This study examined the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation in the relationship between calling and posttraumatic growth (PTG) and the moderating role of transformational leadership among Air Force pilots. A total of 215 ROK Air Force pilots participated in this study twice with an interval of 4 weeks. The results of this study were as follows. First, calling, transformational leadership, adaptive emotion regulation, and PTG showed statistically significant correlations. Second, a mediating model showed that the relationship between calling and PTG was mediated by adaptive emotion regulation. Third, the moderation effect of transformational leadership in the relationship calling on adaptive emotion regulation was found. Finally, transformational leadership also moderated the mediating effect of calling on PTG through adaptive emotion regulation was identified. Implications, limitations, and future research suggestions were discussed.

유근피(楡根皮) 약침의 $NF-{\kappa}B$ 활성 억제능이 생쥐의 Type II Collagen 유발 관절염에 미치는 영향

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of Ulmus davidiana Planch herbal acupuncture(UA) to inhibit nuclear $factor(NF)-{\kappa}B$ activation on type II collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) in mice. Methods : Using an in vitro test, the synoviocytes picked out from the experimental CIA mice were subcultured. The synoviocyte cells were treated with phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate(PMA) for 1 hour prior to the addition of indicated concentrations($0.4\;-\;1.0mg/m{\ell}$) of UA, and the cells were further incubated for 24 hours. The in vivo test, $NF-{\kappa}B$ p65, inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS), cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2), vascular cell adhesion molecule(VCAM)-1 production and apoptosis was observed by immunohistochemical staining. Results : The PMA-induced $I{\kappa}B$ kinase(IKK), iNOS and COX-2 mRNA expression were dose-dependently decreased in UA treated synoviocytes. Using the in vivo test, the number of eosinophils in mice treated with UA noticeably decreased in the the CIA group(P<0.05 using student t test). In mice treated with UA, there was less cartilage erosion. less bone destruction, mild synovial hyperplasia, mild fibrosis, and mild angiogenesis with less MIP-2 production. By immunohistochemical staining, suppression of $NF-{\kappa}B$ p65, iNOS production, inhibition of COX-2 production, inhibition of VCAM-1 production and inducing apoptosis were observed. Conclusions : These results suggest that UA might be applicable to the therapy of RA to suppress $NF-{\kappa}B$ activation.

The heat dissipation conditions of high-power 5 watt LEDs-based searchlight modules were optimized with varying LED bar'shape, materials, and ambient temperature. The LED junction temperature was estimated by using Computational Fluid Dynamics simulation. The optimal heat dissipation conditions were found as follows; LED bar' shape: L=80 mm, W=4 mm, t=10 mm, copper material, LED junction temperature of $116.6^{\circ}C$, ambient temperature of $50^{\circ}C$, total mass of 184 g, and shadowing area of $320mm^2$. The difference between the junction temperatures of our fabricated and simulated LEDs-based searchlight modules is about $3^{\circ}C$, which confirms the validity of our thermal simulation results.

Bell's Palsy 환자의 MMPI 특성에 관한 고찰

Objective: The purpose of this study is to find the characteristics of MMPI in Bell's palsy patients. Methods: 40(21 male, 19 female) patients with Bell's palsy who visited Dept. of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Bundang Oriental Medicine Hospital, Dongguk University completed a Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory (MMPI)-383. The mean age was 43 years(range 18-72). MMPI scores were analyzed about validity scales, neurosis clinical scales, other clinical scales and by Two code method. Patients's MMPI scores were compared with Korean standard of MMPI. Results: The validity scales were within normal range. The neurosis clinical scales were within normal range. The other clinical scales were within normal range. The study of Two code method showed that D scale and Hy scale was higher than the other clinical scales. Bell's palsy patients's D scale and Hy scale means were higher than Korean standard of MMPI.

여성 분노 경험에 대한 여성주의 목회상담적 고찰: 크리스티 누거의 방법론을 중심으로

본 논문은 여성의 분노 경험을 여성주의 목회상담적 관점에서 고찰하고 이를 통해 돌봄 방안을 제안하고자 하는 것이다. 이를 위해 여성주의 목회상담학자인 크리스티 누거(Christe C. Neuger)의 상관관계적 나선(correlationalspiral) 방법론을 적용하였다. 먼저 분노에 대한 정신분석학적 관점을 통하여 분노 경험은 생명 본능으로 이해될 수 있고 따라서 이러한 경험을 안전하게 수용해 주는 환경의 중요성에 대해 살펴보았다. 다음으로 여성의 분노 경험을 둘러싼 환경을 고찰하기 위하여 영화`오늘`속의 두 여성의 분노 경험을 사례로 제시하였고, 이를 둘러싼 사회문화적 맥락인 가부장제에 대해 살펴보았고, 가부장제가 여성의 심리내면적인 자아 경험에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 이러한 여성의 분노 경험에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 여성주의 목회상담적 관점에서 분노를 경험하는 여성들을 어떻게 돌볼 수 있을지를 제안하였다. 본 연구는 여성의 분노 경험을 여성주의 목회상담의 주요 자원인 여성주의 관점에서 고찰하고, 이를 통한 목회적 돌봄 방안을 고민해 보았다는 데에 의의가 있다. The present study examines women`s experience with anger from the perspective of feminist pastoral counseling and proposes a way to manage it. To attain the objective, the theory of correlational spiral by Christe C. Neuger, feminist pastoral counsellor, was employed. First, it was found that experience with anger can be considered as an instinct of life, from a psychoanalytical viewpoint. Therefore, this study looked into the importance of the environment that safely embraces such experiencers. Next, it examined the cases of the two women experiencing anger in the movie `Today` in an attempt to explore the environment surrounding their experience with anger. Studying the cases taught of the patriarchal system that forms a strong sociocultural context in Korea, and explained the effect of the system upon a woman`s experience of her own ego. Based on the understanding of women`s experience with anger, this study proposed a way to take care of women who are experiencing anger, from the perspective of feminist pastoral counseling. This study is significant in that it examined women`s experience with anger from a feminist point of view, which is one of the main resources of pastoral counseling, and made an effort to bring forth a plan to care for women experiencing anger.

유방암에 대한 한양방 병용 치료 증례 보고 1례

The prevalence of breast cancer is very high in Korea. Although the patients receive standard treatments, such as surgery, chemotherapy, or radiotherapy, they frequently experience recurrence or metastasis of their tumors. In addition, many patients with breast cancer also suffer from side effect symptoms induced by these standard treatments. Therefore, increasing numbers of patients now want to undergo treatment with traditional Korean medicine (TKM) in addition to conventional treatment. We present a case of 46-year-old female with recurred breast cancer. She first received two kinds of chemotherapy and then underwent surgery. She then also received 4 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy. At a follow-up examination, she was informed of recurrent lesions on the right anterior chest wall. She started to receive TKM treatments together with a new chemotherapy. After about one month, the size of the recurred tumor in right chest wall had decreased. Her symptoms, such as shoulder pain, chest pain, and nausea induced by conventional therapy, were also improved. We suggest that a combination of TKM and chemotherapy is a promising treatment for breast cancer.

진행성 유방암에 대한 한양방 병용 치료 치험 1례

Although patients with breast cancer receive standard treatments, they often experience recurrence or metastasis of tumors. Therefore, patients seeking treatment with traditional Korean medicine (TKM) in addition to conventional treatment have increased. We present a case of 46-year-old female with recurring breast cancer. She underwent surgeries and various hormone therapies since being diagnosed in 2007. Upon follow-up examination, she had metastatic lesions on the lung and multiple bones in 2015 and 2016. She received TKM treatments from May 2017 with Aromasin and Afinitor. However, hepatic metastasis was found after two months, so she started Capecitabine with TKM. After about two months, the liver nodules disappeared and a seeding nodule in the right paracolic gutter was decreased. After two months, the tumor response was stable disease. Back pain due to bone metastasis was improved. We suggest that combination treatment of TKM and chemotherapy is a promising method for treating breast cancer.

지오네트의 압축강도에 따른 투수거동

This study deals with the relationship between short-term compression strength and transmissivity properties of geonets and its effect on the result of land filling design. The result shows that the compression behaviour undergo some plateau or roll-over region right after yielding point and this phenomenon will induce some significant decrease in hydraulic properties. Also, the hydraulic properties affected on designing results differently under low and high normal pressure conditions in case of bi-planar geonet. From these results it is assumed that when designing with geonet drainage material used in Landfill, the loading condition must be considered and true transmissivity value which comes from the real hydraulic test should be used than expected values.
