        코트디부아르 내 이주민들의 지역사회에 대한 인식: 아비장 근교의 아그방(Agban) 마을 사례

        Pays d’Afrique de l’Ouest, la Côte d’Ivoire connaît une croissance démographique rapide due aux immigrés et étrangères. La présente étude est développée sur la base de l’analyse du rapport des enquêtes et entretiens réalisés, à la période du 22 juillet et au 10 août 2015, auprès des immigrés du village Agban en Côte d’Ivoire. Le rapport a été élaboré avec la participation d’une assistante locale. L’étude a pour objet de connaître, en premier, la perception des immigrés et étrangères sur la communauté indigène, et d’analyser leur rapport social. Aujourd’hui, dans une société multi-ethnique où les immigrés sont accueillis comme faisant parties intégrale de la population et non pas comme ‘basiliques au milieu de la brousse,’ comme dans les premières périodes de leur arrivée, la perception et les attitudes des immigrés et étrangères envers la communauté indigène jouent un rôle majeur dans l’harmonie de la société. Ce sont également des éléments de baromètre pour évaluer en tant que société démocratique. Or, le réel statut social et le rôle des immigrés dans la société d’accueil exercent directement et indirectement une influence sur le progrès des interactions entre différentes ethnies. La présente étude a par ailleurs permis de constater que dans le villages traditionnel Agban, dont la majorité des habitant sont des immigrés, la propension d’une ethnie ou d’un peuple de conserver sa région excluant d’autres ethnies s’est estompée. Pour les immigrés, leur intégration culturelle à la communauté indigène ne s’avère cependant pas facile. En effet, l’étude a montré que la tendance de la communauté indigène à vouloir se distinguer ‘ethniquement’ de la population immigrée demeure toujours. Autrement dit, aux yeux des indigènes, les immigrés ne font pas partie des villageois mais d’une autre ethnie (bien que non menaçante). Or, la question de savoir si les immigrés du village Agban, qui représentent la majorité de la population, peuvent être considérés comme étant de véritables membres du village Agban semble dépendre tout d’abord de l’évolution de l’hostilité régnant sur la société d’accueil.

        Macroeconomic Shocks and Dynamics of Labor Markets in Korea

        A New Keynesian model with labor friction, in which involuntary unemployment can be endogenized, is estimated with the Korean macroeconomic data using a Bayesian estimation approach. The model is extended by specifying a small open economy with tradable and nontradable goods sectors to characterize the Korean labor market empirically. Results of empirical analyses based on the estimated model can be summarized as follows. First, the sectoral reallocation of labor plays an important role in the adjustment of the Korean labor market, which responds to macroeconomic shocks, particularly foreign shocks. Second, the historical decomposition analysis demonstrates that the cyclical fluctuations of unemployment in Korea are explained by key domestic shocks, such as domestic productivity shocks and preference shocks. A relatively small contribution of foreign shocks to aggregate labor market variables is partly caused by the sectoral shift of employment rather than extensive changes in aggregate employment and labor force.

      • 아프리카 축구의 정치적 함의

        In the view that as it becomes more universal, soccer, containing all the characteristics of a sport, is bound to have an inseparable relationship with politics, this paper aims to analyze the political meaning of soccer in Africa where soccer, becoming prevalent around the world is being integrated into the international sports. In order to encourage more debate to understand the relationship between sports and politics in Africa, through the development of African soccer, the paper examines the political connotation that soccer carries in relation to internal politics. Consequently, a conclusion can be indirectly drawn that African soccer cannot be confined to only sports. Especially, after the cold war, as soccer has become commercialized and politicalized, in line with nationalism, exhibiting elements of monopolistic capitalism, all of these have contributed to African soccer being part of globalization. Although, internally, democratization is underway to some degree!, the popularity of soccer is so large that political leaders end up involved with soccer. The analysis of this paper shows that extreme competition among countries has turned the sports principles such as participation and cooperation into the conflict of winning and losing. However, in Africa, not as just an external factor, but as a connector between politics and internal issues within a nation, soccer needs to be utilized as an integral tool in helping African countries who are still struggling to create unified ethnic countries. However, a comprehensive approach is required, since the politicization of soccer could be manipulated by politicians for their political intentions. In the end, soccer cannot carry out its function of integrating society as a popular sport.

        국내외 고등학교 공업기술과 교육과정 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study was to analyse between foreign curriculum and our high school industrial technology subject-matter curriculum, to review trend and stream of curriculum revision, and purpose and content system of subject-matter. This study was conducted through reviewing literature; research reference, journal, book, and Web materials. in this study, comparative target country was restricted to Japan, U. S. A., U. K., and N. Z., Australia that administer to similar subject with our industrial technology subject-matter. The major finding of this study were as follows: 1. A similar subject-matter with our industrial technology subject0matter was Japan' 'foundation of industrial technology' and 'project research', U. S. A.' 'technology' and etc, U. K.' 'design and technology', and N. Z.' 'technology', 'New South Wales in Australia' design and technology'. 2. The result of analysis to purpose and strength of subject-matter, our' industrial technology subject-matter was oriented to knowledge, understanding and career search in industrial area. but, the other was emphasized technological problem solving by process-based method with thinking and action. 3. In the curriculum content, our country was treat to content area of a broad industrial world. on the other hand, Japan; relationship between human and technology, environment, process technology and product technology, project research. U. S. A.; technology content standards by knowledge, process and context, U. K., N. Z., and Australia were focused 'design process'. Based on above results, the recommendation can be established as follows: 1. A study on the implementation of industrial technology curriculum. 2. A study on the perception and need assessment of expert and stakeholder about purpose and content system. of industrial technology subject-matter. 이 연구의 목적은 우리나라 공업기술교과 성격과 내용이 유사한 외국의 교육과정을 비교 분석함으로서 교육과정 개정의 흐름과 방향, 그리고 교과의 목표와 내용체계에 대하여 고찰해 보는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 이 연구에서는 문헌연구를 중심으로 한 연구방법을 수행하였다. 이 연구에서는 우리나라 공업기술교과와 유사한 과목들이 편성되어 운영되고 있는 일본, 미국, 영국, 그리고 뉴질랜드와 호주의 교육과정을 중심으로 분석하였다.이 연구의 결과를 요약하여 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 우리나라 공업기술교과와 유사한 과목으로는 일본의 ‘공업기술기초’와 ‘과제연구’, 미국의 ‘기술’, 영국의 ‘설계와 기술’, 그리고 뉴질랜드의 ‘기술’, 호주 뉴사우스웨일즈주의 ‘설계와 기술’ 등이 있었다. 둘째, 교과의 목표와 강조점을 분석한 결과, 우리나라는 공업기술은 공업에 대한 지식과 이해, 그리고 진로탐색에 초점을 두고 있었으나, 일본, 미국, 영국, 뉴질랜드, 호주의 경우에는 과정적 접근 방법에 의한 기술적 문제해결력을 강조하고 있었다.셋째, 교육내용을 분석한 결과, 우리나라는 전반적인 공업 세계의 영역을 다루고 있었으나, 일본은 인간과 기술 및 환경의 관계, 가공기술과 생산기술, 과제연구를 다루고 있었으며, 미국은 지식과 과정, 그리고 맥락에 의한 내용표준을 제시하고 있었고, 영국, 뉴질랜드, 그리고 호주의 경우에는 설계과정에 초점을 두고 있었다.이 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 후속 연구를 제언하면 다음과 같다.첫째, 공업기술교과의 교육과정 운영에 대한 실태분석이 필요하다.둘째, 공업기술교과의 목표와 내용체계에 대한 전문가와 이해관계자들의 인식과 요구분석이 필요하다.

      • 읽기장애아의 기초학습능력 분석

        The purpose of this study was to investigate if children with reading disability have lower intellectual capacity and basic teaming abilities than normal children. Twenty seven children with reading disability and twenty nine normal children of 4th and 5th grade students participated in this study. The children with reading disability were selected by the reading part of the Test for Evaluation of Underachievement which was administered twice, once a year. After the two tests 29 children (3.7% of 775 students) were evaluated as reading disability. Two of them, however, were excluded from the statistical analysis because of their unwillingness to keep participating in the study, All the other participants were evaluated their intelligence and three basic learning abilities (information processing, mathematics, and writing). The comparison of IQ showed that children with reading disability were lower in total IQ score and all the 6 subscores than the normal children. The IQ scores of the reading disability group ranged from 51 to 105, while those of the comparison group were spreaded between 83 and 137. Among the children with reading disability, only twelve children had IQ over 80. In the comparison of basic loaming abilities, the effects of IQ had to be controlled to examine the pure influence of reading disability on loaming abilities. Therefore we tested with analysis of covariance using the IQ score as the covariance. The reading disability group showed lower learning abilities in all of the three measures. However, when the IQ effect was ruled out, there was no significant difference In Information processing ability between the two groups. which implies that the difference was due to the difference of IQ not to reading disability. In the comparison of mathematics and writing abilities, there remained significant differences between the two groups after IQ was controlled, which implies that reading should be taught together when we teach mathematics or writing to children with reading disability.

        중학교 기술 교사들의 개인적 특성과 기술 교수 효능감 관계 분석

        The purposes of this study was to examine middle school technology teachers' technology teaching efficacy on personal trait. The sample used for this study consisted of 153 middle school technology teachers. To measure technology teaching efficacy, the scales consisted of personal technology teaching efficacy and general technology teaching efficacy. Technology teaching efficacy scale(Lee, 2003) were administered to samples.The data were analysed by the statistical program of SPSSWIN. The frequency, mean, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation co-efficiencies, and stepwise multiple regression analysis were conducted to test the study issues.This study abstracted that the most important personal trait variables for middle school technology teachers to have technology teaching efficacy are sex, educational career. this study implies that retraining and teaching program and educational curriculums for pre-service and in-service teachers need to be accessed variably, considered with the results of this study. 이 연구는 중학교 기술 교사들이 교수 실제에 대하여 느끼는 기술 교수 효능감이 개인적 특성 변인과 관련지어 어느 정도인지 파악하는데 주된 목적이 있으며, 이를 통해 기술 교수 효능감에 영향을 미치는 변인을 발견하고 분석하여 향후 기술 교사들의 전문성 신장과 관련된 교육프로그램 개발과 양성교육을 위한 기초 자료를 제시하시는 데 있다. 이 연구의 목적 달성을 위하여 대전 지역에 근무하고 있는 중학교 기술교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 배포한 설문지 250부중 불성실하게 응답하거나 통계처리가 불가능한 설문지를 제외한 153부를 결과 분석에 활용하였다.이 연구를 통하여 나타난 연구 결과를 제시하면 다음과 같다.첫째, 개인적 특성 변인에 따른 기술 교수 효능감을 분석한 결과, 개인적 기술교수 효능감에 영향을 미치는 개인적 특성 변인은 성, 학교 설립 형태, 연령, 교육 경력, 대학 전공으로 나타났으며, 일반적 기술 교수 효능감에 영향을 미치는 변인은 성과 최종 학력이었다.둘째, 개인적 특성과 기술 교수 효능감의 관계를 분석한 결과, 개인적 기술 교수 효능감과 일반적 기술 교수 효능감에 높은 상관관계를 나타내는 변인은 성이었다.셋째, 기술 교수 효능감에 영향을 미치는 개인적 특성 변인의 영향력을 알아본 결과, 개인적 기술 교수 효능감에서는 성 변인이, 그리고 일반적 기술 교수 효능감에서는 성과 교육 경력 변인이었다.
