This study is to identify attitudes and purchase intentions of consumers for horse meat in Korea. To do this, we foucs on what factors determine the consumer`s attitude, and apply the theory of planned behavior (TPB) to analyze consumer purchase intentions. As a result, among food choice motives, health, mood, natural content, environmental protection and political values toward foods have weak correlation with consumer attitudes toward horse meat. Neophobia and General knowledge of horse meat are related to consumer attitudes, but subjective norm and perceived behavioral control are found to do not influence on purchase intentions. Overall, consumers have slightly positive attitudes to horse meat, while they show somewhat negative purchase intentions to horse meat.

본 연구는 말고기에 대한 소비자 수요와 지불의사액을 추정하는데 연구목적이 있다. 먼저 말고기에 대한 소비자 수요를 현재수요(current demand), 잠재추가수요(potential demand) 그리고 잠재신규수요(latent demand)로 구분하여 조사하였 으며 로짓 모형을 이용하여 소비자 수요별 설명변수와의 유의성을 검토하였다. 다음으로 이선선택형 가상가치법(DC-CVM) 을 이용하여 말고기에 대한 지불의사액을 추정하였다. 말고기에 대한 소비자 지불의사액은 한우 3등급 등심부위 가격의 67.8% 수준이었으며, 이들 지불의사액에 미치는 영향은 남자일수록, 연령이 낮을수록, 그리고 말고기에 대한 인지도가 높을 수록 지불의사액이 높았다. This study aims at estimating the consumer's demand and willingness to pay(WTP) for horse meat in Korea. Three econometric models are employed to examine the multiple layers of the demand, including the current demand, the potential demand and latent demand. Findings indicate a substantial demand for horse meat. Dichotomous choice contingent valuation method is used to elicit the WTP. We assess the mean WTP for horse meat using a double-bounded logistic model. As a result, consumers are willing to pay at 67.8 percent of the beef prices of the third quality grade to purchase horse meat. And, for the factors that influence on WTP, only sex, age and recognition of horse meat are statistically significant.

This study aims at segmenting horse meat market on the basis of consumers` food selection motivation and analyzing effective variables of consumption to horse meat. Data was collected from 395 internet users. The results of this study show that horse meat market might be segmented by familiarity preferred group, taste preferred group, mood preferred group and price preferred group. Significant differences are existed among segmented groups in terms of sex, age and occupation. More than 80% of korean have not experienced horse meat and are giving the reasons for not eating. Horse riding experience, horse racing experience, attitude to eat horse meat and a level of education are accepted as effective variables of consumption with regard to horse meat. And the implications of the results for horse meat industry are discussed at the end.

본 연구는 노지 스마트농업 기술과 추진정책을 검토하여 현 단계에서 적용할 수 있는 농협의 노지 스마트농업 추진방향을 제시하고자 한다. 최근 정부는 스마트농업을 시설원예와 축산업 중심에서 노지농업으로 확대하고 있다. 농협도 스마트농업을 시설농업과 축산업에 중심을 두고 추진하고 있으며 노지농업에서는 관수장비 및 드론 등 농기계 보급 수준에 그치고 있다. 노지 스마트농업의 목적은 현장의 문제해결과 농업의 지속가능성 확보하는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 노지 스마트농업 도입시 파급효과가 큰 벼농사를 먼저 추진하고 장기적으로 다른 작물로 확대하여야 할 것이다. 또한 노지 농업의 스마트화는 추진 주체와 시스템 구축이 필요하다. 추진 주체는 지역농협이 중심이 되어 농작업대행 사업조직을 스마트농업 사업조직으로 발전시키는 방안이 바람직하다. 추진 시스템은 GIS기반의 정보관리시스템과 조합원 및 임직원의 인식개선 그리고 스마트농업 전문인력 양성이 이루어져야 할 것이다. This study aims to suggest the promotion direction of agricultural co-operatives' smart arable farming that can currently be applied by reviewing smart farming technology and promotional policies. Recently, the government has expanded smart agriculture from facility horticulture and the livestock industry to open-field agriculture. Nonghyup is promoting smart agriculture centered on facility agricullture and the livestock industry, but the smartization of open-field agriculture is in the early stages, focusing on tools like irrigation equipment and drones. The purpose of arable farming is to solve problems in the field and secure the sustainability of agriculture. To encourage arable farming, rice farming, which has a broad ripple effect, should first be promoted, expanding to other crops in the long term. In addition, the smartization of open-field agriculture requires the establishment of a promotional body and system. It is suggested to develop a smart agricultural business organization with the agricultural work agency business organization in the local Agricultural Cooperatives as the main body of the promotion. As for the system of promotion, the GIS-based information management system, the improvement of the awareness of co-operative members and employees, and the cultivation of smart agricultural experts should be carried out in parallel.

Rock materials of the three-storied stone pagoda in the Cheongryongsa temple in Korea are mainly composed of gneissose two-mica granite and fine-grained granite. This stone pagoda shows structural instability due to cracks and breaking-out of the stones. The surface properties of the stone is highly degraded by various inorganic pollutants and epilithic biospecies. Therefore, this study carried out comprehensive deterioration diagnosis by non-destructive methods, and some conservation treatments base on the diagnosis were carried out to reduce weathering progress. As the treatments, the biospecies and lichen that covering on the stone surfaces were removed by dry and wet cleaning, and degraded concrete applied to the pagoda for restoration in the past was removed and repaired with epoxy resin. Oxidized iron plates inserted between the rock properties were also substituted titanium stainless steels. After all processes are completed, we sprayed consolidant on the rock surface. Finally, the ground of the stone pagoda was rearranged using small rock aggregates, and the fence was established for control of artificial deterioration by visitors and environmental maintenance. 안성 청룡사삼층석탑의 구성암석은 대부분 편마상 복운모 화강암과 세립질 화강암으로 이루어져 있다. 이 석탑은 거의 전면에 걸쳐 나타나는 부재의 균열과 결실이 탑의 구조안정성을 위협한다. 또한 표면의 무기오염물과 다양한 서식형태를 갖는 생물침해는 석재표면의 손상을 가중시키고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 석탑에 대한 종합적인 비파괴훼손도 진단을 수행하고 이를 근거로 풍화를 저감시키기 위해 최소한의 보존처리를 수행하였다. 보존처리에서는 석탑의 전면에 걸쳐 자생하는 지의류 및 생물오염물을 건식 및 습식 세정하였으며, 과거 이 석탑의 보수에 사용되었던 노화된 콘크리트를 제거하고 합성수지를 이용하여 복원하였다. 부재사이에 삽입된 부식된 철편은 티타늄 강철 합금으로 교체하였으며, 모든 공정이 완료된 후에 석질 강화처리를 실시하였다. 또한 석탑의 지반과 주위환경을 보강하고 정비하였으며 관람객에 의한 손상을 제어하기 위한 보호시설을 설치하였다.

Electrocatalytic effects for the reduction of thionyl chloride in $LiAICI_4/SOCl_2$ electrolyte solution containing Schiff base M(II) (M; Co and Fe) complexes are evaluated by determining kinetic parameters with cyclic voltammetry and chronoamperometry at a glassy carbon electrode. The charge transfer process during the reduction of thionyl chloride is affected by the concentration of the catalyst. The catalytic effects are demonstrated from both a shift of the reduction potential for the thionyl chloride toward a more positive direction and an increase in peak currents. Catalytic effects are larger in thionyl chloride solutions containing the binuclear [M(II) $_2$ (TSBP)] complex rather than mononuclear [M(II)(BSDT)] complexes. Significant improvements in the cell performance have been noted in terms of both thermodynamics and activation energy for the thionyl chloride reduction. The activation energy calculated from the Arrhenius plots is 4.5-5.9 kcal/mole at bare glassy carbon electrodes. The activation energy calculated for the catalyst containing solution is 3.3-4.9 kcalmole, depending on whether the temperature is lowered or rasied.
