        코어 프로그램 운동이 만성요통 환자의 균형에 미치는 영향

        Background: The purpose of this study was to ascertain the effects of core program exercise on balance in patients with chronic low back pain. Thirty-four subjects participated in this study, these subjects were assigned into two groups, a control group(n=17) and an experimental group(n=17). Methods: The subjects in the control group were received a conservative physical therapy and in the experimental group carried out the core program exercise for 30 minutes per day, three times a week during 6 weeks. In order to evaluate the progresses of balance ability, corresponding variables were measured at two times, pre and 6th week. The balance ability was assessed using GOOD BALANCE system. The collected data were analyzed by using the paired t-test and ANCOVA. In all statistical analyses, significance level, ${\alpha}$ was set by 0.05. Results: The results of this study were as follows: 1) In the position of left standing eye closed, there were significant difference of Y in the control group and X, Y, V in the experimental group. 2) In the position of right standing eye closed, there were significant difference of Y in the control group and X, Y, V in the experimental group. 3) In the position of dynamic balance 1, there were significant difference APV in experimental groups. 4) In the position of dynamic balance 2, there were significant difference MLV in experimental groups. 5) There were significances between the two group of X, V in static balance and APV in dynamic balance. Conclusion: The above results indicated that a core program exercise improved balance abilities in patients with chronic low back. The further studies should be focused at development of various modified forms of the core program exercise in keeping up the improvement effect of this exercise.

      • PNF를 이용한 슬괵근 신장 운동이 요부 움직임과 유연성에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to find out which method was efficient to enhance the flexibility of lower back between PNF(proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) and hamstring stretching. Method : subject were 20 young people between the ages 20 and 25. subjects were randomly assigned to one of 2groups; PNF(n=10), static(n=10). respective group received the same stretching does of 3days per week for 4weeks. Trunk flexion forward a measuring instrument and tapeline were performed to measurement the flexibility of lower back at different times(before starting the exercise, 4weeks after starting). Results : The results of the study were as follows: The lower back flexibility was increased significantly in PNF groups. PNF, static groups showed meaningful defference in trunk flexion forward. The finding indicate that PNF may be preferred technique for improving flexibility and that flexibility training results in on increased consistency of flexibility scores.

      • 고유수용성 신경근 촉진법의 통합 패턴이 정적 균형에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the combined patterns of PNF(proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation) on the static balance ability. Methods : The measurements of the static balance ability were completed by 10 subjects for 6 weeks, from October to November 2007. The combined patterns of PNF were carried out by means of self-exercising suggested by Dietz, which were designed as four cases: two positions (standing and quadruped) for both patterns(sprinter and skater), respectively. The exercises were practiced once a day, 3 times a week in same condition. By using the GOOD BALANCE system, assessment of the static balance ability was taken at before and after exercise from 6 positions: normal standing, one leg left and one leg right standing when eye open and close, respectively. For each case, the experimental data was obtained in 3 items: mean X speed, mean Y speed and velocity moment. Results : The results of this study were as follows : 1. There were statistically significant differences of Mean X speed, Mean Y speed and Velocity moment between the before and the after exercise in the case of normal standing when eye open and close(NSEO and NSEC), respectively. 2. There was statistically significant difference of Mean X speed between the before and the after exercise in the case of one leg left standing when eye open(OLLEO). In this case, however, the statistically significant differences were not found in both terms of Mean Y speed and Velocity moment. 3. There were statistically significant differences of Mean X speed and Mean Y speed between the before and the after exercise in the case of one leg left standing when eye close(OLLEC). In this case, however, the statistically significant difference was not found in term of Velocity moment. 4. There were statistically significant differences of Mean X speed, Mean Y speed and Velocity moment between the before and the after exercise in the case of one leg right standing when eye close(OLREC). 5. There was statistically significant difference of Mean X speed between the before and the after exercise in the case of one leg right standing when eye open(OLREO). In this case, however, the statistically significant differences were not found in both terms of Mean Y speed and Velocity moment. 6. There were statistically significant differences of total Mean X speed, total Mean Y speed and total Velocity moment between the before and the after exercise. Conclusions : The above results from this study indicated that the combined patterns of PNF have improved the static balance ability. However the used self-exercise can be applied to normal people, i.e., the exercise is difficult to apply into clinical patients. The further study should be focused at development of various modified forms of the combined patterns of PNF in keeping up the improvement effect of this exercise.

        재난관리자원 중 굴삭기의 긴급복구지원을 위한 ICT 적용 연구

        Recent large-scale damage of disasters and unpredictable accident in Fukushima nuclear accident caused by the earthquake and tsunami, sewol ferry disaster etc has caused to domestic and overseas, the importance of a rapid recovery in the immediate injection of disaster management resources has emerged. However, during a disaster, heavy machinery disaster management resources are a situation that most private companies have difficulty in managing operations and corresponding in early. Therefore, this study apply Information & Communication Technology at excavator play the most important roles in the disaster recovery site, and proposes a practical utilization of Disaster Resource Sharing System operated by Ministry of Public Safety and Security. 최근 대지진 쓰나미에 의해 발생한 후쿠시마 원전사고와 세월호 침몰사고 등 예측 불가능한 피해 규모의 대형 재난이 국내·외 발생하고 있으며, 재난발생 시 재난관리자원의 즉시 투입으로 신속한 복구의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 그러나 재난발생 시 재난관리자원 중 중장비는 대부분 민간 업체가 관리 운영하고 있어서 초기대응에 어려움이 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 재난복구현장에서 가장 중요한 역할을 하는 굴삭기에 범용적 정보통신기술(ICT; Information & Communication Technology)을 적용하여 국민안전처에서 운용중인 재난관리자원공동활용시스템(DRSS; Disaster Resource Sharing System)의 실질적인 활용방안을 제안하고자 한다. 재난관리 자원공동활용시스템에서 GPS를 활용한 ICT 기술의 적용은 재난현장에서 최근거리의 장비가 우선 투입되어 신속한 초기대응이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

      • 동적, 정적, PNF 스트레칭이 요부 유연성에 미치는 효과

        Purpose : The purpose of this study is to find out which method is efficient to enhance the flexibility of lower back between PNF(Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation), static and dynamic stretching. Methods : Subjects were 30 young people between the ages 17 and 19. They were randomly divided into three groups; static group(n=10) performed a static stretching, dynamic group(n=10) performed a dynamic stretching, and PNF group(n=10) performed a PNF stretching. Intervention was provided 5 days per week for 4 weeks. For each case, Trunk flexion forward, trunk flexion backward, trunk left lateral bending, trunk right lateral bending, trunk flexion forward a measuring instrument and tapeline were performed to measured the flexibility of lower back at different times(before starting the exercise, after 4 weeks). Results : The results of the study reveal that the lower back flexibility was a statistically significant difference in all groups(p<.05). There was statistically significant difference between PNF group and static group, PNF group and dynamic group. Conclusion : The finding indicated that PNF may be preferred technique for improving flexibility, and that flexibility training results in an increased consistency of flexibility scores.

        지속초음파치료와 신장운동이 정상 성인의 넙다리뒤근 유연성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 지속초음파치료와 신장운동이 정상 성인의 넙다리뒤근의 유연성에 미치는 효과를확인하기 위해 실시하였다. 본 연구 대상자는 30명(20대 정상 성인)이며 무작위로 지속초음파치료군 (Ⅰ군, n=10), 신장운동군 (Ⅱ군, n=10), 지속초음파를 적용한 신장운동군 (Ⅲ군, n=10)으로 나누었다. Ⅰ군은 지속초음파치료, Ⅱ군은 신장운동, Ⅲ군은 지속초음파를 적용한 신장운동을 4주 동안, 주당 3회 실시하였다. 넙다리뒤근 유연성 증가를 평가하기 위하여 적용 전, 적용 4주 후에 평가항목[수정된 손가락 바닥 닿기(MFTF) 거리와 양쪽 능동 뻗은다리올림(ASLR) 각도]을 측정하였다. 수집된 값은 윌콕슨 부호 순위 검정을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 중재 적용 후 MFTF와 ASLR은 모두 통계학적으로 유의미하게 증가하였다(p.<.05). 이와 같은 결과는 지속초음파치료와 신장운동이 넙다리뒤근의 유연성을 증가시키는 것을 의미한다. 그러나 본 연구에서는 세 가지 치료 방법의 유연성 증진 효과의 차이가 나타나지 않아 여러제한점을 보완한 추후 연구가 필요할 것이라고 생각된다 The purpose of this study was to ascertain the effects of continuous ultrasound and stretching exercise on the flexibility of hamstring muscles in normal adults. Thirty subjects were participated in this study (normal adult in their 20s), these were randomly assigned into three groups, a continuous ultrasound group (group I, n=10), a stretching group (group II, n=10), stretching exercise with continuous ultrasound group (group III, n=10). The participation of each groups were conducted by continuous ultrasound (group I), stretching exercise (group II), or continuous ultrasound with stretching exercise (group III), three time a week during four weeks. In order to evaluate the progresses of hamstring flexibility corresponding variables were measured at two times, pre and four weeks after intervention [distance of modified fingertip-tofloor(MFTF) and bilateral angle of active straight leg raises(ASLR)]. The collected data were analyzed by a Wilcoxon rank-sum test. The results of this study were as follows: 1) MFTF showed significant difference in the all groups (p<.05) 2) bilateral ASLR showed significant difference in the all groups (p<.05). The above results indicated that the continuous ultrasound and stretching exercise could improve flexibility of hamstring muscles. However, in this study, there was no difference in the flexibility improvement effect of the three treatment methods, so it is believed that future research that complements various limitations will be necessary.

        고유수용성촉진법 스프린터 패턴 운동이 급성 요통 환자의 통증과 정적 균형에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to ascertain the effects of sprinter pattern exercise of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation on pain and static balance in patients with acute low back pain. Forty-three subjects participated in this study, these subjects were assigned into two groups, a control group (n=22) and an experimental group (n=21). The subjects in the control group were received a conservative physical therapy and experimental group carried out the sprinter pattern exercise for 30 minutes per day, three times a week during 6 weeks. First, in both control and experimental groups, VAS had been significantly decreased after each intervention and exercise. In only experimental group, PPT had a significant different between pre and post the exercise. Second, in control group, static balance abilities of only three position(left leg standing of eye closed-X, right leg standing of eye open-X, right leg standing of eye closed-X) had been significantly improved. On the other hand, in experimental group, static balance abilities of all position(all items) had been significantly improved after the exercise. Third, VAS and PPT had no significant difference between two groups. Static balance abilities of eight position(left leg standing of eye open-X, V, left leg standing of eye closed-X, right leg standing of eye open-X, V, right leg standing of eye closed-X, Y, V) had significant difference between two groups. The above results indicated that a sprinter pattern exercise reduced pain and improved static balance abilities in patients with acute low back pain.

        탄력밴드를 이용한 저항운동이 20대 여성의 어깨세모근 근력과 근지구력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 탄력밴드를 이용한 저항운동이 20대 여성의 어깨세모근 근력과 근지구력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 20명의 대상자는 두 군으로 나누어 한 군은 탄력밴드를 이용한 저항운동을 다른 한 군은 탄력밴드를 적용하지 않는 능동운동을 실시하였다. 6주 동안, 주당 3회, 일당 50분씩 운동 수행 후 결과는 탄력밴드를 이용한 저항운동군은 어깨세모근 근력과 근지구력 모두 통계적으로 유의미하게 증가하였으나 능동운동을 실시한 군은 어깨세모근 앞쪽섬유와 굽힘 근지구력만 유의미하게 증가하였다. 군 간 비교에서 두 군은 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 나타내었다. 이 결과는 어깨세모근 근력과 근지구력 증진에 탄력밴드를 이용한 저항운동이 효과적이었음을 나타내는 것이고, 어깨관절 불안정을 예방하기 위한 웰니스 모형 중 하나로 선택할 수 있는 운동프로그램이라고 생각한다.

      • 고유수용성신경근촉진법 운동과 스위스 볼 운동을 적용 했을 때 정적 균형에 미치는 영향

        Purpose : The purpose of study was to determine effects of Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation pattern exercise with Swiss ball exercise and Swiss ball exercise on balance in the 40 students from H university. Method : There were two experimental conditions. There were two difference groups in the experimental conditions, which had to perform different exercise tasks: Swiss ball exercise group (n=20) and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation exercise with Swiss ball exercise group(n=20). The experimental group received Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation exercise for 20minutes and Swiss Ball exercise for 40minutes, 3 times a week for 4weeks. While another experimental group received Swiss Ball exercise for 40minutes, 3 times a week for 4weeks. In order to evaluation effects of the Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation pattern exercise with Swiss Ball exercise and Swiss Ball exercise in the two different experimental group, subjects was measured by static balance. Statistical analysis was the paired t-test to compare the differences within groups and the SPSS to analyze the differences between groups. Results : The result of this study were as follows: The static balance was higher for the two different experimental group in post-exercise than in pre-exercise(P<0.5). Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation pattern exercise with Swiss Ball exercise experimental group was significant difference better then another experimental group(P<0.5). Conclusion : The Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation pattern exercise with Swiss Ball exercise can result in improved static balance better then Swiss Ball exercise.
