        Topological Data Analysis 기법을 활용한 호텔 리뷰데이터의 감성 키워드 기반 호텔 관계망 구축

        호텔 리뷰 데이터에는 소비를 이끈 구매 요인, 호텔에 대한 장점 및 단점 등 다양한 정보를 추출할 수 있다. 특히, 리뷰 데이터의 감성 키워드는 소비자들이 호텔에 관해 이야기하고 있는 평가 및 반응 등의 주요 내용을 파악하는 데 도움을 준다. 하지만 많은 양의 리뷰 데이터를 소비자가 직접 살펴보기에는 효율성이 떨어진다. 이를 위해 리뷰 데이터를 요약하는 기술이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 감성 키워드 관계망을 구축하는 연구에 더 나아가, 이와 관련된 호텔에 대한 정보까지 동시에 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 호텔 도메인에 적합한 감성 키워드 사전을 구축하고, 이를 바탕으로 위상학적 데이터 분석 기반의 맵퍼(topological data analysis based mapper)를 통해서 감성 키워드 기반의 호텔 관계망을 구축한다. 구축된 관계망을 통해 유사한 감성을 기반으로 연결된 호텔들을 살펴볼 수 있으며 동시에, 호텔에 대한 감성 정보도 파악할 수 있다. 이러한 리뷰 요약 정보는 사용자들에게 호텔들에 대한 요약된감성 평가를 제공하며, 호텔 마케팅 및 전략 기획팀에 분석 대상에 대한 소비자들의 인식을 파악할 수 있도록 돕는다. Hotel review data can extract various information that includes purchasing factors that lead to consumption, advantages, and disadvantages for hotels. In particular, the sentiment keyword of the review data helps consumers understand the pros and cons of hotels. However, it is not efficient for consumers to read a large number of reviews. Therefore, it is necessary to offer a summary review to customers. In this study, we suggest providing summary information on sentiment keywords association as well as a network of hotels based on sentiment keywords. Based on a sentiment keyword dictionary, the extracted sentiment keywords associations construct the hotel network through topological data analysis based mapper. This hotel network allows a consumer to find some hotels associated with specific sentiment keywords as well as recommends the same related hotels. This summary information provides users with a summarized emotional assessment of hotels and helps hotel marketing teams understand consumers’ perceptions of their hotel.

        억울 척도 개발 및 타당화 : 20·30대를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to develop and validate the scale to measure Eogul. Based on the literature review and through expert review, we developed 47 items that reflected the cognitive, emotional, behavioral and physical characteristics of Eogul. Then, we conducted exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses in a sample of adults on their 20th and 30th. The result showed that the Eogul scale consisted of 15 items, 3 factors (‘emotional/physical reactions’, ‘unjust beliefs’, and ‘avoidant behaviors’). In addition, the convergent, discriminant, and concurrent validity tests revealed that the Eogul scale that it was significantly related to the State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory, Positive and Negative Affect Schedule, Belief in a Just World Scale, Hwa-byung Scale, and Post-traumatic Embitterment Disorder Self-Rating. Finally, through the increment validity test, the Eogul scale was found to add to the predictor of criterion variables (Hwa-byung, Post-traumatic Embitterment Disorder) above state-trait anger and negative affect. 본 연구에서는 한국인이 많이 경험한다고 알려진 억울을 측정하는 척도를 개발 및 타당화하였다. 이를 위해, 먼저. 문헌고찰과 내용타당도를 통해, 억울의 4가지 특성(인지, 정서, 행동, 신체)을 반영하는 47개의 예비문항을 선정하였다. 다음으로, 20·30대 성인을 대상으로 탐색적 및 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과, 억울 척도는 15문항, 3개 하위요인(‘정서/신체적 반응’, ‘부당성 인식’, ‘회피적 행동’)으로 구성되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 억울 척도의 수렴 타당도, 변별타당도 및 준거타당도 검증 결과, 억울 척도는 상태-특성 분노 표현 척도, 정적 및 부적 정서 척도, 정당한 세상에 대한 믿음 척도, 화병 척도, 외상 후 울분장애 척도와 모두 유의한 수준의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 마지막으로, 억울 척도의 증분타당도를 살펴본 결과, 억울 척도는 종속변인(화병, 외상 후 울분장애)에 대한 상태-특성 분노와 부적 정서의 설명량 외에 추가적인 설명을 제공하는 것으로 나타났다.

        The Financial Value of Design Management

        Background: The non-financial values of design management in the perspective of business administration have actively been explored. However, the financial values of an effective design management have received relatively less attention. This paper seeks to find the economic evidence that design management contributes to increased corporate performance. Methods: T statistics were conducted on twelve financial ratios spanning across four evaluation categories of financial health, activity, growth, and profitability with subjects of fifty companies that have formally been recognized for their successful practice of design management. Since these subjects belong to diverse industry sectors, their financial ratios were normalized with respect to their industry average using an industry-adjusted approach developed by the author. Results: Current ratio, quick ratio, asset turnover ratio, and receivables turnover ratio of the design management effective companies were found to be significantly higher than their respective industry with a 0.05 confidence level. Furthermore, their revenue growth rate and operating margin were found to be significantly higher than their respective industry with a 0.1 confidence level. Conclusions: An objective, statistical significance has been found that design management effectiveness contributes to financial stability and increased efficiency in asset management as well as to growing marketability and revenue generation.

        Non-epitheliotropic Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma in a cat: a case report

        Cutaneous lymphoma is rare in cats. An 11-year-old spayed female Persian cat presented with crust, ulceration, and multiple nodules on the shoulder and forelimb for 2 months. Computed tomography revealed a diffuse, irregularly margined lesion in the dorsal cutis extending from cervical to thoracic vertebrae. Cytological evaluation predominantly revealed large round cells with multilobulated nuclei and basophilic cytoplasm. Histopathological examination confirmed round CD3+/PAX5- cells packed in the dermis. Thus, the diagnosis of non-epitheliotropic cutaneous lymphoma with a diffuse large T-cell type was made. The disease progressed rapidly for the next 2 weeks, and the owner elected humane euthanasia.

        Influencing Factors for Sleep Quality among Firefighters: Based on Objective and Subjective Evaluation

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to assess insomnia and the quality of sleep, investigate the concordance between objective and self-report sleep patterns, and identify physiological, psychological, and situational factors influencing insomnia and sleep quality among firefighters. Methods: A descriptive, cross-sectional study was conducted with 103 firefighters in Korea. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0. Descriptive statistics, the independent t-test, and hierarchical logistic regression analysis were performed. Results: Insomnia was found in 66 (64.1 %) of the total subjects, and the average quality of sleep (PSQI) was 5.65 (SD=2.57). Total sleep time (401.00 minutes) and sleep latency (21.60 minutes) measured using self-reported scales were longer than the ones measured using objective measurements by approximately 48.70 and 17.10 minutes, respectively. Factors related to insomnia included the role as a paramedic (OR=4.28, 95% CI: 1.02~17.92), anxiety (OR=1.12, 95% CI: 1.01~1.24), and sedentary lifestyle (OR=0.85, 95% CI: 0.78~0.94), and factors related to sleep quality were physical illness status (OR=5.17, 95% CI: 1.53~17.51) and social support (OR=0.86, 95% CI: 0.78~0.95). Conclusion: The results show a high prevalence of insomnia, poor quality of sleep and the discrepancy between objective and subjective sleep patterns among firefighters. To promote sleep quality and health, early screening and treatment of anxiety and physical illness are required. It is necessary to conduct further studies examining the relationship between physical activity level and sleep.

        병원 근무 간호사를 위한 의사소통 역량향상 프로그램에 대한 체계적 고찰

        본 연구는 병원 근무 간호사를 위한 의사소통 프로그램의 특성과 효과를 탐색하기 위해 시행된 체계적 문헌고찰이다. 국내외의 5개 데이터 베이스(PUBMED, EMBASE, CINAHL, PsycINFO, RISS)를 활용하여 최근 10년간 발표된 문헌을 추출한 후 분석하였다. 주요 검색어는 간호사, 의사소통 등이었으며 총 13편이 포함되었다. 프로그램은 강의, 시뮬레이션, 디브리핑 등의 다양한 활동을 했으며, 대부분의 연구에서 의사소통역량이 향상되었다. 향후 다양한 부서의 상황을 반영한 시뮬레이션을 개발하여 그 효과를 살펴봐야 한다. 또한 도구를 결정할 때 연구목적에 따라 참여자의 자가보고에 따른 주관적 평가도구와 함께 관찰자를 통해 확인된 참여자의 행위변화와 같은 객관적 평가도구의 사용을 고려해야 한다. Background: Despite the implementation of several communication programs for nurses working in hospitals, no evidence-based systematic review has yet been conducted on their efficacy. Methods: In this systematic review of communication programs for nurses, we searched for literature published between 2011 and 2020 in four foreign databases and one domestic database (PubMed, Embase, CINAHL, PsycINFO, and RISS). The papers identified were evaluated on their quality using Version 2 of the Cochrane risk-of-bias tool for randomized trials (RoB 2). The main search terms included “nurse”, “communication”, “program”, and “intervention.” Thirteen articles were included in the final analysis. Results: The communication programs utilized various teaching methods – such as simulation, reflection, and debriefing – with a majority of these programs significantly improving participants’ communication skills and performance. However, the overall quality of the studies was low concerning the randomization process and measurement; relatively few studies made use of online education methods. All variables assessed using self-reported measures were significant, but not all showed significant results when using objective measures as assessed by the evaluators. Conclusions: The study’s findings suggest a need for programs dealing with nurses’ communication with health care providers in diverse clinical settings and online-based simulation programs. Moreover, high-quality literature applying the randomization process and measurement is required. Additionally, it is necessary to use both subjective and objective measures to evaluate the overall communication capacities of nurses and reflect the contextual characteristics of various clinical settings.
