        In this study, to increase the methane content of biogas supplied from Nanji Water Regeneration Center and to purify impurities, a three-stage membrane purification process was designed and installed to demonstrate operation. The methane concentration of biomethane produced in the 2 Nm3/h purification process was set to three cases: 95%, 96.5%, and 98%, and the membrane area ratio of the membrane was 1:1, 1:2, 1:1:1, The optimum conditions for the membrane area of the separator were derived by changing to five of 1:2:1 and 1:2:2. 3 stage separation membrane process of 30 Nm3/h was installed to reflect the optimum condition of 2 Nm3/h, and biomethane production of 98% or more of methane concentration was demonstrated. As a result of the operation of the 2 Nm<sup>3</sup>/h refining device, the methane recovery rate at the 98% methane concentration was 95.6% when the membrane area ratio was 1:1 as the result of the two-stage operation of the separator, and the recovery rate of methane at 1:2 was increased to 96.8%. The methane recovery rate of the membrane three-stage operation was highest at 96.8% when the membrane area ratio was operated at 1:2:1. The carbon dioxide removal rate was 16.4 to 96.4% and the 2:2 to 95.7% film area ratio in the two-step process. In the three-step process, the film area ratio was 1:2:1 to 95.4%, and the two-step process showed higher results than the three-step process. In the 30 Nm3/h scale biogas purification demonstration operation, the methane concentration after purification was 98%, the recovery rate of methane was 97.1%, the removal rate of carbon dioxide was 95.7%, and hydrogen sulfide, the cause of corrosion, was not detected, and the membrane area ratio was 1:2:1 demonstration operation, biomethane production with a methane concentration of 98% or higher was possible.

        시나리오 플래닝을 활용한 설계VE 제안의 가치평가 모델 개발

        After the VE analysis method has been applied to domestic construction industry, the design VE proposal was carried out to design related to various facilities. In this VE activities, The two key elements to elicit these VE proposals are 'Function' and 'Cost' which are needed in assessing grade of VE's value. However, when it is hard to calculate the money that is connected to existing or improved one, not only owner can't measure the proposals of the VE's value due to it is not available to calculate the quantitative value that is related to the 'Cost' but also it could be an impedimental cause when users make a decision. Therefore, in this study sought a plan what could take out the quantitative figures that is related to the 'Cost' and suggested the way to calculate the 'Cost'. Before developing a model of evaluation value, I has understood the type of suggestion of VE which are difficult to estimate the cost of the first construction and improved 3 scenarios using with the techniques of analyzed classes and scenario planning. And adapted rating step process with the improved scenarios then developed the model of evaluating value. Furthermore, I applied example projects to examine the developed the model of evaluating value's applicability. Plus, I investigated a possibility of applicability on the field through VE experts' interview survey. The model of evaluating value using the developed scenarios in this study gave a direction to calculate the cost that is difficult to calculate. Also I expect that it would be available to perform systematic and rational decision making.

        한국인 집단에서 알코올 의존과 Tryptophan Hydroxylase A218C 유전자 다형성의 연관성

        목적 : 알코올 의존은 환경적 요인과 생물학적 요인이 복합되어 발생하는 것으로 널리 알려진 질환으로 최근 가족, 쌍생아 및 양자 연구에서 유전적 요인의 중요성이 시사되고 있다. 본 연구는 알코올 의존의 유전적 요인을 찾기 위해 세로토닌 합성 조절 효소인 tryptophan hydroxylase(TPH) A218C 유전자 다형성 빈도를 정상 대조군과 비교하였으며 알코올 의존 환자에서 TPH A218C의 유전자 다형성과 임상적 변인과의 관련성을 알아보고자 하였다. 방법 : DSM-Ⅳ 진단 기준에 부합되는 알코올 의존 환자 162명과 정상 대조군 182명을 대상으로 TPH 유전자 분석을 시행하였다. 알코올 의존 환자에서 TPH 유전자 다형성과 임상적 변인간의 관련성을 알아보기 위해서 알코올 의존 환자들을 대상으로 알코올 의존 척도, 불안 척도, 우울 척도, 강박적 음주 척도를 조사하였다. 결과 : 알코올 의존 환자군에서 정상 대조군에 비하여 AA 유전자형과 A 대립 유전자의 빈도가 높게 나타났다. 유전자형에 따른 평균 발병 연령을 조사한 결과 AA, AC, CC에서 각각 25.8세, 30.5세, 33.6세로 조사되어 AA 유전자형을 가진 환자군에서 유의하게 낮은 발병 연령을 보였다(p<0.001). 또한 AA 유전자형을 가지는 환자군에서 CC 유전자형을 보인 환자군에 비하여 알코올 의존 척도에서 유의하게 높은 값을 가지는 것으로 나타났다(p=0.001). 결론 : TPH A218C 유전자 다형성이 알코올 의존의 원인적 요인으로 작용할 있을 뿐만 아니라 발병 연령 및 증상 심각도와 관련이 있다. 이러한 결과는 조기 발병하고 심각한 알코올 의존과 같은 알코올 의존 아형 분류의 생물학적 근거가 될 수 있다. Objective : Family, twin, and adoption studies have demonstrated that genes play an important role in the development of alcoholism. In this study, we explored the genetic causes of alcohol dependence by comparing the frequency of the tryptophan hydroxylase(TPH) A218C between patients with alcohol dependence and control subjects in Korean population. We also explored the association between TPH A218C polymorphism and clinical characteristics in patients with alcohol dependence. Method : The genotype and allele frequencies of TPH were investigated in 182 normal control and 162 male hospitalized patients who met Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fourth Edition, (DSM-Ⅳ) criteria for alcohol dependence. We conducted clinical assessments using Alcohol Dependence Scale(ADS), Beck Depression Inventory, Beck Anxiety Inventory, and Obsessive-Compulsive Drinking Scale. Results : The frequency of AA genotype and A allele is higher in patients with alcohol dependence than in normal control. Alcoholics with the TPH CC or AC genotypes had a later age of disease onset(mean age of onset, 33.6 and 30.5 years, respectively) than those with the AA genotype(mean age of onset, 25.8 years ; p<0.001). Also we found the TPH AA genotype has a higher score on the Korean version of the ADS than those with CC genotypes(p=0.001). Conclusion : Our results suggest that TPH polymorphism may be a crucial factor in the development of alcohol dependence and may explain, in part, the biological basis for these typologies.

        "스토리텔링 수학" 관련 언론 보도 내용 분석

        교육부가 ``스토리텔링 방식을 가미한 수학 교과서``를 언급한 이후, 2009 개정 교육과정에 따른 수학과 교육과정이 적용되기 시작한 2013년 3월을 전후하여 ``스토리텔링 수학`` 관련 언론 보도가 집중된 시기의 보도 자료를 중심으로 분석을 실시하였다. 연구자는 보도 자료의 외형적 특성과 함께 보도된 기사 내용을 면밀히 조사하기 위하여 보도 프레임을 선행 연구방법에 근거하여 추출한 다음, 추출된 프레임인 이해, 교육방법, 반응, 강조, 상업광고의 5개의 보도프레임을 활용하여 모든 기사의 세부 내용을 두 명의 평가자가 홀스티(Holsti) 방식을 활용하여 분석을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 두 평가자의 분석 결과가 타당한 것으로 판단되었다. 연구자는 언론 보도 내용을 분석하기 위해 이해,교육방법, 반응, 강조, 상업광고의 5개의 보도 프레임을 추출하여 활용하였다. 분석 결과, 대부분의 사기업에서 상업적 광고를 위한 도구로서 ``스토리텔링 수학`` 정책을 활용하고 있었다. 언론 보도 내용은 독자 스스로가 판단하는 것이 옳지만, 그 내용에 대해 무조건 신뢰해서는 안 될 것이며, 정책을 추진하는 입장에서는 교육 수요자 및 공급자들에게 새로운 정책의 도입이 어떠한 영향을 미칠 것인지에 대해 충분히 숙고하는 과정이 필요할 것으로 보인다. After National Mathematics Education Advanced Plan represented in 2012, mathematics education fields began toattention to ``Storytelling``. Because the plan contains important topics, reinforcing mathematics education, improvingunderstanding about mathematics, and enhancing self-guided learning. As one of the methods for improvingunderstanding about mathematics, Storytelling in mathematics is emphasizing recently. The purpose of this study is toanalyse the articles about ``Storytelling Mathematics`` to find how the media report it. Also, we discuss the direction ofStorytelling in mathematics education. The conclusion of this study is that most of the privately-owned company isusing the Storytelling as a tool for advertising commercially. Readers have to make a decision which articles are trueor useful. A policy makers must ponder how the ``Storytelling Mathematics`` policy affect the demands and suppliers ineducation.

        Since the apartment construction has been begun, reinforced concrete (RC) is the most commonly used material for structure work of apartment construction. Therefore many studies have been conducted in order to improve the productivity of RC structure. According to these studies, the form work, which makes the shape of the concrete, has a great influence to RC structure work, in terms of the productivity. Consequently, various form types such as tunnel form, gang form, euro-form, and Al-Form were developed in order to effectively conduct the form work. Among these form types, the Al-form not only was developed to cover the defect of euro-form, which was widely used in RC work before the development of Al-form, but also had a lot of merit in terms of the convenience and repetition. Based on construction simulation techniques, therefore, this study aims to analyze the productivity of work process for structure work using Al-Form, as well as figure out the optimal productivity, in which the resources such as labor and equipment are properly inputted, by the sensitivity analysis.

        수학교육 선진화 방안의 중학교 교과서 적용 실태 분석

        The Ministry of Education Science and Technology represented National Mathematics Education Advance plan in 2012. The plan is focused on reinforcing mathematics education, improving understanding about mathematics, and enhancing self-guided learning. After the National Mathematics Education Advance Plan new middle school mathematics textbooks have been developed and they will be used from 2013. The purpose of this study is to analyse those mathematics textbooks to find how the National Mathematics Education Advance Plan is affecled lo the mathematics This study found some important aspects affected from the Advance Plan to these textbooks and some implications for the future Korean mathematics education.

        한국인 정신분열병 환자의 지연성 운동장애와 $CYP2D6^*4$ 및 $CYP2D6^*10$ 다형성들의 연합에 대한 고찰

        P450 CYP2D6 enzyme(=debrisoquine hydroxylase) is known to metabolize many neuroleptics and some genetic polymorphisms in the CYP2D6 gene were reported to be associated with tardive dyskinesia(TD). We investigeted the association of two genetic polymorphisms in the CYP2D6 gene, $CYP2D6^*4$ and $CYP2D6^*10$, with TD in Korean schizophrenic subjects. Subjects consisted of 71 Korean schizophrenics and TD was evaluated using the Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale (AIMS). There were no statistically significant differences in the demographic variables of age, male to female percentage and the current antipsychotic(CPZ equivalent) dose between the group with TD and the group without TD. But the duration of antipsychotic drug exposure was significantly higher in the group without TD(p=0.000, by independent t-test). The mean AIMS score in the group with TD was $11.2{\pm}6.6$(S.D.). Genotypings for the presence of $CYP2D6^*4$ and $CYP2D6^*10$ were done using PCR amplifications and endonuclease digestions. There were no statistically significant genotypic and alleleic associations between TD and $CYP2D6^*4$(by chisquare tests), and between TD and $CYP2D6^*10$(by chi-square tests). These results indicate that the $CYP2D6^*4$ and $CYP2D6^*10$ polymorphisms have no significant roles in the causation of TD.

        복합용도개발사업의 기획/계획단계 CBS Organization Tool 개발

        Recently, Mixed Used Development projects of Mega-Project scale is being conducted internally and externally. Mega-Project is not a concept of project level but it consists of program level that many facilities are organically connected. Thus, it presents characteristics which are complexity and large scale. Regarding these characteristics, a management system which can control design changes and risks of Mega-Project, is required. Therefore, this study proposes the Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) Organization Tool system based on UCC (User Created Contents). It is made by users to support accurate construction cost predicting and management at the planning phase of Mega-Project. The CBS Organization Tool is developed on the basis of the CBS Template that can visually support the CBS Library and the breakdown structure. After that, effectiveness of the system and propriety of developed cost items were examined through actual examples and specialists' consultation. The CBS Organization Tool may be helpful to owners and users when they make a CBS model faster and more exactly for Mega-Project scale projects.
