방대하고 독자적인 시스팀 개발의 급증에 따라 대규모 집적회로의 주문형 설계가 크게 요구되어 지고 있다. 본고에서는 앞으로 그 수요가 팽창될 설계 방식인 표준 셀을 이용한 설계과정을 설명하고, 이제까지의 표준셀 라이브러리 개발 전략과 그 내용에 관해 기술한다. 또한 표준 셀을 이용한 설계 예로서 ICU(Industrial Control Unit)를 들어 다른 설계 방식에 대한 장단점을 고찰하였다.
구기자(枸杞子) 탄저병균(炭疽病菌)의 배양적(培養的) 성질(性質), 영양(營養) 및 탄저병(炭疽病) 발병(發病)에 미치는 약제(藥劑)의 영향(影響)

1. 배지(培地)의 종류(種類)에 따른 구기자(拘杞子) 탄저병균(炭疽病菌)의 생육(生育)을 조사(調査)하였던 바 Colletotrichun dematium 과 C. gloeosporioides 모두 균사생육(菌絲生育)이 V-8 Juice Agar와 Oatmeal Agar 에서 좋았고 분생포자형성(分生胞子形成)은 C. gloeosporioides는 모든 배지(培地)에서 양호(良好)하였으나 C. dematium은 PDA 배지(培地)와 V-8 Juice Agar 배지(培地)에서 양호(良好)하였다. 2. 균사생장최적온도(菌絲生長最適溫度)는 C. gloeosporioides는 $25^{\circ}C$였고 C. dematium은 $28^{\circ}C$였으며 광(光)의 조사(照射)가 2종(種)의 탄저병균(炭疽病菌) 모두 포자형성(胞子形成)올 촉진(促進)하였다. 3. C. gloeosporioides는 질소원(窒素源)으로 Gelatin, 탄소원(炭素源)으로 Dextrin과 Sorbitol 첨가배지(添加培地)에서 생육(生育)이 양호(良好)하였고 C. damatium은 Type간에 차이(差異)가 있었으나 질소원(窒素源)으로 Glycin, Gelatin, 탄소원(炭素源)으로 Dextrin 첨가배지(添加培地)에서 생육(生育)이 좋았다. 4. 11종(種)의 탄저병(炭疽病) 방제약제(防除藥劑)의 방제효과(防除效果)를 조사(調査)하였던 바 Benomyl, Carbendazim, Dithianon, S-3308 L, Folpet 등이 실내시험(室內試驗)과 포장시험(圃場試驗)에서 비교적(比較的) 좋은 방제효과(防除效果)를 보였다. Mycelial growth of Colletotrichun dematium and C. gloeosporioides isolated from anthracnose of Lycium chinense was favorable on V-8 Juice Agar media and Oatmeal Agar media of the four different media tested. Sporulation of C. dematium was favorable on PDA media and V-8 Juice Agar media and that of C. gloeosporioides was favorable on all media tested. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth of C. gloeosporioides and C. dematium was $25^{\circ}C$ and $28^{\circ}C$, respectively and sporulation of the fungi was stimulated under alternating NUV light and darkness. Of the seven nitrogen sources tested, gelatin was the most favorable for mycelial growth of C. gloeosporioides and glycin and gelatin were favorable for that of C. dematium. Of the eleven carbon sources tested, dextrin and sorbitol were favorable for mycelial growth of C. gloeosporioides and dextrin was the most favorable for that of C. dematium. Among the eleven fugicides tested, Benomyl, Folpet, Dithianon, Carbendazim and S-3308L were found superior for the inhibition of mycelial growth and spore germination of the fungi. They were, also, found superior for the control of anthracnose disease of L. chinense when they were applied to the plants in the field.

N/A Objectives : Rehmanniae Radix has been used to clear of latent heat and supply yin for a several thousand years. The using types of Rehmanniae Radix are fresh and dried, steam processed. We have studied on the determination methods of Rehmanniae Radix by HPLC. Methods : The Rehmanniae Radix was dried and prepared from the steaming process with diluted ethanol. The herb extract were 5 classes of difference extracting methods that were reflux and sonication in water and methanol respectively, sonication in 30%methanol. And analysis of 5- hydroxymethyl--2- furaldehyde(5~~H~,.IF) and catalpol was conducted by HPLC with reversed-phase C18 column and a LV detector at B3nm and 204nm. Elution was carried out at l.Oml/min with acetonitrile and methanol. water. Results and Conclusions : From this analysis, we found out that the content of 5-HMF was inceased with extration in reflux. Catalpol can be extracted much in water than in methanol. Sonication in 3090methanol for 2h was the better extraction method that can extracted catalpol and 5-HMF at the same time. And 3YGacetonitrile of mobile phase was good resolution and could analyze into catalpol and 5HMF at the same time.
