기혼 간호대학원생의 융합적 역할 내 학업의 의미 : 박사과정생 중심으로

본 연구는 기혼 간호대학원생의 융합적 역할 내 경험하는 학업의 본질과 의미를 총체적이고 심층적으로 탐색하여 깊이 있게 이해하기 위함이다. 현상학적 연구방법으로 Giorgi(1985)의 기술적 현상학적 방법에 근거하여 자료분석 절차를 따랐다. 연구 참여자는 직장, 육아 및 학업을 병행하고 있는 간호학 박사생 4명이다. 자료수집은 2017년도 10월부터 11월까지 이며 2회의 심층면접을 통해 이루어졌다. 분석결과는 대학원 진학 전후의 학업에 대한 생각, 느낌, 생활의 변화를 중심으로 12개의 개념과 5개의 범주로 구조화되었다. 5개의 범주는 ‘누구보다 나는(flying)것을 즐기는 나’, ‘그들과 또 다른 나’, ‘꿈을 향한 고독한 여정’, ‘가족은 나의 힘’, ‘꿈이 있는 나’로 구성되었다. 결론적으로, 기혼간호사들의 대학원 진학을 돕기 위해 가족 의 배려와 직장 내 조직문화 개선이 필요하고 더불어 사회적으로 실질적인 지원체계가 구축되어야 한다. Objectives: The purpose of this study is to explore in depth and deeply the nature and meaning of the academic experience that married nursing graduate students have experienced in their Convergence roles. Methods: Giorgi(2004) method was used the four-step data analysis procedure following the technological phenomena. Participants were four nursing doctoral students who were involved in work, child-care. and education. Data collection was conducted through two in-depth interviews with participants from October to November 2017. Results: Data analysis was structured into 12 concepts and 5 categories, centered on thinking, feelings, and changes in life for study before and after entering graduate school. The five categories are ‘I enjoy flying more than anyone’, ‘I am different from them’, ‘A solitary journey toward a dream’, ‘Family is my strength’ and ‘I have a dream.’ Conclusions: In order to help married nurses improve their professionalism, it is necessary to build a support system for the family, improvement of the organizational culture, and a socially practical support system.
여성근로자의 월경시 불편감과 대처방법에 따른 완화정도 -의료기관 종사자를 대상으로-

Purpose: This study is to investigate the pattern of discomfort, coping style and relief level of female workers. Methods: The subjects were 394 women who worked at three general hospitals located in S city and agreed to the purpose of this study. Data were collected April 20∼30, 2010, and one-way ANOVA and Pearson's correlation were performed using descriptive statistics using SAS 9.2. Results: showed that discomfort during menstruation was significantly different from age, marital status, pregnancy experience, and birth experience. The average degree of discomfort during menstruation was 2.46 ± 0.68, which was the average of 5, and the pattern was pain, water accumulation and behavior change. The degree of mitigation according to coping strategies was the most effective at 3.55 ± 0.58, and the relationship between coping behavior and discomfort during menstruation was correlated only with avoidant coping. p = .001). Conclusion: In order to mitigate the inconvenience of menstruation, women should seek to cope with their own coping strategies rather than passive coping methods and suggest the development of an educational program that can relieve the discomfort during menstruation 본 연구는 여성근로자의 월경시 불편감의 양상과 대처방법 및 그에 따른 완화정도를 파악하자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상은 S시에 위치한 3개 종합병원에 근무하는 여성으로 본 연구의 목적에 동의한 394명이다. 2010년 4월 20일부터 4월 30일까지 자료수집을 하였으며 SAS 9.2를 사용하여 기술통계, independent t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 월경시 불편감은 연령, 결혼유무, 임신경험, 출산경험과 유의한 차이를 보였고 근로특성은 차이가 없었다. 월경시 불편감의 정도는 최대 5점 중 평균2.46±0.68으로 보통 수준이었으며, 양상은 통증, 수분 축적, 행동변화 순이었다. 대처방법에 따른 완화정도는 행동적 대처가 3.55±0.58로 가장 효과적이었고 월경시 불편감과 대처행동 간에는 회피적 대처에서만 상관관계가 있어 불편감이 높은 사람일수록 회피적인 대처를 하고 있었다(r=.178, p=.001). 이상의 결과를 통해 여성근로자의 월경시 불편감을 완화하기 위하여 회피적 대처방법보다는 스스로 극복하도록 바람직한 대처방법을 모색해야하며 앞으로 월경시 불편감을 해소할 수 있는 교육프로그램 개발을 제언한다.
친수성 L-ascorbic acid와 소수성 α-tocopherol을 모두 포집하는 ethosome의 특성

Coencapsulation of hydrophilic L-ascorbic acid and hydrophobic α-tocopherol in ethosome vesicles was attempted and theirproperties were investigated in this study. The size of vesicles decreased with increasing concentration of L-ascorbic acid solutionencapsulated in ethosome. The vesicle size and encapsulation efficiency of ethosomes increased slightly when α-tocopherol was added into the HPC-forming liquid crystalline membrane of ethosome. However, the vesicle size increasedhighly and the encapsulation efficiency decreased abruptly at mixing ratios above 25 wt% due to the formation of an imperfectliquid crystalline structure within a vesicle membrane. It was observed that antioxidant activity was maintained for 5 weeksat 40 ℃ when L-ascorbic acid and α-tocopherol were coencapsulated in ethosome. The L-ascorbic acid in ethosome wasstable compared to that in aqueous solution under UV radiation.

Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of the perceived nursing work environment (NWE) on person-centered critical care nursing (PCCN) practices among nurses in intensive care units (ICUs). Methods : A cross-sectional research design was adopted for this study; participants were 126 ICU nurses working in five hospitals in B city. From December 2018 to February 2019, a survey questionnaire on NWE and PCCN were conducted. The collected data were analyzed with a multiple hierarchical regression analysis. Results : The mean score for NWE was $2.98{\pm}0.39$. Among the factors, basic work system was the highest ($3.39{\pm}0.41$), followed by leadership of the head nurse ($3.31{\pm}0.55$), interpersonal relationships ($2.77{\pm}0.62$), and institutional support ($2.58{\pm}0.52$). The mean score for PCCN was $3.52{\pm}0.46$. Among the factors, comfort was the highest ($3.77{\pm}0.62$), followed by respect ($3.55{\pm}0.56$), compassion ($3.43{\pm}0.60$), and individuality ($3.38{\pm}0.56$). The interpersonal relationship (${\beta}=.31$, p=.001) and the number of patients per shift (${\beta}=-.23$, p=.005) had a significant effect on PCCN, accounting for 25.9% of the total variance. Conclusion : These results suggest that it is necessary to enhance the relationship-oriented culture and reduce the workload of nurses in order to improve the quality of nursing care in ICUs.
