’와 분명히 구분하였다. 그는 대종교계 인사와의 친교 속에서 대종교 계통의 역사 인식을 부분적으로 받아들이기도 했다. 그결과 단군을 역사의 중심으로 설정하고, 이를 민족주의 이념으로 승화했다. 고대국가의 넓은 강역을 만주에서 확인하려 애썼던 것도 이러한 이유에서였다.

        Isolation and characterization of equine amniotic membrane-derived mesenchymal stem cells

        Recent studies have shown that mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are able to differentiate into multi-lineage cells such as adipocytes, chondroblasts, and osteoblasts. Amniotic membrane from whole placenta is a good source of stem cells in humans. This membrane can potentially be used for wound healing and corneal surface reconstruction. Moreover, it can be easily obtained after delivery and is usually discarded as classified waste. In the present study, we successfully isolated and characterized equine amniotic membrane-derived mesenchymal stem cells (eAM-MSCs) that were cultured and maintained in low glucose Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium. The proliferation of eAM-MSCs was measured based on the cumulative population doubling level (CPDL). Immunophenotyping of eAM-MSCs by flow cytometry showed that the major population was of mesenchymal origin. To confirm differentiation potential, a multi-lineage differentiation assay was conducted. We found that under appropriate conditions, eAM-MSCs are capable of multi-lineage differentiation. Our results indicated that eAM-MSCs may be a good source of stem cells, making them potentially useful for veterinary regenerative medicine and cell-based therapy.

        $Pb(Zr_{0.56}Ti_{0.44})O_3$ 강유전체 음극의 전극 모형에 따른 전자 방출 특성

        Electric-field-induced electron emission from the three kinds of $Pb(Zr_{0.56}Ti_{0.44})O_3$ ferroelectric cathodes with different electrode structure has been investigated. Regardless of the electrode structures, a threshold field of the each cathode was 2.5-2.6kV/mm, which is 3 times higher than the coercive field of $Pb(Zr_{0.56}Ti_{0.44})O_3$ material. Although the waveform of the electron currents was affected by the structure of the electrode, no significant difference for the emission properties such as the peak current and the pulse width was observed from the three kinds of the cathodes. However, the current density of the cathode was dependent on the electrode structure. From the simulation of electric field distribution, the surface flashover, and the injury region of the cathode surface, it was proved that the prime electrons were initiated at the electrode-ceramic-vacuum triple point by field emission and the emission currents were strongly enhanced by the surface plasma.

        골다공증의 국내 연구 동향에 대한 고찰 - 한의 학술 논문 검색을 중심으로-

        Objectives : The present study examines the domestic trend of Osteoporosis studies in Korea. Method : We reviewed oriental medicine papers published in last ten years (2003-2012). Korean literature search was used for domestic Internet search portal. 'Naver specialized information retrieval', 'Korea Traditional Knowledge Portal', 'Korea Medical Information Portal (OASIS)',' Scientific and Technological Information Integration Services (NDSL)',' Academic Research Information Service (RISS)'as the primary destination of the search were. Since 2003 until 2012, the thesis o'f osteoporosis'and found 92 papers with the search term '(golwi)' to the search terms found in 3 papers Korean medical target of on going research trends in osteoporosis about investigated. Results : 1. We researched 95 papers in 15 journals and patterns of study were as follows : experimental studies were 79(83%), clinical studies were 12(13%), reviewed studies were 3(3%) and etc. were 1(1%). 2. The experimental studies(79) were divided into papers on efficiency testing of herbal medications(67) and herbal acupuncture(12). 3. The clinical studies(12) showed that research has been carried out in the fields of follow up surveys for the herbal medication efficiency testing, basic research, case report, the relativity of osteoporosis to age and sex, and the perception about osteoporosis and korean medicine treatment. 4. The reviewed studies showed that research has been carried out in the fields of osteoporosis about acient literature and domestic studies about herbal medication of osteoporosis. Conclusion : Reviewing the domestic trend of Osteoporosis studies and examining the strong and weak points of those treatments are essential for the future studies. It is anticipated that this review benefits the future in-depth study on the treatments for osteoporosis in Korean medicine.

        Effects of (-)-Epicatechin Gallate on porcine oocyte in vitro maturation and subsequent embryonic development after parthenogenetic activation and in vitro fertilization

        (-)-Epicatechin gallate (ECG) is a polyphenol compound of green tea exhibiting biological activities, such as antioxidant and anticancer effects. To examine the effect of ECG on porcine oocytes during in vitro maturation (IVM), oocytes were treated with 0-, 5-, 15-, and 25 μM ECG. After maturation, we investigated nuclear maturation, intracellular glutathione (GSH) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels and subsequent embryonic development after parthenogenetic activation (PA) and in vitro fertilization (IVF). After 42 hours of IVM, the 5 μM group exhibited significantly increased (p< 0.05) nuclear maturation (89.8%) compared with the control group (86.1%). However, the 25 μM group observed significantly decreased (p< 0.05) nuclear maturation (83.5%). In intracellular maturation assessment the 5-, 15-, and 25 μM groups had significantly increased (p< 0.05) GSH levels and decreased ROS levels compared with the controls. The 5- and 15 μM group showed significantly increased (p< 0.05) embryo formation rates and total cell number of blastocysts after PA (18% and 68.9, 15% and 85.1 vs. 12% and 59.5, respectively) compared with controls. Although the 25 μM group observed significantly lower blastocyst formation rates after PA (27.6% vs. 23.2%) than control group, the 5 μM group showed significantly increased blastocyst formation rates after PA (37.2% vs. 23.2%) compared to the control group. Furthermore, the 5 μM group measured significantly increased blastocyst formation rates (20.7% vs. 8.6%) and total cell number after IVF (88.3±1.5 vs. 58.0±3.6) compared to the control group. The treatment of 5 μM ECG during IVM affectively improved the porcine embryonic developmental competence by regulating intracellular oxidative stress during IVM.
