Recently, there has been an increasing interest in the use of graphene as electrode materials for supercapacitors. In this regard, graphene oxide (GO) films were prepared using GO slurry obtained by dispersing GO powder in deionized (DI) water. The degree of dispersion of GO powder in DI water depends on the concentration of GO slurry, pH, impurity content, GO particle size, types of functional groups contained in GO, and manufacturing method of GO powder. In this study, the dispersivity of the GO powder was improved by adjusting the pH using only DI water (without additives), and a uniform GO film was obtained. The GO film was reduced by exposure to xenon intense pulsed light for a few milliseconds, and the reduced GO film was used as electrodes of a supercapacitor. The supercapacitor was characterized using cyclic voltammetry (CV), charge-discharge cycle, and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy measurements, and the specific capacitance of the supercapacitor was found to be ~140 F/g from the CV data.

Recently, a problem related to the thermal management in portable electronic and telecommunication devices is becoming issued. That is due to the trend of slimness of the devices, so it is not easy to find the optimal thermal management technology for the devices. From now on, a pressed circular type cooling device has been mainly used, however the cooling device with thin thickness is becoming needed by the inner space constraint. In the present study, the silicon and metal flat plate type cooling device with the separated vapor and liquid flow path was designed and fabricated. Through the experimental study, the normal isothermal characteristic by vapor-liquid phase change was confirmed and the cooling device with 70mm of total length showed 6.8W of the heat transfer rate within the range of 4∼5oC/W of thermal resistance. In the meantime, the metal cooling device was developed for commercialization. The device was designed to have all structures of evaporator, vapor flow path, liquid flow path and condenser in one plate. And an envelope of that could be completed by combining the two plates of same structure and size. And the simplicity of fabrication process and reduction of manufacturing cost could be accomplished by using the stamping technology for fabricating large flow paths relatively. In the future, it will be possible to develop the commercialized cooling device by revising the fabrication process and enhancing the thermal performace of that.

본 연구는 서울, 경기 지역의 의료 기관에 종사하는 방사선 종양학과 방사선사 211명을 대상으로 직무 스트레스가 조직 효과성에 미치는 영향의 요인별 신뢰도를 분석하였으며, 조직문화와 셀프 리더쉽의 각각의 유형을 분류하기 위해 요인분석을 시행한 결과는 다음과 같다. 직무몰입과 조직 만족도는 성별, 연령에 차이는 없었으나 근무 년 수가 1년 미만과 15년 이상인 경우 유의한 차이를 보였고, 직책이 높을수록 조직 몰입도와 조직 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 각 파트별 근무에 따른 조직 몰입 및 근무 만족도에 대해서는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 방사선 종양학과의 직무 특수성간 상관관계를 분석한 결과 직무만족(r=0.601, p<0.001), 조직몰입(r=0.522, p<0.001), 스트레스(r=0.605, p<0.001), 조직문화의 위계지향 (r=-0.182, p=0.008), 조직문화의 혁신지향 (r=0.212, p<0.002), 조직문화의 관계지향 (r=0.453, p<0.001), 셀프리더십의 자부심 (r=0.387, p<0.001), 셀프리더십의 리허설과 자기관찰(r=0.242, p<0.001), 셀프리더십의 자기목표설정(r=0.249, p<0.001), 셀프리더십의 자기보상 (r=0.341, p<0.001) 항목들은 모두 유의한 상관 관계를 보이고 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해 향 후 방사선 종양학과 방사선사의 직무 만족도 조사를 통해 효율적인 인력 및 조직 관리 방안을 마련하는데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. This study Seoul, Kyonggi area hospital and data were collected from 211 people in radiation therapy technologist. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS 17 version, For verification of the differences among groups, coefficient of Pearson was executed. It was composed of social demogrphic characteristics, Job stress and the impact the organization effectiveness and reliability analysis of factors. Organization culture and self leadership of each of the types to classify the results of conducted analysis factors are as follows: And the difference in the gender, age, and satisfaction with the Organization. Organization commitment and working in accordance with each part working experience is different. Radiation therapy duties analysis results of correlation between the uniqueness. Job satisfaction(p<0.001), organization commitment(p<0.001), stress(p<0.001), organization culture, gastric-oriented(p=0.008), organization culture and innovation-oriented(p<0.002), organization culture, relationship - oriented (p<0.001). The research shows that job satisfaction of radiation therapy technologist determined the work environment. Therefore more improvements must be made for radiation therapy technologist to be more in their job satisfaction.
