        토마토 여름 육묘시 어린묘 정식과 육묘방법이 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향

        고온기 토마토 육묘 시 발생하는 묘의 도장 및 연약화 등의 문제점을 최소화하기 위하여 어린 묘 정식과 육묘방법에 따른 토마토 생육과 수량에 미치는 영향을 구명하고자 수행하였다. 고온기인 7월 20일부터 9월 7일까지 실생묘, 삽목묘, 접목묘로 육묘하였고 어린 묘는 다른 묘보다 20일 정식하였다. 어린묘의 묘소질은 다른 묘에 비해 연약했으며 생체중은 실생묘보다 1/10 정도로 적어 큰 차이를 나타냈다. 정식 20일 후의 어린 묘의 생육은 다른 육묘방법에 비해 양호하였고 생체중은 36.1 g으로 실생묘에 비해 약 3배 정도 증가되었다. 정식 2개월 후의 어린 묘에서 이상줄기는 발생하지 않았고 화방출현도 빨랐다. 어린 묘에서 총 수량과 상품수량이 각각 8,535 kg/10a, 7,575 kg/10a로 가장 많았다. 과실품질은 어린 묘와 육묘방법별로 큰 차이가 없었으며 이상의 결과로 판단해 볼 때 토마토 고온기 육묘 시 어린 묘를 정식함으로써 생육을 촉진하고 과실 수확량을 높여 토마토를 안정적으로 생산 할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Effect of seedling type and early transplanting of summer grown seedling on the growth and yield of tomato was investigated to minimize problems caused by legginess of seedling in summer. Grafted seedling, 20 days seedling (young seedling), 40 days seedling, and rooted cutting were raised from July 20 to Sept. 7 and young seedling was transplanted 20 days earlier than other seedling types. Young seedling growth was weaker than other seedling types and fresh weight was only 1/10 of 40 days seedling. Growth of young seedling at 20 days after transplanting was better than other seedling types and fresh weight was 3 times higher than 40 days seedling. Creased stem did not appear and trusses developed faster in young seedling. Total yield and commercial yield were highest in young seedling as 8,535 kg/10a, and 7,575 kg/10a. There is no significant difference among seedling types in fruit quality. This result shows that early transplanting of summer grown seedling is more effective to attain stable growth and yield in tomato.

      • 전문대학 3년제 유아교육과 전공교육과정에 관한 연구: 유아교사역할과 관련하여

        본 연구는 전문대학 3년제 유아교육과의 전공교육과정 편성의 적절성을 연구하기 위한 것이다. 설정된 연구문제는 첫째, 교육과정에 나타난 전공과목의 편성실태가 어떠한지 둘째, 유아교사의 역할과 전공과목의 관련성이 어떠한지 알아보기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 전국의 22개 3년제 유아교육과 교육과정표를 분석했으며, 이희경과 김성수(2000)가 개발한 `유아교사 역할 Q-set`의 5개 교사역할 유형을 사용하여 유아교사의 역할과 전공과목간의 관련성에 대하여 217명의 교사로부터 수집한 설문지를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 전공교과목은 전체 교과목 중 68.42%를 차지하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 유치원교사 자격 및 보육교사자격 과목을 모두 포함하고 있었다. 유아교사가 응답한 교사의 역할과 전공과목에 대한 중요도 인식은 역할내용에 따라 그리고 과목에 따라 다르게 나타났다. The purpose of the present study was to explore the appropriateness of curriculum in three-year preservice programs for early childhood teachers. Two research questions were addressed: 1) what kinds of major subjects do three-year preservice programs offers? 2) How are major subjects related to roles that needed to kindergarten teachers? In order to answer these questions, curricula collected from 22 colleges were analyzed. In addition, the questionnaire survey was conducted to 217 kindergarten teachers. The kindergarten teachers` role types were adapted from `Kindergarten teachers` role Q-set` developed by Lee & Kim(2000). The results of this study show that the ratio of major subject was 68.42% of total subjects required for graduation and it contained subjects for Kindergarten & daycare teacher certification. The kinds of helpful subjects to teachers` role performance among major subjects learned during their college years were slightly different with those of important for teachers.

        시맨틱웹을 활용한 초등학교 학습자료 검색시스템

        Although the current Web search engines provide tremendous information, it is hard to find right information among the huge information. Users need to spend extra time to filter out unnecessary information. In order to overcome the limit of current Web search engines, Semantic Web was developed to provide efficient search, integration, and reuse of information by structuring semantic information from Web resources. In this paper, an elementary education contents retrieval system using Semantic Web is proposed. The proposed system emphasizes history contents that have high relevancy among data. For construction of the proposed system, ontology is proposed first for elementary study contents and ontology for historical contents is proposed for easy access to those contents using semantic relation among them. Based on the ontology, the proposed system is designed and implemented. The proposed system has the following characteristics. First, the system provides various query formats in detail so that search results can be refined efficiently. Second, the system presents only semantically information connected with key words or including key words using study contents ontology. Finally, the proposed system can increase study effects by presenting various contents that are related with query by users. 웹의 활용이 보편화 되면서 웹을 통한 자료의 검색이 증가하고 있으나, 웹상의 방대한 자료 중에서 학습자가 꼭 필요한 학습자료를 찾는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 검색엔진을 이용할 경우 원하는 정보를 어느 정도 찾을 수 있으나 검색어 일치방식에 의존하는 현재의 검색엔진의 특성상 결과가 만족스럽지 못한 경우가 많다. 또한 검색 결과 중에서 연관이 없는 정보를 필터링하기 위해 사용자가 많은 시간을 낭비하기도 한다. 본 연구에서는 웹 자원의 의미정보를 구조화하여 정보의 효율적인 검색, 통합, 재사용을 가능하도록 하는 시맨틱 웹(Semantic Web)기술을 활용하여 초등학교 학습자료에 적합한 온톨로지(Ontology)를 제안하고, 의미적 연관관계를 통해 학습내용에 접근할 수 있도록 초등학교의 역사분야 학습 내용에 관한 온톨로지를 구축하였다. 또한 이를 기반으로 학습자료를 검색할 수 있는 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 본 검색시스템의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자료와 연관된 사용자 질의어를 보다 상세하게 입력받아 검색결과를 얻는다. 둘째, 사용자 질의어를 바탕으로 학습자료 온톨로지에 질의하여 검색어가 포함된 결과 및 검색어와 연관된 정보를 검색결과로 얻는다. 셋째, 질의어와 연관된 내용을 함께 제시함으로써 학습의 효율을 높일 수 있다.

        소양인(少陽人) 형방도적산(荊防導赤散)으로 치료한 지루성피부염 4례

        Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effectiveness of Hyeongbangdojok-san on 4 seborrheic dermatitis patients who were diagnosed as Soyangin.Methods : 4 seborrheic dermatitis patients were treated by Hyeongbangdojok-san. The effect of treatment was measured by EASI score, VAS score, photographs.Results : EASI score and VAS score decreased as a result of Hyeongbangdojok-san treatment in 4 patients.Conclusions : These case-studies showed an efficient result of using Hyeongbangdojok-san in the seborrheic dermatitis of Soyangin. And an author consider that continuous clinical study will be needed in Korean medical dermatology.

        증숙 더덕 에탄올 추출물에 대한 항산화·항균 활성

        This study was investigated the contents of total polyphenol, flavonoids and antioxidant and antimicrobial activities of Codonopsis lanceolata extracts according to different steaming times. The contents of total polyphenol and flavonoid proportionally increased from 6.45 mgGAE/g to 18.26 mgGAE/g and 2.01 mgRE/g to 6.12 mgRE/g according to ethanol extracts at EDS7. DPPH radical scavenging activity was found to have been 15.26~65.2% and showed the highest level of antioxidant activity at EDS7 was 65.2%. The activity of ABTS radical scavenging and SOD-like activity were also the same result. DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activity was related to the number of steaming, and the scavenging activity was increased up to 7 times of steaming. The antimicrobial activity of EDS7 had strong antioxidant activity. Antimicrobial activities were examined against 5 microorganisms related to pathogens and food poisoning. The antimicrobial Activity was different depending on the bacteria, but it was effective at the concentration of 300 mg/mL rather than 150 mg/mL. These results showed that Codonopsis lanceolata extracts with a different number of steaming would be conducted to confirm the possibility of developing antimicrobial and antioxidant. It will be helpful in the study of component analysis of Codonopsis lanceolata extracts processed products.

        Computerized Sperm Motility Analyzer를 이용한 Human Sperm의 Hyperactivated Motility의 객관적 관찰에 관한 연구

        The occurrence and time course of capacitation, acrosomal loss, and hyperactivated motility require quantitative definition in order to characterize fertile human sperm. Recently the method has been developed to estimate the quality of spermatozoa by using kinematic parameters such as curvilinear velocity(VCL), average path velocity(VAP), linearity(LIN), straightness(STR), amplitude of lateral head displacement(ALH), and beat cross frequence(BCF) from Computer Assisted Sperm Analysis (CASA). In this study, using the Hamilton Thorn motility analyzer HTM 2030(Hamilton Thorn Research, Beverly, MA), we attempted to identify the spermatozoa with hyperactivated motility (HA) objectively and to monitor hyperactivation of human spermatozoa during incubation in capacitating media and after treatment of calcium ionophore as compared with acrosome status. And we examined whether HA are related to the result of SPA. Semen samples obtained from 16 healthy men were prepared by swim up technique and preincubated in a capacitating media(modified BWW medium) for 5 hours and treated with calcium ionophore solution. The acrosome reaction was detected with PSA-FITC labelling of the acrosome and in vitro sperm ferilizing capacity was assessed by the zona free hamster ovum penetration assay (SPA). The incidence of hyperactivated sperm was 2.6% in fresh semen, 14.3% of the swim up population, 13.7% after 5h of incubation. Significant increase of percentage of hyperactivated sperm was observed after the incubation (p<0.05) but after treatment, no significant changes of percentage of hyperactivated sperm(l1.8%) in contrast to significant rise in the percentage of acrosome reacted cells. Correlation analysis failed to show any significant relationship between the percentage of sperm with HA and SPA score. In conclusion, although no direct correlations were found between the results of SPA and HA, hyperactivation of sperm is associated with capacitation and monitoring hyperactivated sperm will be expected as a method of evaluating the functional quality of sperm such as SPA.

        연령에 따른 한국인 손 피부색 차이 분석

        Recently, nail industry trends have been shifting from polish nail to gel nail. Because of the popularity of gel nail, the criteria for customers to choose colors have significantly changed. Therefore, there has been a rising demand for a nail color which goes well with skin color, not with the color of clothes, makes the hand more beautiful. Unlike a face, hand skin color isn’t corrected through makeup. Therefore, it is more difficult to find a color which is well matched with the skin tone. In this sense, the accurate analysis and classification of hand skin color which is the first step in the selection of nail color are required. However, it’s still very hard to find studies on hand skin color. To figure out the characteristics of Koreans’ hand skin color by age, this study analyzed differences in hand skin color by age after measuring the tone of the back of the hand and conducting quantitative analysis against 300 women living in Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam. The results revealed statistically significant difference (p.001). As the respondents were younger, a bright skin tone was observed. According to analysis on the distribution by the rank, ‘20s’ was the highest with 46% among those with a bright skin tone within top 100 ranks. In top 300 ranks, in contrast, ‘50s’ was the highest with 46% while ‘20s (8%)’ was the lowest. In terms of a skin tone, there was a considerable difference between ‘20s’ and ‘50s.’ Even though no big difference was found between ‘30s’ and ‘40s,’ a skin tone was brighter in the latter.
