개혁주의생명신학에서 본 웨인 에드워드 오오츠(Wayne Edward Oates)의 목회신학과 목회상담학에 관한 연구

웨인 오오츠는 남침례교출신의 목사이며, 목회상담가이자 목회상담학자이다. 그는 현대 목회상담학의 선구자 중의 한 사람으로서 많은 임상 경험과 깊은 신학적 통찰을 통하여 목회상담학과 종교심리학, 그리고 기독교 정신의학에 많은 공헌을 하였다. 특별히 그의 교회사역으로서의 목회상담에 대한 강조는 개혁주의생명신학이 추구하는 ``교회를 위한 신학``과 일맥상통한 것으로 그의 목회신학과 목회상담학에 관한 연구가 지니는 의미가 크다 할 수 있다. 어린 시절의 가난으로부터의 자유를 시작으로, 열등감으로부터의 해방, 획일화된 사고로부터의 자유, 외로움으로부터의 자유, 그리고 규격화 된 신학교육의 탈피 등으로 이루어진 그의 인생은 자신의 표현대로 ``자유를 향한 투쟁``으로 설명될 수 있다. 비록 그가 매우 성경적인 태도를 견지하고 있으나 그렇다고 그가 사람들의 영혼의 유익을 위한 다른 학문, 특히 심리학을 무시하지는 않았다. 그는 학제적 연구에 매우 충실하였던 학자였다. 광범위하고도 심도 있는 학문적 배경을 바탕으로 한 그의 목회상담 및 목회신학은 매우 성경적일 뿐만 아니라 나아가서 매우 실천적 신학을 강조하는 개혁주의생명신학의 관점과 일치한다. 목회상담학에 끼친 오오츠의 공헌은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 그는 현대목회상담학을 심리학의 영역이 아닌 신학의 한 영역으로 정립하고 발전시키는데 공헌하였다. 둘째, 그는 현대 목회상담학이 심리학과 목회전문화의 물결에 의해 교회사역의 영역에서 멀어지는 추세를 비판하고 교회사역으로서의 목회상담학의 위치를 새롭게 정립하였다. 셋째, 목회상담학에서의 사회적 관심을 새롭게 조명하였다. 넷째, 그는 자신의 인생을 통하여 신학교육현장에서 임상적 훈련을 통한 신학교육이 교회현장에서 생명을 살리며 실천되는 일에 힘을 기울였다. Wayne E. Oates is a southern baptist pastor, pastoral counselor, and scholar. As a pioneer of modern pastoral counseling movement, Oates, based on many clinical experiences and deep theological reflections, had contributed a lot to the areas of pastoral counseling, psychology of religion, and Christian psychiatry. Especially, the meaningful contribution of this study to ``the reformed life theology`` is Oates` emphasis on the pastoral counseling as a church ministry. Oates describes his whole life as ``the struggle to be free`` such as to be free ``from poverty,`` ``from a feeling of inferiority,`` ``from pack thinking,`` of loneliness,`` ``from factory education,`` and, etc. Even though Oates is very biblically oriented, he has never abandoned his interest in the interdisciplinary study between theology and psychology. Based on his broad and solid academic backgrounds, he has been able to cultivate and develop pastoral counseling and pastoral theology practically as well as biblically. There are several Oates` contribution to pastoral counseling. First, Oates firmly defines pastoral counseling as a part of theology not as of psychology. Second, Oates reestablishes the congregational aspect of pastoral counseling which has been eroded by modern psychology and ministerial specialization. Third, the social emphasis of pastoral counseling has been refocused by Oates. Fourth, throughout his life, Oates has emphasized the practicality of theology with clinical training in theological education settings.

개혁주의생명실펀신학의 실천적 목회 패러다임으로서의 소그룹 사역과 그 적용 연구

소그룹 사역은 한국교회의 성장기에 선교단체를 중심으로 도입되었다. 오늘날 포스트모던시대의 한국교회가 처해있는 상황을 보면, 교회외부적으로는 다원주의, 뉴에이지, 세속화 등으로 특징지을 수 있으며, 교회 내부적으로는 전통적 목회패러다임이 지닌 한계로 인한 교인의 감소화 사회적 영향력의 감소로 새로운 목회사역의 패러다임이 필요한 상황이다. 자발적이며 대면적인 동시에 분권적이며 민주적 특징이 바탕으로 한소그룹 목회패러다임은 생명력과 건강한 성장을 위한 유기적 구조를 지닌 목회패러다임인 동시에 교회의 지속적 갱신과 사회적 변화를 이루는데 적합한 목회패러다임이다. 또한 에클레시아적인 동시에 디아스포라적인 소그룹 목회구조는 교회의 내적 변화와 외적 영향력을 동시에 추구할 수 있는 효과적인 구조적 모델이다. 새로운 신학운동은 새로운 방법론을 필요로 한다. 새로운 신학운동인 개혁주의 생명실천신학운동 역시 그 정신에 적합한 방법론을 요구한다. 그리고 건강한 교회의 지표 중의 하나로 여겨지는 소그룹은 유연성과 포괄성 및 재생산성, 그리고 접촉용이성 등의 특성으로 인하여 개혁주의생명실천신학의 주요 지향점인 실천적이면서 문화변혁적인 신학, 영혼구원과 재생산을 통해 열매 맺는 신학에 가장 적합한 목회패러다임이다. 도한 소그룹 목회패러다임은 교제공동체성의 회복을 지향하기에 개혁주의생명신학이 지향하는 교회의 본질을 회복하고자 하는 지속적인 개혁에 적합하다. 나아가서 삶의 전 영역에서 그리스도의 주권이 실현되기를 지향하는 개혁주의 생명실천신학의 효과적 실현을 위해 소그룹 내에서의 모델링과 인격적인 교제는 매우 효과적인 목회방법 중의 하나이다.소그룹 목회사역을 효과적으로 하기 위해 첫째, 목회자는 소그룹이 교회본질회복이 그 기본정신임을 깊이 자각하고 있어야 한다. 둘째, 소그룹사역은 전체 회중예배와의 상호보관적 균형이 필요하다. 셋째, 소그룹의 구조는 기존신자와 지도자 중심의 닫힌 소그룹과 신자와 불신자가 뒤섞인 열린 소그룹이 모두 필요하다. 넷째, 소그룹은 소그룹 밖의 교회 전체 회중을 대상으로 한 훈련프로그램과 병행되어야 한다. 끝으로, 소그룹 사역의 실천에서 지도자의 선택과 훈련이 매우 중요하며 이를 위해 교회는 세심하고도 체계적인 훈련과 양육의 과정을 준비하도록 하여야 한다. The .small group ministry was introduced by para-churches during rapid church growth times in Korea. Korean churches in the postmodern era, however, need new pastoral paradigm because, on the one hand, they are challenged by pluralism, secularism, and new age movement in the -world and, on the other hand, are suffered by their declining membership, polarization and weakening social impact on the Korean society. Small group pastoral paradigm, based on voluntary, face-to-face, decentralized, and democratic traits, fits in making the vital and healthy organic structure and in renewing church and social change continually. Small group pastoral structure both as ecclesiatic and diasporatic character is an effective structural model which pursuits both the inner .renewal and outward influence of the church. As Jesus said, "New wine must be poured into new wineskins”(Luke5:38), historically new theological movement needs new theological methodology. The movement of Reformed Life-Theology Practical Theology also needs the new methodology fitting into its new spirit. Small groups which both have flexibility and inclusiveness, reproductivity, and accessibility and indicate one of the healthy church characters are considered the most appropriate pastoral paradigm which turns both into the practical and countercultural theology and soul redeeming and reproducing theology. Because small group pastoral paradigm also pursues the recovery of koinonia communality, that paradigm is suitable in continuing reformation to recover the very nature of the Church. Through the modeling and personal fellowship, furthermore, small groups could be a very effective ministerial approach to actualize the Lordship which Reformed life-Theology Practical Theology seeks. In order to do small group ministry effectively, at first, ministers fully recognize the main focus of the small group is the recovery of the nature of the Church. Secondly, small group ministry needs the balance between small group activity and congregational worship. Thirdly, the structure of small group needs both the closed small group for the believers and the opened group for non-believers. Fourthly; small group ministry needs to go with the discipleship training courses for the congregation. Finally, in implanting small group ministry, it is very important to select the group, leaders-and their systematic training and churches should prepare The very detail and well-designed training and caring programs.

To evaluate the development of the microstructure and mechanical properties on surface modified and post-heattreated Inconel 718 alloy, this study was carried out. A friction stir process as a surface modification method was employed, and overlap welded Inconel 718 alloy as an experimental material was selected. The friction stir process was carried out at a tool rotation speed of 200 rpm and tool down force of 19.6-39.2 kN; post-heat-treatment with two steps was carried out at $720^{\circ}C$ for 8 h and $620^{\circ}C$ for 6 h in vacuum. To prevent the surface oxidation of the specimen, the method of using argon gas as shielding was utilized during the friction stir process. As a result, applying the friction stir process was effective to develop the grain refinement accompanied by dynamic recrystallization, which resulted in enhanced mechanical properties as compared to the overlap welded material. Furthermore, the post-heat-treatment after the friction stir process accelerated the formation of precipitates, such as gamma prime (${\gamma}^{\prime}$) and MC carbides, which led to the significant improvement of mechanical properties. Consequently, the microhardness, yield, and tensile strengths of the post-heat-treated material were increased more than 110%, 124% and 85 %, respectively, relative to the overlap welded material. This study systematically examined the relationship between precipitates and mechanical properties.

초전도 시범사업용 IEC 61850 기반 154㎸ 변전소자동화 시스템 현장적용 규격 수립

한국전력공사의 8대 녹색기술분야 연구개발과제의 하나인 22.9㎸ 초전도 케이블 · 한류기 실 계통 적용 기술개발과 관련하여 154㎸ 이천변전소에 초전도기기 실계통 시범적용이 추진되고 있다. 이에 따라 신규 설치되는 초전도 전력기기 뿐 아니라 기존 계통 및 전력설비의 감시/제어/계측을 위한 운영 및 모니터링 시스템에 대한 기술검토를 수행하고 그 결과 미래 보호계전기의 통신프로토콜인 IEC 61850을 적용하여 기존 SCADA와 연계가 가능하도록 IEC 61850기반 154㎸ 변전소자동화(SA) 시스템을 도입하기로 결정하였다. 초전도 시범사업용 IEC 61850 기반 154㎸ SA시스템은 Ethernet Switch를 2개 구비하여 네트워크를 이중화하여 운영되며, SA 운영장치인 Gateway는 IEC와 SCADA로부터 보호/제어/감시/계측 정보를 송수신 하도록 구성되었다. 시각동기를 위해 SNPT서버를 설치하고 예비로 Gateway를 활용하며 입력전원 상실시 30분 이상 운영이 가능하도록 전원장치를 구성하였다.

22.9㎸ 초전도케이블 모델링 구조에 관한 연구

This paper analyses the EMTDC modeling structure of 22.9㎸ 50MVA HTS cables. It proposes the new modeling structure with electric model and thermal model. The modeling method considering cable sections separated by very short section and long section is also proposed for transient analysis by increasing of sectionalized critical temperature. Finally, this paper analyses current and temperature distribution at each layer according to modeling methods between conventional modeling and newly proposed one in case of external single line to ground fault.

헤어리베치의 첨가가 맥류 사일리지의 품질에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of hairy vetch supplementation on quality of winter crop silage. There were 4 treatments (addition levels of hairy vetch ; 0, 5, 15, and 30%) with 3 replicates. Experimental silages stored for 40 days at room temperature (20 - 25℃). THe silage crude protein level was improved (P<0.05) while hairy vetch supplementation increased. However, no difference was found (P>0.05) in crude fat, NDF and ADF of the silage while hairy vetch supplementation increased. The silage pH was increased (P<0.05) but lactic acid level was decreased (P<0.05) while hairy vetch supplementation increased. Nonetheless, acetic and butyric acids concentrations were increased (P<0.05) while hairy vetch supplementation increased. Sucrose, glucose and fructose levels were increased (P<0.05) while hairy vetch supplementation increased. Although negative effects were detected in whole crop barley silage while hairy vetch supplementation increased, optimum level of hairy vetch supplementation could be overwhelmed its negative effects on whole crop barley silage. Thus, the results of present study suggested that 15% hairy vetch supplementation of whole crop barley silage would be beneficial its quality maintenance compared to whole crop barley silage per se.

HVDC 고장점 탐지 모의실증시험장 구축

HVDC 해저케이블 고장이 발생할 경우 신속한 고장점탐지가 이뤄져야하나 HVDC 해저케이블의 고장발생 빈도가 낮아 실제 업무를 통한 탐지능력 향상 및 장비 운용법 숙지에 한계가 있다. 이에 따라 한전 고창전력시험센터 HVDC 해저케이블 고장점 탐지를 위한 모의실증시험장을 구축하였다. HVDC 고장점 탐지 모의 실증시험장은 전력연구원 송배전연구소의 중요 업무 중에 하나인 HVDC 해저케이블 고장점탐지 기술지원을 위한 모의훈련장으로 활용 될 예정으로 각 선로별 시험장 훈련 계획을 수립하여 매 분기마다 지속적인 현장 모의훈련을 실시하고 이를 통해 숙련된 기술과 경험을 축척하며 지중케이블 고장점탐지시스템 운영기술을 배양할 것이다.
