        냉장고 내 냉기순환용 축류홴에 의한 내부 블레이드-통과-주파수 소음 예측

        Internal aeroacoustics of an axial fan used for circulating cold air in refrigerators are computed by using the hybrid method where CFD, acoustic analogy and BEM techniques are utilized. The unsteady flow field around the axial fan is predicted by solving the incompressible RANS equations with the conventional CFD techniques. Then, main noise sources are extracted from this unsteady flow field predictions using Acoustic Analogy. Lastly, BPF noise generated from an axial fan are predicted using these modeled sources combined with the tailed Green function techniques, which are numerically solved by the BEM technique. This hybrid model is validated by comparing the prediction with the experiment. Then, parameter studies are carried out, which suggest a capability of the current method as a design tool for the low-noise of the current axial fan system in a refrigerator.

      • 고유수용성 신경근 촉진법의 통합 패턴이 정적 균형에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the combined patterns of PNF(proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) on the static balance ability. Methods : The measurements of the static balance ability were completed by 10 subjects for 6 weeks, from October to November 2007. The combined patterns of PNF were carried out by means of self-exercising suggested by Dietz, which were designed as four cases: two positions (standing and quadruped) for both patterns(sprinter and skater), respectively. The exercises were practiced once a day, 3 times a week in same condition. By using the GOOD BALANCE system, assessment of the static balance ability was taken at before and after exercise from 6 positions: normal standing, one leg left and one leg right standing when eye open and close, respectively. For each case, the experimental data was obtained in 3 items: mean X speed, mean Y speed and velocity moment. Results : The results of this study were as follows : 1. There were statistically significant differences of Mean X speed, Mean Y speed and Velocity moment between the before and the after exercise in the case of normal standing when eye open and close(NSEO and NSEC), respectively. 2. There was statistically significant difference of Mean X speed between the before and the after exercise in the case of one leg left standing when eye open(OLLEO). In this case, however, the statistically significant differences were not found in both terms of Mean Y speed and Velocity moment. 3. There were statistically significant differences of Mean X speed and Mean Y speed between the before and the after exercise in the case of one leg left standing when eye close(OLLEC). In this case, however, the statistically significant difference was not found in term of Velocity moment. 4. There were statistically significant differences of Mean X speed, Mean Y speed and Velocity moment between the before and the after exercise in the case of one leg right standing when eye close(OLREC). 5. There was statistically significant difference of Mean X speed between the before and the after exercise in the case of one leg right standing when eye open(OLREO). In this case, however, the statistically significant differences were not found in both terms of Mean Y speed and Velocity moment. 6. There were statistically significant differences of total Mean X speed, total Mean Y speed and total Velocity moment between the before and the after exercise. Conclusions : The above results from this study indicated that the combined patterns of PNF have improved the static balance ability. However the used self-exercise can be applied to normal people, i.e., the exercise is difficult to apply into clinical patients. The further study should be focused at development of various modified forms of the combined patterns of PNF in keeping up the improvement effect of this exercise.

        뇌혈관 질환자의 기능 회복과 체성감각 유발전위의 변화

        This study was designed to test the effects of comprehensive rehabilitation management on functional recovery after attack of cerebrovascular disease. 16 cerebrovascular disease patients applied comprehensive rehabilitation management of physical therapy at department of physical Therapy, C medical center in Gwang-ju. The collection of the data had been executed for 4months(April 15, 2007${\sim}$July 15, 2007). For evaluating, Functional Independence measure(FIM) and Somatosensory Evoked Potential(SSEP) were used to assess functional recovery. The results of this study were as follows: 1. In the comparison of latency of median nerve SSEP before and after treatment, the lat. N20 and P25 increased, the ampl. P25/N20 was decreased. In the comparison difference data of median nerve SSEP, however there was no significant difference in the group(p>0.05). 2. In the comparison of latency of Post Tibial nerve SSEP before and after treatment, the lat. P40, P50, P60 increased, the ampl. P40 was decreased. In the comparison difference data of post tibial nerve SSEP, however there was no significant difference in the group(p>0.05). 3. In the comparison of FIM scores of Self-care, Sphincter Control, Mobility: Transfer, Locomotion before and after treatment, the scores of FIM was significantly increased. In the comparison of difference of the motor part of FIM, however there was significant difference(p<0.05). 4. In the comparison of FIM scores of Communication, Social Cognition before and after treatment, the scores of FIM was significantly increased. In the comparison of difference of the motor part of FIM, however there was no significant difference in the group(p>0.05). Based on these results, it is concluded that the comprehensive rehabilitation management for cerebrovascular disease case was not significant difference in the SSEP, was significant difference in the motor part of FIM. Further study should be done to analyze the effect of intervention duration of treatment, optimal time to apply the treatment in more long period.

        도시 빗물펌프장 예측운영시스템의 스마트 운영기법 개발

        본 연구에서는 기존 도시 빗물펌프장의 펌프운영기법을 개선하여 도시 내수침수 저감 및 운영효율화를 도모하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 기 설치된 빗물펌프장 최적예측운영시스템(FFC6)의 축적된 과거 운영 자료를 분석하여 문제점을 도출하였으며, 최적의 펌프운영을 위한 개선방식을 펌프교번운전 기능구현과 신규 펌프운영규칙 개발의 두 가지로 결정하여 연구를 수행하였다. 펌프교번운전 기능은 펌프장의 배수 유역면적, 유수지 및 펌프 용량 등 현장 여건과 강우의 규모 등에 따라 현장 운영자들이 펌프의 운영순서를 선택적으로 활용할 수 있다는 장점이 있다. 신규 펌프운영 규칙은 예측유입량의 기울기에 따라 펌프의 호기별 순차가동과 전량배제가 자동적으로 결정되는 것으로, 기존 FFC6 시스템에 탑재된 운영규칙 선택의 어려움을 보완할 수 있다. 개선된 방법론을 실제 빗물펌프장에 적용하여 검증하였으며, 본 개선된 방식은 현장 운영자들의 의견이 고려된 실무적인 방법론으로 기 설치된 빗물펌프장 운영 시스템의 활용도가 더 높아질 것으로 기대된다. Study focuses on improvement of pump operation method in existing pump station for urban inundation reduction and operation efficiency. For this purpose, optimal predicting operation system(Flood Free City6, FFC6) of existing pump station has been used to deduce problem from past operation data. Improvement method for optimal pump operation was performed by adding pump alternating operation function and new pump operation rule. Pump alternating operation function uses site conditions such as drainage basin area, reservoir, pump capacity and rainfall size which has the advantage of selectively utilizing site managers for pump operation order. New pump operation rule is decided depending on slope of predicted inflow whether to operate pump fully or orderly in automatically which can compensate the problem of selecting operation rule in existing FFC6 system. Improved methodology was applied to actual pump station for verification. Various pump operator opinions were considered in improved method. This method will have more higher utilization if it is applied to existing pump operation system.

      • 초전도 시범사업용 IEC 61850 기반 154㎸ 변전소자동화 시스템 현장적용 규격 수립

        한국전력공사의 8대 녹색기술분야 연구개발과제의 하나인 22.9㎸ 초전도 케이블 · 한류기 실 계통 적용 기술개발과 관련하여 154㎸ 이천변전소에 초전도기기 실계통 시범적용이 추진되고 있다. 이에 따라 신규 설치되는 초전도 전력기기 뿐 아니라 기존 계통 및 전력설비의 감시/제어/계측을 위한 운영 및 모니터링 시스템에 대한 기술검토를 수행하고 그 결과 미래 보호계전기의 통신프로토콜인 IEC 61850을 적용하여 기존 SCADA와 연계가 가능하도록 IEC 61850기반 154㎸ 변전소자동화(SA) 시스템을 도입하기로 결정하였다. 초전도 시범사업용 IEC 61850 기반 154㎸ SA시스템은 Ethernet Switch를 2개 구비하여 네트워크를 이중화하여 운영되며, SA 운영장치인 Gateway는 IEC와 SCADA로부터 보호/제어/감시/계측 정보를 송수신 하도록 구성되었다. 시각동기를 위해 SNPT서버를 설치하고 예비로 Gateway를 활용하며 입력전원 상실시 30분 이상 운영이 가능하도록 전원장치를 구성하였다.
