복합재료는 각 종 기계부품, 우주항공산업, 자동차의 내장재와 구조재, 건축구조물, 선박 재료, 스포츠용품 등 다방면에서 유용하게 사용되어지고 있다. 복합재료는 여러 가지의 대체 재료로서 타 산업에 비하여 활용의 가치가 높다. 그러나 기계가공분야에서는 가공의 어려움으로 인하여 활용도가 미흡한 상태이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 CFRP를 수직형 머시닝센터에서 고속도강 드렬로 가공한 후 흘 가공 입 · 출구부에서 표면이 고르지 못함을 확인하였으며, 가공을 할수록 유동형의 긴 칩에서 분진형태로 변하는 칩의 형상 등을 관찰하였다. Composite materials are widely used in all kinds of machine parts, aerospace industries, internal and structural materials of cars, building structures, ship materials, sporting goods, and others. It is worth while to use the composite materials as various substitutions compared with others. But it is limited to use them in the field of the mechanical processing because of the difficulties in cutting. Thus it is proved that the surface roughness is in and out of the hole processing after cutting the CFRP with HSS drilling in the vertical machining center. And it is observed that the more it is processed, the more the fluid long chip is changed into the powdered chip.
STD-11 와이어 컷 방전가공시 가공조건에 따른 북현상 고찰

From the experimental study of W-EDM for alloyed steel STD-11, the characteristics such as Hand Drum Form and surface roughness have been observed and evaluated for various conditions. In square hole, the increase of IP as to made condition, the calculate high value of surface roughness. Also compare dimensionless square hole with circle hole' graph. In circle hole, if a value of surface roughness IP 6 in a side of circle it show a 0.4㎛ and in IP 8, 0.6㎛, in IP 10, 0.7㎛, in IP 12, 0.8㎛ higher than before. This figure show the surface roughness is higher than before, because a table move in either X-axis or Y-axis in square hole, on the contrary, in circle there table move in X-axis and Y-axis at the same time, hand drum form getting small when wire tension increase 1000gf to 1500gf, at the same working conditions, the smaller of off time, the maller of hand drum form in same condition and same wire tension. but if you compare square hole with circle hole' graph, hand drum form displayed in maintained term of working condision, on the contrary, in case of square hole variation of hand drum form is more increase than a grow of IP
레이저가공기를 이용한 SAPH400의 절단특성에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 자동차 구조용 열간 압연강(SAPH400)의 몇 가지에 대한 최적의 절단 가공 조건을 구하기 위한 실험이다. 현재 대부분의 절단가공은 기계적인 방법이 활용되고 있으며,절단속도와 정밀도,금형제작,공구수명 등의 문제점이 많아 CO₂레이저 가공기를 이용하여 이를 해결하고자 하였다. 실험은 유입가스의 압력,절단속도 및 출력의 변화를 주었을 경우 절단면의 조도와 폭에 어떤 영향을 주는가를 연구 · 분석하였다. 실험결과 출력,절단속도 및 절단가스압력을 변화시켰을 때 출력은 1500W,절단속도는 1100mm/min. 절단 가스압력은 0.5kgf/㎠마 일 때 가장 양호한 표면 거칠기 값 18.06㎛을 나타냈다. This study aims at making experiments to fine the optimum cutting processing conditions of some sheets in common use of Steel Automobile Press Hot 400(SAPH400). Current mechanical methods for cutting processing of most have several problems in relation to cutting speed, precision, manufacture of metal mold and life of tools, which we tried to solve by using the CO₂ Laser Machining. We studied and analyzed what effects on the roughness and width of a section changes in the pressure of blowing gas, cutting speed and power according to the quality and thickness of the material might exert. The results from this experimental study are summarized as follows, when power, cutting speed and gas pressure were changed, the finest value of surface roughness, 18.06㎛ was attained at power of 1500W, cutting speed of 1100mm/min and gas pressure of 0.5kgf/㎠.
오스템퍼 처리한 구상흑연주철의 드릴가공 특성과 공구수명에 관한 연구

Drilling tests were carried out austempered ductile cast iron(ADI) to clarify the factors influencing the drilling chracteristics of ADI material. The machinability of material was evaluated using high speed steel drill and cobalt contained drill of 6mm diameter. The spherodal graphite cast iron materials were austenized at 900℃ for in hour and then wear was kept at 375℃ for 2 hours. Austempered ductile cast iron contains a great deal of retained austenite which contributes to an improvement of impact strength. In this paper, machinability of ADI was investigated by drilling experimentation. The results obtained are as follows: a) Flank wear increases logarithmically with the increases of cutting time. b) Relation of flank wear and cutting force can be applied to FZ = 925VB + 820 for the cutting suggested condition. c) Drilling hole number of about 2 times can be reduced more step feed than ordinary feed due to the high hardness of ADI material and hardness increasing ascribed to the martensite of retained austenite.
GC300에서 고주파 열처리에 따른 안내면 변형에 관한 연구

The way to reduce wear quantity of numerical control machine tool slide way is high frequency heat treatment process for slide way in GC300 By using this way mentioned above We can expect the increase of Rockwell hardness from Rockwell hardness 30 to 48~55. The deformation quantity caused by higf-frequency heat treatment results in increasing non work time at the following process grinding work so it is important that we minimize the deformation quantity as much as possible. This thesis will propose one of the ways to minimize non work time at grinding work we first prospect the deformation quantity and process the rough cutting considering the data.
