기획논문 : 생태문화와 양생; 심층 생태론의 인간 해석에 대한 비판적 연구 -사회생물학과 가이아 이론의 인간 이해를 중심으로-

심층 생태론으로 대변되는 생태철학은 인간과 자연의 관계에 대한 근원적 반성을 통해 현재 인류가 당면한 위기를 극복하고자 한다. 그러나 심층 생태론은 신비주의나 강력한 반인간 주의의 모습으로 나타나는 경향이 강하다. 따라서 이 논문의 목적은 심층 생태론의 인간 해석을 사회생물학과 가이아 이론을 빌어 새롭게 정립하려는 것이다. 사회생물학은 진화에 대한 이해와 이를 통한 새로운 학적 토대를 바탕으로 인간 본성에 대해 새롭게 이해하고, 인간의 지식을 진화생물학으로 통합하고자 하는 학문으로 이해할 수 있다. 에드워드 윌슨은 통섭이란 이름으로 전통적인 학문 체계를 새롭게 구성할 뿐 아니라 철학과 종교, 윤리와 미학을 비롯한 모든 학문을 생물학으로 통합하려는 구상을 제기한다. 그러나 사회생물학은 사실로부터 가치를, 과학에서 도덕을 도출하려는 자연주의적 오류에 빠져 있다. 자연과학적 사실의 발견을 규범과 진리의 지평으로 해석하려는 진화생물학의 철학은 자신의 철학이 기반한 형이상학적 지평을 명확히 개념화해야 한다. 가이아 이론은 지구를 생명과 무생물이 하나의 유기체를 형성한, 자기조절하는 구조로 이해한다. 여기서 인간은 지구의 엔트로피를 증가시키는 암적 존재이며, 인간의 행위는 지구 대멸종을 초래하는 원인이다. 그러나 가이아 이론 역시 신비주의적 경향을 갖고 있으며, 정교한 학문 이론으로서 체계화되지 못하였다. 신비주의적 색채와 자기 지평의 불확실함에도 불구하고 사회생물학과 가이아 이론은 새로운 인간관을 정립할 수 있는 획기적 계기로서 작용할수 있는 다양한 가능성을 갖추고 있다는 점에서 심층 생태론에서 충분히 다루어야 할 주제가 된다. It is not unusual that we are in the ecological crisis of humankind such as resources exhaustion, environmental pollution and climate change. The study tries to find out the diagnosis of those crisis and the way out of them from deep ecology. Ecological philosophy representing as deep ecology urges the humankind to reflect human reflectionships of the nature deeply. However, deep ecology tends to be mysticism or a strong anti-humanism. So the study tries to establish the new interpretation of human beings on the basis of sociobiology and Gaia theory. The term of sociobiology originated by Edward Wilson can be understood to find out newly human nature and to converge human knowledge into evolutionary biology on the base of the understanding evolution and its scientific basis. Evolutionary biologists figured out human thinking, behavior and ethics as the produce of human brain, so human brain can be understood as kind of machine produced by nature selection. In the name of consilience Wilson tries to newly construct the traditional knowledge system and th consile all the sciences into one such as philosophy, religion, ethics and aesthetics. However, sociobiology is falling in the fallacy of naturalism which tries to induce its value from facts and the morals from sciences. Wilson`s concept of consilience would be an interpretation of human beings beyond natural science and he defined the fact that a human understanding of the evolutionary biology can be a kind of approach to human understanding. The philosophy of evolutionary biology which tries to interpret the findings of natural science as the norms and truths, should make its metaphysical horizon clear. The Gaia theory proposed by James Lovelock understands the earth as a self control and organic system formed by the live and the liveless. The earth controls surprisingly the quantity of O2 and CO2 in the air by its life network and keeps the temperature of its surface regular for the life to live on the earth. In the situation human beings would be like kind of cancer increasing the earth`s entropy, which induces the extinguish of all the species on the earth. However, the theory of Gaia tends to be a mysticism and could not establish its own theory as a science. Despite its mystical figures and uncertain self-horizon, Gaia theory and sociobiology can be an important topic of deep ecology in that the theories can provide us with a newly established human perspective with diverse horizons.

The study of elementary school science experience operating a booth operated before and after the recognition that appear are discussed. To this end, three men in elementary school students were targeted, science and experience to operate the booth before and after the data through semi-structured interviews were collected. During preparation for operating the booth, students interact with peers through a scientific experience, and scientific inquiry skills, science knowledge, and accountability has been improved. Booths operating autonomously chosen topic to the students and the booth is operating and the relevant scientific concepts and principles of self-directed study was to explore the process of understanding through experience. Students experience science booths operating after the science and scientific learning had a positive perception.Students to experience science booths operated self-confidence, a sense of accomplishment, self-esteem, and contribute to the formation of a positive nature was ready to come the experience people exhibition explores the results, experimental introduction and presentation has been improved by the ability to communicate. Prepared to explain their thinking during the process of restructuring through the knowledge, information, the experience people taught by a good understanding of the important scientific exploration experience was seeing. In addition, students from the other booth operators description of his accident was reflective look back. Science and experience with these findings booth operations not limited to just scientific knowledge, and more were found several new value. In particular, emphasis in the 2009 revised curriculum and creative activities and operations carried out in conjunction booth if science students to experience another educational science experience, because the effect would bring a larger booth operations should be carried out look.

HRSG 성능 분석을 통한 발전효율 최적화 방안 연구

With the thousands of Heat Recovery Steam Generators(HRSGs) delivered worldwide over the last decade or so, it is operating the peak load on daily start-stop, weakly start-stop, taking advantage of various startup-shutdown types such as Cold ambient start, Cold start, Warm start, Hot start. But, these operating process bring on thermal deformation caused by heat transfer efficiency decrease, high temperature exhausted gas leakage, fatigue damage, etc. So, through this study, we tried to offer the preventive measure toward performance deterioration by such sectional heat duty calculation, structural observation, performance valuation of HRSGs in operation, and contribute to life extension for existing facilities.

위장관 유전분증의 임상 및 내시경 소견

Background/Aims: Gastrointestinal involvement is common in systemic amyloidosis. However, there have not been reports of any specific endoscopic findings which indicate amyloidosis in the gastrointestinal tracts in Korea. We aimed to find out the endoscopic findings and clinical characteristics of gastrointestinal amyloidosis. Methods: We analyzed seventeen histologic proven amyloidosis cases that all performed the endoscopy in Hanyang Medical Cencer. Results: The main findings of gastroscopy were multiple erosions (5 cases), ulcer (3 cases), nodularities and hyperemic mucosa (1 case). Colonoscopic findings were hyperemic mucosa (8 cases), nodularities (3 cases), hemorrhagic spots (3 cases) and ulcers (3 cases). Conclusions: When a patient undergoing chronic inflammatory diseases has various abdominal symptoms, endoscopic biopsy should be done in every case because grossly normal looking mucosa dose not preclude the histologic evidence of amyloidosis. 목적: 유전분증은 임상 양상이 다양하며, 위장관계 증상으로 복통, 설사, 변비 등이 나타날 수 있으며, 내시경 소견은 미란, 궤양 등 비특이적이다. 저자는 내시경 조직검사로 위장관 침범이 증명된 17예에서 임상 양상과 내시경 소견을 알아보고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 1989년 1월부터 2004년 12월까지 한양대학교병원에서 내시경 조직검사로 증명된 유전분증 17예를 대상으로 원인 질환, 임상 양상, 내시경 소견, 검사실 소견에 대해 알아보았다. 결과: 관찰 대상의 진단 시 평균 연령은 48.7세였으며, 남녀 비는 0.7:1이었다. 원인 기저질환은 류마티스 관절염이 11예로 가장 많았고, 강직성 척추염, 만성 B형 간염, Henoch-Schönlein purpura, 울혈성 심부전 등이었다. 소화기계 증상은 설사가 11예, 복통이 6예였고, 오심, 구토, 식욕 감소가 있었다. 상부위장관내시경 검사는 7예에서 시행되었고, 소견은 다발성 미란이 5예, 궤양이 3예, 부종, 결절성 변화, 발적이 각각 1예씩 있었다. 대장내시경은 14예에서 시행되었고, 발적이 8예로 가장 많았으며 결절성 변화, 출혈반, 궤양, 정상 순이었다. 주요 검사실 소견은 저알부민혈증이 15예로 평균 2.55 g/dL이었고, 알부민뇨증이 15예(88%) 관찰되었으며 그 중 미세 혈뇨가 53%에서 동반되었다. 적혈구침강지수는 평균 59.5 mm/hr로 증가하였고, C-반응 단백은 14예에서 검사하였고 13예에서 증가하였다. 혈색소는 평균 10.5 g/dL로 감소되어 있었고, 잠혈 반응은 15예 중 10예에서 양성이었다. 결론: 류마티스 관절염이나, 척추염 등 만성 염증성 질환을 가진 환자에서 설사, 복통 등의 소화기계 증상을 동반하면서 저알부민혈증, 잠혈반응 양성, 단백뇨증 등이 동반될 때 이차성 유전분증의 가능성을 염두에 두어야겠다. 또한 내시경 검사에서 비특이적 미란이나 발적의 소견이더라도 조직 검사를 시행하면 유전분증의 진단율을 높일 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.
