Generally, The women was used in the cosmetic cushion fact. It has developed with the consideration of manufacturing. In this study, we designed green-friendly and element parts lower and single cushion fact containers using a single material. Injection mold simulation were performed using on 3D design data. The injection mold simulation used the data (Injection time / Cooling time / Temperature / Pressure) in the injection mold parameters. In addition, the sink mark phenomenon in the simulation results is analyzed as a problem due to the thickness and further research is needed in the future.

본 논문에서는 동시에 여러 사용자의 음성 서비스 요구를 처리하는데 있어서, 성능에 큰 영향을 미치는 디스크 보조기억장치의 입출력 성능을 향상 시킨 화일 관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 제안된 화일 관리 시스템은 최소 입출력 단위를 트랙으로 처리하고 화일 할당 테이블을 음성 정보의 저장에 적합한 구조를 가지게 구성함으로써 음성 서비스가 효율적으로 제공되게 하였다. 그리고 기존의 범용 화일 관리 시스템과 성능을 비교, 분석하여 본 논문에서 구현된 화일 관리 시스템이 음성 서비스를 지원하는 측면에서 더 효율적임을 증명하였다.

Recently, as machine components and products are getting smaller, it is demanded to develop superprecision production technologies multilaterally. Along with the advancement of production technology, people are paying keener attention to the development of eco-friendly technology and efficient processing technology. Particularly, in many industries related to automobiles, shipbuilding, or airplane components, it is demanded to obtain technology to process multiple micro-holes. On account of this trend, micro-hole processing employing high-power electron beams is rising nowadays, and more interest is being shown in it, too. In Korea, however, the process of manufacturing vaporized amplification sheets influencing high-power electron beam processing technology and the processability considerably has not been developed sufficiently yet. Therefore, this study has applied vaporized amplification sheets manufactured to analyze the processability of high-power electron beams and examine necessity for vaporized amplification sheets.

Composite materials are widely used to make all kinds of machine parts, internal and structural materials of cars, aerospace industries, building structures, ship materials, sporting goods and others. It is worth the while to use composite materials as various substitutions when compared With others. But the use is limited in the field of the mechanical processing because of its difficulties in cutting. The surface roughness of in and out in the hole processing was discussed after cutting the GFRP with HSS drill in the vertical machining center. And it is observed that as it processed more, the powdered chip may be got more than the fluid type long chip.

본 연구에서 복잡한 비선형적 특성을 갖는 공압식 좌심실보조장치의 모델링과 제어에 인공신경망을 제안하였다. 일반적으로 좌심실보조장치는 비선형이 보상되어야 하는데 인공신경망은 학습능력에 의해 비선형 동적 시스템의 제어에 적용될 수 있다. 인공신경망 모델링을 통해 좌심실 보조장치의 동적 모델을 모델링하고 이를 기반으로 하여 인공신경망 제어기가 설계되었다. 제안된 알고리즘을 이용한 좌심실보조장치의 모델링과 제어성능 및 유효성은 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션에 의해 증명되었다. In this paper, we present a neural network identification and a control of highly complicated nonlinear left ventricular assist device(LVAD) system with a pneumatically driven mock circulation system. Generally, the LVAD system needs to compensate for nonlinearities. It is necessary to apply high performance control techniques. Fortunately, the neural network can be applied to control of a nonlinear dynamic system by learning capability. In this study, we identify the LVAD system with neural network identification(NNI). Once the NNI has learned the dynamic model of the LVAD system, the other network, called neural network controller(NNC), is designed for a control of the LVAD system. The ability and effectiveness of identifying and controlling the LVAD system using the proposed algorithm will be demonstrated by computer simulation.

Purpose: This study is about Lean-NPD (New Product Development), Lean-NPD is Pulip Line`s New Product Development type. This study introduced Lean-NPD Definition, Case Study, and Research Model of Lean-NPD, Empirical results of this survey will be provide suggestions to workers. Methods: Researcher developed research model about Lean-NPD activities. And researched Lean-NPD, This study analyzed model fitness and path significant with SEM(Structural Equation Model). Results: Fitness of the research model was satisfactory level. Leadership capabilities and production oper-ations were significantly influence marketing capabilities(t>±1.96). Organizational culture significantly affected marketing capabilities(t>±1.96). R&D capabilities and marketing competencies had significant influence on business performance(t>±1.96). Marketing capabilities had significant influence on quantitative management performance(t>±1.96). Outstanding leadership appear to directly affect Qualitative Perforrnance(t>±1.96). Conclusion: Under the excellent leadership and management environment definite organic Lean-NPD organizational culture significantly affects the operation can be seen. Lean-NPD of operational activities to provide value to customers, customer-oriented marketing activities can be seen that more important than anything. Lean NPD based on customer needs is key factor of growth.
