It is a key element for the foreign direct investment(FD1) to uplift the productivity and efficiency through the international competitiveness and cooperation in an ear of boundlessness competition. Especially, local authority considers the FDI as a device of regional development and the luring of foreign direct investment in local government has being intense. It is a very important to study and reveal the factors affecting determinant of the FDI. This study examines the investment environment and factors of FDI determinant in Busan Metropolitan area to set up the effective policy for the local business promotion which to improve the investment environment. Findings of this study include the locational advantage, attitude toward foreigners, environment of competition and level of technique as the key determinants of foreign direct investment in Busan area. These findings show similar results with the previous researches, However, these results suggest the affecting factors on FDI to differ from region to region, from nation to nation, and time to time, also the type of business. The generalization of this results are extremely limited in Busan area.

The present study was conducted to investigate results of B. anthracis isolated from Anthrax in the Kyong-Ju of Feb. 12. 1994. 1. In biochemical feature, B. anthracis was a gram-positive rod, non-motility, sporulation, capsulation. It was positive in gelatinase, starch hydrolysis, glucose. But negative in urease, arabinose, mannitol, xylose. 2. B. anthracis grew well on BA, Br A, TSA after incubation for 24 hours. The organisim grew well on BA, Br. A, NA, TSA after incubation for 72 hours. The media grew well on Br A instead of BA. 3. On 5% blood agar by laboratory animal, β-hemolysis was produced from 36 hours to 48 hours incubation. There was perfect β-hemolysis after incubation for 48 hours. On the other side β-hemolysis was begun on 5% goat blood agar after incubation for 60 hours. 4. In the test of antimicrobial susceptibility, B. anthracis was very sensitive to AM, CF, TE, ENR, GM, AN, DFX, S, P, TYLO, N, KM, C, E, Lins+Sp, NN, CC, CFP, CB were sensitive one by one. B. anthracis was no-sensitive to L, XNL, TIA, CL, SXT. 5. B. anthracis had never sensitivity to direct inoculation of rat and chicken, after subcutanous inj. It was very sensitive to mouse and goat, hamster, guinea pig, rabbit had a sensibility one by one. 6. The dead laboratory animal which had been inoculated with B. anthracis preserved at 37℃ incubation, B. anthracis didn`t cultivate on non-dissected animal after 80 hours but cultivate on dissected animal after 360 hours. 7. The rapidly death could cause high concentration, died from 420 after S.C. 8. The blood smeared samples of hamster from inoculation with B. anthracis, spore germinated in 37℃ after 5 hours, in 32℃ after 6 hours, in room temperature after 9 hours, in -4℃ to -20℃ after 10 hours. 9. B. anthracis inoculated to laboratory animal after SC or PO. Mice and rats feces didn`t cultivated with B. anthracis after SC, but did cultivated with B. anthracis after PO. 10. In the test of disinfectant, B. anthracis was high effective to HgCl2, formalin, effect phenol, cresol, but non-effect NaOH, ethanol.
전폐형 유도전동기의 온도분포에 관한 수치 및 실험적 해석

We studied the temperature distribution and heat transfer characteristics of TEFC induction motor with thermal network program for more efficient design and better cooling performance of it. We knew the characteristics and the windage loss of outer cooling fan from fan test experiments. Frame axial and peripheral heat transfer coefficients and endwinding heat transfer coefficient were measured by various model experiments and then, compared with other experimental results. Frame was the main heat transfer surface, load-side and fan-side surface were not thermally symmetric from the heat flux distribution analysis. Steady and unsteady temperature distributions were measured by real motor experiments. From the results, we knew that rotor surface temperature was higher than coil temperature and the hottest spot in the coil was loadside endwinding outside surface. We compared the simulation results with those of real motor test and the two results showed a good agreement.
정선 아우라지 출토 원삼국시대 옹관묘에서 확인된 사람 머리뼈에 대한 인류학적 연구보고

우리나라의 원삼국시대(原三國時代)는 철 생산의 광범위한 보급으로 도작이 발전하고 농업생산량 증가로 인한 부의 축적으로 고대국가로 발돋움하게 되는 단계이다. 이 시기에는 다양한 묘제양식이 고고학적 발굴로 확인되어 있는데 그 중에서도 옹관묘는 오랜 세월 동안 한반도에서 살아가던 사람들이 매장용으로 채택한 묘제양식 중 하나이다. 고고학계에서는 옹관묘가 성인이 묻히기 어려울 정도 크기의 소형으로 발견되는 경우에는 성인뼈를 재 매장하거나 유소아의 매장용으로 판단하여 왔는데, 본 연구는 소형옹관묘에서 발굴된 성인의 사람뼈를 인류학적으로 조사하여 옛 한국사람의 매장 방식의 특이점을 공식적으로 보고한 첫 번째 사례일 것이다. 강원도 정선군 아우리지 유적에서 확인된 원삼국시대 옹관묘에서는 사람 1개체 분의 뼈와 치아가 확인되었는데 치아로 추정한 피장자의 사망 시 연령은 35~40세에 달하였으며, 머리뼈 이외의 다른 부위의 뼈는 전혀 확인되지 않았다. 일본의 소형옹관묘에 매장된 성인 머리뼈가 공동체간 전쟁에서 희생된 사람의 머리가 따라 매장된 것으로 해석되는 것처럼 아우라지 소형옹관에서 발견된 사람 머리뼈의 경우도 전사의 머리뼈로 해석될 수 있는 여지는 있지만 일본과는 달리 무기에 의한 상처 및 손상으로 보이는 것을 발견할 수 없고 목뼈가 발견되지 않아 전사자 매장용의 소형옹관이 한반도에 존재했던 것으로 결론 내리기에는 무리가 있다. 다만 어떤 이유에서던지 성인 머리뼈가 이차장의 대상이 되어 소형옹관에 매납되어 매장하는 풍습이 고대시기 한반도의 일정 지역에서 유행하고 있었던 것은 부정하기 어려운 것으로 보이며 향후 이와 유사한 사례가 전쟁의 흔적과 함께 추가로 확인될 경우, 우리의 소형옹관묘 내 인골에 대한 인류학적 보고 역시 적극적인 재해석의 대상이 될 수 있을 것이다. Increase in agricultural production or steel manufacturing during Proto-Three Kingdoms Period (原三國時代) enabled ancient people to establish well-organized ancient kingdoms in Korean peninsula. A pottery in which human skeletons were buried, the urn coffin, has been regarded as one of the frequently used burial system in ancient Korean society. Among them, the small-sized urn coffin was thought to be used for reburial of adult skeleton or burial for infants and children. In this report, we showed that the human adult bones were buried in a very unique pattern. Based on anthropological study, the dead person buried in the urn coffin died in his/her 30s; and every bone fragment belonged to human skull without exception. The dead person might be a warrior killed in action because there have been reports on exclusive burial of skull in a small-sized, ancient urn coffin in Japan, that was commonly interpreted as the burial of ancient warrior’ heads decapitated during ancient battle, and were reburied in the burial ground. Nevertheless, considering that the cervical bones were not found along with the skull bone fragments, the tell tale sign of decapitation, more future studies are needed to confirm the hypothesis. However, even so, it could not be easily denied that very unique funeral customs: burial of human adult skull in a small-sized urn coffin, prevailed in the ancient Korean societies in certain regions.
