        대구지역 중소기업의 인적자원관리 현황에 관한 연구

        중소기업을 대상으로 경쟁력의 주요 결정요소 중 하나인 인적자원관리 실태 를 살펴보았다. 제조업을 비롯해 4개 업종에 속한 763개의 대구지역 중소기업을 대상으로 인적자원관리 여건과 인력관리 애로사항에 관해 분석하였다. 전체 응 답 기업 중 2%에만 노조가 결성되어 있었으며, 43%가 고용여건이 어려운 것으 로 평가하였다. 그리고 자사의 보유인력이 타사에 비해 경쟁우위에 있다고 평가 한 기업은 39% 정도였다. 인센티브 규정, 고충처리제도, 제안제도, 고용안정성 보장제도, 업무수행결과 평가제도, 그리고 정기적 교육 · 훈련 등의 인적자원관 리 제도 실시 여부와 활용 정도를 살펴보았다. 전체 응답 기업들에서 실시되고 있는 비율이 가장 높은 제도는 정기적 교육 · 훈련이었으며, 업무수행결과의 평 가제도의 도입 비율이 가장 낮았다. 그리고 도입한 인적자원관리 제도 중 활용 정도가 가장 높은 것은 고용안정성 보장 제도인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이런 결과의 시사점과 앞으로의 연구방향이 제시되었다.

        한국의 사회비판적 콘텐츠 이용은 국가브랜드 이미지에 어떠한 영향을 주는가?: 외국인 심층 인터뷰를 중심으로

        Recently, Korean media contents has been gaining tremendous popularity in various countries. Meanwhile, many of these contents are dystopian contents that openly reveal the negative aspects of Korean society and try to accuse the society. This study focused on how the success of dystopian contents affects Korea's national brand and image. To this end, interviews were conducted with foreigners who had watched Korean dystopian contents before. As a result of the interview, dystopian contents did not negatively affect Korea's national brand and image. Rather, it had some positive effects, such as showing the excellence of the Korean film industry. In addition, it was possible to understand that the influences of contents varied depending on the prior knowledge and experience about Korea of the interviewees. This study has implications that it was possible to grasp the influence of dystopian content. Through this, it was concluded that Korea should establish the national brand as a country with powerful cultural contents by focusing on the quality of the contents, not on how much negative aspects were included in the contents. In addition, it was possible to suggest policies that continuously provide direct or indirect information about Korea for the success of the contents. 최근 한국의 미디어 콘텐츠들이 해외에서 선풍적인 인기를 끌고 있다. 한편, 이러한 콘텐츠들 중 다수는 한국 사회의 어두운 면들을 적나라하게 드러내며 사회를 비판하는 콘텐츠들이다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 사회비판적 콘텐츠들의 성공이 한국의 국가브랜드와 이미지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 살피고자 했다. 이를 위해 한국의 사회비판적 콘텐츠를 이용한 경험이 있는 외국인들을 대상으로 인터뷰를 진행했다. 인터뷰 결과, 사회비판적 콘텐츠는 한국의 국가브랜드와 이미지에 부정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 오히려, 한국 영화 산업의 우수함을 자각하게 하는 등의 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 보고했다. 또한, 인터뷰 참가자들의 한국에 대한 사전 지식과 경험에 따라서 콘텐츠의 영향력이 상이하였다는 점을 파악할 수도 있었다. 본 연구는 최근 인기를 얻고 있는 사회비판적 한국 콘텐츠의 영향력을 파악할 수 있었다는 시사점을 지닌다. 이는 콘텐츠에 한국에 대한 부정적인 측면이 얼마나 포함되었는지가 중요한 것이 아니라 콘텐츠의 작품성에 초점을 맞춰 문화콘텐츠 강국이라는 국가브랜드를 구축하는 것이 더욱 중요함을 의미한다.

        Significant adverse reactions to long-acting gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists for the treatment of central precocious puberty and early onset puberty

        Purpose: Long-acting gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonists (GnRHa) are commonly used to treat central precocious puberty (CPP) in Korea. Although rare, there have been reports on the characteristic of adverse reactions of GnRHa in CPP among the Korean population. This study was intended to report on our clinical experience regarding significant adverse reactions to long-acting GnRHa in CPP and early onset puberty and to evaluate the prevalence rate of serious side effects. Methods: This retrospective study included children with CPP and early onset puberty, who were administered monthly with long-acting GnRHa (leuprolide acetate, triptorelin acetate) at the outpatient clinic of Department of Pediatrics, at Inha University Hospital, between January 2011 and December 2013. We analyzed the clinical characteristics of patients who experienced significant adverse reactions and evaluated the prevalence rate. Results: Six serious side effects (0.9%) were observed among total of 621 CPP and early onset puberty children with GnRHa therapy. The number of sterile abscess formation was four in three patients (4 events of 621). Anaphylaxis occurred in only one patient, and unilateral slipped capital femoral epiphysis (SCFE) in another one patient. Anaphylaxis occurred after the 6th administration of the monthly depot triptorelin acetate. Unilateral SCFE developed in GnRHa therapy. Conclusion: Sterile abscess formation occurred in 0.6% of CPP and early onset puberty patients from the administration of a monthly depot GnRHa therapy. The occurrences of anaphylaxis and SCFE are extremely rare, but can have serious implications on patients. Clinicians should be aware of these potential adverse effects related to GnRHa therapy in CPP.

        SUMMARY Antecedents of organizational innovation have received more attention than any other research areas on innovation, and a very large number of facilitating and inhibiting factors have been suggested. Five representative models of antecedents of organizational innovation are reviewed and antecedents are categorized along with four levels of analysis; individual, group, organizational, and environmental levels. The effects of member characteristics on organizational innovation has been one of the longest standing research areas within the innovation field. The factors relevant to characteristics of organizational members are classified according to two dimensions. The role of the member in the change process is one; the nature of the characteristics (i.e., ahbilities, attitudes, and traits) is a second. The factors in the group level has received by far the least attention. The factors relevant to group dynamics, such as group norms, cohesiveness, and role systems, are proposed as antecedents of organizational innovation in this study. A wide range of organizational characteristics are proposed as possible antecedents of innovation, iincluding organizational structure, size, resources, age, communication process, reward system, strategy, and culture. With regard to the factors in environmental level, characteristics of industry, the size and culture of community, and uncertainty are included as antecedents of organizational innovation.       • 직무특성, 리더-구성원 교환관계와 조직시민행동의 관계

        This study explored the relationships between five dimensions of job characteristics and five categories of organizational citizenship behavior(OCB), and the association between leader-member exchange(LMX) quality and five categories of organizational citizenship behavior. Survey data were collected from 370 government employees. Civic virtue closely associated with perceived skill variety, task significance, and feedback. Altruism had meaningful relationships with task significance, and feedback, and consciousness associated with autonomy and feedback. Courtesy had a relationship with only feedback. Lmx closely associated with all the five categories of OCB. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed and future research direction are outlined.
