염화칼슘 처리농도가 가로변 지피식물의 생장에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 가로변 지피식물을 중심으로 염화칼슘에 대한 내성과 피해양상을 파악하여 효율적인 가로변 지피식물 적용 및 관리 자료를 제시하고자 실시되었다. 실험구 조성은 염화칼슘 비율 대조구, 0.5%, 1.0%, 3.0%로 구분하여 일반상토 500g을 기준으로 고상처리 하였다. 식물재료로는 가로수 지피식물로 가능성이 있거나 사용되는 수호초, 옥잠화, 마삭줄, 순비기나무, 사철나무, 작살나무를 사용하였다. 결과를 정리하면 토양은 염화칼슘 농도처리에 따라 산도가 증가하였으며, 전기전도도는 지속적으로 감소하였고, 치환성 칼슘 함량은 처리 이후 증가하였으나 실험기간 중 감소하였다. 수호초, 마삭줄, 사철나무는 염화칼슘 비율 0.5%까지 생육 및 생존이 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 옥잠화, 순비기나무는 1.0%까지 생존이 가능한 것으로 나타났으며, 옥잠화는 식재 기반의 수분을 통한 염류의 이동이 가능한 조건에서 가로변의 지피식재로 적용이 가능할 것이라 판단되었다. 작살나무는 대조구를 제외한 염화칼슘 처리구에서 생육이 불량하고 개엽하지 않아 염화칼슘에 대한 민감성이 큰 것으로 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to provide information on management and apply it to a roadside ground cover plant understanding the capacity of calcium chloride in the plant. The experimental group was composed of the ratio control group of calcium chloride, 0.5%, 1.0%, and 3.0% in 500g of soil. Plant materials were selected and measured according to their ecological characteristics such as ground cover plant, Pachysandra terminalis, Hosta plantaginea, Trachelospermum asiaticum, Vitex rotundifolia, Euonymus japonica and Callicarpa japonica. The acidity of the amended soil was increased gradually depending on the treatment and conductivity was continually decreased. The EX-Ca increased after the treatment, but decreased in the middle of the experiment. Pachysandra terminalis, Trachelospermum asiaticum and Euonymus japonica were able to grow and survive at the ratio of 0.5%. Hosta plantaginea and Vitex rotundifolia were able to survive at the ratio of 1.0%. Hosta plantaginea, the possible state can absorb salts due to moisture and, can be applied to ground cover plants in the roadside. The growth and development of Callicarpa japonica was poor and the leaves were open to grow for calcium chloride treatment except the control group. It was concluded that Callicarpa japonica was very sensitive to calcium chloride.

Polyurethane(PU)-crosslinked multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs) with different MWNTs content were synthesized, and their morphology and crystallization were investigated. The crosslinking of MWNTs with PU was achieved by reacting MWNTs treated chemically in the mixed acids with prepolymer obtained from a reaction of diisocyanate and polyol. The functioanlization of MWNTs with PU was confirmed by FT-IR, Raman, and XPS measurements, and their morphology was observed by SEM and TEM measurements. Optimum content of MWNTs for PU-crosslinked MWNTs was dependent on an amount of prepolymer and concentration of -OH group in MWNTs. The crystallinity of poly($\varepsilon$-caprolactone)-based PU decreased with an increase of MWNTs content, and it was ascribed to the confinement of crystallization of PCL molecules due to the crosslinking of PU with MWNTs.

RFID 시스템은 RFID 태그, RFID 리더 , Back-end 서버로 이루어져서 짧은 거리의 무선통신을 통해정보를 인식하는 시스템이다. 최근 RFID기술은 다양한 응용 분야에서 활용되고 있으며 보안과 프라이버시 침해에 대한 우려와 문제점을 해결해야한다는 논의가 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 중간자 공격및 재생공격에 대응할 수 있는다항식 해쉬함수를 이용한 강력한 상호인증 프로토콜을 제안한다. 본논문에서는 대량의 RFID 태그와 리더간 상호인증을 위해 다항식을 이용한 해쉬함수를 적용한다. 제안된 다항식 해쉬함수를 적용한 RFID 인증 프로토콜은 전체 시스템에 부담을 주지 않으면서 보안강화를 할 수 있는 인증 프로토콜이며 특히 태그 쪽에 컴퓨팅 오버헤드가 추가되지 않는다. 또한 공격자에게 공격이 어렵거나 불가능한 복잡도를 가지는 프로토콜이다.

The occurrence of tobacco whiteflies, Bemisia tabaci, in greenhouses was monitored in Korea in 2005. Bemisia tabaci occurred in the rose, sweet pepper, tomato, and cucumber greenhouses of Chungbuk, Chungnam, Gyongnam, and Jeonnam Provinces, but not in Jeonbuk and Gyongbuk Provinces. The biotypes and genetic differentiation of the whiteflies collected in each regions were analyzed by mitochondrial 16S DNA sequences. The 16S DNA sequences of Jincheon (Chungbuk Province) samples were similar to DNA data reported from Japan and Israel which were known as the B biotype. However, the DNA sequences of the Buyeo (Chungnam), Geoje (Gyongnam) and Boseong (Jeonnam) collections, which were 100% homologous showed over 99% similarity to the DNA of Q biotype from Spain and Egyrt. Here we report the first founding of the Q biotype in Korea. It is assumed that, unlike the B biotype reported from Jincheon since 1998, the Q biotype might have been introduced recently from the certain foreign region/country to the greenhouses in those provinces. 2005년 5월 충청이남 지역의 온실에서 담배가루이의 발생 상황을 조사한 결과 충남 북, 전남 및 경남에서 착색단고추, 토마토, 오이, 장미 등의 시설 재배지에 담배가루이가 발생한 것을 확인하였으나 전북과 경북에서는 발견할 수 없었다. 각 지역별로 발생한 담배가루이의 계통(biotype)과 근연관계를 조사할 목적으로 충을 채집하여 16S DNA 염기서열 분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 진천에서 채집한 담배가루이의 16S DNA 염기서열은 일본 및 이스라엘에서 보고된 B 계통의 DNA와 상동성이 높았고 충남 부여, 경남 거제 및 전남 보성 채집 충은 상호간에 동일한 염기서열을 보여 주었으며 스페인과 이집트의 Q계통의 DNA와 99% 이상의 높은 상동성을 보였다. 그러므로 본 논문은 담배가루이 Q 계통이 국내에 유입되었음을 알리는 최초의 보고이다. 이는 1998년부터 진천에서 발생한 담배가루이 B 계통과는 별도로 담배가루이 Q 계통이 최근에 국외의 동일한 지역내지는 국가로부터 이들 지역의 시설재배지에 유입된 것으로 추정된다.
음경암의 방사선치료 시 자체 제작한 Device의 산란선 차폐 효과에 대한 유용성 평가

Purpose: We evaluated the device that was created for maintaining the patient's setup and protecting the testicles from scattered radiation during treatment of carcinoma of the penis. Materials and Methods: The phantom testicles were made of vaseline cotton gauze and the device consisted of 5 mm of acryl box and 4 mm of lead shielding. $3{\times}3\;cm^2$, $4{\times}4\;cm^2$, $5{\times}5\;cm^2$, $6{\times}6\;cm^2$, $7{\times}7\;cm^2$ field sizes were used for this study and measurement was made at 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 cm from the lower edge of the field for 10 times with lead shielding and without the shielding respectively. 200 cGy was delivered using 6 MV photons. Results: The scatted radiation without lead shielding at 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10 cm from the lower edge of the field were 14.8-4.7 cGy with $3{\times}3\;cm^2$, 15.7-5.2 cGy with $4{\times}4\;cm^2$, 17.6-5.5 cGy with $5{\times}5\;cm^2$, 19.9-6.6 cGy with $6{\times}6\;cm^2$, 22.2-7.6 cGy with $7{\times}7\;cm^2$ and the measured dose without lead shielding were 7.1-2.6 cGy with $3{\times}3\;cm^2$, 8.9-3.6 cGy with $4{\times}4\;cm^2$, 12.3-4.8 cGy with $5{\times}5\;cm^2$, 14.6-5.0 cGy with $6{\times}6\;cm^2$ and 21.1~6.4 cGy with $7{\times}7\;cm^2$. As shown above, the scatted radiation decreased after using lead shielding. Depending of the range of field sizes, the resulting difference between without shielding values and with shielding values were: 7.8-1.1 cGy at 4 cm, 5.1-1.2 cGy at 5 cm, 3.8-1.1 cGy at 6 cm, 3.4-1.7 cGy at 7 cm, 2.8-1.7 cGy at 8 cm, 2.4-2.5 cGy at 9 cm and 2.1-1.8 cGy at 10 cm. In the situation as described above, the range in values depending on the distance was 7.8-1.1 cGy with $3{\times}3\;cm^2$, 6.9-1.6 cGy with $4{\times}4\;cm^2$, 5.3-0.8 cGy with $5{\times}5\;cm^2$, 5.3-1.5 cGy with $6{\times}6\;cm^2$ and 1.1-1.8 cGy with $7{\times}7\;cm^2$. Conclusion: Using the device we created to shield the testicles from scattered radiation during treatment of carcinoma of the penis, we have found that scattered radiation to the testicles is decreased by the phantom testicles, and by increasing the distance between the testicles and penis.

Purpose: Evaluate the mold we have made to improve the reproducibility of the patient position and make homogeneous dose distribution to the treatment volume effectively when treating the patient who has hypervascular ulcer on her tongue caused by paraneoplastic autoimmune multiorgan syndrome by mold brachytherapy. Materials and Methods: The mold is consisted of upper and lower parts. We inserted 2 mm of lead sheet on the gums toward the oral cavity to protect them from unnecessary irradiation during the treatment. We had planned on orthogonal images obtained the patient. 200 cGy was delivered in every fraction with a total dose of 3000 cGy. To evaluate the effect of the lead sheet, we made a measurement with a phantom that has gums and tongue made of tissue with an equivalent material (bolus). Five of TLDs were placed on the interesting points of gums to measure the dose during irradiation with lead sheet and without lead sheet for three times respectively. Results: The result of the measurement without lead sheet are A: 33.9 cGy, B: 30.1 cGy, C: 31.8 cGy, D: 23.3 cGy, E: 24.1 cGy. The results of measurement with lead sheet are A: 20.6 cGy, B: 18.8 cGy, C: 19.6 cGy, D: 14.7 cGy, E: 15.1 cGy. Conclusion: Since we are using the mold made in our department during the treatment of the patient with hypervascular ulcer on tongue, we could deliver a proper dose to the treatment volume. In addition, the mold provided highly accurate and reproducible treatment and reduced the dose to the gums and teeth. Therefore, the possibility of side effects could be decreased significantly.
