        적정기술 주제의 STEAM 프로그램 개발 및 초등학생의 창의적 사고활동, 과학적 태도, 리더십에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 적정기술 주제의 융합인재교육(STEAM) 프로그램을 개발하고 초등학교에 적용하여 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 이 연구를 위해 경기도 소재 초등학교 3학년 85명이 참여하였다. 40명은 실험집단으로, 45명은 비교집단으로 배치하였으며 프로그램 적용 전후에 창의적 사고활동, 과학적 태도, 리더십 검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 째, 적정기술 주제의 STEAM 프로그램을 적용한 실험집단 학생의 창의적 사고활동 전체 점수 와 4개 하위영역 모두에서 비교집단에 비해 유의미하게 향상되었다(p<.05). 둘째, 적정기술 주 제의 STEAM 프로그램을 적용한 실험집단 학생의 과학적 태도 전체 점수와 호기심, 자진성, 끈 기성 3개 하위영역 점수가 비교집단에 비해 유의미하게 향상되었다(p<.05). 셋째, 적정기술 주 제의 STEAM 프로그램을 적용한 실험집단 학생의 리더십 전체 점수와 개인 내 특성, 개인 간 특 성 점수가 비교집단에 비해 유의미하게 향상되었다(p<.05). 결론적으로 본 연구에서 개발 적용한 STEAM 프로그램이 초등학생의 창의적 사고활동, 과학적 태도, 리더십을 향상시키는 데 효과적임을 시사한다. The purpose of this study was to develop ‘Appropriate Technology’ theme STEAM Program for the elementary students and investigate the effects of the program on creative thinking activity, scientific attitude and leadership. Participants were 3grade 85 elementary school students. Before and after the program, the participants were asked to take the tests about creative thinking activity, scientific attitude and leadership. The major results of this study were as follows. First, the total score of experimental group``s creative thinking activity and all 4 sub-domains was significantly improved than those of comparative group(p<.05). Second, the total score of experimental groups’ scientific attitude was significantly improved than that of comparative group(p<.05). Among 7 sub-domains, curiosity, voluntariness, perseverance were significantly developed. Third, total score of experimental groups’ leadership was significantly increased than that of comparative group after the STEAM program (p<.05). In the first factor, the score of inner and inter personal characteristics were significantly developed.

        "영화공작소" 과학,예술 융합형 융합인재교육(STEAM) 프로그램 개발 및 초등학생의 과학 진로지향도, 진로인식 및 창의적 성향에 미치는 영향

        이 연구의 목적은 “영화공작소” 과학-예술 융합형 융합인재교육(STEAM) 프로그램을 개발하고 초등학교에 적용하여 효과를 알아보는 것이다. 이 연구를 위해 경기도 소재 초등학생 82명이 참여하였다. 43명은 실험집단으로, 39명은 비교집단으로 배치하였으며 프로그램 적용 전후에 과학진로지향도, 진로인식, 창의적 성향 검사를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, “영화공작소” 융합인재교육 프로그램을 적용한 실험집단 학생의 과학 진로지향도 전체 점수와 하위영역 중 과학 학습 선호도, 과학 진로선호도와 과학 진로에 대한 가치 인식에서 비교집단에 비해 유의미하게 향상되었다(p <.05). 둘째, “영화공작소” 융합인재교육 프로그램을 적용한 실험집단 학생의 진로인식 전체 점수와 4개 하위영역 점수가 비교집단에 비해 유의미하게 향상되었다(p <.05). 셋째, “영화공작소” 융합인재교육 프로그램을 적용한 실험집단 학생의 창의적성향 전체 점수와 독립심, 개방성의 2개 하위영역 점수가 비교집단에 비해 유의미하게 향상되었다(p <.05). 넷째, “영화공작소” 융합인재교육 프로그램에 대한 실험집단 학생의 인식을 조사한결과 프로그램이 흥미로웠고, 수준은 약간 쉬웠으며 또 다시 공부하고 싶다고 응답하였다. The purpose of this study was to develop “Movie Production Project” Science-Arts convergence STEAM program for elementary students and investigate the effects of the program on career orientation of science, career awareness and creative personality. Participants were 82 elementary school students. The results of this study were as follows: First, experimental group``s total score of career orientation of science was significantly higher than that of comparative group. Among sub-areas, science learning preference, science career preference and perception on science career worth were significantly different between two groups. Experimental group``s scores were significantly higher than those of comparative group. Second, experimental group``s career awareness total score was significantly higher than that of comparative group including all sub-areas. Third, experimental group``s creative personality total score was significantly higher than that of comparative group including 2 sub-areas, independence, openness. Finally, experimental group student``s perception on the program showed that it was interesting, a little easy and they hoped to study again.

      • 전주천및 삼천유역의 수질, 토양및 채소류의 Pb함량에 관한 연구

        The contents of Pb in water of the main streams in JEON JU district, namely, JEON JU stream and Sam stream, of the surrounding soil and vegetables were investigated from March 1985 to November 1986. The results of these studies are as follows: 1. The contents of Pb in water quality was in the range of 0.031(E site)-0.000ppm (A site). 2. The contents of Pb soil was in the range of 25.730 (E site)-4.451 ppm (A site). 3. The contents of Pb Chinese cabbage, radish, lettuce, cu cumber were in the range of 0.654(C site)-0.101ppm(A site), 0.528(C site)-0.038ppm (A site), 0.796(E site)-0.131ppm(A site), 0.796(E site)-0.131ppm (A site), 0.691(E site) -0.007ppm (A site) respectively. According to such values, the contents of Pb in vegetables were indicated high values at site C that is located in junction of JEON JU stream and SAM stream and site E that is located in Juction of SAM stream and the waste water stream of the JEON JU industrial complex.

      • 紅花 추출물의 카드뮴 독성 해독 효과 연구

        A study on the antitoxic effects of Flos Carthami against Cadmium Chloride Toxicity in Live and Kidney of Rats. This study was performed to find out the effect of Flos Carthami against Cadmium toxicity. The experimental rats were divided into 5 groups such as control group, Cadmium alone treatment group, three simultaneous treatment groups of Flos Carthami and cadmium. Rat were given pellets administration with three dosage of Flos Carthami such as 4mg/kg body weight for four weeks. The results were summarized as follows on: 1. The simultaneously administration of Flos Carthami and cadmium significantly more decreased cadmium concentration in liver and kidney tissues compared to the administration of cadmium alone(p<O.05). 2. The simultaneously administration of Flos Carthami and cadmium significantly more increased metallothionein concentration in liver and kidney tissues compared to administration alone(p<O.05).

      • 수종어류의 환경조건에 따른 모기 유충 포식성에 관한 조사연구

        Predation potentials of mosquito larvae, Culex pipiens sp., by three kinds of indigenous fish in korea : Aplocheilus latipes (Al), Aphyocypris chinensis (Ac) and Carassius carassius(Cc) were tested in relation to water pollution, in terms of levels of BOD, COD and DO. The length of survival of the fish was correlated with the pollution grade in general, but Ac showed less resistance than other fish. In BOD 70ppm, Ai survived 3 days, Ac 1 day and Cc 4 days. When the BOD density reduced to 40ppm, Al survived 71 days, Ac 11 days and Cc 76 days. In DO 0.3ppm, Al and Cc survived 1 day, but Ac were killed within 30 minutes. In COD, the survival period of each fish was almost similar to BOD conditions above. Larvivorous activity was prominently greater in Cc than Al and Ac. The number of the ingested larvae per day in BOD 0.5-1.0ppm were : 3-3.1 per day by Al and Ac, but 195 by Cc. The predation ratios were : Al : Ac : Cc = 1.0 : 1.5 : 195 in clean water (BOD O ppm), and 1.0 : 0.8 : 91.7 in BOD 4ppm. The fish ate mosquito larvae as much as commercial bait and the larvivorous potentials were correlated with the size of the fish, in terms of age. The first instar was more favored by the fish than the pupal stage. In conclusion, Carassius sp. was the most promising predator among the fish tested under either clean or polluted conditions in laboratory.
